Nous quittons tout juste la maison, la semaine a été formidable et le temps était vraiment clément. Merci pour cette semaine.
We celebrated a big family birthday at Château Mabrouke and enjoyed a welcoming and stunningly beautiful home, with great fun at the pool, tennis court, zipline and on the dance floor. The Pyrénées were the backdrop to the most glorious of settings. An unforgettable holiday.
We had an absolutely delightful holiday in Argeliers and all six of us (four adults and two children) loved the house and hated to leave. We did the usual visits for first-timers in the region: Carcassonne, Narbonne, Gruissan, the Abbaye de Fontfroide, various villages along the Canal du Midi, etc. We had a ball and were always looking forward to return to the Maison Tigre at the end of the day. The pool was a high-light, so much so that it was sometimes difficult to get the children out to visit (and the adults also). The house was also a delight, with such a great design that we immediately felt at home. Thank you also to Alan and Cathy for their warm welcome and very useful explanations. All six of us have very good memories of our (alas short) stay at Maison Tigre and we still remind each other often of our summer holiday. I would like to congratulate you again for the wonderful job you have done with the restoration of Maison Tigre, with the design and with the equipment provided, which was just right for us (I may be repeating myself here, but it really is a wonderful home, so another round of applause is not excessive!)
Notre séjour ici est excellent : nous avons tout ce dont nous avons besoin pour passer d'excellentes vacances dans votre maison très confortable avec une vue fantastique mais relaxante sur les tournesols et les Pyrénées. Un grand merci pour le panier que vous nous avez laissé, nous l'apprécions ! On l'a vite compris : cette semaine sera bien trop courte…
Une base idéale pour des vacances en famille avec six petits-enfants.
We enjoyed a very happy week at the villa. The only problem was that the villa is so nice that most of our plans for getting out and about were abandoned! We loved the privacy of the garden and pool area.
What a beautiful, spaceous and clean place. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Very nice area in the garden to relax by the pool, to have a bite on the terrace or to have drinks at your cosy private bar the area in the corner. Inside area has a very nice cool temperature, even when it's 38°C outside. Perfect. Slept like a bear! Absolutely loved my stay, which was too short! Adore the house and flowers, love the owners. Had a great time.
Un grand merci pour des vacances merveilleuses et très relaxantes dans votre belle maison. Tout était super, surtout les livraisons de pain tôt le matin ! Nous réserverons certainement à nouveau pour revenir à la Maison des Communes plus tard. Merci!
Nous avons passé des très bons moments dans un appartement constitué de matériaux nobles, bien agencé,, décoré avec raffinement, goût, confortable et spacieux. Profiter des paysages des environs à pieds et à vélos.
Le Château Mézard est vraiment aussi beau qu'il est décrit sur le site Web ! C'était un endroit magique pour des vacances. La maison et le terrain étaient magnifiques, l'aménagement de la maison offre une grande intimité même pour un grand groupe. L'exploration de la campagne environnante, des villes et des villages a fourni l'évasion parfaite dans la campagne française. Revenir au luxe étonnant du château pour un dîner en terrasse ou une baignade dans la piscine était le moment fort de chaque journée.
Excellent stay for 2 nights / 10 adults and 3 children. Beautiful, well decorated and spacious home - intervention feels like home and Laura was very friendly during our correspondence and when we arrived. Feel free to stay with family or friends! Beautiful services!
Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans votre maison confortable et charmante. Nous pouvons recommander les produits laitiers de l'agriculteur local et l'une de nos visites préférées aura été Chinon. Nous avons aussi découvert le vin de Savennières qui est un vrai régal. Nous aimerions revenir bientôt!
Les Fumerates sont fantastiques. Proche de Saint-Paul-de-Vence, la propriété est particulièrement bien située (à 30 minutes de Nice ou Grasse en voiture, à 20 minutes à pied de Saint-Paul, etc.) et offre un paysage tellement époustouflant ! Imaginez-vous être dans la piscine avec vue sur la mer... Pour ceux qui souhaitent venir quand il fait un peu froid sachez que lorsque nous y étions, la piscine était à 27 degrés (en avril) Je recommande vivement cet endroit, assurément.
We had an amazing family holiday in the house, brilliantly equipped for all ages. Mel was great both before and after the holiday. The pool was lovely and warm with lots of inflatables, sun loungers etc. Would love to go back.
Quelle semaine fabuleuse ! Nous recherchions un refuge douillet pour explorer la vallée du Lot et nous n'avons pas été déçus par Le Petit Pigeonnier du Lot. Le rez-de-chaussée ouvert était frais pendant la chaleur de midi et confortable le soir. Il y avait une grande salle à manger, un coin salon et une cuisine en contrebas avec une grande table. Nous avions tout le nécessaire. À l'étage, la chambre principale était spacieuse et traversante avec une grande salle de bain attenante. Les deux chambres à deux lits étaient confortables et personnalisées. Tout était impeccablement propre et en excellent état, tout en restant accueillant et personnalisé. L'espace extérieur était tout aussi haut de gamme : une terrasse pour dîner en plein air, un barbecue et une belle piscine, nichée dans un jardin arboré et arboré. C'était l'endroit idéal pour passer la journée. La piscine, à une température agréable de 29 °C, était entretenue par Debbie, notre hôte, nous n'avions donc rien d'autre à faire qu'en profiter ! Debbie était une hôte excellente et attentionnée. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement et avec des boissons fraîches à notre arrivée. Elle s'est montrée serviable et gentille tout au long de notre séjour, organisant quelques réservations de restaurant et laissant des fruits et légumes de la propriété à notre porte. Debbie a été particulièrement adorable avec notre fille adolescente, qui adorait les chats de la maison. Les environs étaient magnifiques, avec beaucoup de choses à faire, et nous avons adoré chaque instant passé à les explorer, mais c'était toujours un plaisir de rentrer « à la maison » à Carcavi.
Such a beautiful and luxurious home. a perfect layout, wonderful pol and relaxation area. We spent 10 days playing golf, as such it was perfect. The holiday home had eveything we needed and more and particularly liked the artwork. Thank you once again.

We particularly the swimming pool to cool down. We really enjoyed the surrounding scenery in which we star gazed in every evening. We really liked the films and games upstairs in the evening. We had the most amazing time - thank you so much! A beautiful house in the most beautiful setting. We could happily stay for ever. Seven adults and a handful of kids between 1-12 and it was perfect. We are already planning to come back next year!
We are a family of two adults and three teens and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Le Somail! The house was very well equipped with everything we needed and there was plenty of space inside and out. The pool area is very sheltered and private - having the pool to cool us down on the hottest of days was certainly appreciated! We enjoyed being so close to the canal and seeing the boats sailing past, it’s a beautiful location. There is a good selection of places to eat and drink within a few minutes walk of the house, yet the house was very peaceful and we were never disturbed by any noise from the restaurant next door. There were plenty of activities within an easy driving distance to keep us all amused for the duration of our stay including lakes, beaches and shopping. We hope we can return again, thank you for a wonderful holiday.
We could not have made a better decision than to come to Villa La Baronne to spend the end of the year. The house is magnificent, the location unbeatable both for the surroundings (the river, the forest, the small towns...) and the proximity to Toulouse. The house has the services you expect and much more. An excellent experience that I hope we can repeat again. Thanks to Isabelle and Philippe for offering Villa La Baronne guests a five-star stay. We've had an absolutely fantastic holiday. Apart from the stunning accommodation, the welcome and the help from Karen and Russell, we've also had great weather and lots of places to visit and things to do. Everything about our fortnight has been really enjoyable and will stay memorable.
