I just wanted to drop you a line to say how very much we enjoyed our week in your lovely home - it truly is superb! In fact, we all had such a good week, I am about to email in order to book for next year. I notice on the website that next year's dates are already there so we thought we'd better book quickly (and before you decide that it is far too beautiful to leave!)
What a fabulous place to spend a week! Amazing - thank you! Incredible house, fab hosts, the 'feast' was delicious and plentiful! We are already thinking about when to return. Thank you!

Ce n'était pas notre première visite à La Barde et encore une fois nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances en famille. La maison possède beaucoup de caractère tout en étant à la fois spacieuse et confortable. La cuisine est bien équipée et les coins salons à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur peuvent accueillir confortablement 10 personnes. Le jardin est magnifique et regorge de plantes et d'arbustes variés et colorés tandis que la piscine est grande et nettoyée régulièrement par le propriétaire. Encore une fois, nous avons profité de belles journées à Saint-Émilion, Brantôme et Cognac pour n'en citer que quelques-unes - et bien sûr d'agréables boissons en soirée à Verteillac. Merci - nous gardons de précieux souvenirs de ces vacances fantastiques !
Semaine fantastique. C'était un vrai plaisir de pouvoir se balader. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le Graud d'Agde, St Guillem Le Désert et Collioure, l'Hacienda à Pézenas et le marché à proximité, les excellents Violis sur la plage. Il y a tout pour passer de bonnes vacances à proximité de la propriété.
Vam anar quatre parelles a passar el cap d'anyy ha estat sensacional. La casa es molt acollidira y comode. 4 habitacions amb el seu bany. La zona cuina menjador sala d'estar ample, comoda i funcional. La calefacció perfecta. La anfitriona responia quasi immediatament a les consultes que li hem fet. El poble també es molt mqco y tranquil. Un lloc molt recomanable.
Nous avons adoré Cottage du Jardin dès la première photo que nous avons vue en ligne. Nous avons reçu un accueil des plus chaleureux de la part de Caterina et Stephen. Le cottage a dépassé toutes nos attentes. Pour ceux qui recherchent le calme et la tranquillité absolue, c'est l'endroit idéal. De plus, la région offre une multitude de sites magnifiques à visiter, accessibles en voiture. Vous avez également le luxe de disposer de votre propre piscine, entourée d'un magnifique jardin parfumé. Caterina et Stephen se mettent en quatre pour vous accueillir et connaissent parfaitement la région, sans être envahissants. Des hôtes parfaits. J'espère que ce petit cottage continuera à enchanter ceux qui auront la chance de le découvrir.
Merci pour ces belles vacances. Votre maison est magnifique, bien équipée et très propre. La piscine est incroyable, si merveilleuse pour se rafraîchir et les enfants se sont bien amusés à y jouer tous les jours. Nous avons adoré Lagrasse, la ville de Carcassonne et le lac près de Carcassonne a été très apprécié par les enfants. Nous avons mangé aux Vins de Dagne quelques soirs et la nourriture et le vin étaient excellents. Dommage que le magasin soit fermé, cela aurait juste rendu les choses un peu plus faciles mais les croissants/baguettes que nous avons commandés aux Vins de Dagne étaient super. Les moustiques étaient un peu pénibles et la chaleur extrême vers la fin de notre séjour - mais c'est la nature ! Merci également beaucoup pour toute votre aide et vos conseils !
If you are looking for calm in a peaceful environment, Le Mas de Combet is for that! it is very well equipped, nothing missing! a huge and well maintained lot with this very friendly view of a small lake and the forest . the terrace with its large pergola is ideal for resting or having a drink . we enjoyed the large swimming pool with its summer kitchen. hosts are exceptionally kind and welcoming . we recommend without hesitation.
Wonderful time with the big family. The beautiful Château Velouse offers plenty of space for a large family or friends, with a great kitchen, a large dining room and a cozy living room. Almost each of the eight traditionally decorated bedrooms are having their own modern bathroom. The huge park is great for own dogs, which you can easy bring with you.
Propriété de première choix - accueil très chaleureux par la propriétaire Mme W. Montlaur - charmant village de Lagrasse - un village à voir absolument. Carcassonne - Cité très bien conservée. Nous reviendrons. La maison a tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin et plus encore. Déjà dans l'attente de notre visite de retour.
Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour. Nous avons passé de belles et relaxantes vacances, merci de nous avoir fourni des jeux. Il règne une belle atmosphère. J'espère revenir bientôt.
Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre semaine ici. Le logement était de première classe, très bien aménagé, lumineux et spacieux avec des lits confortables. La piscine était attrayante et bienvenue. Il y avait beaucoup d'espaces disponibles pour s'asseoir, se détendre et se relaxer, entourés de belles fleurs. Il y avait beaucoup à faire dans la région, des villages perchés aux plages dorées. Les propriétaires étaient sympathiques et serviables, mais discrets. Nous recommanderions certainement un séjour.
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à La Maison Tolzac. La maison est parfaite, la terrasse est au calme et offre une magnifique vue sur le lac.
We, two couples, stayed the last week of June and the first week of July in Les Oliviers du Sud. We found modern comfort in an authentic environment in the well-equipped holiday homes Maison Carrée and Joie de Vivre. You can rightly say that you enjoy life here. Privacy, beauty, friendliness, a lovely swimming pool, the beautifully maintained gardens... it all comes to you here. And what we also appreciated very much: we arrived in a house where the basic necessities were present (such as coffee, tea, herbs and olive oil) and a nice bottle of wine and delicious (home-made!) cake were ready for us, which made us feel really welcome. Moreover, the area is also very attractive. From the tranquility of the domaine you drive to the liveliness and versatility of Avignon and Villeneuve and for example to Orange. The markets are very charming in the smaller towns nearby and there is also no shortage of nice restaurants. We really had a wonderful time, certainly also because of the friendliness of the owners.
Superbe location dans un coin de verdure très calme. Tout était parfait avec mention spéciale pour la piscine chauffée qui a fait le bonheur du petit fils. À louer les yeux fermés.
La maison est incroyable. Vous vous sentez chez vous en vacances. La maison est décorée avec soin et bien entretenue. La piscine est super et très propre. C'est la troisième fois que nous visitons la maison et nous y reviendrons. Merci à la gentille propriétaire. Le meilleur moment de l'année.
Thank you so very much Benjy, Kate and Issy for welcoming us to the property. We have had the most heavenly week here and we leave feeling thoroughly relaxed. The lands, vineyards and pool are all spectacular and a fabulous location for a group of friends. The weather has been glorious and to be honest, it has been quite difficult to drag ourselves away from the house and pool… However, we did venture to Fontevraud (which we loved), and we discovered a couple of the local markets. We were very grateful for the small touches that made our stay special – the beautiful turn of the winery, the supplies of food (and drinks!) and the comfy beds and copious linen and towels. We also enjoyed cooking on the Aga – risotto, roast chicken etc. Delicious food to accompany your STUNNING wine! We very much hope to return one day.

