Just back from a week's stay at Villa La Baronne. I understand this is a newly renovated property and it is very clear that no expense has been spared on the project. It is a large property that could suit more than one family or a group of friends and can sleep up to 14 people. Every detail has been lovingly considered and stylishly executed. Bedrooms are beautifully appointed with elegant furnishings and comfortable beds. The house has been designed to offer endless activities both inside and out. We were lucky with the weather for October and so were able to use the huge and stunning Swimming Pool, the Jacuzzi, Pétanque pitch and the specially installed Croquet Lawn. In the evening, we took advantage of the cinema and games room, playing pool, table football, ping pong, chess and darts. A brilliant house for families with teens! There is even a huge TV, especially for use with games consoles. The house has a beautiful kitchen, fully equipped with every gadget you could require. Although we didn't use it, there is also a BBQ for evenings on the huge terrace. The property is situated on the banks of the River Tarn and is surrounded by beautiful mature trees and a large garden. It was a very quick and easy drive from the airport and local amenities for food shopping. The local village, a ten-minute walk away, was very quiet but does have a pleasant local restaurant and within a few minutes by car you can access larger towns. In less than 40 minutes we reached Toulouse centre and the beautiful town of Albi and I gather there are many other attractions within an hour from the property. Although we were briefly aware of a party at the neighbouring property, we found the location very peaceful, with lovely dark skies at night for star gazing. The Wi-Fi was extremely good and there is plenty of parking. All in all we would highly recommend this property, which is of the highest quality. Our thanks to the charming hosts.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks staying at Villa Pey de la Salle celebrating our joint 50th birthdays with friends from around the world. The house is only three years old, beautifully designed and appointed and incredibly spacious and accommodating for big groups (we had 10 people). We were also delighted with the location, which was quiet and private being several kilometres outside the village of Fayence, but with access to Nice, Cannes and St Tropez less than an hour away. The owner Vincent and property manager Isa were very friendly and helpful and the Pure France administration was fast and efficient. We will certainly be recommending this service and property to our friends and look forward to visiting again in the future.
Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour au château. C'était le meilleur séjour sur nos 9 semaines en France. La demeure est magnifique, mais elle était également d'une propreté impeccable. Mon plus jeune enfant rampe, alors j'apprécie plus que jamais une maison propre. Honnêtement, Henrietta (la responsable de la maison) a fait toute la différence ! Qu'il s'agisse de prendre rendez-vous chez le médecin pour un enfant et de proposer de traduire, de sécuriser la maison et de fournir tous les articles nécessaires pour bébé, nous avons été époustouflés par son niveau de service. Merci!

This mansion offers everything anyone could wish for. Spacious, large bedrooms, comfortable bathrooms and outdoors like a park. Lovely swimming pool with sun beds and a lunching area (at least, that’s how we used it. Every one of our group (including the kids) had a wonderful week, no exceptions. Contact with the owner was swift and pleasant and the property manager Caroline is a gem. We hope to be back some other time, but meanwhile we recommend this property to anyone who wants to have an excellent French experience. Many thanks.

We stayed at the Le Manoir des Sines in September and it was simply exceptional! Nestled on top of a hill in the middle of the French countryside. This place is a real gem. The service was impeccable, always at our disposal and the beauty of the place is breathtaking. The photos are incredible, but the reality is even more impressive. All our guests were enchanted by this magical place, perfect for a group. We had an unforgettable time that will leave us with incredible memories for the rest of our lives. There is also plenty of space for everyone and everything was spotlessly clean. An experience to recommend without hesitation!
En poussant la porte, nous avons été accueillis par l'oasis la plus spectaculaire - la maison n'aurait pas pu être mieux conçue, la cuisine était encore mieux équipée que la nôtre - la pièce de résistance était la cour et la piscine. Nous avons passé 2 semaines fantastiques dans la maison et le village était agréable et convivial. Nous sommes revenus cette année car nous avons essayé d'autres lieux de vacances mais incomparables, l'oasis dont nous nous souvenions était encore meilleure - le calme, la sensation de chez-soi à la Maison - nous venons de rentrer d'un séjour de 2 semaines - il est clair que beaucoup de soin a été apporté pour rendre votre séjour confortable - nous avons à peine quitté la Maison Charvin pour voir les nombreux endroits intéressants de la région. C'était trop dur de quitter l'oasis. Nos 3 enfants un peu plus âgés que lors de notre précédente visite ont adoré la Maison Charvin et eux aussi l'ont quittée à regrets pour rentrer chez eux.
Propriété de première choix - accueil très chaleureux par la propriétaire Mme W. Montlaur - charmant village de Lagrasse - un village à voir absolument. Carcassonne - Cité très bien conservée. Nous reviendrons. La maison a tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin et plus encore. Déjà dans l'attente de notre visite de retour.
Magnificent villa with all the equipment you need to spend a pleasant week with friends. Spacious swimming pool, high standard equipment, plenty of space inside and out on the terrace, barbecue, bar, billiard table, rooms decorated with finesse and beds with impeccable mattresses. The owner couple is very friendly and attentive to their guests.
In the 30 or so years we have been coming to France for our holidays I don't think we have stayed in a more lovely house. A very tranquil spot, with everything we could possibly need. We have enjoyed our stay immensely, whether lying by the pool or venturing out further to the beaches or the Verden Gorges, all wonderful. Thank you for sharing your well loved home, the view from the swing seat is to die for!
A perfect place for a family stay. A large well equipped property that is decorated with great taste. There is something for all generations both inside and out including indoor and outdoor games for children. A great television room with a large choice of DVDs for both children and adults. Magnificent garden – great for aperitifs and barbeques and a beautiful swimming pool. The house was immaculate when we arrived. Our visit was unforgettable and we will certainly be coming back.

