We had a brilliant family holiday at Mas de Lozanne in June 2022, The house and pool were perfect for 6 adults and a baby; a very quiet location but still a short walk into the beautiful town of Pézenas. We plan to return in 2025.
Fabulous Villa and location We've been coming to the south of France for year and specifically to this area and to Seillans for the last 5 years... and this villa is as good as we have ever stayed. The villa is impeccably kept, extremely comfortable and has the most magnificent views. Everything in the villa is as advertised and works well. The restaurants of Seillans are a short walk away. Although the town itself unfortunately has no boulangerie or patisserie, Fayence is only a 5 minute drive away and has a great one of those, plus a boucherie / charcuterie around the corner, both of which are close to the big Super U supermarket. The terrace and pool are East-facing. We were worried that in the photos it looked like there was little shade provided but with the big awnings for the terrace and a few parasols for the pool, finding shade from the morning sun was not a problem. We love this area for the beautiful mountain villages (seillans, Callian, Tourrettes etc) but the ease of getting around in the largely flat area south of those villages so you can get to Cannes, Grasse and the beaches. Nous avons adoré chaque instant de notre séjour. Le Cottage du Jardin est joli et très bien aménagé : ultra propre, bien équipé et charmant. La piscine et les jardins sont intimes et charmants. Catarina et Stephen sont des hôtes formidables : ils sont aux petits soins et d'une gentillesse incroyable. Cette propriété est un véritable joyau, et les villages et sites antiques de la vallée de la Vézère en font un séjour inoubliable.
Merci d'avoir partagé avec nous cette charmante oasis à Sarlat. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre semaine ici. La maison est tout simplement parfaite et l'emplacement incroyable. Les points forts incluent : La ville de Sarlat elle-même, le Gouffre de Padirac, Domme, Rocamadour, le canoë sur la Dordogne, la visite de Beynac et Castlenaud et bien sûr la piscine ! Nous avons passé des vacances fantastiques et inoubliables et espérons y retourner.
A week at the Mas de Pitou was blissful. The house was comfortable and included everything you would need for a relaxing stay. The view of the Alpilles, bright sunshine throughout the house and the fragrance of lavender and rosemary from the garden completed the picture. I will most definitely return to enjoy more exploring of the regions bounty in farmer's markets, Médiéval villages and stunning views.
Russell and Karen are phenomenal hosts. The whole stay here has been magical. Two of the most helpful and loving people you will meet whose love is felt throughout every inch of the property. STAY HERE!
Ma famille (4 personnes) a séjourné dans cette maison à plusieurs reprises depuis que les enfants sont bébés et c'est la maison idéale pour passer des vacances avec une autre famille. La maison dégage une atmosphère merveilleuse et détendue et est toujours accueillante et fraîche après une chaude journée de visites dans la jolie campagne. La piscine et les jardins sont magnifiques. Entre le badminton sur la pelouse, le ping-pong dans la grange, les repas paresseux dehors dans la cour et la détente au bord de la piscine, il est possible pour toute la famille d'être bien occupée toute la journée.
Nous partons, nous laissons les clés sur la porte ! C’était super, nous avons adoré notre semaine de vacances dans votre maison. Je vais voir avec Norton de Isidor pour pouvoir mettre un commentaire :) À bientôt et merci.

First things first - Karen, Russell and the girls (Mack and Mabel) are wonderful hosts. Warm, friendly, thoughtful and yet discreet. They love what they're doing and it shows as nothing is too much trouble. Their enthusiasm for their ventures (current and future) is infectious. Secondly is the 'Loft du Vigneron' - a fabulous property offering everything - and more - that you could hope for. Karen and Russell's sense of style has been imprinted on it and their attention to detail has left nothing wanting. Every comfort has been considered from the fabulous welcoming pack to 'The White Company' range of toiletries. The terrace was our favourite place with the sun streaming through the roof and the warm breeze cooling us down. Rieux-Minervois is a typical French village and perfectly situated to explore the entire Minervois region from Carcassonne in the West, East to the Mediterranean, and all the lovely historical villages North and South. In conclusion, we had a fabulous stay in a wonderful property with the perfect hosts - highly recommended without hesitation. Our very best wishes for every success in you new venture. Nous avons passé un séjour fabuleux au Cottage du Jardin. Le cottage nous convenait parfaitement. Il avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Magnifiquement décoré, aménagé et meublé. La piscine était à tomber (je n'en sortais presque jamais). Merci à Stephen pour l'avoir entretenue avec tant de soin, ainsi que le jardin. Le cottage est idéalement situé, hors des sentiers battus et très calme, tout en étant suffisamment proche de Thonac pour aller boire un verre ou manger au village. Montignac, une ville animée regorgeant de cafés, de bars et de boutiques, n'est qu'à dix minutes en voiture. De belles excursions sont possibles dans les villages voisins, qui se vantent tous d'être parmi les plus beaux de France. Et ils le sont tous ! Le petit plus : être à Thonac pour la finale de la Coupe du monde. Rob est allé au village et a rejoint les habitants qui regardaient la finale sur grand écran.

Nos vacances à La Charmante Distillerie ont été absolument superbes ! Mark et Gary ont été des hôtes exceptionnels et ont rendu notre expérience inoubliable, de la réservation jusqu'à notre départ ! Nous y retournerons sans hésiter, car c'est de loin le meilleur endroit où nous ayons séjourné. L'attention portée aux détails était exceptionnelle et nous avons été très à l'aise du début à la fin. Ils ont tout mis en œuvre pour que cette villa de vacances soit incroyable et ils ont fait tout leur possible pour nous satisfaire. C'est un 5 étoiles et plus à tous points de vue. Une magnifique villa dans un endroit calme avec tant de choses à découvrir. Merci Mark et Gary d'avoir fait de nos vacances en famille un moment inoubliable, et nous reviendrons bientôt pour en profiter à nouveau !

