Maison Bourg Calès is most definitely a five-star property. It is a beautiful property, both inside and outside, beautifully clean and fully equipped with everything you could possible need for a wonderful holiday. We also really appreciated the extra touches - the bottle of own label wine that awaited us, the basket full of towels for the pool and the store cupboard of kitchen essentials. We loved the saltwater pool. We would happily recommend it to anyone wishing to holiday in the Dordogne and looking for a well-located, high quality property.
Nous utilisons régulièrement Pure France depuis de nombreuses années et nous avons toujours séjourné dans de fabuleuses villas très bien situées. Cependant, nous pensons que la Maison des Communes vient de relever la barre pour nous en termes de qualité de la villa avec ses nombreux bâtiments séparés et son mobilier exotique. La piscine était super et parfaitement alignée pour profiter du soleil du Languedoc et de l'Occitanie toute la journée. Et l'accueil des propriétaires nous a vraiment fait sentir les bienvenus et valorisés en tant que clients. Ils nous ont même aidés à porter nos bagages depuis la voiture ! Nous avons été tellement impressionnés que moins de 24 heures après notre arrivée, nous avons déjà réservé pour l'année prochaine. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner. 5 / 5

Nous avons essayé de venir pendant 6 ans, mais finalement nous l'avons fait et cela valait la peine d'attendre. Les propriétaires étaient très gentils et serviables. Ont offert de super fromages, du vin, des livraisons tôt le matin et un bon repas au restaurant. Et tout ça avant même d'évoquer la belle maison :) Tout était incroyable sauf la canicule, 42°C (ouf !) mais la piscine nous a sauvé, elle était super aussi. Un grand merci pour le plein de super souvenirs.
Thank you, Sharon, for letting us stay in your gorgeous home “Maison Charvin”! The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and the kitchen is fully equipped. The saltwater swimming pool was a godsend as the temperature has been very high over our 2-week stay. The village and its residents are lovely and friendly. There is a small local market every Thursday evening with cheese, wine, beer and other items for sale. The local bar is lovely. You need to make a booking to eat there - It is called Vin de Dagne and bookings can be made online. The owner is very friendly and speaks excellent English. His cooking is excellent too. We got our daily pastries and baguettes from the local shop a few doors down from the bar/restaurant. There is also a pizza van on a Thursday night when the local bar/restaurant is closed. Sharon very kindly organised a visit to her vet as part of the animal health certificate requirements. We have had a fabulous time and Sharon has been so helpful. Thank you.
Le Château de la Ronde était fantastique, la famille a beaucoup apprécié le séjour.
Nous vous remercions de nous avoir permis de passer une semaine dans votre magnifique villa. La météo aurait pu être plus clémente, mais c'était agréable et nous avons facilement pu revisiter les villes et sites du Languedoc que nous connaissons bien. La Panouille (le restaurant du village accessible à pied) a été un véritable succès.
Un excellent séjour. Une demeure magnifique, pleine d'histoire et d'une beauté impressionnante. Nous étions ravis d'y séjourner. Les conseils donnés par Mme de Maleville ont été si précieux pour nous, surtout pour les tables à fréquenter dans le coin. Nous y reviendrons, certainement.
Totally loved the week that we had here! The pool was really private and if your after a pizza then visit Le Yacca, the best pizzas in the world! (in Pézenas). Enjoy your stay.
Thank you so much, we really are having a wonderful time. The house is so much better and bigger than we expected and full of such lovely furnishing, it really feels like home! We certainly would like to come back next year.
Quel merveilleux séjour nous avons passé dans cette magnifique villa. Nous ne pouvions sortir de la piscine car nous avons eu beaucoup de chance avec le temps. Les jouets gonflables de la piscine étaient fantastiques, les enfants et les adultes ont apprécié de se prélasser dans la piscine pendant des heures ! Nous avons passé de superbes soirées à Sarlat au « Pub » en regardant les artistes de rue. La villa est très bien équipée et aménagée, ce qui nous permet d'avoir notre propre espace ainsi qu'un espace où se regrouper. Nous espérons revenir l'année prochaine.
Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances à La Haute Bastié et nous la recommandons vivement.
Amazing! We have never stayed in a better house. It is absolutely fantastic.
Your house is beautiful. So peaceful and delightfully decorated. We had a fab holiday exploring the area. The pool was glorious and the gardens, too. The morning view and sounds from the open window will never be forgotten.
Thank you for a fabulous stay in Vouvant and all the kind hospitality you showed us. The kids have loved having the fabulous pool all to themselves. We've had great trips out to the Isle de Ré and the beaches. We are sad to be leaving !
La Maison Baleyssagues est charmante. C'est aussi beau que sur les photos, les lits sont super confortables, la cuisine très bien équipée et l'espace piscine et les terrasses extérieures sont charmants, dont une terrasse avec vue et des couchers de soleil magnifiques. Le gestionnaire est extrêmement serviable et a fait de son mieux pour nous aider à résoudre certains problèmes que nous avons rencontrés. Merci! Nous reviendrons.
Magnifique chalet avec une vue imprenable sur la montagne. Très très bien équipé et adapté pour les familles. Patrice est très accueillant et nous a donné de super conseils d'activité et visites. Merci pour tout.
Endroit absolument fantastique - Tout dans cet endroit merveilleux était parfait. J'aimerais pouvoir l'acheter et m'y installer. J'y ai séjourné deux étés et j'y serai cet été 2011 et l'été prochain. Si vous voulez me devancer, vous devrez le louer deux ans à l'avance !
Great house, pictures on the website don't do it justice. Fantastic feeling of being in the middle of nowhere, even though you are not. Great supermarket around the corner.
We’ve just returned from our third visit to Mas de Lozanne and if anything, the property is better than ever! There have been various improvements made - the addition of a wine fridge, sofas at the side of the pool, a better pool alarm - to name a few. We also noticed how much the trees and shrubs have grown, making very attractive shady areas in the garden - much needed as the temperature did not drop below 34 degrees! All in all, a wonderful stay in this lovely property. Lisa looked after us well and answered any questions we had. Highly recommended!

