A very special week to celebrate Dad's 70th, It was wonderful to be with family in your wonderful house. My kids had a wonderful time and spent hours in the pool! Thank you.

Très calme avec piscine en plein cœur d'un joli petit village - Jardin très bien entretenu et fleuri avec superbe vue sur la Dordogne - Décoration intérieure - Accueil sympathique - Situation géographique (30mn de Sarlat-la-Canéda ou de Domme) - La région est superbe et les activités sont nombreuses : visites de châteaux ou de villes, balades en vélo ou en canoë... Bref à recommander!

Just a short note to say how much my wife and I loved our stay at Les Faures in France last September. We were amazed and delighted at the size of the house with its many rooms and amenities, as well as the mood of relaxation in the beautiful setting which we were able to enjoy while there for two weeks. We enjoyed the large pool area and the expansive grounds, but we particularly loved the quiet and privacy of the country setting, but still near enough to the small local villages, with interesting cafes, markets and old buildings – just right for local drives to explore the beautiful area. So many exciting features - we would give this property a 5 out of 5!
We have had the most wonderful time at Maison des Hirondelles. The villa is beautiful and had everything we needed, so clean, comfortable and well thought out. Thank you for making us feel so welcome Cédric. Our daughter Edie, who is 8 months old had a wonderful time in the swimming pool and very much enjoyed her first holiday here in France. We visited Narbonne, Carcassonne, Gruissan, Minerve (fantastic chocolate shop!), Béziers, Canal du Midi with the 9 locks. Thank you for showing us your wine cellar, such a lovely touch. We would love to come back.
Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances ! Une villa superbe, propre et bien équipée. Merci Philippe d’avoir été un hôte aussi merveilleux – et surtout pour les délicieuses viennoiseries ! La villa est si agréable que nous avons été plus qu’heureux d’y passer des journées tranquilles, mais nous avons aussi fait de très belles excursions. Carcassonne et son château sont incontournables. Le marché du mardi à Olonzac est fabuleux. La plage de Narbonne est magnifique et nous avons beaucoup apprécié la découverte et la promenade en bateau aux 9 écluses de Fonseranes. Nous n’hésiterions pas à revenir ici – je pense qu’il serait très difficile de trouver un autre endroit aussi parfait ! Tristes de rentrer chez nous, mais tellement chanceux d’avoir créé de merveilleux souvenirs !
Fabulous elegant stay. Just returned from a fantastic stay at Manoir Capraise. We only had a week at this fantastic house but it was very memorable. The main house and gîte have been beautifully and tastefully restored. There is great quality and attention to detail throughout from the lovely terraces / landscaping / pool / vegetable garden to the quality furnishings and equipment . Many a lovely meal was enjoyed admiring the fantastic location from the multiple outdoor seating areas on the terraces. The gîte provided a great independent area for teenagers and the well equipped gym was a bonus, plans for a games room will further enhance this great property. We appreciated a lovely welcome package of local wine and produce, another quality touch. Thank you Mark and Sarah, everything was just perfect, we hope to return again.
Nous avons passé un fabuleux séjour à la propriété. Les meilleures vues qui soient et la demeure est agréable et confortable. La piscine était formidable et offrait encore davantage de vues spectaculaires. Merci Henrietta et Peter pour cet accueil chaleureux.
La Barde est bien plus qu'une maison de vacances - une vraie maison joliment décorée, très confortable et propre et avec une cuisine spacieuse et bien équipée dans laquelle c'était un plaisir de cuisiner. L'hôte nous a vraiment bien accueillis et s'est mis en quatre pour fournir tout ce dont nous avions besoin, des cartes claires qu'elle a envoyées pour nous aider à trouver la maison, à des informations sur le kayak et même nous apporter de nombreux jeux et DVD supplémentaires lorsque la pluie est tombée le deuxième jour. Malgré le temps, nous avons vraiment apprécié la piscine dans ce cadre magnifique et les garçons ont aimé jouer au football dans la prairie. Les jardins sont magnifiques et nous avons aimé explorer et marcher jusqu'à la ruelle et jusqu'au petit bar du village. Nous avons loué des vélos qui ont été livrés et récupérés et c'était un excellent moyen d'explorer la campagne et les villages environnants. Nous espérons tous revenir l'été prochain, il y a encore tellement de choses à voir dans la région, mais même si le soleil avait brillé, je ne pense pas que nous aurions quitter le jardin et la piscine ! Merci pour ces vacances vraiment mémorables.
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine en famille. La maison est bien équipée et la piscine est très bien. Pas de bruit la nuit pour un sommeil impeccable. Restaurant à proximité, boulangerie etc... La mer est à proximité. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
Had an amazing holiday. The villa could not have been better. Had everything we needed including free Wi-Fi and access to English TV. The pool was great and heated so we could go in it all the time. The area was lovely. Food was brilliant and overall we have a really lovely holiday and would definitely come back to the villa.
Thank you very much for making our stay a memorable one. Your house is beautiful - you had obviously spent a lot of time (and money!) and your efforts show. Hope to return one day!
Fantastic holiday! The villa is wonderful and we loved the garden and pool - and everyone was so helpful. It's great that Pézenas is within walking distance, there's such a good atmosphere there at night.
Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances à la villa. La villa est idéale, spacieuse et joliment décorée. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine et la table de ping-pong ! C'est une base idéale pour visiter la région. Le marché de Pézenas est à ne pas manquer. Nous avons navigué sur bateau, monté des chevaux, loué des vélos à Marseillan et vu des flamants roses ! This was our first stay at Maison Beauregard, everything about the house and the area was far better than we expected. A very relaxing destination, set in a quiet rural area with the owners located nearby. The gîte offers everything in beautiful surroundings. The pool was central to everyone's enjoyment. It was a great size and situated well in the south facing garden - fantastic. The large, well equipped games room entertained both children and adults. There was something for everyone to do. The new addition of the canopy over the terrace was very beneficial during the mid day sun and late evening meals. The owners Susan and Peter were extremely friendly and happy to recommend great places to visit and eat. We keep looking at our holiday photos and wishing we were back there! We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We are looking forward to returning next year.

