Wanted to say a massive thank you for letting us stay at your incredible house. How lucky you are to have that place - from the family photos, it looks like you have a lot of great memories from years gone by. We had a very relaxing time hanging out with our family at the house and thoroughly enjoyed pottering around the French countryside. It was just what the doctor ordered! Patrick and Jayne were also very helpful throughout our stay so please do thank them for their amazing hospitality

The first visitors of the year! The house immediately feels like coming home. It has every comfort and a wonderful atmosphere, enhanced by the artwork throughout the house. We expected it to be cold, but it wasn’t at all—it was lovely. Our grandchildren had a wonderful time, and so did the grandparents and parents!
Fabulous Villa and location We've been coming to the south of France for year and specifically to this area and to Seillans for the last 5 years... and this villa is as good as we have ever stayed. The villa is impeccably kept, extremely comfortable and has the most magnificent views. Everything in the villa is as advertised and works well. The restaurants of Seillans are a short walk away. Although the town itself unfortunately has no boulangerie or patisserie, Fayence is only a 5 minute drive away and has a great one of those, plus a boucherie / charcuterie around the corner, both of which are close to the big Super U supermarket. The terrace and pool are East-facing. We were worried that in the photos it looked like there was little shade provided but with the big awnings for the terrace and a few parasols for the pool, finding shade from the morning sun was not a problem. We love this area for the beautiful mountain villages (seillans, Callian, Tourrettes etc) but the ease of getting around in the largely flat area south of those villages so you can get to Cannes, Grasse and the beaches. Merci ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour de dix jours dans votre magnifique maison avec piscine. Vous êtes des hôtes parfaits et nous avons particulièrement apprécié le superbe mobilier et tous les équipements. Vous avez toujours été très aimables et disponibles. Nous avons passé un excellent dîner à La Licorne et avons été ravis de visiter Azay-le-Rideau, Villandry et Chenonceaux, tous tellement mieux restaurés, entretenus et présentés qu'il y a 20 ans. Nous reviendrons bientôt !
Merveilleux. Je reviens tout juste d'un séjour fabuleux dans cette villa. Nous étions les premiers vacanciers après le Corona et j'avais peur de ne pas pouvoir prendre l'avion, mais Michael était super et rassurant. Très bon contact tout au long. La piscine est tout simplement magnifique et nous avons passé de nombreuses heures à profiter de l'eau, d'autant plus que nous l'avons remplie de gonflables ! La villa est propre et les lits sont extrêmement confortables. Climatisation destinée à de bonnes nuits de sommeil. Des hôtes très hospitaliers et dans l'ensemble, c'est un endroit charmant pour se détendre. Grand supermarché à seulement 15 minutes en voiture afin que nous puissions nous approvisionner facilement. Nous y reviendrions.
Un havre de bonheur et d'hospitalité La grange aménagée de Cluzel a dépassé toutes nos attentes. Nous sommes venus en quête d'une semaine de détente, de calme et de découvertes tranquilles : le lieu a comblé tous nos espoirs, et bien plus encore. Ce chez-soi — car c'est bien l'impression qu'elle donne — est spacieux, parfaitement équipé et aménagé avec un grand souci de qualité. Les magnifiques ventilateurs de plafond offraient une brise légère en soirée, après de belles journées ensoleillées. Il faisait chaud ! Quel bonheur, donc, de pouvoir se détendre au bord d'une piscine propre traitée au sel... elle va terriblement nous manquer ! Danielle est une hôte généreuse et bienveillante : rien ne semblait être trop lui demander, qu'il s'agisse de suggestions d'excursions hors des sentiers battus ou de recommandations pour des boulangeries, des restaurants végétariens et des sorties shopping. Tous ceux que nous avons rencontrés dans la vallée du Lot se sont montrés chaleureux et accueillants. Merci !
Fabuleux séjour aux Fumerates. La piscine est de "très haut de gamme". Villa au calme, située à flanc de colline. À quelques minutes à pied de Saint-Paul-de-Vence. Tout est exactement comme décrit. Grandement recommandé.

What a wonderful stay we have had and what a special part of France! Olonzac market on a Tuesday was a real highlight. Kayaking at Puicheric was so much fun and the water was crystal clear for swimming. Narbonne and the market was quite a spectacle - such a fun and varied trip. Thank you for all the tips and for lending us your beautiful Loft.

