Que dire ? Nous avons vraiment passé une semaine merveilleuse dans la magnifique Maison Camirout. Un grand merci à Madeline et Alan ! Vous êtes des hôtes fabuleux. La région est magnifique et votre maison et votre piscine sont tout simplement exceptionnelles !
Un endroit merveilleux, où l'on ne voit absolument rien à améliorer. Un 10/10 sans hésiter ! La maison est spacieuse et entièrement meublée (il ne manque de rien, surtout pas dans la cuisine !). La piscine est superbe et le cadre magnifique : on peut s'y détendre complètement. Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour.
Your house is lovely and we all had a relaxing and enjoyable week. I think I can safely say that in all the years of hiring holiday accommodation in France we have not stayed in such a well appointed and well equipped property. We would all have happily stayed for another week. Jez and Bridget were a pleasure to deal with, very accommodating and very helpful. Thank you
Just a note to say we had a fantastic holiday at Maison Mascarille - please pass on our thanks to the owners. The house is a real home from home in a fabulous location and we all enjoyed every minute of our holiday. Also once again great service from yourselves.
A lovely family house beautifuly equipped Immaculate property, all the bedrooms are great with the addition of air con in the master bedroom, great kitchen, bathrooms and perfect showers! British TV to keep the kids entertained. The pool area is sheltered and a real sun trap! Our favourite time was BBQ in the evening on the first floor terrace with beautiful views . Very convenient for a stroll onto the pretty village with bars restaurants and lovely markets. Superb unspoilt beaches only 20 minutes away. Highly recommend going into Narbonne only half an hour away, you must visit the indoor food market.

Wonderful villa, pool and location We loved everything about our stay. Danny was very welcoming on our arrival and charming when we left. The villa is superb with a beautiful view, lovely garden and is very well equipped. The pool is incredible and we swam every day. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was very welcome. Lots of interesting places to visit in the area. We highly recommend it.
Maison does Vignobles is a fabulous place to stay to rest, relax and explore the Lot region. The hosts, Debbie and Rupert, were wonderful - generous, professional and totally welcoming. They supply everything you need and even more, with small surprises provided during our time there. We would highly recommend it and will return when we can.
Des vacances fantastiques et nous adorerions y retourner. Le marché nocturne de Lacapelle un incontournable, ainsi que Parc en Ciel, le kayak à Vitrac et bien sûr la piscine.
A lovely 2nd week of our 2025 French trip here in The Piglet Barn. More relaxing than planned due to lovely high temperatures ! But where better to chill out than in the garden and pool. Saturday music evening and pizza man were great fun. And our hosts... well, thank you Annie and John for the warm welcome and excellent hospitality.

