We have spent a wonderful week at the Loft du Vigneron. It has been an ideal base to tour from to see some most interesting places steeped in history. We enjoyed returning to the comfort of the Loft each evening - a true home away from home, equipped with everything we could want - and more! The Loft is beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable. As a bonus, it has great lighting, a rarity in so many holiday rental properties. Good luck with the renovations. Maybe we can return some day and experience staying in the new rooms.
Stayed for over a week. Stunning view from the terrace. Perfectly sized pool. Good rooms with air conditioning.
Wow! Lucky Herman to own this place. Views, designer environments, beds to die in (obviously not literally). I felt like a Kardashian staying here. Thank you to Barbara for her help and the maintenance team who were very helpful.
We loved our stay at this lovely Domaine, Today is our last day, and we’re leaving in pain. We really had the nicest time, Especially our cozy get-togethers with lots of good wine. The days have flown by, but there’s no need to cry, We will always remember Karen’s wonderful pie.
First things first - Karen, Russell and the girls (Mack and Mabel) are wonderful hosts. Warm, friendly, thoughtful and yet discreet. They love what they're doing and it shows as nothing is too much trouble. Their enthusiasm for their ventures (current and future) is infectious. Secondly is the 'Loft du Vigneron' - a fabulous property offering everything - and more - that you could hope for. Karen and Russell's sense of style has been imprinted on it and their attention to detail has left nothing wanting. Every comfort has been considered from the fabulous welcoming pack to 'The White Company' range of toiletries. The terrace was our favourite place with the sun streaming through the roof and the warm breeze cooling us down. Rieux-Minervois is a typical French village and perfectly situated to explore the entire Minervois region from Carcassonne in the West, East to the Mediterranean, and all the lovely historical villages North and South. In conclusion, we had a fabulous stay in a wonderful property with the perfect hosts - highly recommended without hesitation. Our very best wishes for every success in you new venture. I spent a week at this villa in September with my young family. It was perfect. Villa: The property itself is beautiful. It enjoys a large plot and is nicely secluded. The property is very well maintained. The bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen etc. look as they have recently been refurbished. The pool area / gardens are stunning and very well secluded. There is a pool-house equipped with a brick barbecue, kitchen / dining area and shower / toilet. We spent most of our time in this area. Location: The drive from Nice airport is about 45 minutes - it's quite a straightforward journey, mostly on the motorway. I believe Marseille airport is a similar distance away. The property sits in a very nice, secluded area close to many vineyards. The town square (Vidauban) is about 5 minutes' drive from the property. There you will find everything you need from supermarkets through to restaurants and bars. St Tropez, Cannes and Monaco are all under 1 hour away by car Overall, I would highly recommend this villa. I have stayed at other villas in France, which have felt quite dated. This property has been very well maintained and modernised, but still has that French charm about it. We will definitely be returning to this property

We had a fantastic 2 week stay here, the house and outside space are really lovely and was the perfect setting for our family to spend time together. We explored the area but were always more than happy to return to the house and spend time around the swimming pool relaxing. Thank you
We had a wonderful week in La Tourouzelle. The large pool and adjoining deck was a gift in the strong sun. The house has everything you would want, with each bed and couch as comfortable as the next! The view from the terrace, taking in the vines, the woods and even the Pyrénées is breathtaking!
We all had a wonderful holiday and the accommodation suited us so well, we were very lucky with the weather and the pool was perfect, such a great place to relax. We enjoyed eating outside looking at the wonderful views to the Mediterranean.
Absolutely amazing views. I spent few glorious days in that beautiful villa in South of France. The house has hypnotising views and all the surroundings and accommodation were perfect, modern facilities but still warm and welcoming vibe.
House: Fantastic. Idyllic. Perfect. Classical. Beautiful. Spacious. Practical. Comfortable. Beautiful area for touring (Brantôme, Jarnac). Garden: Very child friendly. Garden Jenga etc. Clean and very safe. Beautiful pool and alfresco dining areas. Also adult friendly. V good Gas BBQ.
Passer une semaine ici était tout simplement fantastique. Nous avons apprécié les magnifiques couchers de soleil. Nous nous sommes bien amusés au bord de la piscine et avons fait un excellent barbecue. Nous reviendrons certainement.
Thank you so much for an amazing stay, how will we cope without the view!!!! Main highlights include, hanging around the house, Mount Ventoux for go carting and tubing etc, watching the Tour de France at Grignan, Nyons for great markets and music in the evenings, les Barons perches Nyons for high ropes and Vaison la romaine.

We, two couples, stayed the last week of June and the first week of July in Les Oliviers du Sud. We found modern comfort in an authentic environment in the well-equipped holiday homes Maison Carrée and Joie de Vivre. You can rightly say that you enjoy life here. Privacy, beauty, friendliness, a lovely swimming pool, the beautifully maintained gardens... it all comes to you here. And what we also appreciated very much: we arrived in a house where the basic necessities were present (such as coffee, tea, herbs and olive oil) and a nice bottle of wine and delicious (home-made!) cake were ready for us, which made us feel really welcome. Moreover, the area is also very attractive. From the tranquility of the domaine you drive to the liveliness and versatility of Avignon and Villeneuve and for example to Orange. The markets are very charming in the smaller towns nearby and there is also no shortage of nice restaurants. We really had a wonderful time, certainly also because of the friendliness of the owners.

