Thanks for a lovely week in your fabulous holiday house, it was very kind of you to let us arrive early so we could easily visit the market. It was quite entertaining seeing the gendarmes trying to organise the market day traffic (and the usual bonkers French parking!) We have stayed in quite a few properties in the South of France but not managed to find somewhere that was both walking distance to a nice town and a high spec house. Yours certainly ticked both of those boxes. Especially with the weather not being on our side, we spent a lot of time in the house and really appreciated all of the luxury living area and kitchen features. The kids loved the pool (and it did stay at 26 degrees!), so we did manage to venture in almost every day, much to the amazement of some of the locals! Thanks also for all of the information and recommendations that you and Lisa sent through before and during our stay. It was very much appreciated and hugely helpful.

We have had the most fabulous time staying in the Loft du Vigneron this past week. We have booked through Pure France for four or five years and this place is by far the highest standard of accommodation that we have experienced. Every detail has been catered for. Everything that we needed for the week was at hand. We really enjoyed meeting you both and our kids thought that you were so nice and welcoming, and Kate really appreciated the lovely touch of the pool noodles! We wish you both health, happiness and best wishes for the future, and we really hope to revisit again in the future. Many thanks for everything - you are 'best in class' hosts.

Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique en famille au Petit Pigeonnier - une vue incroyable sur le calme et le repos des vignes, un vaste terrain, avec un bon équilibre entre ombre et soleil, une piscine fabuleuse, un intérieur immense et frais avec un aménagement très bien pensé (pas seulement l'IKEA habituel) - tous charmants à tous points de vue. Debbie était une hôte parfaite : super discrète, mais là pour des conseils et des dépannages en cas de besoin, et surtout, si attentionnée pour que nous puissions profiter au maximum de notre séjour en profitant des sites, des marchés et des produits locaux (y compris les noix et les confitures de la propriété), qui regorgent localement ici ! Nous savions que nous allions passer de bonnes vacances dès que nous avons vu qu'une bouteille de vin nous attendait, fruit des vignes juste devant notre fenêtre, et nous avions raison.

Lovely place to stay, enjoyed being able to walk to the cafes and shops. Highlights; cycling to Chinon own hire bikes. Lovely walk through vineyards to the soap museum/shop. We had some extremely hot days (37 degrees) so went to Lac du Grezillé. Loved Saumur and Chinon, highly recommend Château Bréze.
This is our second family holiday in this wonderful house. The welcome from Ian and Hugh when we arrived was excellent. The house and garden are beautifully cared for and the standard of accommodation is 'five star'. It felt like home from home rather than a soleless rental property. Having the owners on site was a plus as they where able to guide us with local activities and restaurant recommendations... there is a lot to do in this area and being so close to some of the best wine regions in the world is definitely a big plus. We also has a lovely day in Bordeaux, which is an easy drive or train journey and well worth the effort. We plan to return next year for our summer break and I would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful peaceful haven to anyone wishing to experience the best in hospitality! Idyllique et détente absolue C'était notre premier séjour en Charente et nous avons adoré La Charmante Distillerie. Dès notre arrivée, nous nous sommes sentis détendus. La piscine et les terrasses offraient une vue imprenable et un calme absolu. L'intérieur était joliment meublé et nous avons apprécié le clin d'œil à l'ancienne distillerie et à son histoire. De nombreuses activités étaient proposées en famille et nous avons adoré observer les étoiles grâce au télescope mis à disposition. Mark a impeccablement entretenu le terrain et la piscine. Nous avons apprécié l'accès au jardin d'herbes aromatiques et aux arbres fruitiers. Je tiens également à souligner l'excellente connexion internet, qui a permis à nos adolescents de se détendre dans le coin détente de la mezzanine, tandis que les plus jeunes ont adoré jouer dans le bac à sable et sur le portique. Je recommande vivement cet endroit !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette belle villa. Nous nous sommes tous sentis très détendus. La piscine était très accueillante, d'autant plus que c'était une semaine très chaude. Les vues sont spectaculaires. Nous avons apprécié les marchés nocturnes de Duras et de Monségur. Je recommanderais le restaurant La Terrasse à Duras. Merci Frédéric pour ton aide.
Wow, what a huge privilege to be the first entry into what we know will become a book full of compliments, acclaim and thanks to a very special couple who are creating a very special place. The house and gardens are an amazing reflection of the style and care and attention to detail that Russell and Karen are putting into what we know will become one of Languedoc's gems. Their un-intrusive but 'nothing is too much trouble' nature brings a relaxed and caring environment. The Loft is a lovely haven to relax in and contemplate the beautiful world around you. We look forward to returning and wish you all the very best.

We, grandparents, parents and our little daughter, spent two fantastic weeks in this wonderful villa in Fréjus. The villa offers plenty of room for a bigger family. You can find everything you need for a pleasant stay. It's fully furnished. lovely decorated and well appointed with kitchenware and with everything you might need. There is a lushy, well maintained garden with a swimming pool and plenty of sunbeds. We loved our stay there with the beautiful view over Fréjus to the sea. We can recommend this villa to everyone looking for a peaceful, quite summer vacation. The owners are as well extremely friendly and helpful.
What a terrific home to say in. Totally relaxing with so much thought given to every detail. We really loved the tour of all the buildings and we look forward to visiting again to see the developments. Its a glorious place, we loved it here, such a relaxing, comfortable and interesting place to be staying. Its been a privilege to stay in your home. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. It provided everything we needed for our family reunion of 3 families – fabulous pool, large garden, lots of outside sitting/dining areas, beautiful and spacious interiors, a large and very well equipped kitchen (we loved the ice dispenser!). The children (1-5) loved the nearby lake where they paddled, splashed about and built sandcastles. Plenty of shade and grass and a good restaurant. We had amazingly good weather so were mostly outdoors but if one hit a rainy day, there is plenty of entertainment (great dvd collection) inside. All in all, a very happy choice, enjoyed by young and old! The Bruns family from Germany, Scotland and Ireland
Look forward to visiting again in the future..We had a wonderful 2 weeks staying at Villa Pey de la Salle celebrating our joint 50th birthdays with friends from around the world. The house is only three years old, beautifully designed and appointed and incredibly spacious and accommodating for big groups (we had 10 people). We were also delighted with the location, which was quiet and private being several kilometres outside the village of Fayence, but with access to Nice, Cannes and St Tropez less than an hour away. The owner Vincent and property manager Isa were very friendly and helpful and the Pure France administration was fast and efficient. We will certainly be recommending this service and property to our friends.
Thank you so much for the most incredible week, we have made so many memories. Everything about the house has been perfect, such an easy space to relax in. Our girls have loved their week and have become real water babies! We return home to the Alps feeling recharged and look forward to another visit. Heavenly spot! Best wishes from all of us.

Quel endroit charmant ! La villa est bien équipée, confortable et paisible. Nous avons passé beaucoup de temps dans la piscine et avons adoré explorer les environs de Tourrettes et de Fayence.
Nous ne pouvons pas dire suffisamment de bonnes choses sur Les Fumerates ou ses propriétaires. Nous avons adoré la propriété ! Tout dans la villa est bien aménagé. Les propriétaires ont été exceptionnellement serviables et soucieux de répondre à toutes nos questions, préoccupations, etc. Ils sont tous deux très dévoués afin que leurs clients apprécient leur séjour et qu'ils disposent de tout ce dont ils ont besoin, etc. Nous reviendrons certainement dans la région et quand nous le ferons, notre premier choix pour les locations ce sera ici ! Merci pour ce bon début de nos 2 semaines en France !
