Merci beaucoup pour les recommandations de restaurants - je vais y réfléchir. Nous passons un moment fantastique ici. Je pense que votre maison est probablement la meilleure maison dans laquelle nous ayons séjourné en France au fil des ans. Elle est juste fabuleuse ! Nous avons passé une semaine vraiment fantastique ici et je suis presque sûr que nous aurons envie de revenir l'année prochaine. Votre maison a été si agréable... J'ai lu quelques livres ici, j'ai aussi adoré parcourir les livres de la table basse. Votre panier de bienvenue était le plus généreux que nous ayons jamais reçu dans les maisons que nous avons louées. Nous avons pu également utiliser des serviettes de piscine. Et je sais que cela ressemble un peu à une critique d'hôtel, mais les draps, les serviettes et les salles de bain étaient de qualité supérieure! Nous avons commencé à faire nos bagages ! P.S. Nous sommes allés au Moulin pour le déjeuner et c'était superbe. Nous vous contacterons pour, espérons-le, réserver à nouveau la même semaine l'année prochaine.
Un soleil radieux pour nous toute la semaine. Nous avons passé un agréable moment à explorer. Les enfants se sont fait passer pour Raiponce à la Maison Baleyssagues et ont passé une merveilleuse journée au Lac de Lougratte. J'ai fait du jogging dans les vignes et aux abords, ce qui était étonnamment épuisant. Nous avons peut-être tous mangé trop de croissants ? Merci pour cette semaine formidable dans un cadre magnifique.
Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable et reposante dans cette magnifique maison, parfaitement située pour explorer la région. C'était exactement ce dont nous avions besoin. Sarlat est magnifique et nous avons apprécié tout apprendre sur l'histoire de cette ville médiévale ainsi que goûter à la cuisine locale. Nous espérons revenir bientôt.
Nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour dans cette belle villa. Fantastiques décor et espace extérieur! Nous serions certainement restés une autre semaine si nous avions pu!
Nous avons séjourné du 22 au 29 juillet 2023 dans Les Trois Maisons de Valescure. 4 générations, 19 personnes. Notre séjour a été très agréable, randonnées magnifiques, visites - Cotignac est une petite merveille, comme sur les cartes postales - piscine, tant sur le plan logistique qu'environnement. Équipements parfaits pour la vingtaine que nous étions. Thomas a contribué à la réussite de notre séjour grâce à so attention et sa réactivité efficace, excellente communication.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour entre amis dans la proproété plein de charme de Stanislas. Nous étions 12 adultes avec enfants et les deux maisons nous ont permis d'avoir chacun notre espace privatif, c'était agréable. Mention spéciale pour l'extérieur qui offre une vue dégagée, avec beaucoup de végétation. Et un entretien impeccable. Je recommande ce logement :)
The property was perfect for our two families, with ample accommodation and communal areas to relax together. We were spoilt for choice as to where we chose to hang out with beautiful uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside especially from the back of the property. The pool was a real treat - large enough for our party of 8 to have endless fun in. The daily walk to the boulangerie first thing in the morning was really enjoyable, as were the local pizza's!
Nous avons nagé dans la piscine tous les jours (température à 29°c) en janvier ! Nous avons effectivement apprécié les 12 jours passés avec vous, la maison et les environs. Très revigorant pour nous deux, et très agréable de vous rencontrer tous les deux.
Mon séjour dans cette maison d'artiste charmante a été vraiment agréable, notamment grâce au cadre calme qui l'entourait. La propriétaire Olivia était très attentionnée et amicale, ce qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus plaisant. Les petits déjeuners et les baignades dans la piscine étaient délicieux. Je suis reparti avec de beaux souvenirs et pleinement ressourcé. Je recommande cette expérience à tous ceux qui recherchent un séjour paisible et authentique.

Merveilleux séjour dans une magnifique villa. Base idéale pour explorer cette belle partie de la France. J'ai passé la plupart des soirées sur la terrasse à profiter du coucher de soleil. J'y retournerais sans hésiter lors de mon retour dans cette région.
