We spent a beautiful 2 weeks here! We felt at home in this fabulous house. La Baie du Lac was a real favourite. We really hope to return.

We could not have made a better decision than to come to Villa La Baronne to spend the end of the year. The house is magnificent, the location unbeatable both for the surroundings (the river, the forest, the small towns...) and the proximity to Toulouse. The house has the services you expect and much more. An excellent experience that I hope we can repeat again. Thanks to Isabelle and Philippe for offering Villa La Baronne guests a five-star stay. Thank you very much and we hope to return!
We have stayed in some lovely properties in France, but this has to be the very best. We appreciated everything you both so generously provided to make our stay so very comfortable. Right from the moment we arrived we felt welcome. We enjoyed our visits to Carcassonne, Narbonne and Minerve, and our boat trip on the Canal du Midi from Capestang and our trip to the Abbeye de Fontfroide. We had a superb meal in Restaurant d'Alibert in Caunes Minervois. Thank you so much for everything. We have had such a lovely fortnight and will miss this haven of beauty, peace and comfort for quite sometime. We hope to visit again - it sure is tough to leave here.
Un séjour dans un cottage impeccable avec petit jardin devant la maison et très grande piscine, attenant à la magnifique maison historique des propriétaires. Des hôtes charmants, très serviables en cas de besoin, mais par ailleurs discrets. Une région charmante avec beaucoup de choses à faire et à visiter. Je le recommande vivement pour des vacances reposantes.

Nous sommes vraiment tristes de quitter cette maison incroyable, ce paysage magnifique et des gens extraordinaires. Nous nous sommes sentis vraiment «chez nous» ici et avons tellement aimé être «en famille» dans une si belle maison. Vous avez tous les deux été très accueillants et nous rentrons chez nous en sachant que nous nous sommes fait de bons amis. What a stunning location. We have had a wonderful week and extremely sad to be leaving this idyllic spot. The house is incredibly well appointed and kitted out with everything we could possibly have needed. We spent the week relaxing and fitting in the odd wine tasting, horse ridding lessons for our two girls and visiting the brilliant goat farm! Thank you so much for the incredible stay!
Wow - what a fantastic place to stay! Hugh and Ian are wonderful hosts and have made sure everything we need us available to make our holiday such a relaxing one. The grounds are beautiful and the pool has been glorious to cool down in the summer heat. It was great to meet Oscar your stunning dog too. Thank you for another wonderful stay at Manoir de Fouilloux. So memorable as it was our little girl Clemmies first holiday!
A really fabulous time had by all 9 in our 'gang', you have left no stone unturned here in this great house. Location is perfect, Revel is a smashing town with everything you need whilst still retaining the feel of a rural French setting. A holiday none of us will forget. This holiday has been great! I have really enjoyed playing in the pool and running round the huge garden for exercise. Written by a teenager pretending they are 48!
Quelle semaine fabuleuse nous avons passée avec des amis formidables dans cette charmante villa. Merci Galina de nous avoir si bien accueillis. La villa a répondu à tous nos besoins, nous avons adoré la piscine, le terrain de pétanque et les vélos ont été parfaits pour sortir explorer.
Beautiful property, had everything I needed. Overlooks the lake, within walking distance of Catus with amenities. Had a great stay!
We have just returned from a wonderful 2 week stay. The gite is very well appointed with lots of games, which our daughter really enjoyed. We especially enjoyed the warm swimming pool (cleaned daily), summer kitchen, beautiful garden and multiple outside seating areas. It is very well located and within easy reach of some beautiful Bastide villages. We especially liked Villareal and Eymet. Special thanks to Jean and Martin, who are perfect hosts and on hand to provide recommendations if needed. The local village of Lauzun is within a five-minute walk and we recommend the boulangerie and weekly table gourmands held during the summer. We are already planning a return visit!
Highly recommended. The house was very spacious, tidy and even more beautiful than in the photos. There is a large beautiful and enclosed garden and by the pool a nice terrace. The owner were really friendly and helpful. Both we and our 5 dogs had a great vacation. We will definitely go back again!

