Great place!! We really enjoyed our week here. Pool, excitement of the stay, the tortoise and the location. We think that the tortoise should be named Trevor. :) We loved Bordeaux. Some great restaurants in Libourne: MA Restaurant and Bistro Maritime. Very enjoyable wine cellar tour and tasting at Château de la Rivière just up the road. Recommend Grotte Pair-non-Pair near Bourg. Thank you from us all !
We had a lovely stay! The house was completely to our taste, with a magnificent garden and a superb view which allows you to completely disconnect. Everything is available. Tessa who welcomed us was charming. The Mas is even nicer than on the photos. Ideal for a stay with friends or family. We highly recommend.
La vue depuis l'appartement est plus époustouflante que ce que les photos peuvent capturer, tout comme la piscine. L'espace extérieur est confortable et relaxant avec vue sur la mer. L'appartement était très propre et équipé de toutes les commodités dont on peut avoir besoin pour des vacances. Il y a de nombreux restaurants à quelques pas, un fabuleux supermarché où tout vous procurer juste en face et l'appartement n'est également qu'à quelques pas de la gare pour des excursions d'une journée à Cannes, Antibes, Nice voire au-delà. L'arrêt de bus pour l'aéroport est également très proche. Il n'y a rien à redire sur l'appartement. C'était parfait à tous points de vue.
Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing two weeks. We have loved getting to know this part of France (and it’s wine!), playing boules in the garden and watching all the birds. We particularly enjoyed the Grand Cafe Occitane and the beaches at Leucate. Your attention to detail and the warm welcome made us feel immediately at home and we really appreciated the pool being kept so clean.
Thank you for a fabulous stay in Vouvant and all the kind hospitality you showed us. The kids have loved having the fabulous pool all to themselves. We've had great trips out to the Isle de Ré and the beaches. We are sad to be leaving !
Cette année encore, je souhaite vivement renouveler notre séjour. Cet endroit incarne l’essence même d’une demeure accueillante pour les amis, à mille lieues des locations impersonnelles et dénuées de chaleur. Chez toi, on ressent immédiatement une atmosphère chaleureuse, empreinte de ton goût exquis et d’une âme véritable. Chaque année, tu nous réserves des surprises merveilleuses : une nouvelle chambre aménagée avec un soin et une originalité sans pareils, un jardin qui se transforme, un potager qui nous offre des légumes de saison d’une qualité exceptionnelle. Et que dire des aventures mémorables que nous avons vécues, ainsi que de la vue imprenable sur la Provence et le majestueux Pont du Gard lors de nos petits déjeuners. Grâce à toi, ce lieu se transforme en une véritable maison de famille. Nous commençons déjà à compter les jours qui nous séparent de notre prochain séjour. À très bientôt.
Merci à Madeline et Alan pour leur accueil parfait lors de notre séjour au magnifique « Camirout ». Nous avions tout ce qu'il fallait pour un séjour fabuleux ! La maison, le terrain et la piscine sont magnifiques et le calme y est absolu. Gavin a également fêté son anniversaire avec brio, nous garderons donc de merveilleux souvenirs de notre séjour chez vous. Merci beaucoup pour notre panier de bienvenue ! Nous avons passé des vacances parfaites à Bessan. La maison est très belle, les enfants ont profité de la piscine tous les jours. Nous avons particulièrement aimé Uzès et Pézenas qui sont vraiment de belles villes. Merci encore. À bientôt.
Un endroit tellement incroyable ! L'emplacement était parfait, l'appartement avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Je recommanderais certainement cet endroit et espère y retourner un jour !
Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We have enjoyed every second. There is such a relaxed and calm atmosphere at Maison Four à Chaux! Perfect, We've been spoilt. We've enjoyed dining in all the areas around the house, especially the pool house! We would recommend a visit to Rochefort and Cognac. The park in Saint-Savinien is great for little ones. Boat rider, inflatables and picnics. Thank you for the gifts on our arrival... Yvonne has been a perfect host... great advice and support. Thank you so much.
Visiting Le Mas Pouget was like releasing a long exhalation of breath and with it, the stresses of day-to-day life. The house, as mentioned in the other review here, is indescribable. It is an oasis of cool and calm, in a basin of trees and regional wildlife, which soothes the soul. It is a stunning part of the planet and felt like a special, secret place that remains unspoiled. The accommodation is fantastic. Quirky and comfortable, with many social spaces to enjoy your party's company as well as quiet places to escape to when you need time alone. We were seven adults and two children (aged 2 and 7) and all got along famously over the course of our 10 days, thanks to the space provided. Frederic, Virginie and Laure literally could not have been more helpful. We had all manner of questions and they were incredibly receptive and responsive, helping us with any queries and genuinely friendly with it. We think everybody needs this place/space in their lives ;-) Thank you for a wonderful and very memorable holiday.

Beautiful house - everything you could possibly need for a totally carefree and relaxing holiday. We loved it so much here we only ventured away from the property for 2 half days. We would love to return! A huge thank you to Gary and Louise for managing the property so well and giving expert local knowledge.
