Wow! What a week, went so fast but was a truly special. The chateau is so grand with secrets to be found all around. Paul, Julie and Steven were amazing, taking us fishing and ensuring we had all we needed! I will miss this place and already want to come back!! Thank you!!
What a beautiful 'home away from home' you have created here. This first holiday has been everything we could have wished for and more. Your hospitality and company have been wonderful and matched only by the breathtaking accommodation and gardens. You have thought of everything and we have wanted for nothing and the delicious birthday cake was a particular highlight! We can't wait to see what the future holds for the main house.

We stayed with a group of friends for the week before our wedding and we could not have asked for a more perfect place to have some quality time and enjoy the great pool! We were also treated to a bottle of champagne for our wedding. What a great place! Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely time thank you - we've stayed in many properties in France over the years and I can safely say that Domaine des Volets was the best equipped and most comfortable. It was great being so close to Carcassonne as well. If you will have us again, we would love to return some day!

Thank you so much for the most restful and enjoyable holiday we have had in ages! Everything was made so easy for us - the Loft is fitted out perfectly with so many additional little touches that we wanted for nothing. We particularly enjoyed the barbecue, the fantastic coffee machine (we're buying one when we get home!) and having breakfast and dinner on the amazing terrace. We had a good look round the local area and were particularly grateful for all your tips and recommendations. You have both been the most wonderful hosts and we have really enjoyed getting to know you over a glass of something cold! Thank you so much and we look forward to seeing you again next year!

Nous venons de rentrer du Domaine de Nérige. Quelle maison fabuleuse et les propriétaires ont fait en sorte que tout soit parfait pendant notre séjour. Tous nos besoins ont été satisfaits et plus encore, ils voulaient juste s'assurer que nous étions heureux et que nous profitions de notre séjour, ils ont organisé la restauration, le shopping, où manger, quoi faire dans les environs, etc. Lors de notre dernière soirée, elle a organisé une soirée tapas pour 18 de nos amis au Domaine de Nérige car c'était les célébrations du 60e anniversaire de mon mari, nous avons eu un bal et des souvenirs fabuleux ont été créés. Le Domaine de Nérige est un lieu de séjour spécial, tout était sans stress depuis le moment où nous sommes arrivés jusqu'au moment où nous avons malheureusement dû dire au revoir, un grand merci aux propriétaires et aux femmes de ménage. Nous avons tellement apprécié notre séjour en France, vous êtes tous si spéciaux aussi.
What an amazing house in a fantastic location. Now that we have returned to the UK, I just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our stay at Le Grand Verger - just right for our family get together with plenty of space, everything we could ask for in the house and plenty of things to do in the local vicinity without necessarily getting in the car. Yet another Pure France property that has more than met our expectations!
Everything about this stay was perfect! The location (in a small village which boasts a lovely hotel / bar / restaurant, a shop in which you can buy all you need, local wine producers and an organic butchers lorry visiting twice a week) to close proximity to beautiful walking routes and access to nearby towns with great markets, to the house itself which is the epitome of Provence living. Comfortable, thoughtfully restored and furnished and with every amenity you could wish for. The outside areas are great too - a beautiful pool area and several eating / barbecue and relaxation areas to take advantage of the sun or shade as you need. Perfect for large family gatherings as all the rooms are en suit and private except one which has an adjoining room perfect for those with young children although it still has 2 bathrooms! The house and grounds are looked after by a lovely couple who are on hand to help if needed with taxi's advice etc. We will be back!
Merci Cédric et Virginie. Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable dans cette belle villa. C'est exactement ce dont nous avions besoin et il y avait bien plus encore ! Le village et les villes environnantes étaient tout aussi magnifiques et nous n'aurions pas pu demander mieux ! Nous recommanderons certainement la Maison des Hirondelles à toute notre famille et à nos amis.
A perfect stay for a family Christmas. Plenty of room for 10 people. Beautiful bedrooms and bathroom. A very family-friendly living room, a superb and functional kitchen. Mon mari et moi avons passé une semaine parfaite. Du 23 au 29 juin 2025, Florence a été la meilleure hôte. La Grange était tout simplement magnifique. Les photos ne lui rendent vraiment pas justice. Les installations étaient parmi les meilleures que nous ayons eues. Nous allons en Dordogne depuis 30 ans avec notre famille. Cette propriété, avec tous les équipements nécessaires (et je dis bien TOUS), a dépassé nos attentes. Florence avait pensé à tout, même à des produits de spa de luxe très spéciaux. Des produits capillaires (y compris des lisseurs !). Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis avec le sourire et un pack de bienvenue plus que suffisant. Tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour le soir et le lendemain matin. Y compris le vin ! C'était vraiment la meilleure propriétaire que nous ayons rencontrée. Ce fut un tel plaisir de la rencontrer et de passer une semaine parfaite dans sa magnifique grange. Nous avons eu une soirée avec apéritifs dans le jardin. Une compagnie charmante. Toutes les informations sanitaires et de sécurité nous ont été données à notre arrivée, avec un numéro de téléphone que nous pouvions appeler à tout moment, pour n'importe quel besoin. La piscine était absolument parfaite. Nous avions un vaste choix d'activités : jeux, livres, musique, mais nous Nous avons été tout simplement stupéfaits de voir Netflix inclus ! Parfait pour une soirée détente sur les canapés très confortables. Eymet est également à seulement 15 minutes en voiture et offre un large choix de restaurants exceptionnels, de cafés, de boutiques, d'antiquaires, etc. Une magnifique ville historique. Nous ne pouvons que féliciter Florence et son merveilleux hébergement. Nous la remercions sincèrement d'avoir contribué à rendre notre semaine paisible, loin de tout. Tellement mémorable. J'ai oublié d'ajouter notre joie absolue d'avoir la climatisation partout ! La cerise sur le gâteau ! Merci encore.
Wonderful house full of character. My family had so much fun in the sparkling clean pool. All was laid on in the house and everything so clean.
Merci de partager votre belle maison avec nous. Quel honneur de passer du temps dans cette partie du monde si spéciale, un petit coin de paradis entouré de vignes, de tournesols et de lavande. Nous avons bu du vin délicieux et mangé beaucoup trop de fromage. Merci Frédéric d'avoir pris soin de nous et de nous avoir amené quelques ventilateurs pour apaiser la chaleur. Nous avons hâte de revenir un jour bientôt.
La piscine est fantastique. Nous sommes tout à fait d’accord avec tous les commentaires positifs. Séjour de 5 étoiles, la piscine est fantastique, le logement extrêmement confortable et bien aménagé. Tout était à disposition pour un séjour reposant et enrichissant grâce à nos hôtes formidables et attentionnés.
So much space for everyone. Personally some softer pillows would have been appreciated. Everything you need for a holiday with children, outside and in. Catering excellent. Faultless service.

Tiraillés entre la campagne, les châteaux, les vignobles, les marchés et la marche, le canoë, la baignade, ou la simple détente dans le jardin au bord de la piscine : trop de choix ! Merci également pour la bouteille de pétillant à notre arrivée et la touche personnelle de roses dans chaque chambre - tout a été très apprécié !
