The weather has been great so spent most of our time in the pool and on the sun loungers. We loved visiting the towns and villages nearby and particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries every morning! Thank you for the great holiday we had in this great villa and a holiday we will never forget, and a holiday we loved every minute of. We all will be very, very sad to be leaving! Merci!

Great holiday. We had a wonderful holiday in Mouans Sartoux. The villa was exactly as described and well equipped. We loved the heated pool and watched many a glorious sunset from the terrace. The owner, was extremely approachable and helpful all the way and tiny niggles got sorted out very quickly with the help of Mireille, the lovely housekeeper. We will definitely come back.
Un excellent séjour. Une demeure magnifique, pleine d'histoire et d'une beauté impressionnante. Nous étions ravis d'y séjourner. Les conseils donnés par Mme de Maleville ont été si précieux pour nous, surtout pour les tables à fréquenter dans le coin. Nous y reviendrons, certainement.
Excellent emplacement et maison très fonctionnelle et conviviale, décoré avec goût !
Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique à Sarlat et ses environs. Le lieu idéal pour des vacances en famille. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les jardins d'Eyrignac et de Marqueyssac, mais il y avait tellement de choses à faire et à voir ici. Le Bistro De L'Octroi, en face, est fantastique. Thanks for a lovely week in your fabulous holiday house, it was very kind of you to let us arrive early so we could easily visit the market. It was quite entertaining seeing the gendarmes trying to organise the market day traffic (and the usual bonkers French parking!) We have stayed in quite a few properties in the South of France but not managed to find somewhere that was both walking distance to a nice town and a high spec house. Yours certainly ticked both of those boxes. Especially with the weather not being on our side, we spent a lot of time in the house and really appreciated all of the luxury living area and kitchen features. The kids loved the pool (and it did stay at 26 degrees!), so we did manage to venture in almost every day, much to the amazement of some of the locals! Thanks also for all of the information and recommendations that you and Lisa sent through before and during our stay. It was very much appreciated and hugely helpful.
Deux semaines super dans cette charmante villa. Emplacement fantastique pour explorer la région de Marseillan. Mèze est un must, super déjeuner chez Noilly Prat, café à Mèze. Nous avons passé de nombreuses heures heureuses dans la grande piscine. Merci.
Nous restons à l'appartement pendant 3 jours. L'appartement est exactement tel que décrit, dans un immeuble résidentiel moderne et neuf, très bien situé juste à côté de la plage et à distance de marche des restaurants et des magasins locaux. L'appartement possède tout le nécessaire et donne le sentiment incroyable d'être "à la maison". Nous reviendrons certainement dans cet endroit exceptionnel.
Well to start with I had such a great time at Villa Kali, the pool is utterly fabulous and the beds are comfy! I love the nature / fig trees / lizards / frogs and more! Luckily France was hot. I love the table tennis, its great. Visit the town centre, great shops. We went to the beach and got a little sunburnt - Whoops! Great holiday, hope to come again.
Nous sommes de retour d'une superbe semaine à la Maison Soulette à Thézan-les-Béziers. La maison était exactement comme sur les photos et la description, parfaite pour notre famille. Beaucoup de chambres et de salles de bains, une belle cuisine et un salon confortable. Les terrasses, le jardin et la vue étaient tous magnifiques. Le temps était ensoleillé et chaud, nous avons donc passé de nombreuses journées à paresser au bord de la piscine. Nos filles ont profité pleinement de la piscine chauffée et se sont beaucoup amusées à jouer au tennis de table.
Qu'est-ce qu'il n'y a pas à aimer dans cet endroit ? Que de bons souvenirs d'un week-end incroyable.

Thank you for an amazing stay in this wonderful house, the view, kitchen facilities and the entertainment available were all perfect. We enjoyed the bbq every night in the garden and early morning swims. The house was equipped with everything we needed we cooked with herbs from the garden and improved our pool playing. The wine tasting next door was very special, we liked the decor in every room and would recommend this house to stay in, its a lovely place. We had an incredible holiday.
Love love love this beautiful village house, its exquisite interiors and wild back garden, pool and cow fields beyond in a simple hamlet, deep in unspoilt pastoral countryside.
We have had the most delightful holiday! It began with your friendly and welcoming e-mails well before we got here! We have self-catered across Europe in some pretty good places but none quite so lovely as 'The Loft'. The way you prepared it for our arrival, and your warm and generous welcome was simply stunning! We have since enjoyed the quality and comfort of this 'home from home', and your thoughtful attention to all those little details that have made our stay so very special. Our celebration 'bubbly' and delicious cake was a complete surprise and a real treat. We have wondered how it has taken us quite so long to discover the Languedoc, Occitanie! From our all too brief stay we have seen some of the most beautiful countryside, enjoyed the wines and food and visited some of the prettiest towns and villages (many thanks for the suggestion of the Sunday market at Saint-Chinian - what a delight!). We have no doubt that we'll be back and thank you again so much for making us feel so welcome.