We have had such a happy and relaxing week at Piglet and have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know you both and sharing your beautiful home and garden. We have visited many properties in France and this is one ofthe loveliest ! Vouvant is a delightful village with its interesting history and vibrant community.The guided walk of the village is recommended as well as a visit to the zoo - great for kids. Thank you for everything - cake and wine, but most of all for your interesting and entertaining company ! À bientôt.

Belle propriété sur un site magnifique dans un endroit merveilleux. Les propriétaires sont des hôtes tellement charmants, toujours attentifs et très serviables. Ils font un excellent travail pour restaurer ces propriétés avec amour et de belles touches de décoration. Nous avons adoré le temps passé dans le Lot, merci beaucoup.
Nous avons passé deux excellentes semaines dans ce cadre et la maison qui sont magnifiques. Nous avons profité à 100% de toutes les belles choses de tout ici. Nous adorons les ânes, mignons et gentils. Dommage que nous n’avons pas vu d’écureuils, mais nous avons vu hérons et différentes sortes d’oiseaux. Nous avons fait de belles excursions à Nérac, Clermont-Dessous, le pont-canal d’Agen et le jardin des nénuphars de Latour-Marliac et vu beaucoup d’étangs. Tout va nous manquer, le calme, le bel endroit, l’environnement, la splendide piscine, tout sauf la canicule :). Les seules choses qui nous ont manqué sont quelques ventilateurs (à cause de la canicule) surtout à l’étage et une veilleuse dans le couloir à l’étage + lumière dehors sur la terrasse. Pour le reste tout était parfait. Merci Karine et Pascal pour tout, pour votre gentillesse et votre service, votre attention et les délices offertes à l’arrivée. Merci au propriétaire pour l’aide apportée au niveau de l’électricité après l’orage. Merci pour TOUT.
Our family of 4 spend a perfect week in the lovely and nicely renovated gîte. House is spacious and well equipped. The outdoor area did not leave much to ask for with shady terrace, grill, a big green garden with a nicely furnished pavilion and not least the large and clean pool. Jean and Martin were there when needed, very helpful and made you feel at home. The small village Lauzun great for evening walks. This gîte can be recommended.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les marchés, le vin et le village visités et les balades. Le temps a été beau et chaud. C'était merveilleux de revenir chaque jour dans une maison et des jardins aussi charmants, très bien aménagés et équipés. L'un de nous a particulièrement apprécié la piscine.
La Maison Cabanon, c'était comme à la maison ! Parfait pour des vacances en famille. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un temps superbe. Beaucoup de vélo, de natation et de nourriture dans un cadre vraiment magique. Nous reviendrons !
C'est la destination idéale pour des vacances de type en plein air. Les randonnées sont superbes et les paysages sont magnifiques. C'est franchement un peu difficile de partir.
We had an absolutely delightful holiday in Argeliers and all six of us (four adults and two children) loved the house and hated to leave. We did the usual visits for first-timers in the region: Carcassonne, Narbonne, Gruissan, the Abbaye de Fontfroide, various villages along the Canal du Midi, etc. We had a ball and were always looking forward to return to the Maison Tigre at the end of the day. The pool was a high-light, so much so that it was sometimes difficult to get the children out to visit (and the adults also). The house was also a delight, with such a great design that we immediately felt at home. Thank you also to Alan and Cathy for their warm welcome and very useful explanations. All six of us have very good memories of our (alas short) stay at Maison Tigre and we still remind each other often of our summer holiday. I would like to congratulate you again for the wonderful job you have done with the restoration of Maison Tigre, with the design and with the equipment provided, which was just right for us (I may be repeating myself here, but it really is a wonderful home, so another round of applause is not excessive!)
Peter and I just returned from our holiday in France and I wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our week at les Marquises! The property is just lovely- the views from the terrace and the master bath really are stunning. The kitchen was a pleasure to use, everything one needed was provided. I know you did nt arrange this but the weather was superb-sun and very warm temps every day. It was a pleasure to return to the pool and cool off with a view of the vineyards! We even got to see the grape harvest in the fields directly behind the pool! We found the location perfect -close to Nyons but super quiet and private. This charming home is cleverly decorated and very comfortable. I also found booking with Pure France wonderful- fast replies, easy payment and most helpful responses to any questions I had. Thank you again for the opportunity to stay at this unique property and to explore a beautiful part of Provence. A la prochaine!
Thank you for such a relaxing holiday. You have put a lot of thought into the house and it was a great, lovely place to stay. Favourite Moment: Finding the bat in the umbrella by the pool! Every afternoon! Places We Recommend: Allo Canoës, Brantôme, Ribérac Market.
Lovely holiday home. This was the first time we had stayed in this area of Perigord. The house was fantastic, very large for 4 people and had a really good swimming pool. The house is only 2 km from the river which is also lovely to swim in. There is also a lake nearby at Grolejac as well if you prefer that. The property is in a quiet but central location with numerous beautiful towns to visit nearby (e.g. Domme and Sarlat) and lots of activities to enjoy. We had a great 2 week holiday here!
David et Natalie ont été d'excellents hôtes. Il était facile de communiquer avec eux, il était facile de communiquer, et ils avaient vraiment pensé à tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour passer un séjour agréable. Je dois dire que le jardin et la piscine ont dépassé nos espérances. Nous reviendrons certainement et recommanderions la maison à d'autres.
