Superbe maison spacieuse avec beaucoup d'espace pour notre famille de 6 adultes, tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur avec une grande piscine. Conviendrait aussi à 2 familles partant en vacances ensemble. Endroit tranquille avec l'essentiel des commodités non loin à pied: supermarché, boucher, etc.. et accès facile en voiture aux villages voisins et à Béziers. Nous avons passé du bon temps ici et nous le recommanderions sans hésitation.
We had a great time at this big house. It is very well-equipped for a dozen people. The pool is very appreciated, as well as the amenities offered (pétanque, badminton, ping pong...). Shops are accessible by car. The environment is very quiet, overlooking the fields and the forest which makes the house all the more pleasant.
Thank you for another lovely stay in the Loft; a relaxing half-term break for us all. We will look forward to seeing you again for the next one!

Our stay here was the highlight of our recent trip to the South of France. From the minute we drove through the gates we were impressed by the beautiful gardens, house and pool. It is truly a magnificent French retreat and estate. I couldn't recommend the house more highly and I am already planning another trip there soon.
Vam anar quatre parelles a passar el cap d'anyy ha estat sensacional. La casa es molt acollidira y comode. 4 habitacions amb el seu bany. La zona cuina menjador sala d'estar ample, comoda i funcional. La calefacció perfecta. La anfitriona responia quasi immediatament a les consultes que li hem fet. El poble també es molt mqco y tranquil. Un lloc molt recomanable.
La piscine est vraiment chauffée ! De nombreuses piscines du sud de la France « suggèrent » qu'elles le sont. Par contre, la piscine des Fumerates, qui est immense, est effectivement chauffée ! En fait, quand nous sommes arrivés, la température de la piscine était de 29°C (86°F) ! Après avoir défait nos bagages, nous avons nagé en début de soirée, puis profité d'une baignade tôt le matin... Vous voyez l'idée... Comme la photo le suggère, les vues ici sont incroyables. Nous avions l'appartement du rez-de-chaussée qui était parfait. Deux portes-fenêtres vous mènent à la piscine, il y a des auvents rétractables pour vous protéger tout en prenant votre petit-déjeuner. La chambre principale est très grande avec un lit king size et un lit queen size, idéal pour déballer ou s'asseoir, etc. Il y a une deuxième chambre et une salle de petit-déjeuner/télévision. La cuisine était impeccable avec vue sur la piscine. La climatisation fonctionnait bien (très important de mi-juin à fin août). Il y a aussi 2 salles de bains (très pratiques). Dans l’ensemble, fortement recommandé.
The space, the history and beauty of the surroundings. The swimming pool. The range of children's toys. The bedroom arrangements in the house that was perfect for 4 families. Maps and leaflets of things to do in the locality. The fans in rooms upstairs etc etc. In all we are sad to leave!
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette maison rénovée avec goût et confort. La maison est très bien équipée pour les petits et les grands avec la salle de jeux, le terrain de pétanque et une piscine d’une taille très appréciable. Une grande partie de la piscine est à fond plat. La vue sur les vignes et les champs est magnifique et garantit une déconnexion totale.
Spent a wonderful and relaxing 2 weeks in this villa last year and have just booked to return again this summer. The villa is modern, spacious and very well equipped and with internet and satellite it fully met the needs of our teenagers. The outdoor area with pool is beautiful, well maintained and private. The location is within walking distance of the lovely village of Fitou and a short drive to the beaches and many other attractions. Communication with the owner Julie has been prompt, easy and helpful. We would highly recommend this villa and are looking forward to our next visit!
Que dire ? Nous venons d'y passer une semaine incroyable. Dale et Lorraine ont été des hôtes exceptionnels, très accueillants et sympathiques. La propriété est située dans un endroit isolé, à la fois agricole et paisible, ce qui était exactement ce que nous recherchions pour nous aider à échapper au stress de la vie trépidante. La ferme et le gîte sont très modernes et aménagés avec goût. L'expérience de Dale en matière d'architecture est évidente, car les aménagements et la rénovation modernes sont réalisés avec beaucoup de goût et de soin. La piscine était une pause bienvenue, car nous étions là pendant une vague de chaleur, avec des températures avoisinant les 35 degrés la plupart du temps ! Nos hôtes ont tout fait pour que notre intimité soit respectée. Nous reviendrons certainement l'année prochaine et espérons faire de cette destination l'une de nos destinations les plus régulières.
Breathtaking. What a hidden gem! All the fotos of Château Velouse do not do the place justice. From the minute you enter the gates and see this magnificent château, glowing in the sunshine at the end of a sweeping drive, you know you are in for a treat. Our wonderful hosts. Claire and Phil greeted us and gave us a tour of the main building and grounds. The interior is exquisitely appointed. All the rooms are large and meticulously clean. The bedrooms are huge and comfortable without being over-fussy. The bathroom - lion clawed bath and walk-in shower - what more could you ask for after a hard day sitting beside the spotlessly clean and well-maintained outdoor pool. There's plenty of places within an hour to explore close by, so if sun-worshipping isn't your thing, like me, go to Bourges and wander around this medieval city, All in all, Château Velouse is an experience I'll never forget and one I hope to revisit
Wow, what a huge privilege to be the first entry into what we know will become a book full of compliments, acclaim and thanks to a very special couple who are creating a very special place. The house and gardens are an amazing reflection of the style and care and attention to detail that Russell and Karen are putting into what we know will become one of Languedoc's gems. Their un-intrusive but 'nothing is too much trouble' nature brings a relaxed and caring environment. The Loft is a lovely haven to relax in and contemplate the beautiful world around you. We look forward to returning and wish you all the very best.