Many thanks for a great family holiday in a wonderful setting. La Ferme Éclaircie is great and proved perfect for our family. We especially enjoyed cooling off in the fantastic pool. The area and scenery are great also and we recommend the prune festival in Agen! We would love to come back.
C'est notre troisième visite à la Villa - nous commençons à nous sentir comme à la maison ! Un autre séjour merveilleux - nous avons encore passé un très bon moment et sommes désolés de laisser la paix et la tranquillité derrière nous. We were four related families of eight adults and 8 children aged 3-7. The palatial exterior of the Chateau belies the comfort and homeliness of its interior which boasts some of the most comfortable beds we have slept in. The shuttered windows and the judicious repositioning of a vase or two made it easy to child-proof the rooms. The magnificent parkland of trees, lawns and flower-beds offers a short-walk to a fully enclosed and secure open-air swimming pool, which was a particular highlight. The views across the surrounding countryside are simply stunning. We particularly valued the extensive space, the quiet and the privacy. Gaelle was extremely helpful in dealing with any queries and we are grateful to her and her family for sharing their home with a large group of complete strangers. Fiona

The house is lovely, with a very calm and welcoming atmosphere - more than met our expectations. We took you at your word in regard to helping ourselves to some tomatoes and grapes from the garden - The grapes in particular were delicious - Small things, but they add to the overall enjoyment of the stay.

Thank you very much indeed for renting your beautiful property to us for the past fortnight. My husband and I have been renting houses in France from time to time over the past thirty years. We are both agreed that Chez Pascale is the best and most generously equipped house that we have ever experienced. The setting, too, is delightful and so peaceful and quiet - a welcome change from our noisy city lives. We visited some of the local attractions which we enjoyed and agree that Sarlat, Domme and the surrounding villages and towns are justly famous for their scenic beauty and unique architecture as well as the local gastronomy. Our family members have now returned to their separate homes, but we will all retain some very happy memories of our holiday together in lovely Chez Pascale. Thank you, once more.
Driving down the lane to Maison Bourriette, you know you are on holiday. The farmhouse, set in lovely grounds with views over the countryside, is charming, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. There are markets, hilltop villages and beautiful country walks on the doorstep to explore and then a wonderful warm pool to really unwind! Evenings relaxing by lamplight in the stunning courtyard with wine and friends - memories are made of this!
