Tout est fantastique, la maison est encore mieux que sur les photos et on remarque l'affection qu'on lui a donnée dans les moindres détails. Il a tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin et les appareils sont de grandes marques. Nous y sommes allés avec beaucoup d'enfants et ils ont passé un bon moment. Un grand merci aux hôtes et nous espérons revenir bientôt.
Beautiful setting, fantastic space. Well kept both inside and out. Facilities were fantastic. Great pool - child friendly and garden toys were a perfect addition too. Lovely family holiday enjoyed by all ages.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Maison Labarde, it was a very well equipped property with a first class swimming pool and well maintained garden. Jean and Martin the owners made us feel very much at home and we were entertained by the very friendly dog Tanner.
The Loft has been an ideal base for a wonderful vacation, and you have been wonderful hosts - thank you so much! We will remember our time here with delight and send you some more American guests! This is a wonderful part of France and we feel very lucky to have been here and at The Loft.
Belle demeure. Une jolie demeure avec jardins, exceptionnellement paisible et privée. Belle piscine. Tous les équipements. Saint-Alvère est également un beau village.
Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique et reposante ici. La maison est incroyable et a tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. Beaucoup d'endroits à visiter à proximité. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine et le tennis de table. Nos hôtes ont été très serviables et accueillants. Nous aimerions revenir.
We had an amazing stay at your wonderful house. The setting was wonderful and we had a truly relaxing time. The scenery was a joy. We also liked the beautiful village / hamlet with such a wonderful church. We met many French people who were exceptionally friendly. We cooked with all the fresh produce from the markets and ate outside surrounded by hay bales! Thank you for such an amazing week.
Thanks for the return of our deposit monies plus the extra which we didn’t expect. Feeling very holiday blues today. We will definitely be back.
Gorgeous House I just wanted to drop you a note to say how much we are loving staying in your beautiful house here! Merci d'avoir fait du Domaine de Nérige un si bel endroit où séjourner, nous y avons passé un moment fabuleux. Le temps, la nourriture et les divertissements, tout était fantastique. Nous n'avons jamais voulu sortir et n'avons fait que remplir le frigo. J'espère revenir avec plus d'amis et de famille si je peux et partager l'expérience avec eux. En attendant la prochaine fois.
We booked for a week in late July to celebrate my husband's Big Birthday. There were 13 of us ranging from 4 - 80. We all loved the beautiful, spacious house and the large grounds and lovely countryside. The pool is fabulous and the children spent most of the time in it, when they weren't on the trampoline or playing table tennis! Ally and Tim were wonderfully friendly and helpful hosts and cooked us a truly gourmet dinner one evening. There are lots of charming, historic villages in the area. This place is a gem.
Deux semaines agréables et reposantes dans la plus belle des villas ! Une villa spacieuse et incroyable qui a été parfaite pour notre famille avec beaucoup d'espace pour nous tous. Nous avons absolument adoré la piscine et y étions tous les jours ! Nos vacances ont été rendues encore plus spéciales par notre hôte attentionné, Philippe. Philippe nous a très bien accueillis avec de délicieux vins et du pain, nous a gâtés avec des viennoiseries pour le petit-déjeuner et a apprécié un délicieux repas au Pourquoi Pas. L'emplacement était génial et nous avons apprécié de parler à la boulangère tous les jours et de profiter des sorties dans les villages voisins. Mais la plupart du temps, nous profitions simplement de la villa ! En tant qu'amoureux des chats, nous adorions les chats que nous voyions dans les jardins et leur fournissions de l'eau pendant les journées chaudes et des friandises ! Merci beaucoup pour ces vacances très agréables !