De très belles vacances dans cette maison et cette region du Var. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire et accueil personnalisé pour que l'on trouve la maison. Parking facile pour 2 voitures. Merci pour les boissons au frigo à l'arrivée ! Très belle piscine, une vue magnifique, nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette maison très fonctionnelle.
Nous avons séjourné fin juin pour fêter les 50 ans de ma femme avec ma famille et mes amis (nous étions 16). Le cadre est magnifique et donne sur une vallée particulièrement agréable le soir en se relaxant sur la terrasse avec un ou deux verres de vin. Nous avons passé des vacances fabuleuses. Il y en a pour tous les goûts au château, beaucoup d'activités dans la salle de sport pour occuper tout le monde mais ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié, c'est la piscine vintage et le parcours de golf qui était difficile mais très amusant. Notre semaine a passé beaucoup trop vite et nous chercherons certainement à y retourner. Merci aux propriétaires Nicky et Richard de nous avoir si bien accueillis et d'avoir fait de l'anniversaire de ma femme une occasion si spéciale.
We had a fantastic week of vacation with friends at Mas du Château. The house, the pool, the bedding, the exteriors... everything is set up to have a perfect time! The house is perfectly insulated so that the most fetards in the group can take care of your feet in the water and the rest can sleep without problem. We'll be happy to go back, including off-season!:) Christophe is an available and attentive host. He has carefully renovated the house with care and commitment.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maison Gounou (August 2025). There were seven of us from the same extended family, aged from thirteen to sixty-two, plus two small dogs. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how quiet and peaceful the location was, which coming from south London was a real blessing. Although the house is situated on a small road, passing cars were extremely rare. We met some of the local neighbours when out dog walking, and they were pleasant and friendly. The house is beautiful and comfortable, very picturesque with a large gravelled driveway for several cars. We could close the iron gates to keep the dogs inside, which was useful. The pool was exceptionally clean, very refreshing and well maintained. The kitchen was equipped with plenty of pots of pans for large-scale cooking, including many le Creuset dishes. The rooms were spacious, the bedrooms comfortable, with plenty of bathrooms and toilets for everyone. Bedding was changed half way through our two-week visit. The surrounding area is full of old bastide towns with markets and medieval buildings, outdoor evening dining events, medieval fairs, artisan shops . Although it was thriving, nowhere felt too busy or stressful. We found lots of places to eat including a lovely restaurant in Monpazier (Privilege du Perigord) that served a tasty three-course lunch for 23 euros. Highlights of the stay: peace and tranquillity, ability to let go and relax. Lovely veranda to sit and read/relax/fall asleep, lots of books to look at, lovely sitting room. More than enough space for seven people and two dogs. Lovely local towns to stroll around.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans votre villa. Nous avons visité le jardin Saint Adrien qui était magnifique mais n'avons pas assisté au spectacle avec les chevaux et la musique. La villa était vraiment parfaite et merci de nous avoir permis d'y séjourner.
Notre 60e anniversaire de mariage, réunissant un clan de 3 générations ... et ... Richard et Gay nous ont royalement reçus dans leur «nouvelle» maison. Comment peuvent-ils supporter de quitter Le Malardier? ... Le grand avantage était l'absence quasi totale de guêpes et de mouches. À bientôt pour le 65e!
Had a wonderful week with friends in the magnificent Château Velouse. A lovely place to relax (by the heated swimming pool, in the sumptuous rooms and the very well appointed kitchen - not to mention strolling round the extensive grounds!). Hosts Phil and Claire could not have been more welcoming and have provided copious notes about things to do and places to see. Such was the relaxed atmosphere (and the heat!) we hardly felt the need to leave the château. Our suite was so grand, that it was even hard to leave the bedroom!
Great place to stay, home away from home. Our children loved the playroom.

Magnifique maison dans un petit village, à deux pas de toutes les commodités dont vous aurez besoin durant votre séjour. La climatisation est un must, tout comme la piscine qui offre une parfaite intimité. La cuisine d’été est très appréciable. Linda est également disponible au besoin et très gentille. Je valide à 100%. Merci pour ce séjour.