La maison est magnifique. Le mobilier et la décoration vintage mélangés à des touches plus modernes nous ont immédiatement mis à l'aise ! Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la piscine ! Et l'emplacement était également parfait. Pouvoir voir les bateaux sur le Canal du Midi depuis le salon rend la maison encore plus cosy et étonnante. Nous reviendrons certainement bientôt ! Merci.
We have all enjoyed staying in your magnificent Maison Richelieu. The house and village of Richelieu is a wonderful location for exploring the Loire Valley which we have all done. The décor of the maison is fantastic and we have taken ideas with us for what we can do in our own houses when we return home. Thank you again for our time here!
We had a lovely time at your house, we really like Pézenas and the surrounding area. The house itself was superb and very well equipped, we and our 18, 20 and 21 year old children were very happy. Being able to enjoy the shops and restaurants in Pézenas then wander back to the tranquillity of the house made for a great holiday.
Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans votre maison confortable et charmante. Nous pouvons recommander les produits laitiers de l'agriculteur local et l'une de nos visites préférées aura été Chinon. Nous avons aussi découvert le vin de Savennières qui est un vrai régal. Nous aimerions revenir bientôt!
An absolute treasure of a place to stay with attentive hosts making sure our trip was comfortable and stress free. It's a home from home with the added delight of the sun, relaxing pool and sitting out of an evening with friends and wine. Thank you so much Isabelle for letting us stay in your gorgeous house in Bordeaux. The house is huge and beautifully finished. It feels both luxurious and like a comfortable family home. Caroline made us feel very welcome and we really appreciated the grocery shop on arrival with several hungry children in tow. The pool was such a hit, especially when the weather got really hot. The area is stunning too. We will be back!
It's been an absolute cracker. The house is a joy and the pool has been the centre of our stay. We've loved exploring the local area, particularly the beach side lunch in Cannes and wild afternoon at the inflatable waterpark at the lake.

After many weeks of uncertainty, our decision to drive down to the Loft du Vigneron has been vindicated by a superb week. Thank you so much for all that you have done to make our week so memorable; especially prior to us leaving the UK. Your e-mails and your flexibility made us have a sense of connection before we had met you both. We have appreciated all the small touches that have made our stay easier - from the notes, welcome pack, advice, booking restaurants, etc. A good life is made up of special memories. What a fantastic house and grounds. We had great plans for visiting places and doing things with the grandchildren, but they indulged in endless games around the grounds, including the croquet and of course the pool. Croquet from 7.30 to 15.00 meant a wonderful time, so many, many thanks for letting us stay in your home.
Spacious, comfortable and stylish. The house has a super atmosphere. It’s really spacious, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms and bathrooms have all you need. The pool was spotless and such a treat that it’s just yours to use. The house sits very near to the village. Just a couple of minutes walk to the Square and the little market that seems to visit every Saturday and on two other days too. You can get all you need from there or from the little super market nearby. The terrace was fab for eating our meals outside and just off the kitchen. Bbq worked well too. Over all it was definitely a 10 out of 10 stay. The owners have thought of everything. We really loved the enormous wall hangings.
Deux semaines agréables et reposantes dans la plus belle des villas ! Une villa spacieuse et incroyable qui a été parfaite pour notre famille avec beaucoup d'espace pour nous tous. Nous avons absolument adoré la piscine et y étions tous les jours ! Nos vacances ont été rendues encore plus spéciales par notre hôte attentionné, Philippe. Philippe nous a très bien accueillis avec de délicieux vins et du pain, nous a gâtés avec des viennoiseries pour le petit-déjeuner et a apprécié un délicieux repas au Pourquoi Pas. L'emplacement était génial et nous avons apprécié de parler à la boulangère tous les jours et de profiter des sorties dans les villages voisins. Mais la plupart du temps, nous profitions simplement de la villa ! En tant qu'amoureux des chats, nous adorions les chats que nous voyions dans les jardins et leur fournissions de l'eau pendant les journées chaudes et des friandises ! Merci beaucoup pour ces vacances très agréables !
We have just returned from Villa La Baronne where our family of 15 had a wonderful time! The villa is exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. It is in an ideal location, less than a 10 minute drive to the nearest supermarket.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié les merveilleux petits déjeuners frais. Merci aussi pour les conseils recommandés sur les endroits à visiter : Bize-Minervois, Bagès, Sète et Carcassonne. Nous les avons tous visités. Ils étaient incroyables. Le dîner au Pourquoi Pas ? était magique. Un endroit parfait pour célébrer notre 25ème anniversaire. Merci ! Vous êtes les meilleurs hôtes.
What a stunning place... couldn't fault. Peaceful yet close to village and 10 minute drive for supermarkets. Pool area is just perfect.. plenty of shade if you need it... or lay out in the summer sun. Everything and more that you need for a fantastic holiday.
Without a doubt, this is the most peaceful and relaxing holiday we have ever had. Such a beautiful setting with everything we needed - even to keep our 3 boys entertained. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise.