We spent a truly magical and wonderfully memorably week at Maison Tilleul last summer. It was everything we dreamed of. Stunning grounds, modern facilities, beautiful décor and every amenity you could need. The village is peaceful and picturesque. The countryside was quintessentially French. The historic and geographical wonders that provide endless options for afternoon drives or day trips, were all worth every minute driving through the vineyards and mountain passes that the region offers in abundance. There are wonderful restaurants and bars within walking distance and short drives. We had a spectacular evening watching the sun set with a cocktail at Côté Resto set amongst the vines of Domaine Gayda, followed by exquisite cuisine and a buoyant atmosphere. We sampled traditional Blanquette at the atmospheric Abbaye Saint-Hilaire. Explored the impressive Gorges de Saint-Georges and mountain villages. The Cathar castles and ancient city of Minerve, were stunning and like nothing I’ve seen before, both in scale and the history associated with them. I have visited the Languedoc for years, but Le Parc made it a year like no other. Thank you for the privilege – memories have been made and will be treasured.
Une semaine fantastique dans cette belle villa ! nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux de Frédéric et les fleurs fraîches dans presque toutes les chambres. Nous avons pleinement profité de la piscine et du barbecue et avons apprécié de regarder le coucher du soleil le soir. C'est dommage de partir. Merci!
We all really enjoyed staying at your villa for our holiday and exploring the region. Many thanks for the great preparation and presentation of the villa which made our stay most welcoming. Nous sommes une famille de 5 avec 3 ados. Dès le premier jour, nous nous sommes installés et avons eu beaucoup de mal à repartir au bout de deux semaines. Les propriétaires ont non seulement créé une maison merveilleusement rustique, mais elle a été très bien pensée, avec beaucoup d'espace tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur pour une famille de 5 personnes. S'y ajoute l'un des meilleurs cadres que vous puissiez imaginer - des collines doucement vallonnées en retrait d'une route de campagne tranquille. Étant une famille sportive, nous avons utilisé la belle piscine tous les jours. La plupart des piscines privées en France font moins de 10 mètres, nous avons donc vraiment apprécié les 13 mètres complets pour nager quelques longueurs. Pour notre plus grand plaisir, il y avait un terrain de badminton extérieur et un terrain de pétanque. La grande pelouse plane au sommet de la propriété était l'endroit idéal pour taper des balles. Les environs sont un délice à découvrir. Des grottes calcaires aux églises souterraines creusées à flanc de colline, aux charmantes villes de marché, aux «plages» fluviales pour se rafraîchir, la région ne semble jamais surpeuplée. Tout cela, associé à la nourriture et aux boissons exquises de la région (à des prix exceptionnels), en fait une région à absolument découvrir pour le touriste averti. Nous ne saurions trop recommander de séjourner ici. Les propriétaires, qui habitent à côté, sont des hôtes parfaits. Ils n'ont jamais empiété une seule fois sur notre intimité, mais étaient plus qu'heureux de discuter et de fournir des conseils, lorsque sollicités. Nous avons hâte de revenir!
It's gone too quickly! Lovely stay at Château du Pic de Rigaud, such an impressive building and even more fabulous views!! We made the most of the pool when the sun was out and when cloudy would highly recommend the walk up to the NAjac fortress and kayaking (Saint-Antonin - but more adventurous than Najac!) and the tree tops walk at the river (Najac!). We had a delicious dinner at Mont le Viaur Hotel (booked by Henrietta - Thank you!). Highly recommend! Hope we visit again one day!
Nous avons passé ici un moment paisible et fabuleux. Une maison et un endroit tellement charmants. Notre enfant de 4 ans n'arrête pas de nous dire qu'il aime vraiment cette maison et qu'il veut y rester pour toujours. Les deux garçons se sont vraiment bien amusés et ont adoré la piscine. Les voisins de l'autre côté de la route étaient très gentils et nous ont donné quelques-uns de leurs légumes cultivés sur place. Notre fils a adoré les carottes et s'est réveillé en les demandant pour le petit-déjeuner. Triste de partir mais nous espèrons revenir bientôt. Merci beaucoup.
Fabulous! Amazing! Wonderful! We had a wonderful week! The view from the terrace only enhanced the local wines! We will be waiting to see your next project finished - it will deserve another visit.
