Stunning retreat Just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed our time in your gorgeous home. We all spent hours in the pool and visited the neighbouring vineyard for some delicious rose, Corinne's daughter Chloe served up some fantastic food and Isabelle looked after the kids while we escaped two nights. It really is a stunning retreat.
I just wanted to drop you a line to say how very much we enjoyed our week in your lovely home - it truly is superb! In fact, we all had such a good week, I am about to email in order to book for next year. I notice on the website that next year's dates are already there so we thought we'd better book quickly (and before you decide that it is far too beautiful to leave!)
Here we are again! The Loft and it’s setting never loses its WOW! factor; we have had yet another ( fifth ) visit, having enjoyed the garden, pool, local area and not least your wonderful hospitality. Thank you so much - an oasis of calm in the Covid-19 storm! The measures you have taken to protect guests have been executed with your usual discretion and thoroughness, allowing us to truly relax.
La piscine et le jardin sont beaux et bien entretenus. Le salon principal est lumineux et aéré. La buanderie a été très utile. L'endroit est calme et paisible.
It seems but a moment since we arrived two weeks ago, but we have had a lovely time. Thank you for your hospitality and wonderful company. What a pity we couldn’t come in June, but we are optimistic about next year. It feels much safer here in France than it does in England - we saw much more of Rieux than we have before, and have had some splendid meals. Our favourite is definitely l’Abbaye de Fontfroide, though Relais de Chantovent comes a close second. Until next June.
Absolutely stunning château, beautiful inside and out with everything you need for a relaxing and luxurious holiday. Lovely quiet setting but close to pretty villages with bustling markets and restaurants. Great for large families or groups as there is plenty of room but also has wonderful communal areas - particularly around the pool, the tennis court, pétanque court and dining in the idyllic front courtyard. Grounds to stroll around, with river and shady trees- a classic slice of French heaven!
Une belle maison, bien conçue, un grand jardin et une piscine, beaucoup de choses à faire. Nous recommandons cette maison pour des vacances. Nous reviendrons certainement bientôt pour un séjour plus long. Un grand merci pour votre accueil chaleureux et votre gentillesse.
Une propriété fabuleuse, tout ce dont vous avez besoin au même endroit, surtout la piscine. Un emplacement merveilleux et le restaurant local était idéal.

The first visitors of the year! The house immediately feels like coming home. It has every comfort and a wonderful atmosphere, enhanced by the artwork throughout the house. We expected it to be cold, but it wasn’t at all—it was lovely. Our grandchildren had a wonderful time, and so did the grandparents and parents!
Votre belle maison est très bien équipée, le dossier d'information est très utile ... un beau premier séjour pour découvrir la France rurale. La région est vraiment spectaculaire...
Terrific house with fabulous views, close to town. Our family of five had a perfect holiday. The house is spacious, filled with light and very well appointed. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces a lot, including the pool, the large terrace with stunning views and summer kitchen. It was easy to get to grocery stores and activities in the region. Our teenagers loved being able to walk to the village and explore the area. We all enjoyed walking or jogging on the path by the canal, accessible from the garden. We highly recommend this property!
Absolutely loved our stay at Le Séchoir Carme! It’s a fab barn conversion (decorated to a high spec) with lots of space inside and out. The pool is a great size too, if you want to get some lengths in! I would also recommend the night markets which are held in many local villages and are so much fun!
We spent a beautiful 2 weeks here! We felt at home in this fabulous house. La Baie du Lac was a real favourite. We really hope to return.
A beautiful fun filled 7 days in this amazing house. Thank you. Equipped for all 8 of us. Kids swam everyday, favourite game of the week. Dads throwing balls high/low/long and making the biggest splash. Parents enjoying evening games of scrabble over a few too many. Lots of towns and markets visited. We plan to back back to make even more memories. Thank you.
Hébergement extrêmement confortable et élégant dans des bâtiments anciens rénovés. Bel espace piscine à quelques pas d'un hébergement indépendant. Très calme, parfait pour des familles ou des couples. À quelques pas de Montsoreau pour la baguette du matin et une petite épicerie. Cet endroit a tout : lits confortables, bonne connexion Wi-Fi et cuisine équipée. Excellent emplacement dans la vallée de la Loire pour faire du tourisme ou se détendre au bord de la piscine.