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable. La Villa Lana était tout simplement parfaite, tant par son emplacement que par ses équipements.
What a week at Château Richelieu, where we were fortunate enough to get married in front of 90 of our closest friends and family! To say it was an amazing experience and venue would almost be doing it a dis-service! It's hard to put down in words just how perfect our big day was at Château Richelieu. It would be very difficult to beat as a venue for a wedding and we would not have had our day anywhere else in the world. Our hosts could not have done any more for us. The support before, during and after the wedding has been above and beyond. Honestly, cannot recommend Château Richelieu highly enough and we will definitely be returning with friends / family for another visit.
We stayed in Jean and Martin’s beautiful Gite over the recent May Bank Holiday and we were absolutely delighted with our stay in every way we could possibly be! The Gite itself is immaculately appointed; it is beautifully in character and so generously equipped with all one needs for a seamless and relaxing stay. The kitchen boasts a washing machine and dishwasher - really useful for a longer stay . Great outside area with a bbq and an extra outside kitchen area, sink and 2nd fridge. The outside dining terrace is so comfortable and looks out on a beautifully maintained garden area with pool , sun chairs and gazebo - so comfy and relaxing. The bathroom is a very good size with both bath and shower. Upstairs are two generously sized bedrooms - one double and then a twin room.. Although my husband and I travelled with friends on this occasion, it was very apparent that the Gite is beautifully family friendly ; a cot and high chairs are also provided . The surrounding area is stunning - a few minutes walk to the local shops and cafes. Not far at all by car from many local beautiful areas and restaurants. Jean and Martin are perfect hosts - we honestly couldn’t ask for more and we will definitely be returning.
Lovely old place restored by Frederic. We were lucky enough to be there for the festival in Sauve which was great! Far too hot to go hiking in the hills but managed trips to Uzes ( beautiful) and of course the Haribo museum for the kids. Pool cover needs 2 people and doesn’t come all the way back but it’s for safety. Kitchen well equipped for a large group. Really enjoyed our stay!

We had an excellent stay in this beautiful house, charming and perfectly equipped. The swimming pool is very pleasant, the rooms to live and the rooms offer a very comfortable atmosphere. We were won over.
