The house and the grounds are fantastic. The rooms were all spacious and we particularly appreciated the bedroom set up with interlinking rooms from the nursery. We really enjoyed exploring the grounds and went for walks/runs. The children loved exploring the forest area. The swimming pool was fantastic. Loungers etc comfortable. The kids loved the swings etc and the playroom was well stocked. Everything we needed was here. The food was delicious and we really appreciate you taking into account the intolerances. Fantastic holiday. Thank you.
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au Château Périgord et Jean-Marie a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. J'espère que nous pourrons revenir un jour en famille et, espérons-le, avec un temps un peu plus chaud! Merci encore pour ce merveilleux séjour dans votre belle maison.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette belle villa. Nous nous sommes tous sentis très détendus. La piscine était très accueillante, d'autant plus que c'était une semaine très chaude. Les vues sont spectaculaires. Nous avons apprécié les marchés nocturnes de Duras et de Monségur. Je recommanderais le restaurant La Terrasse à Duras. Merci Frédéric pour ton aide.
L'endroit idéal pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis. Le reste du groupe l'a parfaitement résumé plus tôt. Nous sommes incroyablement reconnaissants d'avoir eu l'occasion de venir et nous sourions encore en repensant à Freddie.
Maison Palatini was just perfect – we really had a most wonderful, relaxing stay. The house is beautiful and so well equipped and a great location just a stroll from the fascinating old town of Pézenas
Magnifique maison, encore plus belle que sur les photos. Très spacieuse, décorée avec beaucoup de goût (dommage que nous ne puissions pas acheter la déco). Nous y avons passé une semaine formidable aussi bien pour les parents que pour les enfants. Merci à Steve pour son sourire et sa bonne humeur. Nous reviendrons c’est certain!!!

We had an amazing stay at your wonderful house. The setting was wonderful and we had a truly relaxing time. The scenery was a joy. We also liked the beautiful village / hamlet with such a wonderful church. We met many French people who were exceptionally friendly. We cooked with all the fresh produce from the markets and ate outside surrounded by hay bales! Thank you for such an amazing week.
Thank you for being wonderful hosts. It has been a joy to stay at the Loft and to explore a little of the region. Excited to be thinking of returning in the future when the weather is cooler. We loved the setting, location and character of this beautiful house which we feel could tell many interesting stories (... if only walls could speak!). Our boys loved the pool and made great friends with the friendly tortoise. R. favours the name 'Toby' and B. likes 'Edouard'. We enjoyed a fabulous lunch for my birthday at Bistro Maritime and looking forward to dinner at Bistro Pharell for our last evening. Great days out exploring St-Émilion-Libourne. A great trip by train (so easy) to Bordeaux. The bassin de lumière is amazing if you have a wet day. We also loved watching the Mascaret from the house - so glad we were here on the 'right' day.
Cette villa est incroyable. La vue est époustouflante. J'ai séjourné dans la chambre en rez-de-chaussée, à côté de la salle de bain. Une jolie pièce de vie avec accès à la terrasse, un super spot pour voir les couchers de soleil. Serviettes de bonne qualité, des John Lewis! La chambre à l'étage a une jolie salle de bain et un balcon avec une vue splendide. Juste magnifique. Prendre son petit-déjeuner sous l'olivier a été un plaisir. La piscine a de bonnes dimensions et est très profonde. Très bien entretenue, avec une couverture. L'aire autour de la piscine est spacieuse, avec assez de bains de soleil et un bel espace avec barbecue. Les jardins sont magnifiques, il y a un terrain de pétanque, des oliviers à perte de vue et des massifs de fleurs devant la villa. La cuisine est très bien équipée, nous y avons mangé la plupart du temps. Et il y a une buanderie aussi. Une belle villa dans une belle région de France. Très reposant. Une perle rare.
We have just spent 2 very enjoyable weeks at Villa Montplaisir. The villa is equipped to a very high standard and Thierry was informative and helpful throughout our stay. The apricot tree kept us well supplied with fresh fruit each morning... delicious. The town centre is only a 10 minute walk and offers a variety of bars and restaurants to suit most tastes. There is a market 3 times a week which has the usual buzz and good choice of fresh food stalls. We would recommend the villa as a very good base to visit both the coast and hinterland.
Merci pour le pack de bienvenue avec vin, eau et café. La maison est idéalement située pour explorer la vieille ville de Pézenas. Allez voir le marché du samedi, c'est incroyable. La maison et la piscine sont super, confortables et bien aménagées.
Very good welcome. Cleanliness of the house, space, functionality, pool safety, baby equipment, everything was there. The surrounding setting of course is wonderful. Quality restaurants close by. Family stay that we were able to fully enjoy. Recommended, to be repeated.
Belle demeure. Une jolie demeure avec jardins, exceptionnellement paisible et privée. Belle piscine. Tous les équipements. Saint-Alvère est également un beau village.