Merci pour notre excellent séjour dans votre belle demeure. En plus de la maison, le jardin est également magnifique. Nous avons passé de nombreux jours dans la belle piscine et avons également beaucoup aimé explorer les magnifiques environs, y compris Saumur. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour et serions ravis de revenir.
Our stay was as much about the garden as the stunning house, the electronic gate at the entrance worked a treat each time we used it. Three of us each had a bedroom and all the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and lounge were fully equipped so we wanted for nothing. We linked our laptop in to the CD via a two-to-one 3.5mm jack lead which we take everywhere, so were able to listen to our collection of music through quite a reasonable hi-fi system. The large TV, although not HD, was great for any English programmes you just couldn't miss, even on holiday! We made the ten minute scenic drive up to the boulangerie at Bertric-Buree for our baguettes, croissants and pain-a-raisins most days as there are no shops in Lusignac, just a bar restaurant. The croissants were enjoyed sitting outside the kitchen / living room area on the middle floor, which has a stunning view. For our first week, the temperatures were in the mid-thirties so it was lovely to cool off in the pool. With the pool being quite long, you could actually swim, rather than just splash about which was great to keep a little bit of fitness going. Now the garden. As having a very keen interest in natural history, especially butterflies, we contacted the owner and asked if he could leave the grass uncut, so that any wild flowers would be there to attract butterflies for our photography. He duly obliged. This resulted in a count of thirty one species of butterfly just in the garden, with another five spotted whilst out on our travels. Non-British species included Scarce Swallowtail, Swallowtail, Pearly Heath, Mallow Skipper, Map and the star of the show, Large Blue, which were extinct in Britain until being reintroduced recently. The grass areas provided a fantastic environment for butterflies and other insects. This little area truly is a spectacular insect haven. This is without the lavender hedge which runs down one side of the entire drive. No red squirrels, but we watched birds of prey circling as the farmer cut the field in the valley and amongst other species of birds, there were a pair of Golden Orioles which flew by regularly. If you are looking for a modern house in an attractive location with lovely pool, lovely view and ridiculous number of butterflies, this is it!
Thank you for a lovely week in Piglet. We were so pleased when Piglet was available for one of our weeks in France this summer. It was great coming here for a second time - felt like coming home. Thanks for your fabulous hospitality. Having toured around when we were here last year, we planned to be pretty local this week. Luckily the weather aligned meaning we could have warm, lazy days by the pool reading, playing games and family time. We loved revisiting the local bars and restaurant and loved our evening at the creperie. Thank you for the wine and cake.
We had a fantastic week of vacation with friends at Mas du Château. The house, the pool, the bedding, the exteriors... everything is set up to have a perfect time! The house is perfectly insulated so that the most fetards in the group can take care of your feet in the water and the rest can sleep without problem. We'll be happy to go back, including off-season!:) Christophe is an available and attentive host. He has carefully renovated the house with care and commitment.
Hi future guest, The couple who own the property have poured so much love into every corner of the beautiful. home that you can feel it when you stay there. The place is so much more cosy and beautifully designed than the pictures give the impression. During our stay we said we wanted to listen to music and asked if there were speakers onsite. Karen and Russell said there wasn't but then went out and bought a pair for us to use! At one point we were cooking and I borrowed some olive oil, curry powder and a chilli pepper. I wanted to get a guitar and they told me where a fabulous music shop was and I ended up purchasing a beautiful guitar. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we felt beyond welcome. The place is a bit like a fairytale place, and they made our stay beyond what we imagined. It is an oasis and a sanctuary and close to many nearby sites such as Château de Rene and others. Highly recommend staying here.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié les promenades que nous avons faites et je vous suis reconnaissante d'avoir pris le temps de nous montrer vos recommandations, ce que vous n'aviez pas nécessairement à faire. C'était tellement relaxant et la vue était magnifique. Je recommanderai cette maison à mes amis et à ma famille. Camirout est un séjour absolument incontournable ! Merci encore pour ce super séjour ! Duras... I love cooking, the kitchen is wonderful and the city's market place is perfect for organising the perfect dinner.. the perfect kitchen is ready to prepare the table... the outdoor patio... the splendid terrace with a view of the valley or a dip in the swimming pool whilst having a barbecue!

A lovely 2nd week of our 2025 French trip here in The Piglet Barn. More relaxing than planned due to lovely high temperatures ! But where better to chill out than in the garden and pool. Saturday music evening and pizza man were great fun. And our hosts... well, thank you Annie and John for the warm welcome and excellent hospitality.
Absolutely loved our stay at Le Séchoir Carme! It’s a fab barn conversion (decorated to a high spec) with lots of space inside and out. The pool is a great size too, if you want to get some lengths in! I would also recommend the night markets which are held in many local villages and are so much fun!
It was amazing. The house was beautiful and the pool was really nice. All of my family loved it and we all want to come back next summer.
