Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au Mas Saint-Martial. La piscine était incroyable et les propriétaires étaient des hôtes fantastiques. Ce sont probablement les vacances les plus relaxantes et inspirantes que nous ayons passées, et nous avons rencontré des personnes qui nous auront laissé une marque très positive et pour longtemps.
A wonderful week in the villa! The sun has shone and we've made the most of the pool! Very welcome relief from the heat. Villa is very well appointed - everything has been thought of. Local team were great, a quick response to our queries. We explored Pezanas and the beaches at Portiragnes and Sète - both fabulous! We agree - the welcome wine was a lovely thought - a good introduction to local wines! Thank you for a great week!

We have had a wonderful week. The pool and garden are wonderful for the kids, whose week was made by a night swim! We have been to the rope climbing, canoeing and night market. The house really does have everything one could need or want. For the adults, the peace and calm and the location is brilliant. Merci!

Thank you for a lovely week in Piglet. We were so pleased when Piglet was available for one of our weeks in France this summer. It was great coming here for a second time - felt like coming home. Thanks for your fabulous hospitality. Having toured around when we were here last year, we planned to be pretty local this week. Luckily the weather aligned meaning we could have warm, lazy days by the pool reading, playing games and family time. We loved revisiting the local bars and restaurant and loved our evening at the creperie. Thank you for the wine and cake.
Nous avons passé un relaxant séjour dans votre maison, qui est incroyable. Elle est très bien équipée et superbement décorée.
Nous avons passé deux semaines merveilleuses à Sarlat. Sarlat et ses environs ont beaucoup à offrir. Nous avons apprécié les marchés locaux, une excursion au Château des Milandes et bien sûr une descente en canoë sur la Dordogne. L'emplacement de la maison est incroyable, à seulement quelques minutes à pied du centre. La première semaine de notre séjour, la température était de 30 degrés et la piscine était un véritable régal - un véritable point fort pour nous, nous avons passé de nombreuses heures à nous détendre et à profiter du beau temps. La maison elle-même était super et a répondu à tous nos besoins pour deux semaines de vacances. Merci Jackie pour toute ton aide. Nous reviendrons bientôt.
Spent a wonderful and relaxing 2 weeks in this villa last year and have just booked to return again this summer. The villa is modern, spacious and very well equipped and with internet and satellite it fully met the needs of our teenagers. The outdoor area with pool is beautiful, well maintained and private. The location is within walking distance of the lovely village of Fitou and a short drive to the beaches and many other attractions. Communication with the owner Julie has been prompt, easy and helpful. We would highly recommend this villa and are looking forward to our next visit!
En nageant sous le soleil à La Barde, nous avons vécu un séjour luxueux dans un endroit idéal pour nous rappeler les aspects les plus importants de la vie : la famille, la nature et l'amour. C'est tellement évident que chaque recoin de cette maison a été conçu et est entretenu avec amour. Une escapade parfaite dans les collines de Lusignac.
We have had a fantastic stay in Rieux-Minervois thanks to your kind and generous hospitality! The Loft is beautiful and filled with everything we needed to have a comfortable and relaxing holiday. However when we walked in we realised it gem! There is really nothing we did not like about your house. Its feels like home to us after one week and it made our family vacation even more precious. Nous avons passé 5 jours fantastiques dans ce charmant appartement. L'emplacement était merveilleux, à 30 secondes de la plage et avec également accès à la piscine sur le toit (dans un bâtiment adjacent). Accès facile à une ligne de train (20 minutes à pied) ou à des lignes de bus. Le supermarché à 5 minutes à pied était un bonus. Pour manger, beaucoup de choix de restaurants, à 10 minutes à pied offrant une gamme variée. La vue depuis l'appartement était charmante notamment sur la baie en direction de Nice. L'appartement correspondait à tout ce que nous voulions. Les activités de plage étaient nombreuses, du jet ski à la voile en passant par la plongée avec tuba, etc.
Villa très bien équipée, emplacement magnifique. Beau temps, nous reviendrons.