Cédric, another wonderful holiday in your beautiful villa. We enjoyed it so much, with trips towards Narbonne, the Canal du Midi, Pézenas, Gruissan for the stage 16 of the Tour de France, as well as lots of time in the fantastic pool! you wer a great host, showing us your new wine cellar (I didn't drink all the wine!) and telling us your plans to make the house even better. Nous venons de passer des vacances très réussies à la Villa Bellara. Nous étions sept (dont deux enfants) la première semaine et deux pendant la majeure partie de la seconde semaine. Nous étions certainement à l'aise. La villa est située dans une rue résidentielle calme, donc aucun problème de bruit tôt le matin ! Elle se trouve à environ huit minutes à pied d'une excellente pâtisserie pour acheter des croissants, etc. pour le petit-déjeuner, avec un excellent magasin de fruits en face. Le supermarché est un peu plus loin, mais facilement accessible. La plage est à environ 12 minutes à pied. L'accès aux autres lieux est simple via la gare de Cagnes (Nice ou Cannes) et il existe un bus gratuit pour les Hauts de Cagnes qui valent bien une visite. La propriété est parfaitement entretenue, l'équipement de cuisine de première classe et bien pensé. Il y a une splendide terrasse donnant sur la piscine, avec un auvent au-dessus de la table à manger qui nous a tous confortablement accueilli. Le soir, le petit jardin dispose de lumières sous les arbres, et à minuit, des gerbes jaillissent de l'herbe pour l'arroser. Le jardin, bien que petit, est bien entretenu, entouré de haies, le rendant très privé. Nous avons passé des vacances des plus agréables et mémorables.

Un charme fou. Nous y avons passé une semaine début juillet 2020 en famille, et nous avons été sous le charme de ce superbe endroit et de ses alentours. La demeure est très confortable, très spacieuse, avec toutes les facilités souhaitées. Les pièces de vie tout comme les chambres sont très agréables. Les aménagements extérieurs également. Les propriétaires disponibles et très accueillants. Le Borghesia est extrêmement bien situé, près d'une plage de galets en bord de rivière et ainsi que près de nombreuses excursions intéressantes en tout genre. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu où nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances.

Charming host. Beautiful location with magnificent views with vines and sunflowers. Perfect for running and walking. Good clean pool with covered area alongside so ideal for being in the shade. House very comfortable with all amenities including air con throughout.
Narbonne is a classic, small French city. The villa is a perfect match and then some - more spacious than the pictures suggest and terrific spaces both outdoor and in. Well be back for more visits and more wine!
Just a quick note to let you know that we had a wonderful holiday at Mas de Lozanne. Beautiful house, well looked after, close to the fabulous town of Pézenas with some brilliant weather. Nous sommes tombés sous le charme du Château du Marquisat. Intégralement rénové avec beaucoup de goût , vous y trouverez le charme d'hier et tout le confort d'aujourd'hui. Bien que nous y ayons séjourné en hiver nous avons pu apprécier cette belle région du Minervois, la proximité du canal du midi et des plages de la méditerranée. De plus les propriétaires sont vraiment accueillants, nous n'avons qu'une envie : y retourner en été !
