This is our second family holiday in this wonderful house. The welcome from Ian and Hugh when we arrived was excellent. The house and garden are beautifully cared for and the standard of accommodation is 'five star'. It felt like home from home rather than a soleless rental property. Having the owners on site was a plus as they where able to guide us with local activities and restaurant recommendations... there is a lot to do in this area and being so close to some of the best wine regions in the world is definitely a big plus. We also has a lovely day in Bordeaux, which is an easy drive or train journey and well worth the effort. We plan to return next year for our summer break and I would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful peaceful haven to anyone wishing to experience the best in hospitality! Thank you Ian and Hugh, you have created something very special!
Wow! What a week, went so fast but was a truly special. The chateau is so grand with secrets to be found all around. Paul, Julie and Steven were amazing, taking us fishing and ensuring we had all we needed! I will miss this place and already want to come back!! Thank you!!

A wonderful return visit to Villa Kali and this beautiful area of France. Weather has been great all week with plenty of sunshine, with the pool providing much needed relief. Enjoyed visits to Saint-Guilhem-le-Desert and Montpellier, as well as several trips to Pèzenas, particularly the ice cream shops! Enjoyed meals at Les Palmiers (quite expensive) and Chef Brasserie Chez Hansi (good value). Saturday market in Pèzenas worth a visit and Serignan Plage probably the best beach. The patisserie / boulangerie opposite Carrefour does great bread, croissants and gateaux. Look forward to a return visit in the future. Thanks for a great holiday! 5 / 5.
We have just returned from our holiday at your property which we all thoroughly enjoyed. I wanted to write to give feedback on our stay as I understand we were the first guests at the property. It was was the exact property we were looking for, in a quiet rural setting with the farm next door and the property itself offered everything we needed. The pool area was particularly well configured, safe for children and practical. It was so relaxing and particularly for my brother who enjoyed three days with us during the break of his six month tour in Afghanistan. It was so perfect we are very tempted to book it again for next year. Please pass our thanks on to all the owners for arranging the child facilities and to Gary and Louise who kept the pool immaculately.

Merci à Kim et Chris de nous avoir permis de rester. Une maison si belle et relaxante pour la semaine. J'aurais aimé être ici pour deux semaines au lieu d'une semaine ! Nous avons apprécié de nous détendre au bord de la piscine lors des journées chaudes et ensoleillées et de faire des barbecues le soir en regardant les couchers de soleil. J'adorerais revenir avec mes sœurs à un moment donné.
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au Domaine de Nérige - absolument magnifique et tellement bien équipé. Merci d'avoir contribué à la réalisation de ces vacances !
Nous avons passé un bon moment merci. Emplacement charmant et la vue était magnifique.
Le château et le parc sont magnifiques et bien entretenus. Les prestations sont excellentes. Des vacances fantastiques.
J'ai séjourné dans cette maison deux fois, une fois en famille et une fois avec des amis. Les deux séjour furent excellents. La villa est spacieuse avec tout le nécessaire et est très bien entretenue. A la dernière visite, il était visible que'il y avait eu des investissements pour moderniser l'intérieur de la villa. Le point le plus attractif est la piscine, qui est fantastique. Nous avons passé beaucoup de temps à la cuisine d'été et le barbecue autour de la piscine et faire des aller-retours pour se baigner. Très reposant. Le jardin est grand, idéal pour les enfants qui peuvent courir en toute sécurité. Vidauban est un beau village avec magasins, cafés, restaurants autour de la place du village, etc... Et non loin, la Côte d'Azur, des parcs aquatiques, et les pittoresques Gorges du Verdon, avec pléthore d'activités aquatiques, windsurf, pédalos... sans oublier les vignobles locaux et le vin Rosé du coin. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette villa.
Merci beaucoup pour ce merveilleux séjour dans votre très belle maison familiale. Le jardin et la piscine sont magnifiques. Nous avons profité de quelques bons restaurants dans la région et le temps était magnifique. Nous vous souhaitons un excellent été.