Cannot say enough about how relaxing and wonderful was our holiday at Mas Saint Cernin: from the quality of the accommodation, to the fantastic location, the brilliant pool and the warm and helpful welcome from John and Lesley. Three generations spanning the under ten to the over seventies loved every moment of our stay. We all enjoyed the pool and the grounds with all the interesting things to see and do on the doorstep. We aim to return but think we might want to book early to do so!
Wonderful accommodation, amazing owners. It could not have been more perfect. Stayed 3 weeks for family wedding nearby. Superb pool, grounds and amenities. Kindness of the owners was remarkable. You must go!
La maison était très grande pour notre couple mais nous avons apprécié l'espace dans la maison et autour. La piscine est tout simplement parfaite avec ses 16m on peut vraiment faire un peu d'exercice après avoir trop mangé et trop bu. Ce furent des vacances très reposantes et une région agréable à découvrir.
Je tiens à vous remercier pour la belle semaine que nous avons passée au Château du Pic de Rigaud. Henrietta était charmante et extrêmement serviable, la demeure était belle sans être trop guindée. Les vues étaient incroyables aussi bien depuis la maison que de la piscine. Nous sommes partis revigorés.

A beautiful house with a great view and pool. Very spacious and kitchen was fully equipped. The housekeeper was very responsive and provided great care. Would love to come back and definitely recommend for a remote getaway for a group of 7.
What a gorgeous week we've had here ! Annie and John have been so welcoming - inviting us for a much-needed glass of wine on our arrival. Not to mention all the helpgul local knowledge and information. We have loved the pool, sunshine and glorious garden. We would recommend the lovely Piglet Barn and Annie and John especially. We have so enjoyed our stay at Cottage du Jardin - a picture perfect house full of charm. Thonac is well placed for visiting this part of Dordogne and the restaurants and shop within easy walking distance are a huge bonus. Many thanks Caterina and Steve for your kind hospitality.
We have enjoyed a tremendous week. The weather was fantastic and we made the most of the outdoor living. A few highlights for us: A fantastic meal at L’Effet Maison in Monflanquin. Great service and they were superb with the boys. Château Bonaguil (never found) was a big hit with the boys. It is a large castle and they loved running around and pretending to be knights. Much (much!) further afield, but we enjoyed Angoulême on the drive down from Calais – lots of amazing murals and graffiti. We hope to return to this great house!
Maison Palatini was just perfect – we really had a most wonderful, relaxing stay. The house is beautiful and so well equipped and a great location just a stroll from the fascinating old town of Pézenas
