L'appartement est incroyablement frais et offre une vue imprenable depuis le grand balcon. Le quartier est calme et paisible, ce qui nous convenait très bien. Nous y retournerons certainement. Il est bon de savoir qu'il n'y a pas d’épicerie à proximité immédiate. Il est recommandé d’avoir une voiture si vous ne choisissez pas de faire votre exercice quotidien en lien avec vos achats. :)
We loved the gîte. We had the most relaxing and comfortable week especially enjoying the pool in such hot temperatures. Love the garden and your friendly welcome. Thank you so very much.

Beautiful! We do feel thoroughly spoilt and have had a wonderful time. The playroom alone is better than our own and the pool is perfect. Very friendly, helpful and efficient service.
C'est vraiment une propriété merveilleuse avec des hôtes sympathiques et accueillants : c'était encore mieux en vrai que sur les photos. La maison ne manque de rien, ni en charme ni en qualité de finition intérieure et tout était prévu pour rendre notre séjour aussi confortable qu'on pourrait l'espérer. C'était une véritable « maison loin de chez soi » avec plusieurs petites attentions qui ont fait toute la différence (savon frais dans la salle de bain, dosettes de café et eau en bouteille si nous le voulions dans la cuisine pour n'en citer que quelques-unes). Tout cela, combiné à un emplacement fantastiquement pittoresque et paisible, fait que nous ne pouvons que recommander cette propriété et que nous reviendrons très certainement la prochaine fois que nous visiterons la région Languedoc en Occitanie !

We had a lovely time in a beautifully converted villa. So much space for relaxing and the kids to roam free at the table tennis out building or down by the pool. We had a fantastic week here, the weather was very good - sunny every day, except one. Got up to 28 degrees. Used the pool everyday, bets way to keep cool. We thought the house was very good, had everything you would want. The welcome hamper we had was very good. The best we have ever had, we must have stayed at 20 French houses over the past 10 years but never seen so much food provided. We didn't do out too much as we had been to area before preferred to be by the pool anyway. We did however go to the Hennessey distillery at Cognac, enjoyed the tour 18 euros each. Thought Cognac was a lovely town. So all in all, had a good vacation, would come back again. Thank soo Phil and Ann for making the house so clear and tidy, we didn't have any problems with anything in the house, which must be a first! All the best.
À la fin de longues vacances bien remplies un peu partout en France, la propriété a été un bel endroit où se détendre. Les jardins et la piscine sont parfaits, les propriétaires étaient sympathiques et serviables. Maison très propre, bien agencée, confortable. Assez proche pour aller où l'on voulait le long de la Côte d'Azur, mais paisible quand on voulait se ressourcer. Une semaine n'a pas suffit. Je reviendrai certainement ici si nous voyageons à nouveau en France.

Piglet is the prfect spot to visit all the graet spots in the Vendée, our favourite being La Rochelle and the Belugas beach. There are wonderful touches of luxury at the house; beautiful linens, towels and bathrobes. Vouvant is a charming and beautiful village. definitely a fabulous find !
It was a perfect house for our summer holiday. Beautiful village where it is located. We were really happy about it and recommend it! From there it is easy to go to Narbonne, Carcassonne or other beautiful places along the Canal du Midi. Thank you!
Very pretty new hotel, charmingly furnished in the beautiful wine village of Meursault. You can get to Beaune very quickly, but Dijon is also easily accessible by car. Very nice, warm hosts.
We've had a great time and we’ve especially enjoyed the pool, as the temperature has barely dropped below 30°C day or night for the week due to the canicule. Our favorites: Best boulangerie: Andralie in Monflanquin, just beyond the Gendarmerie on the road to Villeneuve. There is an Auchan hypermarket just beyond on the same road. Best market: (Sunday) Issigeac. Best night for: Sarlat (Wednesday's), Le Bugue also good (Tuesday's). Best for a visit and potter: Monpazier – old, beautiful and floral. Lots of artisan shops and a long fort (Château Biron). Also, fabulous marché nocturne in Tournon d’Agenais on Friday. We ate from (Gyp?) and enjoyed watching Olympics in cool shady areas.

House and grounds are fantastic! Excellent facilities. The pools and toys have been lots of fun. We've had such a good week. It's just gone too quickly. We will definitely be recommending the château.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Orchard Farmhouse and would have no problem recommending this beautiful house to friends and family. We liked eating on the terrace admiring the spectacular view of the Dordogne landscape. Great facilities for the children, especially in the games room. Close proximity to many delightful places of interest. Thank you, au revoir.
Fabulous home in a beautiful location This was easily one of the best holidays we have had. The house itself is beautiful, it's been refurbished to a high standard from the waterfall showers in the high spec bathrooms to the large range in the kitchen to the cosy decorating in the bedrooms. The back garden has a lovely private in ground pool to cool off in and the surrounding patio has loungers to sunbathe in and is surrounded by pretty landscaping. There are endless beaches and historic towns to visit within short driving distance but you will be equally as content not leaving the house. The village is lovely, it has a couple of pubs and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk from the house, along with boulangeries, a butchers, green grocers and a supermarket. Markets every other day in the square. The house is within a stones throw of it all which we found so handy. Terry was always available should you need any assistance and was very thoughtful and considerate, as was his housekeeper agent Paul. I can't say enough about this property, it was fabulous in every way!
En week-end en famille, tout le monde a été charmé et ravi par la maison de Sue. Très grande maison confortable et joliment décorée pourvue d un jardin et d une piscine de toute beauté et idéalement située au bord du canal du Midi. Sue est très sympathique et son accueil chaleureux. Nous recommandons et y retournerons pour un week-end détente.

Le Petit Pigeonnier est un lieu de villégiature enchanteur, en particulier pour une famille. Debbie et Rupert sont très accueillants et tout en restant totalement discrets, ne sont que trop disposés à donner une aide pratique et des suggestions si nécessaire. Le logement est spacieux avec une architecture intéressante, un mobilier confortable de bonne qualité et une cuisine bien équipée. Le jardin est agréable et varié, avec une jolie cour et différents espaces de détente ou de restauration. La piscine est magnifiquement entretenue et de bonne taille. Tout dans la propriété est bien entretenu et soigné - c'est un endroit charmant où séjourner.
Semaine de pure joie dans votre joli Château ! Excellentes compagnie et gastronomie dans un cadre magnifique !
We have had a very enjoyable fortnight in your beautiful house and gardens, despite the unfriendly weather. We go home feeling very relaxed. We enjoyed days out in Chinon, Fontevraud and several of the other places mentioned by others. Thank you for your hospitality, the wine, jam and bubbles. Hope you enjoyed Italy.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour au petit pigeonnier ! Debbie a été disponible et très attentive à nos besoins. Elle a été très efficace et discrète en même temps. Nous avons apprécié la beauté et le silence du lieu ainsi que le très grand espace avec la piscine à notre entière disposition. Debbie a vraiment su nous mettre à l’aise pour nous nous sentions chez nous. Nous lui disons encore merci pour sa gentillesse et ce très agréable séjour qu’elle nous a permis de vivre avec nos enfants et petit enfant !