Quand pouvons-nous y retourner !? Endroit merveilleux et idéal où séjourner et se détendre pour 3 couples pendant quelques nuits. Au cœur du village où il y a de quoi faire si l'on souhaite juste un peu de calme et de tranquillité.
Nous revenons tout juste de deux semaines fantastiques au Séchoir et nous aimerions à nouveau réserver pour l'an prochain!
We could not have made a better decision than to come to Villa La Baronne to spend the end of the year. The house is magnificent, the location unbeatable both for the surroundings (the river, the forest, the small towns...) and the proximity to Toulouse. The house has the services you expect and much more. An excellent experience that I hope we can repeat again. Thanks to Isabelle and Philippe for offering Villa La Baronne guests a five-star stay. An absolutely amazing stay – we will return! We had the most wonderful 6-day stay at Petite Maison de Campagne. Set in a peaceful, tranquil location, we woke up each morning to the sights and sounds of cows from the neighbouring farm grazing in the fields – such a lovely view to enjoy while having coffee and breakfast. The pool and sun loungers were exactly what we needed for the hot French summer, and our son loved relaxing in the hammock under the trees. The property itself has been beautifully restored, with everything you could possibly want or need – including Wi-Fi (essential when travelling with two teens!). Our host was fantastic from start to finish. Communication was clear and friendly from the moment we booked, with all the information we needed to find the property and settle in. She even recommended some brilliant places to visit. I had one query during our stay, which she answered promptly and helpfully. The surrounding area offers so much to see and do – we only managed a fraction of it, so we’ll definitely have to come back to explore more. I highly recommend La Maison Nid to anyone looking for a relaxing yet well-equipped place to stay in this beautiful part of France. We loved it and can’t wait to return.
Lovely quiet gîtes with beautiful views over the wine fields. Close to Uzès, a very pretty historical market town (20 min. by car). The gîtes provide everything you need, i.e. comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, cosy sitting room and fully equipped kitchen. There is a swimming pool with lounge beds and our gîte (L'Oliveraie) even had a small private pool. The area is great for walk through the woods and over the wine field. There are restaurants in the area that are a short drive away. We had a great and relaxing time and will definitely be back!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Maison Labarde, it was a very well equipped property with a first class swimming pool and well maintained garden. Jean and Martin the owners made us feel very much at home and we were entertained by the very friendly dog Tanner.
A wonderful fortnight of celebrations for friends and all our family (17!) for Mike’s 70th Birthday! The manor was the perfect place for us all — so big and comfortable and so much to do. What a gem it is! Thank you so much for allowing us to come again. We have made some amazing memories!
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. It provided everything we needed for our family reunion of 3 families – fabulous pool, large garden, lots of outside sitting/dining areas, beautiful and spacious interiors, a large and very well equipped kitchen (we loved the ice dispenser!). The children (1-5) loved the nearby lake where they paddled, splashed about and built sandcastles. Plenty of shade and grass and a good restaurant. We had amazingly good weather so were mostly outdoors but if one hit a rainy day, there is plenty of entertainment (great dvd collection) inside. All in all, a very happy choice, enjoyed by young and old! The Bruns family from Germany, Scotland and Ireland
Thank you so very much Benjy, Kate and Issy for welcoming us to the property. We have had the most heavenly week here and we leave feeling thoroughly relaxed. The lands, vineyards and pool are all spectacular and a fabulous location for a group of friends. The weather has been glorious and to be honest, it has been quite difficult to drag ourselves away from the house and pool… However, we did venture to Fontevraud (which we loved), and we discovered a couple of the local markets. We were very grateful for the small touches that made our stay special – the beautiful turn of the winery, the supplies of food (and drinks!) and the comfy beds and copious linen and towels. We also enjoyed cooking on the Aga – risotto, roast chicken etc. Delicious food to accompany your STUNNING wine! We very much hope to return one day.
