Une expérience tellement incroyable! Nous avons vécu une fantastique expérience aux Fumerates. L'endroit est d'une propreté éclatante, les équipements sont haut de gamme et la vue depuis la piscine à débordement est magnifique. Nous étions un peu fatigués quand nous sommes arrivés le premier jour et avons fini par passer la soirée à la villa, en prenant quelques verres dans le jardin, avec vue sur la piscine et ce fut une expérience tellement incroyable. Les hôtes ont beaucoup réfléchi aux arrangements et cela se voit. Nous recommandons fortement.
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, merci beaucoup. La Maison Estèphe est spéciale. Michelle veut rester plus longtemps la prochaine fois, donc je suis sûr que nous vous recontacterons.
C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons chez David et Kirstie pour un long week-end entre amis. Tout est toujours parfait. Un hébergement excellent, des hôtes au top et un environnement exceptionnel ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous le recommandons sans hésiter ! Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr.
La maison est magnifique. Le mobilier et la décoration vintage mélangés à des touches plus modernes nous ont immédiatement mis à l'aise ! Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la piscine ! Et l'emplacement était également parfait. Pouvoir voir les bateaux sur le Canal du Midi depuis le salon rend la maison encore plus cosy et étonnante. Nous reviendrons certainement bientôt ! Merci.
Belle villa, piscine fabuleuse! Nous avons adoré notre séjour à la Maison de Saint-Jean. La villa est grande, belle et fraîche (le temps était CHAUD !) et extrêmement bien équipée. Les lits, en particulier, sont super confortables et nous avons vraiment apprécié les petites attentions supplémentaires, comme des piles de grandes serviettes de piscine à motif de lézard (en plus de serviettes de bain blanches et douces pour tout le monde), de magnifiques savons dans les salles de bain et une vaste gamme de cuisine équipement (dont des couteaux tranchants - hourra ! - et une machine à café). La piscine est de bonne taille (assez longue pour nager des longueurs "correctes") et c'était agréable de se baigner dans de l'eau douce et salée, plutôt que dans le chlore habituel à forte odeur. Nos ados ont adoré la table de ping-pong (et nous avons adoré qu'elle soit dans la cour, loin de nous !), l'énorme pouf, l'excellente connexion Wi-Fi et (nous avons honte) les chaînes de la BBC à la télé. Le restaurant du village (littéralement à 15 pas) est super - vraiment sympathique, bonne cuisine - et il y a beaucoup d'autres bons endroits pour manger dans les villes voisines (une fois que vous avez déterminé lesquels sont fermés quels jours - chacun est différent!). Je recommande vivement cette villa - nous ne pouvons honnêtement pas penser à une seule chose qui manquerait - et le très beau paysage qui l'entoure.

Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables dans votre magnifique maison et vos jardins, malgré le mauvais temps. Nous rentrons chez nous très détendus. Piglet is the prfect spot to visit all the graet spots in the Vendée, our favourite being La Rochelle and the Belugas beach. There are wonderful touches of luxury at the house; beautiful linens, towels and bathrobes. Vouvant is a charming and beautiful village. definitely a fabulous find !