From the moment I arrived at Les Cazettes, I was completely mesmerised by it. Every corner of the villa has the most beautiful architecture, thoughtful design and authentic charm in every detail, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. Each room is a masterpiece. All that beautiful furniture and chandeliers speak of timeless elegance and gives it much more personality than any modern soulless contemporary interior designs that is more common to find among luxury villas. As someone who deeply values nature, the villa's surroundings became my nirvana place. With colourful fields that seem to stretch infinitely and forests that attract to explore it, there’s a certain magic that Les Cazettes holds. The air here is different - it’s charged with an energy so vibrant, yet very calming. It's rare to find a place that can give you the feeling of being home, especially when you're miles away from what you’ve always known. It’s an oasis where happiness isn’t just felt, it's lived. I've spent such beautiful moments here, makes me feel so warmly nostalgic as I write this review. Bring your favourite people with you and step into that bubble that feels from another world. A really nice villa with peaceful garden. We all especially children enjoyed the pool. Weather was also excellent, we were really lucky. Enjoyed the nature of L'Hérault, walking in Lac du Salagou and the Gorges d'Hérault and swimming in the mountain pools.
We are just back from two magical weeks in this property set in a beautiful area with many Bastides to visit. The house is spacious with every required amenity hosted by the lovely owners Jean and Martin not forgetting the real star Tanner the dog. The grounds are enormous with a gorgeous pool, gazebo, huge parasols and sun-beds. The local village Lauzun is a short walk away for bread and there is a local Bar de Sport. Each Saturday night in the season the main street is closed off and tables set up for a gourmande evening... Very French! The owners will ensure that you have a good time but are in no way obtrusive. Don't miss the opportunity to try this property!

Such a lovely peaceful and quiet place in Gers. Thank you for a warm welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed the house, the pool, the beautiful views across the countryside. The house is very well equipped and we found some great restaurants and good supermarket shopping in Fleurance, Lectoure and slightly further afield. A great week!
Merveilleux séjour le week-end de Pâques avec un groupe d'amis. Magnifique maison qui avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin dans un cadre des plus splendides. Sandie était formidable, très informative et réactive et nous a fait sentir comme chez nous. Le magasin de vins proposant des vins locaux fantastiques à des prix incroyables était un véritable bonus !
Belle demeure. Une jolie demeure avec jardins, exceptionnellement paisible et privée. Belle piscine. Tous les équipements. Saint-Alvère est également un beau village.
Séjour fantastique - groupe de 10 adultes et 10 enfants. Excellente configuration pour bien divertir les deux groupes et quelques surprises supplémentaires comme une aire de jeux à côté de l'une des terrasses extérieures. La salle de sport et la piscine sont toutes deux immenses, la dernière nous gardant au frais pendant les chauds après-midi. Les propriétaires nous ont également aidés à organiser les services d'un cuisinier local pour certains soirs et ceux d'un producteur de vin local pour une dégustation de vin.
Absolutely beautiful - all of it! I ran in the grounds every morning before it was too hot! Loved the high ceilings and shutters. Beautiful rooms and space for everyone. Loved have the huge living room. Obviously the pool and beautiful surroundings. Fully equipped kitchen and playroom for the kids and adults! Kitchen was brilliant . Loved the range and outdoor dining area next to the pond. Easy to cook for all needs. The owners have been the best hosts (from a distance). Kind and full of knowledge and tips. They have not elevated our holiday. Thank you fo much. I would not hesitate to return!
Lovely property, lots of space and well equipped. Play room added bonus. Caroline responded very promptly and efficiently when we discovered a wasp nest!
La villa était un endroit idéal où séjourner. Nous louons des villas depuis près de 20 ans maintenant et c'est la première fois que nous n'utilisons pas de voiture. Si proche de l'aéroport, donc proche des commerces, des restaurants, de la mer, de la gare pour des excursions à Nice et Antibes. Et la villa elle-même était charmante - elle était plus spacieuse que ce à quoi nous nous attendions. De plus, à 30 degrés, la piscine était merveilleuse. Seul reproche : une semaine trop courte !
Château La Roche-Posay is a very special place. The gite is super comfy and well appointed, with fantastic views over the river Creuse. Definitely worthy of its five star rating. Laura and Ian are highly professional, experienced chateau hosts who know how to look after their guests.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison d'Helen, l'extérieur est très spacieux, la piscine est très grande, la villa est bien équipée et spacieuse pour 12. Hôte très réactive et disponible, nous recommandons sans hésiter !
We enjoyed a fantastic 2 weeks in this lovely house. The pool was very popular (due to the August heatwave - most days were 30 - 33 degrees). It was nice to be given a guided tour of the property by Yvonne and be welcomed with flowers and wine. The house has so much character - It would be lovely to learn a little more about its history and former occupants. We loved lots of the al fresco dining and one particularly memorable cheese and wine night in the candlelit wine cellar! Île de Ré, La Rochelle, Cognac, Marais poitevin are all we worth visiting. Make sure you take a look at the stars on a clean night - we spotted a few shooting stars!

Thank you very much indeed for renting your beautiful property to us for the past fortnight. My husband and I have been renting houses in France from time to time over the past thirty years. We are both agreed that Chez Pascale is the best and most generously equipped house that we have ever experienced. The setting, too, is delightful and so peaceful and quiet - a welcome change from our noisy city lives. We visited some of the local attractions which we enjoyed and agree that Sarlat, Domme and the surrounding villages and towns are justly famous for their scenic beauty and unique architecture as well as the local gastronomy. Our family members have now returned to their separate homes, but we will all retain some very happy memories of our holiday together in lovely Chez Pascale. Thank you, once more.
