Je n'écris pas souvent d'avis, mais si je pouvais mettre 10 étoiles, je le ferais. La Charmante Distillerie est tout simplement incroyable. Mark et Gary sont des personnes chaleureuses, gentilles et authentiques qui se surpassent pour rendre votre séjour inoubliable. Je suis très exigeante en matière de propreté et je peux honnêtement dire que cette maison est vraiment la plus propre que j'aie jamais visitée, le souci du détail est exceptionnel. Les lits sont les plus confortables que j'aie jamais utilisés et il y a tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, et plus encore. La piscine chauffée était magnifique, le terrain de pétanque extérieur nous a amusés, adultes et enfants. Le Wi-Fi est excellent. De nombreux espaces salon et repas confortables sont situés dans le magnifique parc, avec la campagne et la forêt environnantes. Nous avons veillé tard chaque soir pour observer les étoiles, ce qui en valait vraiment la peine. Un merci en particulier à Mark et Gary pour avoir été les meilleurs hôtes que j'aie jamais eu le plaisir de rencontrer.
What a fantastic week we had at Mas de Clouze. The house is beautiful and we loved the attention to detail like the towels and soap in all the showers. The woods proved to be brilliant for treasure hunts for the kids and of course we spent many hours at the lovely pool! All in all a great week! We’d love to come back.

Excellent, everything exceeded our expectations. Lovely space. It was so lovely to arrive to hot food after a long journey and to not have to worry about shopping for the first few days. We had a fantastic holiday and will book again for next year. Thank you both so much.
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Le Mas Repenti. Nous avons été 3 la première semaine et la maison complète les trois autres semaines. Le porche avec la grande table et le canapé est fantastique. Dîners le soir et café sur les sofas le matin. Tous mes invités ont adoré. Et tout le monde a adoré la piscine et le pool house.
Emplacement fabuleux avec des vues époustouflantes. Piscine magnifique et essentielle. Joli village avec un restaurant local. Fabuleuse carte de mets et vins au Domaine Gayda - à distance de marche également !
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans le magnifique Colombat Cottage. Il avons profité du calme, de la nature et de beauté des lieux. Carelle et Stephen sont des hôtes attentionnés. Nous recommandons vivement.
Une maison de village idéale pour de superbes vacances. Une très belle maison, comme sur les photos et très accueillante. Design raffiné. Piscine chauffée, rien à redire. Maison propre et pratique. Le propriétaire est disponible et disposé à aider. Si je reviens dans la région, je reviendrai à cette maison si elle est disponible.

Steven and Bruce have a fantastic place and they really went the extra mile to make our stay totally enjoyable. We've been staying at places in France for 20 or so years and we always come back fairly pleased, but perhaps with one or two thoughts about how something or other could have been better, but I think this is the first time we've come back and been unable to think of anything that was less than perfect.
Magnifique maison, encore plus belle que sur les photos. Très spacieuse, décorée avec beaucoup de goût (dommage que nous ne puissions pas acheter la déco). Nous y avons passé une semaine formidable aussi bien pour les parents que pour les enfants. Merci à Steve pour son sourire et sa bonne humeur. Nous reviendrons c’est certain!!!

Parfait. Notre deuxième visite et nous espérons que ce ne sera pas la dernière. Nous lui donnerions six étoiles si nous le pouvions. Un magnifique cottage, décoré avec goût et bien équipé. Une belle piscine et un cadre paisible près d'un village où l'on peut bien manger si l'on en a assez de cuisiner. Il y a beaucoup à découvrir dans la région. Et cerise sur le gâteau, l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires.
We have had a wonderful two weeks here, enjoying all the area has to offer and the house including the swimming pool, pool and table tennis tables A huge thank you to Sam for cooking us an amazing meal in, one evening, fantastic food and value for money. We loved the house and enjoyed watching the Vultures in the hills, sampling local wines and olives, cafe du centre in Villedieu, Vaison la romaine and Seguret were all great. Thank you.

