Malardier est la plus belle des maisons, située dans un cadre magnifique. Nous avons tous apprécié notre séjour de deux semaines - nous nous sommes régalés et amusés. Un grand merci à Richard et Gay.
Thank you for a lovely two-week stay at your lovely home. The quality of accommodation was FAB! And the beds were super-comfy! The pool facilities were great and nothing was too much trouble - you truly went above and beyond! We had some lovely meals and days out on your recommendations - so thank you! Stunning villa with great managers. They pay great attention to detail and took care of every issue. Villa had lots of extras from record player to wine fridge, inflatables for the pool, road access to pool so we could easily get groceries to top kitchen. Loved it!

Our 2nd visit to Mas de Lozanne and it certainly didn't disappoint. The extreme heat curtailed some outings, but the pool area was a haven! We still managed daily coffees in Café d'Art and a couple of early evening drinks. We made good use of the barbecue. Pezanas keeps on giving and this house, nestled in the vines, is a delight! Many thanks from us all x.
En tant que visiteurs réguliers, nous choisissons cette région depuis plus de 30 ans. C'est sans aucun doute la plus belle propriété où nous ayons jamais résidé. L'emplacement et les caractéristiques sont magnifiques. Nous aimions nous asseoir à divers endroits du jardin et à différents moments de la journée. J'ai adoré la magnifique et relaxante piscine, j'ai apprécié les chambres décorées avec bon goût mais aussi fonctionnelles et j'ai cuisiné tous les soirs dans cette cuisine bien équipée. Toutes les petites attentions et détails montrent un grand niveau de considération de la part des propriétaires. Merci beaucoup Frederic a été accueillant et serviable, c'était agréable de revenir et nous espérons revenir au moins une fois l'année prochaine.
Encore de merveilleuses vacances dans votre belle maison. Le coucher et le lever du soleil nous manqueront le matin. C'est tellement agréable de se réveiller avec les vaches surplombant les collines en arrière-plan. Tout a été parfait et nous avons hâte de revenir. Au revoir pour l'instant !
Je voulais juste dire combien nous avons apprécié nos 2 semaines aux Granels. La maison et les installations ont dépassé toutes nos attentes. Nous avons également été ravis du service que nous avons reçu de Pure France, chaque question a été traitée rapidement et efficacement.
Best villa in 15 years of visiting France. Pool was wonderful and essential for cooling off when the temperatures exceeded 30 degrees. Super area for cycling and hiking. Best meal was at L'Aspargus (Valros) - well worth the drive. Best meals in Pézenas at Les Marronniers.
We have had a splendid time here and greatly enjoyed the villa. It was very relaxing and comfortable place with incredible views over the vineyards and hill. We spent a lot of time by the pool but also explored the neighbouring sights - Roquebrun was great fun and we also liked Minerve and managed to get down to the coast at Cabaues-les-Fleury.
Une maison au calme très agréable pour un séjour en famille. Les enfants ont profité du très joli jardin, des jeux de ballon et de raquette. La terrasse est agréable pour les repas. La maison est idéalement conçue pour un espace intérieur calme et serein. Nous avons apprécié les excursions dans la région et notre tournoi de tennis.
Where do we start! Arrived at the gite and drove through the private gated entrance to see beautiful grounds and a very inviting swimming pool. Jean and Martyn were waiting to show us around and were the perfect hosts throughout our stay. The gite, grounds, outdoor kitchen and pool all immaculate and made for the perfect stay. The washing machine, dishwasher and many fridges are an added bonus. The bedrooms and bathroom a good size, fab open plan kitchen, diner and living room. Lots of extras in the kitchen which is great. Lauzun is a great little village with all the amenities you need, several other pretty villages near by (Issigeac and Eymet are lovely) Large hyper/supermarkets and various shops in Bergerac, 30 minutes away or a decent size Intermarche 10 minutess away. We would highly recommend the gite and will definitely be returning. Thank you Jean and Martyn for your letting us stay in your lovely property and not forgetting the very friendly, fluffy, German Shepherd Tanner. We had the best time, enjoyed sharing our many bottles of vino and our evening with you in Eymet.
The house is beautiful - plenty of space for a large group to have both together time and also their own space. Outdoor areas are fantastic and beds super comfy! . Overall highly recommended.

Both (the house and grounds) are absolutely beautiful and fantastic for parents and children alike. Despite a lot of activities in and around the area, we chose to stay 'in' more than we had expected because of how good the house and grounds were. A stunning location which surpassed our expectations. Both this and the hosts made this into a thoroughly enjoyable holiday. THE BEST FAMILY HOLIDAY WE'VE HAD - Thank you for everything! X
Thank you for letting us stay at this lovely stylish villa, one of the best we have ever stayed at. So well equipped, we wanted for nothing. Nardia recommended ‘Le Grand Frais’ supermarket at Carcassonne where we were able to buy some wonderful fresh produce on arrival and which saw us through the week. An absolutely fantastic place! Our week went so incredibly quickly. It is our second time in the Carcassonne area, but still so much to do and see. This time we discovered the Gorges de Galamus and the labyrinths at Nebias. Amazing! Short treks around the beautiful Villelongue were also so nice. We loved the compost recycling bin at the end of the commune. Very green! Thanks to Mike for sorting the awning for us on a very windy Sunday. Hope to be back!

This is the most wonderful place to have a family holiday; beautifully furnished, spotless, spacious and as peaceful as you could possibly hope a holiday to be. The pool is glorious, we spent hours playing table tennis, had wonderful meals on the big table outside and we watched the stars at night time. In the local area are vineyards, beautiful mediaeval towns and castles and lots of lovely food to be found in markets. It’s a perfect place for a happy holiday.
An amazing week of relaxation. Spent a fantastic week at Château Velouse. Located in a tiny village the château is just a short drive from lots of interesting locations in the Loire valley. Château Velouse has everything you need for a relaxing week - beautiful bedrooms, lovely outdoor pool, barbeque and al fresco dining area and lovely dining room and lounge. We chose to self-catering but there are options to hire in a chef to prepare meals for your group. There was also lots of information in the château guide about other tailored services that were available such as wine tours. Claire and Phil made sure that everything was perfect for our stay and recommended places to visit.
Thank you to Nick and Pam for sharing your home with us and for the follow-on guests, enjoy. I dare say we'll be back.

We've had a wonderful holiday. The house has been perfect for our three families and the pool is quite superb.
Wonderful time with the big family. The beautiful Château Velouse offers plenty of space for a large family or friends, with a great kitchen, a large dining room and a cozy living room. Almost each of the eight traditionally decorated bedrooms are having their own modern bathroom. The huge park is great for own dogs, which you can easy bring with you.

Nous avons tous apprécié le calme et la tranquillité de la magnifique campagne environnante. Le ciel nocturne était splendide, constellé d'étoiles ! Nous n'avons pas eu de mal à nous occuper. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine et nous réjouissons de vous revoir. Merci pour toutes les petites attentions pour les enfants. Ils ont pu s'amuser comme des fous. Quatre générations étaient présentes et nous avons tous pu rire, nous reposer et jouer ensemble.
Beautifully maintained. Very clean fabulous house and grounds. Fantastic range of play equipment for the children and we all really enjoyed the lovely pol. We have all had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful and well equipped house.

Amazing house for outside living ,lots of BBQs and rose on the terrace. Our outdoors loved the walk through the woods and we enjoyed the local markets. Highly recommend L’Effet Maison restaurant in Monflanquin – fantastic food and great wine. Look forward to a new pool side! Thanks for having us!