A wonderful return visit to Villa Kali and this beautiful area of France. Weather has been great all week with plenty of sunshine, with the pool providing much needed relief. Enjoyed visits to Saint-Guilhem-le-Desert and Montpellier, as well as several trips to Pèzenas, particularly the ice cream shops! Enjoyed meals at Les Palmiers (quite expensive) and Chef Brasserie Chez Hansi (good value). Saturday market in Pèzenas worth a visit and Serignan Plage probably the best beach. The patisserie / boulangerie opposite Carrefour does great bread, croissants and gateaux. Look forward to a return visit in the future. Thanks for a great holiday! 5 / 5.
Villa Genêts is a beautiful villa close to the village of Magagnosc . It has a lovely outdoor dining area which has amazing panoramic views of the Bay of Cannes, perfect for alfresco dining and enjoying the local wines. The house combines both elegance and comfort with a fabulous swimming pool. The pool has loungers for basking in the sun and has a seating area and outside bar ideal for pre-dinner sunset drinks. The house is close to Grasse and is in a superb location for exploring the delights of Provence, with easy access to the coast but also provides an escape from it all.
Nous n avons malheureusement pas pu rencontrer Eva mais nous avons été accueilli par Harold qui est une personne très solaire. la maison est très jolie et très agréable. Les chambres et la salle de vie sont tres spacieuses. Le coin terrasse avec sa plancha, la piscine avec sa petite plage et les transats pour bien se relaxer sont très appréciables.
Very enjoyable, well kitted and at a logged location for a lazy 'by the pool' sort of break. Love the poolhouse area and very nice interior decor. Gary and Louise were most helpful and we had a wonderful relaxing time. Monflanquin was good fun and we enjoyed the day and night markets. Great for all ages.

Une maison aussi exceptionnellement accueillante que facile à vivre et confortable. Nous y avons passé une semaine entre amis et avec nos enfants, et nous n'avons pas vu le temps passer. Le jardin, la piscine, le barbecue, la table de ping pong et l'ensemble des nombreux équipements mis à disposition par Marie-Thérèse nous ont permis de multiplier les bons moments.
A real paradise... Villa with everything available Beautiful. Very quiet and convenient place, well served by shops and supermarkets. We were driving a few minutes from the beaches and the cities of Cannes... Nice... The owner was very welcoming and kind.

I can't begin to tell you how wonderful this house is, with its warm inviting rooms, its wonderful outside spaces and fabulous heated pool. It is decorated in a comfortable style that makes you feel as if you are at home and not in holiday accommodation. It is extremely clean; the kitchen and bathrooms, spotless, The bedrooms are comfortable with plenty of clean sheets and towels. The house is fairly large and my husband I and stayed on our own, but we felt safe and secure. Obviously, with all the space, it is ideal for families, but equally as inviting for groups of friends. Situated in a small village, it is quiet - you can hear the church bells ringing in the local church. We loved to walk around the village and through the fields behind the house. We did think about going on a bike ride but decided just to sit by the pool most afternoons. It is an easy drive to Saint-Émilion (and other local vineyards) - my husband managed to find it without getting us lost! The drive from the airport probably took us about 40 minutes. Isabelle gave us wonderful direction - she speaks perfect English. In a word - wonderful!
Remarkable location and situation. Nothing short of the 'wow' factor inside and out. We spent most of the time at the house or in the Médiéval village- too beautiful to venture far! The house and grounds are stunning, great architectural design. Extremeley well equipped. Lots of space for just the 2 of us but planning on coming back again and share with friends. Thanks, fab!
Séjour extra dans un cadre idyllique! Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour d'une semaine en famille. Les hôtes sont charmants et très disponibles. La maison est très agréable à vivre et la literie excellente! La piscine est superbe, le pool house également... en clair, une semaine parfaite!
Beautiful holiday destination, especially nice garden, optimal exposure. With young children there are many activities surrounding and great moments of fun by the pool. Everything needed for children. Quiet and peaceful setting with amazing views. Tastefully decorated and fully equipped. Highly recommended!

Belle maison, bel endroit dans un excellent emplacement pour nous permettre de revisiter nos endroits préférés dans la région. Le meilleur restaurant sur des kilomètres est La Maison à Tourbes. Merci beaucoup.
