Superb deluxe holiday rental - fabulous owner helped enhance many warm memories . Stayed in a family party of 16 over New Year. Great directions and arriving on New years Eve, the owner was waiting by the main gate to great us as the rest of our party had arrive the day previous. The quality of the roof finishes, furnishings, bedding, towels... all outstanding. We had arranged for provisions ahead of our arrival, all were present and correct, even the ham was premium quality Fabulous grounds, cosy sitting rooms and 2 friendly red setters roaming gave a homely feel in what is a stylish deluxe country residence. Fully equipped kitchen with a 1st class chef available, deluxe menus with fine wine options all available. At the owners suggestion we visited Bourges which is 15 minutes away for a cosmopolitan array shops, bars and resturants while also being steeped in history. The gardens even in winter were impressive but the jewel in the crown has to be the cathedral nestled in Napoleonic architecture. Recommended, recommended - Can't wait to go back

We just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful holiday in your beautiful house. You have made everything so comfortable and easy and it was such a joy to stay there. The location was perfect, such a peaceful spot with stunning views, in a pretty village. It exceeded all of our expectations. The region is so interesting too. We loved it all but especially the salt water swimming pool and the way you have landscaped the whole outside areas. We spent as much time as we could relaxing there. I hope we can return for another holiday soon! Thank you from us all. We couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. It really was perfect.

La Maison Capitelle a dépassé nos attentes. Un séjour vraiment agréable.
La maison était incroyable, nous y sommes allés en groupe, 6 adultes et 2 bébés et nous avons tous adoré la maison. Les photos sont fidèles à la réalité. La piscine est belle et parfaite pour les enfants car la partie profonde est encore suffisamment peu profonde pour qu'un adulte puisse se tenir debout. La cuisine est bien équipée et idéale pour cuisiner, il y a aussi un bon barbecue à l'extérieur. Le village local possède une charmante boulangerie, une boucherie et une petite boutique. Monpazier est à seulement 20 minutes en voiture et Fumel à seulement 20 minutes, où se trouve un grand supermarché. Samantha est une hôte formidable, elle était là pour tout ce dont nous avions besoin et nous a même réservé des massages. Nous reviendrons certainement dans la maison de Samantha, merci d'avoir rendu nos premières vacances en 4 ans si spéciales.
Belle maison au calme, tout est fourni, une semaine très reposante et un temps mitigé, mais pas gênant avec une maison comme ça. Frédéric était très sympathique et serviable. Nous serions ravis de revenir, espérons-le, un jour. Et de si belles roses partout dans la maison ! Merci encore.

It’s hard to know where to begin to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay. Your property is so well set up and we made good use of the barbecue, tennis court, boules, darts, table tennis and of course, the pool which beats all other swimming pools we’ve ever had on holiday... and the shady areas when the sun got just that bit too hot. So much thought has obviously gone into it all and it made our holiday very special. The four teenage grandchildren we had with us had a ball and we all loved the Lot countryside, its villages and the sunflowers. How can you not be happy when you’ve got fields of them within a few steps from your door? The two Marches Gourmands we went to at Tournon and Saux were brilliant fun - the food on offer at Saux was particularly good and Tournon is such a pretty place. Our daughter loved going for early morning runs, seeing a hare and on two occasions, a deer, amongst sunflowers. Swimming in the Lot, cycling and canoeing are all on our list of favourite things we did. We also have a great picture of three of the red squirrels on the tree near the bolet - what a brilliant place for breakfast. Thank you so very much from all of us. Fantastic barn conversion, amazing location and wonderful facilities including a large swimming pool. Would highly recommend. The owner was super helpful throughout. The local villages have all the shops and services needed. We loved the rolling hills for jogging.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans votre charmante maison. Le seul bémol a effectivement été la météo qui nous a empêchés de profiter pleinement de vos extérieurs et de la piscine. Nous en garderons cependant un bon souvenir.

We all had a wonderful holiday and the accommodation suited us so well, we were very lucky with the weather and the pool was perfect, such a great place to relax. We enjoyed eating outside looking at the wonderful views to the Mediterranean.
Maison typique très agréable, chaque chambre dispose d'un espace douche/WC ce qui est un vrai plus, on s'y sent très alaise, pièce de vie lumineuse et conviviale, canapé très confortable, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Le patio et l'espace piscine nécessiteraient un meilleur entretien pour être au top. Le village est joli, on y trouve une boulangerie, pour les autres commodités type supermarché, station essence, 5 mn en voiture à Magalas. Nous recommandons ce logement.
The place was amazing, we went with 2 other families 6 adults 6 kids under 5. Loads of games, toys, trampoline and climbing frame to keep the kids entertained. Lovely spaces for adults and the pool was brilliant. Looking to book again next year. Thank you for a great week.
This flat was wonderful. Location is great, 5 minute drive from Beaulieu, 10 minute walk to train station. Coffee and snacks right at the edge of the property and a few restaurants within walking distance. Very quiet area. Right on the water. This flat had absolutely everything we could want to enjoy our stay. Kitchen is a nice size and has all amenities. The two bedrooms were great. Dining area and living room were spacious and comfortable and the balcony was large and nicely furnished. Washer and dryer were convenient to have. Communication with Ben and the owner was easy. The place also came with beach chairs. The only clarification I’d make is that the bathroom is one toilet, one shower and one sink.
Mason superbe, piscine et hyper propre maison ideale et propriétaire hyper gentil, serviables je recommande a 100%.
Beautifully maintained. Very clean fabulous house and grounds. Fantastic range of play equipment for the children and we all really enjoyed the lovely pol. We have all had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful and well equipped house.