Venant de l'autre bout du monde, et nous fiant simplement aux quelques informations et photos d'un site internet ainsi qu'à des avis positifs, nous avons réservé pour quatre semaines, partagés entre impatience et appréhension. Mais dès la réservation effectuée, tout s'est passé à merveille. Nous avons mis à profit, presque quotidiennement, les informations que vous nous aviez transmises avant notre voyage en France concernant les lieux à visiter et les expériences à vivre. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié votre accueil chaleureux à notre arrivée. Le nom « Les Chambeaux » reflète parfaitement le cadre naturel des lieux, et l'hébergement était tout simplement idéal. En tant qu'amateurs de cuisine, nous avons trouvé la cuisine exceptionnelle. Nous avons exploré bon nombre des sites que vous nous aviez suggérés et avons pris grand plaisir à découvrir les marchés des villages environnants et d'ailleurs. En tant qu'hôtes, vous avez fait preuve d'un équilibre parfait entre disponibilité et générosité. Nous avons du mal à réaliser que notre séjour touche déjà à sa fin, mais nous en garderons des souvenirs impérissables. Si vous osez prendre l'avion pour Melbourne, nous serions ravis de vous y voir. We felt truly privileged to have the opportunity to share our special family reunion together at your stunning home. Straight out of an interior design magazine! The countryside, local villages, food and wine were amazing. Can't wait to come back. Merci.
La maison de Sam correspondait à ce que nous recherchions pour une famille avec des enfants de 12 et 10 ans. La proximité de la vallée du Lot et de la Dordogne signifiait qu'il y avait de nombreuses options de sorties et d'installations à explorer et à apprécier pour les adultes et les enfants. Les marchés nocturnes locaux ont également été un point fort de notre séjour. La propriété était très bien équipée avec des jeux d'intérieur et du matériel pour profiter des espaces extérieurs. C'est extrêmement calme et paisible avec peu de voitures qui passent, ce qui en fait un environnement très relaxant et reposant pour le temps passé dans la propriété. Nous sommes partis en nous sentant très bien reposés.
The house is beyond what we had imagined with the photos. It is spacious, very spacious, more than ideal for the group of 7 with 2 children that we were. The renovation is perfect, of exemplary cleanliness and with a very good taste decoration. The pool and its terrace are just beautiful and offered us very pleasant afternoons and evenings. The little plus, is that you can easily close the doors going to the pool for the safety of the little ones and the tranquility of parents. A dining area on another terrace with barbecue and large table also seduced us. The location of the house is also perfect, along the canal with the small typical village with many very nice restaurants. We really enjoyed the Escale and the glacier adjoining the restaurant... In short, a great place that we recommend 200%, not to mention the kind and availability of the owners.
We had a lovely time at your house, we really like Pézenas and the surrounding area. The house itself was superb and very well equipped, we and our 18, 20 and 21 year old children were very happy. Being able to enjoy the shops and restaurants in Pézenas then wander back to the tranquillity of the house made for a great holiday.
Nous avons vraiment apprécié nos vacances à la Maison Cabanon. C'était très calme mais assez proche de la ville, parfait pour des vacances en famille. Nous avons eu la chance de bénéficier d'un temps magnifique et les enfants ont vraiment apprécié la piscine et le fait d'être ensemble dans la chambre avec les lits superposés. Les installations de la maison sont d'un niveau bien supérieur à celles des villas habituelles. Un véritable second chez-soi.
A more tranquil spot in France you will not find. The house has 360-degree views across stunning French countryside that rolls and undulates towards a backdrop of the Pyrenees. It feels like you're a million miles from the stresses and strains of modern life, another world and yet within 20 minutes drive you can be in a huge supermarket that will cater for all your needs. The house itself is incredibly comfortable, with all mod cons. It sleeps 14 people in great comfort, including in two well-appointed cottages in the grounds. And yet it retains its cosy feel. Some days we lazed by the pool and ate our meals on one of the terraces, other days – when it was cooler - we lit the fire and settled in. It's genuinely as comfy inside as it is outside, which is not always the case in French holiday lets. Our young children were in heaven. When not swimming or playing tennis, they roamed the five acres of immaculately kept grounds, building camps, rowing on the small lake. There's snooker croquet and table tennis too, if it's wet. And then of course there is the party room. Set well away from the grown-up bedrooms, the party room has a bar, DJ–quality speaker system and a proper disco – glitter ball, lights and all. Incredible fun. You really won't want to leave the château and grounds at all – it's a self-contained little hill-top world - but if you do have itchy feet then there are lots of walks nearby, or you can visit one of the many beautiful French towns nearby (Mirepoix market is a must). I cannot wait to return.

Une semaine fantastique à Ventenac-en-Minervois. La maison était parfaite pour notre famille. Des soirées agréables sur la terrasse et de beaux moments. Le café est très convivial et excellent. Éric est très serviable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
As soon as I saw the house I just loved it. Then as I walked inside, the house wrapped itself around me. I loved all the rustic charm. The views were calming and cows a pleasure to watch. You could say I felt at home.
We had the most magical week at the enchanting Château Mabrouke. A beautiful house with outstanding facilities set in a most stunningly unspoilt expanse of French countryside. With some gloriously grand rooms in the château, immaculate gardens and seemingly endless out-buildings, Château Mabrouke still had a wonderfully homely feel to it. We enjoyed days spent splashing in the pool, long lunches and drinks with a view. And a couple of nights of being cooked for and hosted by the lovely Martin and Philippa were an absolute treat. Visits to the nearby pretty towns of Foix and Mirepoix were lovely and other places to recommend include the stunning Montsegur and some interesting prehistoric caves near the charming town of Mas d'Azil. All in all a most heavenly escape. We look forward to returning.
