We had a great time at this big house. It is very well-equipped for a dozen people. The pool is very appreciated, as well as the amenities offered (pétanque, badminton, ping pong...). Shops are accessible by car. The environment is very quiet, overlooking the fields and the forest which makes the house all the more pleasant.

Just returned from an outstanding holiday at the Orchard Farmhouse! The pool and grounds were just fantastic - it did help with three days at 30+ degrees! We have just returned from a fantastic holiday in Fitou, staying in this lovely and comfortable villa. I agree with other reviewers, the pictures do not do the property justice. It is spacious with a very high finish throughout maintaining a very homely feel. Our party consisted of 2 families with 4 kids (6, 6, 2 and 2), they loved it. As for the area, well it's a really special region of France. The location is perfect for day trips to the regions finest attractions (Carcassonne, Collioure, Gruissan etc...) and equally relaxing staying local. Fitou and nearby Leucate Village are charming and the local beaches are lovely, unspoilt and crowd free. There is as much or as little to do here as you'd like. We will certainly be coming back to the area and hopefully to this villa again.

Fantastic barn conversion, amazing location and wonderful facilities including a large swimming pool. Would highly recommend. The owner was super helpful throughout. The local villages have all the shops and services needed. We loved the rolling hills for jogging.
The house is a magical island setting in the countryside, with a wonderful rural and secluded ambiance. The size and comfort are simply perfect. I loved the morning runs in nature and the breakfasts on the terrace. Carelle and her husband are warm and supportive owners. The three dogs present themselves from time to time as friendly travelers. A great experience.
We enjoyed a wonderful 'Spring break at Villa Floriana! The villa has been perfect for our family. We enjoyed the pool and grounds which were perfect for our 4 year old to explore. Everything was as expected and did not disappoint. We spent days in Port Grimaud, Saint-Topez. We would recommend this place to family and friends. We plan to return!
Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux! Les images ne peuvent pas représenter pleinement la beauté de la maison, de la piscine et du cadre depuis la colline avec vue sur la rivière et la vallée. L'aménagement de la maison a très bien fonctionné pour nous, car chacune de nos familles avait sa propre aile avec plusieurs chambres et salles de bains. Nous sommes reconnaissants pour l'aide avec l'organisation des chefs et des baby-sitters (qui étaient fantastiques), les hôtes ont été proactifs pour s'assurer que nous passions un excellent séjour. L'emplacement est excellent aussi, car à proximité de deux jolies villes avec de bonnes boulangeries et restaurants, près de Sarlat, Domme et La Roque-Gageac, bonne base pour visiter les grottes préhistoriques, les excursions en rivière, les vignobles, etc. On ne recommandera que trop cette maison!
We had an amazing stay here in Narbonne! The photos you see are beautiful but the house is even better in person. It was so comfortable, beautful decor, thoughtful touches (like throw blankets, baskets for market, plenty of closet space with extra hangers, extensive kitchen equipment, more...), gorgeous lighting and cozy/high quality bedding (so important when travelling). We felt so at home and enjoyed our down time while in the house!The sunroom was our sanctuary during our stay... our reading room while there... the natural light is so perfect with the back sliding window open and the breeze coming in! Heaven!
Enjoyed a lovely short break but just as the weather broke down. However, the cottage is a gem that the owners have restored to a very high standard. Pool and sauna are excellent and the views are gorgeous. Close enough to some quaint villages with all amenities in easy reach. The cottage and surrounding area is very peaceful and just what we were looking for. The owner was super responsive to our few queries.
We have loved staying in your beautiful and well-planned house, a real home from home. We have been three generations; age range from 8 to 64 and it worked so well for us all. Thank you very much.
A beautiful maintained property, tastefully decorated and providing excellent facilities, both inside and out. It has commanding views of the countryside and the grounds are delightful with a large pool. It has the added bonus of a pool house which offers opportunities to relax, eat and cook outside of the main house. There is also a lovely shady BBQ area. It makes an ideal place for families to enjoy holidays together and our grandchildren loved it. The on-site guardian and his wife are always on hand to give any help needed. A thoroughly enjoyable stay and we hope to return.

