We had an absolutely lovely fortnight at Château Monjardin. Faultless. Please could you pass on our especial thanks to Colin and Sue. They could not have been kinder or more generous. I miss it already and will be sure to return, perhaps next year. All our very best regards.

Endroit très privé et paisible où séjourner. Excellents équipements. La maison était charmante, propre et spacieuse avec toutes les installations nécessaires. En suivant les conseils concernant l'ouverture et la fermeture des volets, etc., nous avons pu trouver de l'ombre et de la fraîcheur à chaque fois que nous en avions besoin. La piscine était également propre et agréable à utiliser - un grand soulagement pendant la partie la plus chaude de la journée. Les boulangeries de Saint-Valentin et de Bivet étaient super (comme partout ailleurs). Intermarché à Bivet s'est avéré pratique mais d'autres sont également disponibles dans d'autres directions. Les excursions en fin d'après-midi à Marseille, Aix-en-Provence sont parfaites et le stationnement est très simple. L'excursion matinale à Cassis pour se rendre à la mer a également été un grand succès. Le stationnement y est bon le matin mais semble beaucoup plus fréquenté plus tard dans la journée.
Time for an emotional essay... Thak you for a lovely week, it is a magical place. Walking into Piglet is like coming home (but tidier and more luxurious !). Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

La maison est au top, elle reflète les photos affiches/. Maison très conviviale et accueillante. Idéal pour des voyages entres groupes d’amis ou de familles.
Superbe maison de campagne à Domme. Huit membres de notre famille ont récemment passé quelques jours dans la région de la Dordogne et ont beaucoup apprécié notre maison de vacances, bien située à Domme. Le Borghesia était une belle, très impressionnante et très ancienne maison rénovée et aménagée pour le style de vie d'aujourd'hui. Elle est bien située dans un joli cadre champêtre. L'arrivée et le départ se sont déroulés sans problème. Je recommanderais certainement Le Borghesia à d'autres voyageurs.
We have had an amazing time and are very sad to have to leave! We have loved our time lazing by the pool and leaving all the stresses of our normal lives far behind. The owners have been perfect hosts. and the house has had everything that we needed. We really enjoyed visiting this part of France for the first time and would recommend all the beautiful Bastide villages. Hopefully it won't be too long before we can come back!