An absolute treasure of a place to stay with attentive hosts making sure our trip was comfortable and stress free. It's a home from home with the added delight of the sun, relaxing pool and sitting out of an evening with friends and wine. I can't wait to go back again and enjoy the nearby markets and small community which surrounds the château. Thank you Phil and Claire. Spacious rooms, historic building and thoughtful amenities.
A great week where 3 generations could spend time together relaxing around the comfortable farmhouse, great pool and expansive gardens. The house was very well equipped and being mostly fortunate with the weather, we ate outside on the terraces making full use of the BBQ provided. Monpazier is delightful and Villereal has a wonderfully colourful market. We thoroughly recommend this property as a holiday choice.
Spacious, comfortable and stylish. The house has a super atmosphere. It’s really spacious, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms and bathrooms have all you need. The pool was spotless and such a treat that it’s just yours to use. The house sits very near to the village. Just a couple of minutes walk to the Square and the little market that seems to visit every Saturday and on two other days too. You can get all you need from there or from the little super market nearby. The terrace was fab for eating our meals outside and just off the kitchen. Bbq worked well too. Over all it was definitely a 10 out of 10 stay. The owners have thought of everything. We really loved the enormous wall hangings.

Une semaine incroyable passée en famille. Philippe : merci beaucoup pour tout ce que vous avez fait. vous avez été le meilleur et l'hôte le plus attentionné. La propriété a été merveilleuse. Le restaurant Le Pourquoi Pas a été un super moment. Merci pour tout.
Merci pour cette semaine délicieuse dans un cottage vraiment charmant. Même si le soleil s'est fait un peu attendre, le cachet de la maison a largement compensé. Les deux restaurants du village sont excellents ! (Pensez à prendre une lampe de poche si vous rentrez après dîner !). Sarlat vaut vraiment le détour le mercredi (jour de marché). Saint-Léon est un joli village avec un grand choix de restaurants. Lascaux IV est intéressant et bien présenté. Un grand merci à Caterina et Steve !
Nous sommes déjà venus il y a quelques années. Rien n'a beaucoup changé entre ces murs, autour de Duras ou en France. Frédéric est toujours aussi serviable. Constamment disponible pour de l'aide. Nous attendons avec impatience chaque visite, en fonction de la disponibilité (de la villa et de la nôtre). Merci encore d'avoir permis cette nouvelle visite et à l'équipe dévouée qui prépare et nettoie en préparation. Cela est très apprécié.
Nous avons passé la semaine la plus incroyable au Malardier. Nous avons visité de nombreux villes et villages charmants. Nous nous sommes tellement amusés au bord de la piscine et nous sommes fait de nombreux bons souvenirs. Nous avons hâte de revenir.
Nous revenons depuis maintenant plus de 5 ans. Nous adorons la Villa Baleyssagues et Frédéric ! Nous aimons tout dans la maison et tous les différents changements et améliorations dans la maison dus au nouveau propriétaire. La piscine reste la même avec sa forme impressionnante ! Le seul point négatif c'est que la maison affiche rapidement complet !!!
A very belated note to say thanks very much for your help in making our stay in Les Rocans go smoothly. We had a great time and loved how relaxed it was. We were considering rebooking for next year however Mum has just announced she will be taking a larger place to celebrate her 70th in next summer, so the good news is she will pick up the bill (!) but the bad news is we can't stay with you again next year. We will however certainly bear Les Rocans in mind for the future as we had a thoroughly relaxing time.
