Wonderful house full of character. My family had so much fun in the sparkling clean pool. All was laid on in the house and everything so clean.
Nous avons vécu une expérience unique dans ce lieu très privé et exceptionnel. Un endroit idéal pour se ressourcer et profiter de moments mémorables en famille. La piscine est impressionnante et les lumières y créent une atmosphère magique. Vous êtes en pleine nature mais au sein d'un cadre de la plus haute qualité.
Quelle magnifique retraite loin de la vie urbaine ! Nous avons réservé trois semaines à la maison et en avons apprécié chaque minute. La cuisine extérieure est fantastique, c'était comme si nous avions notre propre restaurant privé. La piscine était parfaite pour nos trois enfants et la vue panoramique sur les montagnes environnantes est à couper le souffle. Alexandra était facilement joignable en cas de questions ou de problèmes. Dans l’ensemble, fortement recommandé !
Merci pour ce beau moment dans votre belle maison. La piscine est incroyable ainsi que les vues. Nous avons passé de merveilleux moments à visiter Eymet, Duras, Monségur, le Médoc et Saint-Émilion. Beautifully converted and furnished house with two lovely gîtes, a swimming pool and terraces. The wide views over the vineyards are unprecedented. The owners again make something very beautiful !!!

We love the design and build of the house and have enjoyed our stay here with our family enormously. The pool has provided a great deal of fun for all and there is so much opportunity for relaxation and enjoying all the local produce!
Absolutely stunning château, beautiful inside and out with everything you need for a relaxing and luxurious holiday. Lovely quiet setting but close to pretty villages with bustling markets and restaurants. Great for large families or groups as there is plenty of room but also has wonderful communal areas - particularly around the pool, the tennis court, pétanque court and dining in the idyllic front courtyard. Grounds to stroll around, with river and shady trees- a classic slice of French heaven!

We came here to celebrate a couple of family birthdays and get some time together. From the moment we walked in the door we quickly came to realise what an amazing place this is. The view from the kitchen window (bu the sink) literally brought my sister to tears. ... in a very positive way. This week has allowed us to explore the area to some degree, but with so much on offer around and in the property, there was little incentive to go anywhere. The difficulty now will be to keep this gem of a property a secret from others, as we will undoubtedly tell everyone about this fantastic place. Thank you for so generously sharing your house. Lovely house in nice authentic village. We really enjoyed staying in this house in Nissan. We especially loved the pool area and the terrace where we spent most of our time when we weren't out exploring the area. It's in a perfect location within a few minutes' walk from the town square with bars and a couple of pizza restaurants. There is a market 3 times a week, which we also really enjoyed. Paul who met us on arrival and was available throughout our stay for any questions is a really nice guy who speaks good English. It's within easy driving distance of Narbonne, Montpellier and Béziers and about 20 minutes from the beach. You can tell that this is a well-loved house by friendly owners Terry and Carol and we would recommend this house to anyone seeking an authentic French experience in comfortable surroundings.

Peaceful French retreat. Lovely family stay here with great pool and Al fresco dining area for the summer months. Enjoyed being out in the countryside with local town and large supermarkets just a short drive away. Would certainly stay again.
We have at last found paradise in a place we could all share. Thank you for sharing this beautiful, peaceful house. The countryside for early morning sun, endless swim day and night. The bird watching and the lazing in the shade. We had great fun wine tasting locally and having been blessed with stunning weather we have had long al fresco meal every day. I think we have made the most of all the games and puzzles inside and out and no TV! À bientôt!
Thank you, what an amazing holiday we’ve had in your wonderful house, from the swimming pool to the table tennis room and family boule tournaments, we’ve had great fun. We loved. We loved swimming in the river in Nyons and the massive markets. A lovely windy trip up to mount Ventoux with amazing views and cheering on the cyclists!. Vaison la romaine was a nice morning out with the Roman remains and finally a quick wine tasting (and purchase) at Domaine du Tave with Audrey finished it off nicely. Thanks again,

Perfect! Our stay in the L’Ancienne Etable was 5 star. Jane and Richard have thought of everything to make this the perfect pad for two. Peaceful and relaxing, we would highly recommend and hope to return again soon.

We had a fabulous holiday, thank you ! What a lovely location; very peaceful but within easy access of a variety of places to visit - Nice, Saint Paul de Vence, Vence, Grasse and everything to offer along the French Riviera. The house is large and comfortable with space for families or groups of friends to spread out. There is ample outside space to enjoy - around the pool, behind the house to have shade and beside the kitchen for a morning cup of coffee. The view from the pool is stunning allowing one to see a huge distance along the coast - that will live long in our memory!
The house is beautiful - amazing views, wonderful pool, very comfortable beds. We had a fantastic time - didn't see as much of the area as planned - as everyone so happy playing in pool!
Merveilleux séjour ici à Sarlat. Cette maison est parfaite pour visiter la région. Beaucoup de belles choses à faire à proximité. La maison est dans un endroit magnifique et avec les températures élevées de cette semaine, la piscine a été une aubaine. Tout dans la maison est adapté aux visiteurs et elle est vraiment bien équipée. C'est ma première fois en Dordogne et c'est absolument magnifique. Je reviendrai certainement bientôt. Merci Jackie et Geoff pour ces merveilleuses vacances.