A nos chers hôtes Franco-Britannique : Une jolie découverte de votre beau pays et un excellent moment passé entre amis dans votre magnifique maison. Retour demain dans notre région lyonnaise - Bonne continuation à vous.
Un endroit merveilleux, où l'on ne voit absolument rien à améliorer. Un 10/10 sans hésiter ! La maison est spacieuse et entièrement meublée (il ne manque de rien, surtout pas dans la cuisine !). La piscine est superbe et le cadre magnifique : on peut s'y détendre complètement. Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour.
Nous avons passé un week end entre amis juste incroyable chez Villa Campredon. Villa Campredon est neuve, magnifiquement construite et très bien pensée. La cuisine est ultra équipée, vous êtes comme chez vous. Chaque chambre possède sa salle de bains ce qui est très appréciable. Merci à vous Christophe pour l’accueil, et bravo pour votre rénovation. Nous vous recommandons pleinement de séjourner dans ce havre de paix.
We have had a wonderful time at your villa, whilst the UK shivered and got rained on, we have been exploring the locality. The villa was everything it claimed to be and much more, our best choice so far in Languedoc. A wonderful holiday!

We had a pleasure of spending three days at La Petite Maison Générille and the biggest dissatisfaction with our stay is that it was just too short! La Petite Maison Générille is one of those rare places where you could see yourself easily spending an entire summer. We are definitely coming back! Where do I start... first of all, the place is immaculately clean and well-stocked: there was literally nothing that we needed and it wasn't available (and trust me we are very picky when it comes to holiday rentals). The kitchen has everything a family of four could possibly need; there are lots of wonderful new fluffy towels; the mattresses are comfortable and pillows are perfect; shower pressure was better than at our home. There's a big clean heated pool and a terrace with the most picturesque view that you just want to frame in your memory forever... And of course - the wonderful hosts! they know the area and set us up for a brilliant three-day programme that only whetted our appetites for coming back to Dordogne again and again. Thank you VERY much for a fabulous holiday! Looking forward to seeing you all again soon.
A lovely family house beautifuly equipped Immaculate property, all the bedrooms are great with the addition of air con in the master bedroom, great kitchen, bathrooms and perfect showers! British TV to keep the kids entertained. The pool area is sheltered and a real sun trap! Our favourite time was BBQ in the evening on the first floor terrace with beautiful views . Very convenient for a stroll onto the pretty village with bars restaurants and lovely markets. Superb unspoilt beaches only 20 minutes away. Highly recommend going into Narbonne only half an hour away, you must visit the indoor food market.
Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans votre belle maison et cet isolement a permis aux enfants et aux jeunes d'être aussi bruyants qu'ils le souhaitaient. Nous avons géré maman avec l'aide de James et Toby. Nous avons apporté la camionnette pour y installer toutes les aides dont maman a besoin pour lui faciliter la vie. Notre maison est complexe avec des marches en pierre, elle est donc habituée à être aidée. Nous avons apprécié la piscine et avons passé la plupart de notre temps dans la piscine. Pouvoir vivre à l'extérieur fait que nous apprécions visiter la France à cette période de l'année. Le temps était sec au moins et lorsque le soleil est sorti, c'était un bonus supplémentaire. Nous avons laissé maman, Pandora, Henry et Emilia pour faire du canoë de Brantôme à Bourdeilles, ce qui était très agréable et amusant. Il y a suffisamment de lieux d'intérêt à moins d'une demi-heure de route pour nous divertir, mais nous avons apprécié revenir au Malardier pour nos baignades de l'après-midi. Merci pour ce cadre charmant pour nos vacances.
De très belles vacances dans cette maison et cette region du Var. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire et accueil personnalisé pour que l'on trouve la maison. Parking facile pour 2 voitures. Merci pour les boissons au frigo à l'arrivée ! Très belle piscine, une vue magnifique, nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette maison très fonctionnelle.
Maison Palatini was just perfect – we really had a most wonderful, relaxing stay. The house is beautiful and so well equipped and a great location just a stroll from the fascinating old town of Pézenas
