Both (the house and grounds) are absolutely beautiful and fantastic for parents and children alike. Despite a lot of activities in and around the area, we chose to stay 'in' more than we had expected because of how good the house and grounds were. A stunning location which surpassed our expectations. Both this and the hosts made this into a thoroughly enjoyable holiday. THE BEST FAMILY HOLIDAY WE'VE HAD - Thank you for everything! X
Nous avons passé un moment fabuleux à la Villa Baleyssagues. La maison elle-même est magnifique, tout comme présentée mais en réalité bien meilleure et elle même dépassé nos attentes. Nous avons passé de belles journées au bord et dans la piscine, nous avons eu beau temps, profitant pleinement des équipements et des installations dont nous disposions à la Villa. Les environs et les jardins sont magnifiques, nous offrant un séjour relaxant et paisible. Nous sommes très tristes de partir après des vacances mémorables et agréables. Nous chercherons certainement à réserver nos prochaines vacances ici dès que possible.

We've had a fantastic holiday in this superb villa. We had great weather, food and wine! The villa is a really good base for visiting the Languedoc, Occitanie - we went to Carcassonne, Sète, Montpeyroux, Saint-Guilhem-le-Desert amongst other places and all within a short drive. The villa itself is really well equipped and has everything for a family holiday. 2 big supermarkets nearby and Pezanas is stocked full of restaurants and shops. The market on Saturday is amazing and well worth a visit. Thanks for a great holiday and we would thoroughly recommend the villa to others.
We have had a very relaxing and restful week here, with perfect weather. We loved the pool, playing table tennis and darts. The house has everything you could need and we have enjoyed having so much space inside and out! The surrounding area has lots to offer – Chauvigny is beautiful (we recommend The VeloRail) and we spent a wonderful afternoon kayaking at Angles sur L’Anglin.
A week stay with all the family. Villa Colline is a superb ultra modern luxury villa, fitted with stunning furniture and accessories. The modern kitchen is very well equipped and the bedrooms are all very luxurious, especially the master room with its hot tub. For me, it was the pool and the numerous sun terraces which pleased me, especially the private areas with each room - little havens of peace! We had a fantastic week and we give the villa 10/10 ! We have loved our stay here! Fantastic weather, relaxing days and memorable meals by the pool! Our boys enjoyed swimming in the beautiful pool! After 8 weeks away it was great to have space - we would love to visit again someday!
Moments inoubliables au sein du chalet. Nous sommes venus pour un week-end entre amis et chacun de nous est unanime: la qualité du logement, le soin apporté à chaque détails et la gentillesse et la réactivité de notre hôte nous a tous convaincus. Le chalet entièrement rénové par l’hôte est une perle rare et le propriétaire tout autant. Nous nous sommes créer des souvenirs inoubliable et espérons pouvoir revenir dès que possible. Beautiful villa in a stunning location. Inside there are large spacious rooms, which are all furnished to a high standard. The property was lovely and clean and well maintained. My husband and I stayed with my daughter and boyfriend, we had the lovely bedroom on the first floor which had a verandah with the most stunning view. I found it difficult to drag myself away from here each morning whilst enjoying my breakfast overlooking the village and church. My daughter had the double on the ground floor which was just as lovely with double doors opening out onto patio area. The villa was large enough for us all to have our own space and privacy. Outside the pool area was stunning, more glorious views. Plenty of sun beds for everyone, a very well equipped area and great pool! I also found it difficult to drag myself away from here, but glad I did as the area is so beautiful. A must is the Gorge du Verdon, the many hill top villages and a visit to the fabulous beaches. After a days sightseeing it was great to come back for a swim before going out to dinner. We did'nt travel far in the evenings as we really enjoyed the hotel in the village. The food was excellent, well presented and good service. Italian was also good. We also enjoyed shopping locally for produce, cooking for ourselves and then relaxing in the garden, followed by a game of boules, what could be better especially after a few glasses of wine! I would recommend a stay here and am looking forward to our return.
We had an amazing stay! The beds were very comfortable and the pool is incredible! Lunch time on the terrace was a highlight as it's so peaceful. Overall the stay was absolutely incredible and we loved every minute we were here.
We had a really nice holiday at Château Entre-Deux-Mers... it's an amazing place and everything was just fine.
Everything you would need is provided for a perfect stay in this part of southern France. A range of seating areas throughout the garden and the pool were delightful. The villa was very well equipped and comfortable The hosts were charming, friendly and helpful, but very discrete.
From the moment we arrived to the warm welcome until our final evening, we have loved every second of our stay. Your helpful advice and local knowledge have been invaluable. The house could not be in a better location, fabulous views and only minutes from the bakery. Thank you for your kindness and generosity.
Sur notre liste des choses à faire dans notre vie, nous avons écrit des vacances avec toute la famille qui se compose de 13 personnes. Nous avons choisi de séjourner à la Bastide qui nous a semblé un choix parfait. Nous avions l'espace dont nous avions besoin, beaucoup de chambres, de salles de bain et toilettes. La villa était entièrement équipée. Nous avons eu quelques problèmes mais Thomas, notre hôte, a tout résolu au plus vite. Notre groupe comptait enfants, adolescents et adultes et nous avons tous apprécié notre séjour car nous avions de nombreuses possibilités à côté de la piscine exceptionnelle de la maison. Randonnées dans les environs, pêche dans le lac à proximité, billard, baby-foot, ping-pong. Et bien sûr nous avons beaucoup utilisé les BBQ tout en dégustant les merveilleux vins du domaine. Merci Thomas pour vos efforts pour rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible. Fortement recommandé pour de précieuses vacances inoubliables garanties.