Superb deluxe holiday rental - fabulous owner helped enhance many warm memories . Stayed in a family party of 16 over New Year. Great directions and arriving on New years Eve, the owner was waiting by the main gate to great us as the rest of our party had arrive the day previous. The quality of the roof finishes, furnishings, bedding, towels... all outstanding. We had arranged for provisions ahead of our arrival, all were present and correct, even the ham was premium quality Fabulous grounds, cosy sitting rooms and 2 friendly red setters roaming gave a homely feel in what is a stylish deluxe country residence. Fully equipped kitchen with a 1st class chef available, deluxe menus with fine wine options all available. At the owners suggestion we visited Bourges which is 15 minutes away for a cosmopolitan array shops, bars and resturants while also being steeped in history. The gardens even in winter were impressive but the jewel in the crown has to be the cathedral nestled in Napoleonic architecture. Recommended, recommended - Can't wait to go back

We are finally home and now reflecting on happy memories of our wonderful holiday in France and particularly our 10 nights spent here. Where do we begin to ever thank you for all that you did and for making our holiday so special. We felt like we had our own personal butler looking after us throughout our stay. Even prior to our arrival we welcomed the emails, the ease of booking and then promptly replying to any query that we had , as well as the phone call to offer help and support the week before we were scheduled to arrive. We really appreciated the welcome basket of goodies and all the other little things that you had thoughtfully put in the fridge, making our arrival into the gîte a very warm and welcome one. Your 'blood, sweat and tears' have truly paid off as we could see the attention to detail that has gone in to making this a luxury gîte for your guests. We noticed the quality of furnishings and fittings, bed linen, sumptuous soft towels and then separate towels laid out for us by the pool, all of which made for an exciting stay ahead! The beds were extremely comfortable and accompanied by the peace and tranquility at night meant we both woke each morning feeling fully refreshed! We particularly enjoyed our time spent around the swimming pool and also using the outdoor kitchen/BBQ. Everything was spotlessly clean and we know that you ensured the pool area was cleaned down for us every morning. We were blessed with good weather too. The views from the terrace were stunning and we never tired from sitting there overlooking the local Cuzorn area and the valley beyond. It was a pleasure getting to know you and hearing about your journey from Essex to Lot-et-Garonne. For us, as first guests it was a privilege staying at Lasserre and we will be talking about you and our holiday for years to come. I equally hope that for you and Kate your first guests did not let you down and we have left a wonderful impression on you too! We sincerely hope that you are rewarded for the fruits of your labour and whilst we would like you to have a busy season, just secretly we would like to keep this little bit of heaven purely for us!
Mas du Château was simply perfect. It was spotless, comfortable, peaceful and he was a wonderful host; nothing was too much trouble. We couldn’t have asked for anything more and didn’t want to leave.
Nous avons passé deux semaines bien remplies et c'était tellement agréable de retourner dans une maison paisible et propre avec un joli jardin pour se détendre. Nous avons réservé pour revenir en 2020 et nous attendons déjà avec impatience. L'appartement est entièrement équipé avec toutes les indispensables pour un court séjour.
Our group rented Domaine du Château for a week, with five couples and seven children. The sprawling property accommodated our group and never once felt crowded. The house has been spectacularly remodeled recently, but maintains the charm of a centuries old villa. Stephen and Lilly are the most wonderful hosts, very welcoming and kind. The hosts lives in a house that is tucked away adjacent to Domaine du Château and are as available or as scarce as you would like them to be. It would be a shame to visit the property and miss out on their wonderful cooking (for a very reasonable fee), Lilly is a particularly accomplished pastry chef. Stephen is a wine instructor with passion for Burgundy and offered a fantastic wine tasting, catered to our tastes. All amenities you could imagine are offered, but with no pressure and all the flexibility you could hope for. I can't recommend this property enough, I certainly hope I am able to visit again and again!