Prior to arriving, dealing with Pete was easy and this continued with both him and Kate throughout our stay. We’d been in Avignon for week before where it was very hot, this continued in Curzon but the house was lovely and cool throughout. We all had no trouble sleeping which meant we weren’t able to take advantage of the pool for the first morning as we all slept in. When we did get out there, it was wonderful. As a family of 4 we were able to relax and have fun round the pool all day every day if we wanted, including cooking lunch and dinner on the gas BBQ in the outside kitchen which we made full use of. Facilities in the house were great and we relaxed quickly, taking advantage of the welcome package of goodies. We explored the surrounding villages and towns which were in easy reach and a 10 minute drive for bread each morning or a full shop meant we could simply pop out and get something for dinner/breakfast. They really looked after us and each morning we woke to a clean pool and surroundings, including towels waiting for us. We felt truly spoilt during our stay and could have easily booked 3 weeks or more and I imagine Pete and Kate will be managing full summers for a while to come. Thank you Pete and Kate for a memorable stay!
Thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness. The Loft has been amazing for us - so comfortable and beautifully decorated. We have very much enjoyed our morning coffees, lunches and dinners on the terrace. We have relaxed and read lots of books, which is just what we needed. The restaurant recommendations have been really helpful. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.
Beautiful setting, fantastic space. Well kept both inside and out. Facilities were fantastic. Great pool - child friendly and garden toys were a perfect addition too. Lovely family holiday enjoyed by all ages.
We had a wonderful holiday here, the garden and swimming pool area is a real gem and the surroundings are beautiful. We enjoyed visiting the markets in Nyons and Vaison la romaine, the Roman ruins in Vaison and Sault and the cave paintings at Chauvet-pont d’acr are astonishing, we also enjoyed the local wines, it was very special drinking Audrey Latards wonderful wines knowing they are from the vines at the end of the garden, Thank you.
What a view. A lovely property and we had an amazing family holiday, it's a real home from home. Location is great with lots of areas within easy access. We would definitely book again.
Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances à La Maison Blanche. L'emplacement est magnifique, un immense jardin avec une grande piscine - surplombant un champ de tournesols lorsque nous y étions. Nous étions deux couples avec deux enfants plus âgés et la maison est très spacieuse et joliment meublée. L'emplacement est très paisible. Bien que cela signifie que les magasins, les marchés locaux et les restaurants ne sont pas accessibles à pied, la maison est très bien équipée, tant pour la cuisine et le barbecue que pour les divertissements avec la piscine, le ping-pong et les jeux. Nous avons trouvé que c'était un bon rapport qualité/prix et nous reviendrions sans hésiter. - Ingi Gudmundsdottir, août 2019
We stayed at Villa La Baronne for a week in early October. We were blessed with good weather and the surrounding area is beautiful and historically very interesting. As for the property itself, Villa La Baronne offers every possible amenity a guest might wish for. The bedrooms are beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The living areas are spacious and inviting. Outside the garden is lovely and has ample space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The swimming pool is of a great size and in cooler temperatures it is heated. We had a lovely time and the hosts were exceptional. Can't recommend this villa enough. Book it while you can!
Les villas du domaine étaient superbes - situées au bord d'un chemin et littéralement à des kilomètres de tout, au cœur des magnifiques vignobles, avec de splendides vues au loin. Elles sont des équipements haut de gamme, chaque chambre ayant une salle de bains attenante. Les chambres étaient grandes, bien meublées et très confortables. La cuisine et les pièces de vie étaient idéales pour notre famille de 21 personnes âgées de 10 mois à plus de 70 ans. La piscine était totalement sûre et les équipements de jeux, etc. très utiles. Thomas, qui nous a aidés avec notre réservation, a été d'une aide indéfectible et a répondu à toutes nos questions de manière très efficace. Nicolas était charmant aussi et tellement patient à chaque demande que nous faisions. Il nous a également fait une excellente visite de la cave viticole. Nous avons été enchantés par ses services. Nous recommandons sans réserve le hameau de Valescure à toute famille souhaitant passer des vacances dans une belle et calme région de Provence.
Frans et Kate, quel plaisir de vous avoir rencontrés tous les deux. Alors que nos vacances touchent à leur fin, nous repensons aux moments merveilleux que nous avons passés ici. Venant de l'autre bout du monde, et nous fiant simplement aux quelques informations et photos d'un site internet ainsi qu'à des avis positifs, nous avons réservé pour quatre semaines, partagés entre impatience et appréhension. Mais dès la réservation effectuée, tout s'est passé à merveille. Nous avons mis à profit, presque quotidiennement, les informations que vous nous aviez transmises avant notre voyage en France concernant les lieux à visiter et les expériences à vivre. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié votre accueil chaleureux à notre arrivée. Le nom « Les Chambeaux » reflète parfaitement le cadre naturel des lieux, et l'hébergement était tout simplement idéal. En tant qu'amateurs de cuisine, nous avons trouvé la cuisine exceptionnelle. Nous avons exploré bon nombre des sites que vous nous aviez suggérés et avons pris grand plaisir à découvrir les marchés des villages environnants et d'ailleurs. En tant qu'hôtes, vous avez fait preuve d'un équilibre parfait entre disponibilité et générosité. Nous avons du mal à réaliser que notre séjour touche déjà à sa fin, mais nous en garderons des souvenirs impérissables. Si vous osez prendre l'avion pour Melbourne, nous serions ravis de vous y voir. Ou peut-être reviendrons-nous ici ! Merci beaucoup et à bientôt.
Quelle belle maison bien aménagée dans un endroit magnifique. Malgré un peu de pluie, nos invités et nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour de deux semaines. Merci aux propriétaires qui ont été des hôtes parfaits - serviables, sympathiques et disponibles en cas de besoin, sans empiéter d'un pouce sur notre intimité. Nous n'aurions pas pu demander mieux, ni à Pure France ni au Domaine de Nérige. Vous avez conçu la maison de vacances parfaite et nous et nos invités aurions été heureux de pouvoir rester plus longtemps, beaucoup plus longtemps. We have enjoyed a 2-week stay at Le Tesquet. We were Pete’s first guests last year and our second visit has been as special as our first stay. Pete has been a delightful host, checking on us daily to make sure everything was OK. The pool has been such a delight in this hot and sunny weather. The highlights of our stay are the wonderful views from the gite and the tranquillity of furniture and fittings.
A fabulous 2 week holiday for the whole family, ages from 11 weeks to 70 years!! A superb house + grounds and a very special thanks to Lynda for her generosity + helping us on our last weekend.
Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique et sommes très reconnaissants envers les propriétaires. La maison est belle et très rustique (ce que nous avons adoré) mais bénéficie surtout d'un cadre champêtre époustouflant… encore une fois, nous avons adoré. Les hôtes, Helen et James, sont très gentils et intéressants et ils ont été très serviables lorsque notre voiture a crevé un pneu. La piscine est l'une des plus belles dans lesquelles nous ayons été avec une agréable eau salée et toujours à la bonne température. Un superbe séjour.
The house is great. Lovely warm pool, table tennis table, huge grounds, lovely area, lots of culture nearby, nice local town with excellent market.
This mansion offers everything anyone could wish for. Spacious, large bedrooms, comfortable bathrooms and outdoors like a park. Lovely swimming pool with sun beds and a lunching area (at least, that’s how we used it. Every one of our group (including the kids) had a wonderful week, no exceptions. Contact with the owner was swift and pleasant and the property manager Caroline is a gem. We hope to be back some other time, but meanwhile we recommend this property to anyone who wants to have an excellent French experience. Many thanks.

This has been by far the best house we have stayed in, full of history, character and the personal touch. The pool has been amazing. Evening barbecues have been the highlight. Your kind gift of wine, beers and charcuterie set us up well for the week.