Nous avons passé des vacances fantastiques. Le logement est parfait - calme, paisible et privé. C'est juste le bon mélange de moderne et de classique. Excellentes installations (bon Wi-Fi, super TV et tout ce dont nous pourrions avoir besoin dans la cuisine). La piscine est super - les enfants ont adoré ! Le seul inconvénient était le temps - nous aurions pu avoir un peu plus de soleil. Nous reviendrons peut-être une autre fois et verrons si nous avons plus de chance ! Ian et Jean étaient vraiment sympathiques, serviables et toujours là si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit. Un mot de Franckie : la piscine était super et j'ai passé un bon moment avec ma famille. xxx
Unusually for a rental, both the house and cottage are exceptionally stylishly decorated. Elegant yet tranquil, each space has a different but harmonious feel. It has all the comforts you could possibly want, including a well stocked kitchen, recently re-done and so thoughtfully laid out, it is a joy to cook in. The garden has been planted so prettily, as you look out beyond the sweeping beds of fragrant lavender, to the gently rolling fields beyond. The Persian garden is just ravishing, certainly unique and the water features most pleasing. The infinity pool is generously sized for those who enjoy their lengths, the water temperature just right. The property itself is tucked away at the end of a tiny, yet enchanting and very peaceful hamlet. It is in a corner of France which is heaven for foodies, spoilt for choice with plenty of markets, lovely produce and an excellent offering of local restaurants.
Petite escapade parfaite. Tellement heureux que nous soyons venus séjourner à la Maison Meunier. Le cottage était parfait pour nos vacances en famille avec beaucoup d'espace pour nous quatre mais toujours avec cette sensation chaleureuse. C'était agréable de pouvoir rentrer à la maison après nos excursions et se détendre avec les enfants au bord de la piscine sous le soleil de l'après-midi. L'emplacement était super et nous avions bien suffisamment de choix d'endroits où aller. Merci de nous aider à créer de superbes souvenirs de famille.
Nous venons de terminer un voyage de deux semaines en famille. La maison était tout simplement géniale ! Excellentes installations, et la climatisation dans les chambres est un véritable économiseur de vie. La propriété est excentrique ! Et il y a tellement de petites terrasses et d'endroits à l'extérieur où nous avons trouvé que nous ne nous sommes jamais assis. L'emplacement est idéal pour des excursions d'une journée et nous avons savouré la baignade dans la piscine après une journée bien remplie. Nous étions un groupe de plusieurs générations et tout le monde a adoré ! Le quartier est génial et accessible à pied. Boulangerie locale, stand de fruits et légumes locaux ainsi que l'accès aux supermarchés. Merci pour votre séjour inoubliable !
It is early spring. My husband and I decide to go to the South of France for a fortnight. Our eye has fallen on La Picholine. It is in the Gard region and close to nice places. Like Uzès, Nîmes, Avignon. What a surprising place on arrival. Two enthusiastic owners, proudly showing off their new domaine. There are two gîtes. A large swimming pool, several terraces and expansive views. Our gîte is very comfortable. Spacious living room with dining kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bedroom is very spacious with good mattresses. Large bathroom with two sinks. As it can be quite chilly in the evening in spring, this cottage has a wood-burning stove with hot air conditioning. It is comfortably warm then. The garden is tastefully decorated. You have your own privacy and that choice is nice. We had a lovely two weeks here and will definitely come back next year. Thank you Esther and Leo for your hospitality.
A three-generation family holiday has been thoroughly enjoyed here at Fontalbe. Sitting under the wisteria Trees was a favourite spot for breakfast, reading, watercolour painting etc. the pool has been fantastic for six grandchildren who have had hours of fun and laughter, the sun loungers have been well used too. So much wildlife – demoiselles, butterflies, dragonflies, lizards, a toad plus fish and crayfish in the stream.
Quelle semaine fabuleuse nous avons passée avec des amis formidables dans cette charmante villa. Merci Galina de nous avoir si bien accueillis. La villa a répondu à tous nos besoins, nous avons adoré la piscine, le terrain de pétanque et les vélos ont été parfaits pour sortir explorer.
Just returned from an outstanding holiday at the Orchard Farmhouse! The pool and grounds were just fantastic - it did help with three days at 30+ degrees! I wanted to say a big thank you again to Pure France for a brilliant week in a great value property. We are finally home and now reflecting on happy memories of our wonderful holiday in France and particularly our 10 nights spent here. Where do we begin to ever thank you for all that you did and for making our holiday so special. We felt like we had our own personal butler looking after us throughout our stay. Even prior to our arrival we welcomed the emails, the ease of booking and then promptly replying to any query that we had , as well as the phone call to offer help and support the week before we were scheduled to arrive. We really appreciated the welcome basket of goodies and all the other little things that you had thoughtfully put in the fridge, making our arrival into the gîte a very warm and welcome one. Your 'blood, sweat and tears' have truly paid off as we could see the attention to detail that has gone in to making this a luxury gîte for your guests. We noticed the quality of furnishings and fittings, bed linen, sumptuous soft towels and then separate towels laid out for us by the pool, all of which made for an exciting stay ahead! The beds were extremely comfortable and accompanied by the peace and tranquility at night meant we both woke each morning feeling fully refreshed! We particularly enjoyed our time spent around the swimming pool and also using the outdoor kitchen/BBQ. Everything was spotlessly clean and we know that you ensured the pool area was cleaned down for us every morning. We were blessed with good weather too. The views from the terrace were stunning and we never tired from sitting there overlooking the local Cuzorn area and the valley beyond. It was a pleasure getting to know you and hearing about your journey from Essex to Lot-et-Garonne. For us, as first guests it was a privilege staying at Lasserre and we will be talking about you and our holiday for years to come. I equally hope that for you and Kate your first guests did not let you down and we have left a wonderful impression on you too! We sincerely hope that you are rewarded for the fruits of your labour and whilst we would like you to have a busy season, just secretly we would like to keep this little bit of heaven purely for us!
Magnifique propriété, super équipée, piscine très grande à une température parfaite, terrain exceptionnel, court de tennis en parfait état, espaces communs bien agencés et confortables... On peut difficilement faire mieux pour des vacances en famille! L'endroit convient parfaitement aux enfants et aux moins jeunes... Très propre, confortable, très agréable, communication excellente avec les propriétaires. Le top!
We had a superb holiday at La Belle Vue de Beauville. The views are indeed stunning and the locale is just superb. The property is excellent and suited our party just perfectly. We loved the three levels - Bedroom level on entrance floor, living quarters on the lower floor and the pool down below at the third level. The property is very well appointed and all our needs were well catered for. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The pool and its surrounds is excellent. Beauville is a lovely village with an excellent boulongerie and small grocers. The owners were perfect hosts. Whilst wholly unobtrusive, they were always willing to provide information and assist in whatever way they could. The owner was particularly helpful on the question of fishing. It transpired they have a small lake on the property which is surrounded by trees and used as a watering hole by the deer. However he gave permission for us to clear an area sufficiently to enable us to cast a rod. The fish were plentiful and provided great sport. Our grandson thus had a wonderful introduction to the sport. We were very grateful to the owner for allowing us to use his lake. All in all a perfect holiday. We have no hesitation recommending La Belle Vue de Beauville and Pure France.
Wonderful villa, pool and location We loved everything about our stay. Danny was very welcoming on our arrival and charming when we left. The villa is superb with a beautiful view, lovely garden and is very well equipped. The pool is incredible and we swam every day. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was very welcome. Lots of interesting places to visit in the area. We highly recommend it.
Nous avons passé un moment des plus merveilleux à la Maison de Saint-Jean. La maison était charmante, il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin et Rosetta [la gouvernante] était très serviable et accueillante. Tu as tellement de chance de l'avoir !
Notre deuxième séjour, nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos vacances. Accueil chaleureux et bon service ! Et bien sûr, une belle maison et un jardin. Merci! À plus tard.