We had a superb 11 day stay in Fitou. Everything was as expected when we arrived - the property has everything you would expect and more when travelling with young children - in our case a 10 month old as well as 2½ year old twins. The car beds were a huge hit with the twins! The village of Fitou is also really nice - there are over 10 wines caves selling high quality local Fitou. There are also some excellent restaurants - would recommend Vidals if you are taking the kids. Outside of Fitou, Perpignan, Narbonne and Carcassonne are all realistic day trip options and the resort of Leucate is also good for a more traditional seaside ambience.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Un joli cottage situé dans un beau jardin entouré par la campagne pittoresque. Nous recommandons chaleureusement le Mas Saint-Martial aux familles qui recherchent un endroit cosy avec une jolie piscine et de nombreux équipements pour distraire toute la famille.

Nous avons eu tout ce nous puissions désirer. Compliments aux propriétaires. We fell in love with holidaying in France almost 30 years ago and I used to think that my heart belonged to Provence, until we stumbled across beautiful Manoir de Fouilloux, nestled in the lush green countryside of the Dordogne. Hugh and Ian, the hosts of the house are incredibly welcoming and attentive, but equally unobtrusive when you just want to relax on your own. They are very knowledgeable about the area and will give you their time all day, every day should you so desire, along with Oscar, their lovely dog, who is very happy to be fussed over or left alone to sleep in the shade out of sight. The interior of the house is breathtakingly beautiful. It is evident from the moment you step through the door, that so much thought and attention to detail has gone into every corner of the building; from the beautiful stone floors, to the light filled bedrooms with the most sumptuous bed linen (and the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on), to the fabulous showers and well equipped kitchen, every part of the house is simply brimming with everything you could ever need to make your stay as relaxing as possible. From the stunning interior, you step outside to the rear courtyard garden, which is inspired by the Yves Saint Laurent Moroccan garden and it's like nothing you could ever imagine. The vibrant blue that is unique to YSL garden has been matched exactly and is dotted around the garden with careful thought, creating a wonderfully calming area to relax in, with the magnificent tiled pond being the centrepiece of the area. Off the garden is the outdoor kitchen / seating area and again is a fantastically well thought out area, complete with it's own set of glass and tableware (so you don't have to keep going back into the kitchen to get things), outdoor gas barbecue and dishwasher, they really have thought of everything! It is truly the most tranquil place to spend time with family and friends. The pool at the front of the house is magnificent, complete with poolside lights, it is a fabulous place to enjoy in the evening too. Lying on the sun loungers soaking up the sun and looking out over the amazing garden is so restful; you'll never want to leave the house. But leave you must, as there is so much to see in the surrounding area; nearby St Aulaye has a pretty little town square where you can enjoy a relaxing drink, Saint-Jean-de-Côle, a beautiful medieval village dating back to the 11th Century, is so attractive with it's ochre coloured houses and the tranquil river Cole running through it. From Saint-Jean-de-Côle you can easily visit the caves at Villars; being a bit claustrophobic I declined to go down with the rest of the family, but they do come highly recommended! Another very pretty village is nearby Aubeterre, which has the most spectacular views, small selection of shops and restaurants dotted around a vibrant village square and at the foot of the village you can find a river beach, canoeing centre, football club and tennis club. Brantome is a charming town, often dubbed the Venice of Perigord, due to the river Dronne running through it. If you've ever read 'The Matchmaker of Perigord', you will find Brantôme mentioned in this and as you wander around the town, you can really see the characters come to life. It has a good selection of shops and restaurants so is definitely a worthy visit, even if you haven't read the book. Manoir de Fouilloux, is truly a magical place to stay, it is like coming up for fresh air. The only criticism I have of it is that once visited, you will never want to go anywhere ever again, so sorry guys, see you next year...

C'est une maison magnifique, avec un jardin exceptionnel. Nous avons passé un moment incroyable à profiter de la piscine, des bains de soleil et des jeux (pétanque et ping-pong). J'ai vraiment apprécié de visiter la magnifique Brantôme, plus jolie et plus pittoresque que Périgueux. Je suis tombé sur un charmant restaurant à proximité de Mareuil. Restaurant La Belle - très accueillant, cuisine délicieuse et rapport qualité-prix fantastique. Dans l'ensemble, notre séjour ici a été merveilleux - nous avons adoré!