Beautiful château with all amenities. Ann was extremely helpful with organising taxis, wine tours and any concerns. Very efficient in organising a new barbecue. Thank you for helping us have a fantastic holiday.
Super stay, so much to see in the area. Lovely comfortable cottage, a home from home. The pool was a real treat and saw deers and cows around the grounds. Julian and Pascale are so lovely and it has been a pleasure to meet them. Favourite Moment: Saint Emilion, relaxing by the pool. Places We Recommend: Brantôme.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour au Mas Saint-Martial. Merci pour votre accueil très agréable et chaleureux. La maison et le parc sont magnifiques et nous avons apprécié la piscine, le badminton, le ping-pong et la pétanque. Nous avons apprécié nous détendre au bord de la piscine dans un environnement calme et paisible. Brantôme est une très jolie ville au bord de la rivière. Aubeterre-sur-Dronne est également un endroit magnifique à visiter, avec sa remarquable église monolithique souterraine. Bergerac vaut le détour pour ses bâtiments à colombages. Un séjour fantastique, merci.
Une perle rare ! Quelle trouvaille ! Vous avez pensé à tout, jusqu'aux sachets de lavande dans les tiroirs. Merci beaucoup de nous avoir permis de séjourner dans votre ravissante maison dans le plus charmant des endroits. Nous aimons le canard et Sarlat offre le meilleur. Découvrir la campagne environnante a été un pur plaisir. Nous avons eu la chance de passer le mois de juin à Sarlat et avons apprécié le village animé par la musique. Nous espérons revenir et vous remercions.
Great feeling of space with plenty of room for children to play. Pool was superb and much used. The childrens swimming skills improved immensely. Thank you Takayla for lovely food and for accommodating late arrival and intolerances. Nick and Takayla were available and friendly without being intrusive. A fantastic time was had by all the family. Many thanks and looking forward to next year already.

A Perfect Family Retreat – Exceeded Our Expectations! We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa and it truly exceeded our expectations. The photos on the website don’t fully capture the charm and spaciousness of this property. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. La Ferme Éclaircie is brilliantly laid out, offering plenty of open space, which was perfect for our family of five. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, making meal preparation a breeze. Each room was spotless, tidy and provided ample storage space for all our holiday belongings. The games room was a fantastic bonus, keeping our children entertained during the occasional rainy day. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible pool. Our three boys absolutely loved it and spent hours splashing around. The gentle slope of the pool was especially helpful for our youngest, who learned to swim during this holiday - an unforgettable milestone for our family. We also enjoyed the outdoor seating area, which was ideal for both daytime relaxation and evening games as we watched the sun set. The peaceful surroundings and stunning views added to the tranquility of our stay. La Ferme Éclaircie location is perfect for exploring the local area, which offers plenty of activities to keep a family like ours busy. Whether you’re looking for adventure or relaxation, this villa is a perfect choice. Overall, our stay was wonderful and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

It’s hard to know where to begin to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay. Your property is so well set up and we made good use of the barbecue, tennis court, boules, darts, table tennis and of course, the pool which beats all other swimming pools we’ve ever had on holiday... and the shady areas when the sun got just that bit too hot. So much thought has obviously gone into it all and it made our holiday very special. The four teenage grandchildren we had with us had a ball and we all loved the Lot countryside, its villages and the sunflowers. How can you not be happy when you’ve got fields of them within a few steps from your door? The two Marches Gourmands we went to at Tournon and Saux were brilliant fun - the food on offer at Saux was particularly good and Tournon is such a pretty place. Our daughter loved going for early morning runs, seeing a hare and on two occasions, a deer, amongst sunflowers. Swimming in the Lot, cycling and canoeing are all on our list of favourite things we did. We also have a great picture of three of the red squirrels on the tree near the bolet - what a brilliant place for breakfast. Thank you so very much from all of us. We've rented a lot of other villa, châteaux and domaines, but this one was the best! The six ensuite bedrooms were all the same size and had the same amenities so none of the six couples had a less than optimal room as we've experienced in other rentals. The two on-site staff were wonderful and spoke perfect English (they're Irish so not a surprise). The location in Burgundy was perfect for day trips. If you book this rental, you'll be delighted!
Perfect romantic getaway. Maison Meunier is set in the beautiful grounds, next to the old mill, overlooking the lake. The cottage is beautifully furnished and has its own patio and pool. The facilities are superb, the grounds are well manicured, lovely for walks and there is a fabulous games room where you can meet up with other guests for a drink and a chat and maybe a game of pool. A stroll into the village to sample the local fair is a must, the villagers made us very welcome. There are a number of local market towns (bastides) and châteaux close by including Monpazier a lively bastide with many shops and restaurants to enjoy. The owners were really helpful with advice on where to go and what to do, they couldn't do enough for us. Fabulous holiday.
