Really brilliant week at Mas Saint-Cernin. We have loved the houses, garden, pool, views, sun-rises and sunsets, birds, red squirrels etc etc. The local towns are so pretty and the fantastic markets provided most of our food. Lots of coffee stops. Found it easy to do boulangerie trip. Intermarche just outside Castillonnes was an easy supermarket shop (done on Tuesday after visiting the great market where we got large boxes of peaches, apricots and haricot vert for 5 Euros. Great wine tasting at Les Verdots - wish we had gone there earlier for our wine. La Brucellerie great for a meal. Bikes hired from Bergerac cycle hire, google Apolo cycles. Best to book in advance but really helpful man there. Huge thanks to John and Lesley for providing such wonderful accommodation (they have thought of everything) and for being so warm and helpful all week. We have appreciated your many kindnesses. Hope to return soon.
Alors que nous roulions vers le Nord, sur le chemin du retour, nous nous remémorions nos bons souvenirs de cette semaine passée. Votre belle maison, avec tant de caractère de confort a certainement fait toute la différence dans nos vacances. Nous l'avons tant appréciée que, j'en suis presque gêné de l'avouer, nous ne sommes sortis qu'une seule après-midi pour aller faire un tour au Lac Saint Cassien. Nous avons profité de tout... pétanque, les deux terrasses, barbecue, tennis de table, le magnifique patio extérieur, la piscine etc, etc... Les trois petits enfants de 2 ans et demi, 14 mois et 5 mois ont tous adoré! En fait, le petit de 1 an a fait ses premiers pas dans votre jardin! Ce fut des vacances très spéciales pour nous tous et nous voulions tout simplement vous dire un grand merci de nous avoir accueillis.
La piscine était fantastique, les vacances étaient super. Nous reviendrons. Merci.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chex Eva. Tout était parfait, nous avions quelques demandes qui ont étaient remplies avec grand soin et investissement. Hôte très réactive également ! Le lieu est très propre, au calme et l'environnement est magnifique ! Je recommande.

A perfect stay for a family Christmas. Plenty of room for 10 people. Beautiful bedrooms and bathroom. A very family-friendly living room, a superb and functional kitchen. We all had an amazing time in this beautiful villa. The location is really convenient and we walked to all the beaches and shops and restaurants. The swimming pool was lots of fun and the views are spectacular.
En un mot: spectaculaire. Par où commencer pour décrire combien cette maison est magnifique. En un mot : spectaculaire ! Nous avons séjourné dans environ une quarantaine de maisons au fil des ans et peu d'entre elles se sont approchées de ce niveau d'excellence. La maison est magnifique à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur et aucun détail n'a été négligé. Les lits sont très confortables et les draps et les serviettes sont beaux. La cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour y préparer tous vos repas. Le patio, les jardins et la piscine sont tranquilles et relaxants. Concernant la propreté, la maison est absolument impeccable. Les photos sont très fidèles au site mais ce qui n'est pas visible, c'est la chaleur et la gentillesse avec lesquelles vous serez accueillis lorsque vous rencontrerez les propriétaires. Nous recommandons fortement.
Juste un petit mot pour dire que nous avons apprécié notre séjour à la Villa Pey de la Salle, il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin, y compris la magnifique vue!

Waouh, quelle magnifique maison ! Elle avait tout ce qu'il nous fallait pour des vacances familiales parfaites. Merci de nous l'avoir fait découvrir, nous gardons de merveilleux souvenirs de notre séjour. C'était notre premier séjour en Dordogne et nous avons été conquis par la beauté des paysages, sans oublier les excellents restaurants et les délicieux croissants et chocolats ! Les jardins sont splendides, embaumés par le parfum de la lavande et des roses (mes préférées).

Very good stay, the site and the area are superb. The accommodation is large and pleasant and offers good conditions of stay with large families.
We celebrated a big family birthday at Château Mabrouke and enjoyed a welcoming and stunningly beautiful home, with great fun at the pool, tennis court, zipline and on the dance floor. The Pyrénées were the backdrop to the most glorious of settings. An unforgettable holiday.
Nous sommes maintenant chez nous en Australie. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans votre maison. L'emplacement était parfait pour visiter la région : nous avons visité des villages, des vignobles et des villes balnéaires. Nous avons particulièrement aimé Mèze et la plage de Sète. C'était très relaxant de rentrer à la maison et de se rafraîchir avec un plongeon dans la piscine avant le dîner. Nous avons trouvé que l'emplacement de la maison était très calme, mais idéal pour sa proximité avec Pèzenas. Nous n'hésiterons pas à recommander votre belle maison à nos amis.
Une perle rare ! Quelle trouvaille ! Vous avez pensé à tout, jusqu'aux sachets de lavande dans les tiroirs. Merci beaucoup de nous avoir permis de séjourner dans votre ravissante maison dans le plus charmant des endroits. Nous aimons le canard et Sarlat offre le meilleur. Découvrir la campagne environnante a été un pur plaisir. Nous avons eu la chance de passer le mois de juin à Sarlat et avons apprécié le village animé par la musique. Nous espérons revenir et vous remercions.
Nous y avons passé une belle semaine. Grande maison, beau jardin et piscine. Le temps était parfait et les sites touristiques super. Faire du vélo aussi! Nous espérons vous revoir un jour.
Just wanted to say what a wonderful property Moulin de Terrac is. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. Probably the best property we have stayed in since we started holidaying in France 16 years ago. And also what a great manager Bonnie was – really helpful and friendly.
First things first - Karen, Russell and the girls (Mack and Mabel) are wonderful hosts. Warm, friendly, thoughtful and yet discreet. They love what they're doing and it shows as nothing is too much trouble. Their enthusiasm for their ventures (current and future) is infectious. Secondly is the 'Loft du Vigneron' - a fabulous property offering everything - and more - that you could hope for. Karen and Russell's sense of style has been imprinted on it and their attention to detail has left nothing wanting. Every comfort has been considered from the fabulous welcoming pack to 'The White Company' range of toiletries. The terrace was our favourite place with the sun streaming through the roof and the warm breeze cooling us down. Rieux-Minervois is a typical French village and perfectly situated to explore the entire Minervois region from Carcassonne in the West, East to the Mediterranean, and all the lovely historical villages North and South. In conclusion, we had a fabulous stay in a wonderful property with the perfect hosts - highly recommended without hesitation. Our very best wishes for every success in you new venture. This is a spacious, stylish house perfect for families, friends and couples in the heart of pretty Vezenobres located within an easy hour of mountains, rivers, gorgeous markets, Roman towns with their summer festivals and even the Mediterranean. The house itself is so lovely both in and out - you will no doubt be back again and again!

Le site à flanc de colline était le lieu idéal pour admirer de superbes couchers et levers de soleil et les étoiles filantes. C'était dommage de repartir...

Amazing holiday location! Great views of a peaceful quaint little village in south of France, and don't even need to get out of the pool. Everything you need is provided by the host, excellent quality of service for the price. Great variety of excursions possible in the area, be it sporty, cultural or plain shopping and farniente! Looking forward to coming back again as soon as possible!!!