Cédric, another wonderful holiday in your beautiful villa. We enjoyed it so much, with trips towards Narbonne, the Canal du Midi, Pézenas, Gruissan for the stage 16 of the Tour de France, as well as lots of time in the fantastic pool! you wer a great host, showing us your new wine cellar (I didn't drink all the wine!) and telling us your plans to make the house even better. We had a thoroughly enjoyable family gathering at Le Presbytère. It is a beautiful, atmospheric, ancient house set in large grounds. A great place for peace and rest or equally perfect for a gathering of friends or family. We found it so relaxing to sit around in the garden or at the poolside and there is lots of safe space for the kids to play (table tennis, boules and of course the pool were great successes). The house is amazing - such a sense of history and unusual features like old tiles, fireplaces and a lovely old oak beam running across the upstairs landing. It's very roomy so, even if you are staying with a group, it never feels crowded. The surrounding area has lots of great restaurants and fresh produce from the markets. There is excellent cycling and walking around the network of country roads and footpaths. Also the various bastides (12th century fortified towns) are really fascinating. We loved Bonaguil, Monflanquin and Vilareal but there are so many to choose from and they all have their own character. It's also less than an hour to the Dordogne. We had such a great, relaxing and enjoyable time at Le Presbytère and we hope to return in the future. Thank you so much for an unforgettable holiday.

I have had one of the best holiday ever here. The weather was perfect and the pool cooled us down and provided a great source of entertainment. The beds were so comfy they got us ready for the next day. The bakery only a few minutes walk from here provided some delicious fresh bread each morning.
It hardly seems two minutes since we were here in the summer - time goes so fast! As ever, we have had a lovely time and have had some splendid lunches at all our favourite restaurants. The weather was really very good for October - only the odd shower. As always, thank you for your wonderful hospitality - you are such good company.
Pete was a great host and made us all feel really welcome from the start. We made full use of the wonderful pool. Ella (6) learnt to swim without armbands by the end of our week and Dhilan (4) spent more time in the water than anyone. We had a slow-paced week which suited us perfectly, but did enjoy Chateau Castelnaud with the kids and market day in Monflanquin, especially the Loubet seller.
Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleusement agréable au Malardier. Le temps a été très chaud pendant quelques jours et il faudrait un peu de pluie. Les vues et la configuration de la propriété conviennent parfaitement à un grand groupe familial. Les années consacrées à la construction et au design ont vraiment porté leurs fruits. Lovely spacious house. We loved staying here! The rooms were lovely and spacious and the bed was big and comfortable :-) The location was really good to. We enjoyed going down to the riverside cafe, kayaking on the river, cycling, sightseeing, eating! We would definitely come back.

Beautifully renovated, well equipped house, ideal for family / friends gathering. Three quite separate sets of 2 double/ twin bedrooms with en-suites and seating areas, so plenty of privacy. Well equipped kitchen (loads of fridge space) and separate bar / fridge/ dishwasher area. Plenty of seating and dining space both inside and out on two terraces. Kids loved the pool and outside space, playing volley ball in the garden. We enjoyed the views and quiet surroundings. My parents enjoyed the local towns and villages; and the cakes! Daily cleaning included by lovely housekeeper/ gardener who live next door. We didn't know they were there except when we needed them. The area is beautiful if you have the energy to travel, Beaune and Dijon are worth a visit and the nearby Couches with a lovely château has a delicious Patisserie / Boulangerie. We took the train from Chagny to Beaune to visit the Hospice and enjoyed a wine tasting. There are lots of vineyards to visit and taste at, we wished we'd organised some tours before we arrived as the owners can advise on this. You will not be disappointed booking this house, we have stayed in many houses in France over the last 30 years and this is undoubtedly the loveliest. We hope to return.
Thank you for a wonderful two weeks at your beautiful home, we fell in love with Les Marquises as soon as we stepped out of the car the gorgeous gardens, plants, flowers and the views! Then the house where to start, the clever beautiful sense of style and decoration in every room is enchanting, warm and welcoming and although we enjoyed visiting Nyons, Vaison la Romaine and Orange, the best part of our holiday was just relaxing around the swimming pool and enjoying this outstandingly beautiful place. Thank you so much for this most memorable holiday.