We have spent a wonderful week at the Loft du Vigneron. It has been an ideal base to tour from to see some most interesting places steeped in history. We enjoyed returning to the comfort of the Loft each evening - a true home away from home, equipped with everything we could want - and more! The Loft is beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable. As a bonus, it has great lighting, a rarity in so many holiday rental properties. Good luck with the renovations. Maybe we can return some day and experience staying in the new rooms.
Beautiful maintained home and grounds. Excellent facilities for young families. All modern and child / baby amenities provided. Daily housekeeping was an added bonus compared to previous holiday rentals.
The house is great. Lovely warm pool, table tennis table, huge grounds, lovely area, lots of culture nearby, nice local town with excellent market.
Belle maison spacieuse avec absolument tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Les magnifiques jardins et une superbe piscine ont été les points forts de notre séjour. Une quinzaine de jours agréables ici à Ventenac-en-Minervois. La maison et ses superbes équipements sont conformes à la description et tout est en parfait état. Nous avons apprécié le repas à la « Grillade du Château » : une excellente viande cuite au feu de bois, tout en nous laissant divertir par leurs poules ! Nous avons également exploré les villages le long du Canal du Midi, Homps et Le Somail, et visité le village médiéval de Lagrasse, un endroit magnifique. Merci à nos excellents hôtes, Eric et Dominique, qui ont été extrêmement serviables et réactifs à toutes nos questions. Nous recommandons cet endroit pour des vacances reposantes et confortables.
Over the years we have stayed in around twenty different houses all over France - most were good, one or two were very good. But then there is the special one - this year. This house didn't feel like a house; it felt like home from the moment we walked through the door, after a long and tiring drive (and, bless you, there was bottle of ready chilled local wine ready and waiting for us). 'Welcome to your home' it said. The layout, décor and furnishings are delightful; and the luxury of each bedroom having its own bathroom topped it off. We had friends who came to stay for a while and they shared our thoughts. One couple even came back for a second visit on their way home. And then there is the garden – warm, private, shaded when you want it and serene. And yes, the pool is fabulous – it's a proper size. But wait until you see the garden at night, when you have your barbecue and the garden and pool lights come into play... makes the local rose taste even more morish. And then there is Pézenas - ten minutes walk away through a vineyard. And you won't go hungry there. Wonderful town. Only one regret – we couldn't parcel it up and take it home. It is, truly, an oasis.

Rachel and Anthony made us feel welcome and were on hand, if needed, for any information. It was the best gite we have stayed at in twenty years of holidaying in France. Recommend taking train into Carcassonne from Bram. It is so easy and only 15 minutes or so.
Petite escapade parfaite. Tellement heureux que nous soyons venus séjourner à la Maison Meunier. Le cottage était parfait pour nos vacances en famille avec beaucoup d'espace pour nous quatre mais toujours avec cette sensation chaleureuse. C'était agréable de pouvoir rentrer à la maison après nos excursions et se détendre avec les enfants au bord de la piscine sous le soleil de l'après-midi. L'emplacement était super et nous avions bien suffisamment de choix d'endroits où aller. Merci de nous aider à créer de superbes souvenirs de famille.
We’ve just returned from our third visit to Mas de Lozanne and if anything, the property is better than ever! There have been various improvements made - the addition of a wine fridge, sofas at the side of the pool, a better pool alarm - to name a few. We also noticed how much the trees and shrubs have grown, making very attractive shady areas in the garden - much needed as the temperature did not drop below 34 degrees! All in all, a wonderful stay in this lovely property. Lisa looked after us well and answered any questions we had. Highly recommended!
Best holiday! Location was perfect! Walking distance to village. Quiet area, beautiful garden and house!
