Wonderful family holiday in this stunning location. Perfect house for a triathlon! Would love to come back when our grandson is old enough to use all the facilities.
Quel endroit charmant ! La villa est bien équipée, confortable et paisible. Nous avons passé beaucoup de temps dans la piscine et avons adoré explorer les environs de Tourrettes et de Fayence.
Quel endroit merveilleux pour fêter deux anniversaires et un 25ème anniversaire. Le temps a été magnifique. Merci pour toutes les fleurs fraîches dans la chambre. Fabienne, qu'aurions-nous fait sans toi ? Merci. Et Frédéric toujours au bout du fil pour répondre aux questions… Merci ! Nous avons réservé la Maison Baleyssagues 2 ans avant nos dates (c'est très populaire !) et cela valait la peine d'attendre.
Deux semaines agréables et reposantes dans la plus belle des villas ! Une villa spacieuse et incroyable qui a été parfaite pour notre famille avec beaucoup d'espace pour nous tous. Nous avons absolument adoré la piscine et y étions tous les jours ! Nos vacances ont été rendues encore plus spéciales par notre hôte attentionné, Philippe. Philippe nous a très bien accueillis avec de délicieux vins et du pain, nous a gâtés avec des viennoiseries pour le petit-déjeuner. L'emplacement était génial et nous avons apprécié de parler à la boulangère tous les jours et de profiter des sorties dans les villages voisins. Mais la plupart du temps, nous profitions simplement de la villa ! En tant qu'amoureux des chats, nous adorions les chats que nous voyions dans les jardins et leur fournissions de l'eau pendant les journées chaudes et des friandises ! Merci beaucoup pour ces vacances très agréables !
A beautifully decorated house in a quiet location close to the town. We loved embracing life in Narbonne shopping in the nearby boulangerie and food market. We also recommend hiring one of the small boats on the Canal Robine. We hope to book your home again someday.
Magnifique maison, encore plus belle que sur les photos. Très spacieuse, décorée avec beaucoup de goût (dommage que nous ne puissions pas acheter la déco). Nous y avons passé une semaine formidable aussi bien pour les parents que pour les enfants. Merci à Steve pour son sourire et sa bonne humeur. Nous reviendrons c’est certain!!!

This is a total joy of a house. The photographs make it look beautiful - it is even better in real life. The pool is quite incredible - like being in a boutique hotel all of your own. A true hidden gem.

Cela aura été notre première villa de vacances et vous nous avez gâtés! Nous ne savons pas comment Maison Albarels pourrait être améliorée. Vous avez effectué un fantastique travail de rénovation sur votre maison familiale pour la transformer en charmante villa. Merci beaucoup pour votre hospitalité, tout spécialement pour le vin, les jus de fruits et les délicieuses cerises. Nous avons adoré Carcassonne - nous nous y sommes rendus une fois en voiture et à une autre occasion à pied, en marchant le long du Canal du Midi à Pezens. Le Château de Pennautier aussi - un Versaillles miniature - est grandiose. Le personnel de la boutique-restaurant était très aimable. Mention spéciale à la charmante dame de la boutique voisine, toujours souriante et aimable.

We have spent two delightful weeks ago Maison Labarde belonging to Jean and Martin. Over 30 years we have stayed in more than a dozen properties in France and if we rated them all this would be at the top. It is in a part of France that we are familiar with and we enjoyed the local markets and the history of the bastide towns. A visit to a recently renovated château was well worth it. It was set in beautiful grounds with impressive pool and gazebo. As well as dining terrace and outdoor kitchen. The gite itself was roomy and very well equipped. We wanted for nothing. And it was certainly value for money. Jean and Martin were perfect hosts - just the right balance between being available when we needed them and leaving us to our privacy. I cannot end without mentioning Tanner the superb, well behaved, friendly, German Shepherd. We lost our hearts to him as well as this beautiful holiday home. We would happily return another year.
This is the second time we had spent time at this property so we were a bit more familiar with area. I struggle to think of a better location to holiday than this area of Provence, it has everything, beautiful countryside, restaurants, vineyards and historic villages. One eats outside all the time as the evenings are warm and balmy and in this respect this property is blessed with a superb view looking across the valley to Vaison-la-Romaine and the Dentelles in the distance. There is complete privacy with the nearest neighbour being a considerable distance from the house. Inside the house is spacious and beautifully laid out contrasting with its former farmhouse origins. If you want relaxation but with loads to do in the area then I really cannot think of a better place to stay for a summer holiday.

Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux de Caterina à notre arrivée. Ce gîte est vraiment charmant et très bien aménagé. Le lit était confortable, la douche excellente et la cuisine très bien équipée. Le temps est actuellement automnal, frais avec des averses. Malgré cela, nous avons exploré un endroit différent chaque jour : Sarlat, Domme, Château de Losse. En lisant les commentaires d'autres voyageurs dans ce guide, nous avons découvert de jolis villages que nous ne connaissions pas : Fanlac, Saint-Léon-sur-Vézère, Saint-Amand-de-Coly et Saint-Géniès. Tous offrent de magnifiques panoramas sur la campagne environnante. Ce gîte serait idéal pour un séjour estival, avec sa belle piscine et ses espaces repas extérieurs. La semaine est passée bien trop vite, mais nous garderons de merveilleux souvenirs et de nombreuses photos. Merci Caterina et Steve.

Notre séjour avec des amis à Duras en août 23 était exceptionnel grâce à cette grande maison faite pour des moments de partage. En effet la maison est très spacieuse avec des espaces suffisamment séparés pour que chacun ait des activités différentes. Plusieurs terrasses exposées différemment permettent de profiter de l’extérieur à divers moments de la journée. Nos enfants ont profité autant que nous de la piscine dont le système de sécurité est très rassurant. La maison reste fraîche malgré la chaleur, et sa cuisine bien équipée a permis de vrais moments conviviaux à préparer les repas. Enfin la maison est idéalement située, dans le bourg très sympathique et au pied du magnifique château. Une parenthèse enchantée à partager avec la famille et les amis.
Nous avons passé un moment des plus merveilleux à la Maison de Saint-Jean. La maison était charmante, il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin et Rosetta [la gouvernante] était très serviable et accueillante. Tu as tellement de chance de l'avoir !
La maison est magnifique. Le mobilier et la décoration vintage mélangés à des touches plus modernes nous ont immédiatement mis à l'aise ! Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la piscine ! Et l'emplacement était également parfait. Pouvoir voir les bateaux sur le Canal du Midi depuis le salon rend la maison encore plus cosy et étonnante. Nous reviendrons certainement bientôt ! Merci.
A lovely town house in a quiet village, with the added bonus of a pool. We enjoyed dining on the terrace in the evening watching the sun set.
Un merveilleux séjour et j'ai beaucoup apprécié la maison. Toutes les chambres sont en suite et trois d'entre elles offrent une vue imprenable sur les montagnes des Corbières et des Pyrénées. Il y a une piscine très bien entretenue, un joli jardin et un coin salon extérieur. Merci !
La Forge est très spacieux et très bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié le calme et la piscine dont nous avons pu disposer à volonté. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte.

What an amazing week in a stunning home. The house is exquisitely designed and the attention to detail is fantastic. The views are beautiful and the area so quiet and peaceful. I slept in one of the bedrooms on the ground floor and had the best night's sleep I've had for years… the mattress is heavenly. Not many people can lie in bed watching red squirrels leaping through the surrounding trees can they! The small kitchen area on the ground floor along with the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms means the whole floor can be very separate and quiet if two families were to share the house. The middle floor is a great entertaining space with a spotless and very modern kitchen with dining / living area leading out to the garden and pool. It was a real treat to have the local bar / restaurant within a short walking distance. It's very easy to sit and enjoy the local wine! The one thing I hadn't bargained for was the abundance of wildlife, although with the roads being so quiet I suppose I shouldn't have been surprised. The red squirrels and deer can be seen from the balconies and fantastic infinity pool overlooking the valley. The cushions for the outdoor furniture are very comfy. Once again, there are various areas to sit / eat and enjoy the garden if different age groups or families stay here. So to sum it all up…a fab holiday home in beautiful surroundings – 10 / 10. PS If you attempt the puzzle in the games cupboard… start it as soon as you arrive because it's tricky but irresistible!

We really enjoyed our stay in your house and wished we could have had more time. We spent most of our time in the garden, under the oak tree or at the swimming pool. The evenings are absolutely marvellous with the typical Provence colours and smells. It must be a great place also to spend some time in the winter. At that time it will be probably more time spend inside the house which is beautiful as well and very nice decorated.
What a fabulous place to relax and enjoy with the family ! House and pool have been a treat. And a few games of boules... Everything we could have needed. We are all very thankful for this time and hope to be able to return.