La Petite Maison Générille is pure magic. Tucked away in the rolling hills of the Dordogne, this peaceful gîte blends rustic charm with stylish comfort. The saltwater pool is dreamy, the interiors are beautifully done, and every corner feels like a breath of fresh French countryside air. We didn't want to leave — and we're already planning our return.
Had a great 2 weeks. The house and gardens / pool are amazing - fresh air, beautiful scenery and sitting out every evening was so relaxing! The house is so well equipped and the kids really enjoyed all the facilities. Would absolutely recommend Orchard Farmhoue to anyone coming to the region. The location in great - so easy to get to Bergerac, Perigeux. Thank you for a great holiday.
Heaven on Earth. Our two week stay at Villa Chiavari was an absolute dream; I could not be more enthusiastic in recommending this home to anyone looking to spend their vacation in a veritable paradise. We were 2 couples, 3 children and 1 grandparent and booked an 'off-season' holiday at the end of September. Not long after our arrival we realised a major perk of booking 'off season': uncrowded beaches with absolutely perfect summer weather! Villa Chiavari's spectacular ocean-view infinity pool is surrounded by lounge-chairs and palm trees and bordered by a lush garden... good luck ever tearing yourself away. I should also mention that this lavish pool area is accessible by both the main living quarters of the house and by the bedrooms, which we found extremely convenient for our kids and elderly grandparent. Pool amenities also include a shaded lounge and dining area (also with an ocean view), a barbecue, outdoor refrigerator, pool toys and floats and easy access to a downstairs kitchenette. The grounds at the front of the house include a lush garden, an elevated hammock-hideaway in a quiet shady corner and an outdoor eating area punctuated by a lovely little fountain. The bedrooms are attractively furnished, comfortable and very clean. Five out of six have full attached bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning, as is the main area of the house. The upstairs living/dining/den areas are elegant yet cozy at the same time and the entire back 'wall' of this floor is composed of large sliding glass doors that open onto a beautiful terrace running the length of the entire villa. There is a dining area and lounge on this upper terrace as well! The kitchen has every piece of equipment you can think of and if you're looking for the ultimate in extravagance, the owners will set you up with your own chef. They arranged for us a very personable French cook who prepared truly delicious, fresh meals that even our children were not afraid to eat. Sublime. Speaking of kids, families will find this home very child-safe. There are gates on stairways, the entire property is fenced-in (artfully disguised by beautiful flowers and foliage) and there is a smattering of children's furniture (highchair etc) available for use. We were also really comforted by the fact that the owners of this home are easily reached and are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be booking again and I encourage anyone interested in perfection to do the same!
What a wonderful stay we have had and what a special part of France! Olonzac market on a Tuesday was a real highlight. Kayaking at Puicheric was so much fun and the water was crystal clear for swimming. Narbonne and the market was quite a spectacle - such a fun and varied trip. Thank you for all the tips and for lending us your beautiful Loft.

J'ai eu le privilège de séjourner à la Villa Lavinière pendant trois semaines et je me suis senti accueilli et détendu au quotidien. Je recommande fortement faire du vélo dans les villages voisins, visiter les vignobles et profiter du soleil et du vin de la région. Merci de m'avoir permis de séjourner pour cette escapade très spéciale. Je chérirai le souvenir de ces vacances ici.
L'appartement était super propre et dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin. La vue est encore plus belle que sur les photos ! L'emplacement est magnifique - à pied de tout. Plage, piscine, épicerie, activités nautiques, marina, des tonnes de restaurants. La terrasse extérieure est un vrai régal. La cuisine a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour cuisiner. Équipements haut de gamme, tout est neuf. Le lave-linge/sèche-linge a été très utile. La vue sur la piscine à débordement est époustouflante ! Endroit sûr et très privé. Je ne voulais pas partir ! Première fois sur la Côte d'Azur et j'espère pas la dernière. Vacances de rêve!
A superb holiday villa that has the WOW factor. Great swimming pool and poolside area with large grassed area for games such as badminton and croquet for which the equipment is provided. Lovely quiet location with good facilities and things to do a short drive away. Would definitely stay again. Owner very helpful.
Many thanks for arranging our rental of Le Chambarru in Blauzac, it is a tremendous house and we had a very good holiday with our friends from the USA. We enjoyed meeting the owners.
Tout était magnifique à La Bastide 1718. Nous nous sommes rendus dans la région pour raisons professionnelles, ce qui a été particulièrement difficile en temps de pandémie et de confinement. Malgré cela, la villa et notre hôte Thomas ont rendu notre séjour le plus agréable possible dans ces circonstances. Thomas était toujours disponible, pour tous besoins. Très professionnel, gentil et attentionné. Honnêtement l’un des meilleurs hôtes qu’il m’a été donné de rencontrer! La villa est extraordinaire. Chaque chambre offre des standards hôteliers, depuis la literie, la climatisation et le chauffage, les salles de bain, jusqu’aux télévisions et à la décoration. La cuisine et les installations sont parfaitement équipées et entretenues, vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous aurez besoin. Nous avons passé chaque soirée dans le salon-salle à manger, avec un feu de cheminée, parfait pour que l’équipe se détende! Il y a tellement d’équipements dans la villa que vous ne vous ennuierez jamais. Le lieu est magnifique, et vaut largement la longue route à parcourir, pour y trouver tranquillité et un panorama splendide. Vous trouverez de nombreuses touches d’attention dans la villa, mais je ne préfère pas tout vous révéler. Chacune de ces attentions font de votre séjour un moment plus relaxant et inoubliable encore.