Spent a lovely week here, Lived up to all our expectations. Wonderful setting with splendid views. Plenty of room to seat all of us for breakfast, lunch and dinner, in the sun or shade. The house wanted for nothing.
Where can we begin to tell you how wonderful your warmth and kindness have made our holiday so special at your beautiful Le Chambarru. Your renovations and thoughtful kitchen cooking utensils have such taste and quality that we all enjoyed cooking. The location has proven geographical delight. Une semaine familiale agréable dans cette maison parfaite, idéalement située à la lisière du charmant village de Cucugnan. La maison est bien équipée et la piscine est fabuleuse ! Le barbecue et la table de ping-pong ont également été très appréciés. La maison est à quelques pas du village, où nous avons visité deux bars et un excellent restaurant familial (l'Auberge du Vigneron). Nous avons également apprécié le « Burger Friday » au bar. L'épicerie du village propose tous les produits de base. Nous avons également fait une dégustation de vins dans le village et visité deux des fascinants châteaux cathares voisins. Il y a beaucoup à faire dans la région, mais la maison est également idéale pour se détendre. Nous reviendrons !
This is a total joy of a house. The photographs make it look beautiful - it is even better in real life. The pool is quite incredible - like being in a boutique hotel all of your own. A true hidden gem.

Villa Bellara est une belle propriété et l'endroit idéal où séjourner. Nous la recommandons vraiment ! Nous avons été accueillis par le très agréable propriétaire, Jean-Luc, un hôte merveilleux qui nous a fourni de nombreuses informations sur la villa elle-même et ses environs. La villa est une propriété privée fermée située dans un quartier résidentiel calme. L'emplacement est en montée, par rapport au front de mer et il y a plusieurs bons supermarchés proposant des produits frais à proximité. La gare locale se trouve à quelques pas, ce qui est idéal pour explorer les sites touristiques voisins de Nice, Antibes et Monaco. La villa est très confortable et spacieuse, avec de nombreux espaces distincts tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur pour que la famille puisse se détendre ensemble ou en petits groupes. Elle est bien entretenue, propre et bien meublée. Elle dispose d'une grande cuisine moderne et bien équipée. Distributeur de glace, climatisation dans toutes les chambres également. Le Wi-Fi pour les adolescents était parfait et les chaînes TV britanniques étaient une bonne surprise.
C'était la maison la plus parfaite pour que notre famille élargie puisse se retrouver et se détendre. La maison était joliment décorée et avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Les espaces extérieurs étaient charmants, avec de nombreuses options pour qu'un grand groupe puisse socialiser. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la cuisine extérieure, la piscine et la table de ping-pong dans la grange. Le retour à pied depuis le bar local était agréable. Dans l'ensemble, nous recommandons vivement cette propriété et espérons y retourner un jour. Merci beaucoup.
Amazing space of the house led to us having the best family holiday ever for 9 adults and three young children. The outdoor areas are equally fantastic, the pool, Japanese garden with pizza oven was greatly appreciated and we would love to come back and see our host Katie again.
What an amazing 2 weeks, it went far too quick. The most perfect accommodation. Scenery, weather, could not fault anything. Amazing days out at the Aquaparc in Castelnaudary (excellent value for money). Villeneuve-sur-Lot is worth a visit for some shopping and excellent food at Terminus de la Cale with amazing views of the river. Lacapelle night market is a great experience (try and get there by 5:30pm for parking). Go karting at K47 near Agen is perfect if the weather is a bit mixed. Otherwise just relax at the house. We definitely hope to be back.
Beautiful setting, fantastic space. Well kept both inside and out. Facilities were fantastic. Great pool - child friendly and garden toys were a perfect addition too. Lovely family holiday enjoyed by all ages.