We are just back from two magical weeks in this property set in a beautiful area with many Bastides to visit. The house is spacious with every required amenity hosted by the lovely owners Jean and Martin not forgetting the real star Tanner the dog. The grounds are enormous with a gorgeous pool, gazebo, huge parasols and sun-beds. The local village Lauzun is a short walk away for bread and there is a local Bar de Sport. Each Saturday night in the season the main street is closed off and tables set up for a gourmande evening... Very French! The owners will ensure that you have a good time but are in no way obtrusive. Don't miss the opportunity to try this property!
What can I say, we’ve had the loveliest fortnight at Maison Charvin. Just the loveliest house, perfectly equipped, a cook’s heaven. Downside? Almost none. Biting insects were a bit of an issue, but we found Picosa insect repellent from the Intermarché in Capendu worked really well. (Get the one with “tiger mosquito” on the label). Vins de Dagne was great for dinner. Service a bit slow on our first visit but a fabulous last-night meal on our final night. Local supermarket in the village was closed during our stay, but the Intermarché in Capendu is only 10-15 minutes and there’s a nice baker in Lagrasse. (Could also order from Vins de Dagne, but we never really got our act together). We’d love to return, à bientôt!

We stayed in this amazing house for a couple of weeks - 4 couples, with kids left home! The place is really hard to describe because it is so much more than we expected. Also the photos don't quite do it justice (especially the outdoors pics). It is a huge house, with several levels. All the bedrooms bar one are on one upper floor. The other bedroom (that we stayed in) is accessible on the side of the building and has a lovely little terrace with a small table and chairs. Perfect for taking in the sun or simply relaxing. I did do a bit of work there. On the lower level is the huge kitchen, big dining area with a really cool table that makes entertaining fun and loads of interesting living areas each individual and stylishly decorated. All in all it is a big place where it is easy to spend time with friends and be sociable, or retreat to one of the cosy, quirky but fantastic living spaces for me-time. We weren't quite sure what we would do there for 2 weeks as it seemed a little remote, but it is SO relaxing and welcoming we spent the first week just staying put and enjoying it. The swimming pool is great and I did my lengths every morning. The area just beyond the pool is great in the evening for a drink (or many more). The bedrooms are really special. Big and very well appointed. Comfortable beds and interesting bathrooms (ours had a built-in bath). The owner Fred is super friendly and accommodating. We were welcomed by him and his partner and to our surprise the fridge was filled with local produce and there was also some wine and fresh bread left for us! Great surprise and even better after the long drive down! For shopping we went to the closest town and there were 2 large supermarkets there as well as the usual bakeries/butchers etc. The area is very beautiful. The mountains are stunning and we found some really lovely villages to explore. We had a great dinner one night in Sauve. Really cute village well worth exploring. We ate on a square high up overlooking the river below. I could go on and on. The place has so much charm and is so well appointed, we could have stayed for longer. We have amazing memories and special thanks to Fred for having created this small piece of paradise.

I can't begin to tell you how wonderful this house is, with its warm inviting rooms, its wonderful outside spaces and fabulous heated pool. It is decorated in a comfortable style that makes you feel as if you are at home and not in holiday accommodation. It is extremely clean; the kitchen and bathrooms, spotless, The bedrooms are comfortable with plenty of clean sheets and towels. The house is fairly large and my husband I and stayed on our own, but we felt safe and secure. Obviously, with all the space, it is ideal for families, but equally as inviting for groups of friends. Situated in a small village, it is quiet - you can hear the church bells ringing in the local church. We loved to walk around the village and through the fields behind the house. We did think about going on a bike ride but decided just to sit by the pool most afternoons. It is an easy drive to Saint-Émilion (and other local vineyards) - my husband managed to find it without getting us lost! The drive from the airport probably took us about 40 minutes. Isabelle gave us wonderful direction - she speaks perfect English. In a word - wonderful!
Central location, great stay. The villa was huge and could easily accommodate larger groups than our three couples. The grounds were expansive and well suited for outside leisure and dining. The Rully location was super both in terms of accessing everything that Burgundy region has to offer as well as for enjoying local amenities such as bakeries, restaurant, wineries, etc. Sigrid was extremely helpful throughout the whole vacation process. A hugely enjoyable week.
Turtle name suggestions- Flash Louie Elliot Raphiel We have really enjoyed staying in your beautiful home. We have been lazy and mostly stayed by the pool. We had a great couple of meals in St Émilion and we visited some vineyards. All in all a fabulous holiday. Great hoss, and the house is very well equipped!
