Notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé, comme nous nous y attendions. La maison était très bien et avait tout le confort nécessaire. Nous avons été ravis de l'aide apportée par Sarah et Dan. Ils sont très attentionnés et serviables.
A more tranquil spot in France you will not find. The house has 360-degree views across stunning French countryside that rolls and undulates towards a backdrop of the Pyrenees. It feels like you're a million miles from the stresses and strains of modern life, another world and yet within 20 minutes drive you can be in a huge supermarket that will cater for all your needs. The house itself is incredibly comfortable, with all mod cons. It sleeps 14 people in great comfort, including in two well-appointed cottages in the grounds. And yet it retains its cosy feel. Some days we lazed by the pool and ate our meals on one of the terraces, other days – when it was cooler - we lit the fire and settled in. It's genuinely as comfy inside as it is outside, which is not always the case in French holiday lets. Our young children were in heaven. When not swimming or playing tennis, they roamed the five acres of immaculately kept grounds, building camps, rowing on the small lake. There's snooker croquet and table tennis too, if it's wet. And then of course there is the party room. Set well away from the grown-up bedrooms, the party room has a bar, DJ–quality speaker system and a proper disco – glitter ball, lights and all. Incredible fun. You really won't want to leave the château and grounds at all – it's a self-contained little hill-top world - but if you do have itchy feet then there are lots of walks nearby, or you can visit one of the many beautiful French towns nearby (Mirepoix market is a must). I cannot wait to return.
Nous avons passé, avec nos 4 enfants, beaux-enfants et nos 2 petites-filles, 2 semaines de vacances extraordinaires au Domaine Rabassie, du 12 au 26 septembre. Le Domaine Rabassie est un endroit magnifique, un veritable havre de paix, magnifiquement décoré et plus que confortable. Les photos sur le site sont déjà très jolies mais la réalité est encore mieux. Que dire des équipements: la cuisine super hyper équipée, la literie (lits king size hyper confortables), la piscine chauffée et ses nombreux sun-beds, le four à pizza (Pizzas maison cuites sur bois, un délice!), le billard, la table de ping-pong et ….. le terrain de tennis avec, qui plus est, éclairage nocturne. On s’est fait de ces parties de tennis, à toutes heures …. un vrai plaisir. On ne peux, bien sûr, pas parler du Domaine Rabassie, sans parler des intendants qui habitent à 2 km du Domaine. Ils prennent soin du Domaine avec passion et perfection, ils sont charmants et tellement dévoués. Ils ont largement contribué au succès de nos vacances. Un grand merci à eux. Merci aussi au propriétaire pour l’hospitalité (sans oublier la Blanquette de Limoux en guise d’accueil). On se sent au Domaine Rabassie, comme chez soi. Des vacances à vivre ou à revivre sans aucune hésitation.
Our stay at La Petite Maison Générille was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, the hosts welcomed us with warmth and genuine hospitality, making us feel instantly at home. The property itself is breathtaking - a perfect balance of elegance and nature. The beautifully maintained gardens, softly illuminated in the evenings, create a romantic and serene atmosphere, while the untouched woodland adds a sense of tranquility and adventure. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the luxurious accommodations to the stunning swimming pool overlooking the picturesque landscape. Whether we were exploring the nearby historic villages, indulging in the region’s incredible food and wine, or simply relaxing on the terrace, every moment felt special. La Petite Maison Générille is more than just a place to stay - it's an experience, one that lingers long after you leave. We can't wait to return!
J'ai passé une semaine au Petit Pigeonnier en août et j'ai passé un merveilleux séjour. La propriété était impeccable et extrêmement bien aménagée. L'emplacement était magnifique et a dépassé toutes mes attentes. Je tenais également à vous faire part de l'hospitalité exceptionnelle de Debbie, notre hôte. Des yaourts maison étaient proposés le matin et une séance de yoga privée était organisée. Des recommandations de restaurants et de lieux à visiter ont été formulées sans aucune insistance ni atteinte à notre vie privée.
We absolutely loved our time here. The owner was a joy to work with. The home was absolutely charming. It was located on a picturesque hill, featured spacious, comfortable rooms and every luxury one would need while there. The home was spotless upon our arrival and the neighbors on the street were extremely helpful, pleasant and welcoming. We enjoyed swimming in the crisp, cool pool; hearing the church bells ring and exploring the neighboring villages as we attending the daily farmer's markets. We cannot wait to come back and are considering an extended stay as we fell in love with the area and this home. I would highly recommend it if you would like to truly experience the people and feel of the region.
The house is beyond what we had imagined with the photos. It is spacious, very spacious, more than ideal for the group of 7 with 2 children that we were. The renovation is perfect, of exemplary cleanliness and with a very good taste decoration. The pool and its terrace are just beautiful and offered us very pleasant afternoons and evenings. The little plus, is that you can easily close the doors going to the pool for the safety of the little ones and the tranquility of parents. A dining area on another terrace with barbecue and large table also seduced us. The location of the house is also perfect, along the canal with the small typical village with many very nice restaurants. We really enjoyed the Escale and the glacier adjoining the restaurant... In short, a great place that we recommend 200%, not to mention the kind and availability of the owners.
Nous avons passé une nuit dans cette jolie villa perdue au fond des bois et des vignes lors d'une soirée de mariage tout près ( domaine de Franco, superbe lieu également). Nous étions au calme (et pour cause, aucun voisin à la ronde). La villa est tres bien équipée. La literie est excellente. Magnifique.
J'ai séjourné dans cette superbe villa avec mes 3 enfants (13, 12 et 10 ans). C'est une très belle maison sur une belle propriété avec beaucoup de choses à faire à moins de 30 minutes en voiture. En fin de journée après les visites diverses, la piscine et la terrasse étaient parfaites pour se reposer, apprécier la belle vue et goûter aux vins locaux. Il y a tout le necessaire pour passer un superbe séjour en famille. Je recommande vivement cette maison!
Nous avons tous apprécié le séjour à la villa. Nous avons aimé son emplacement - à la fois à Lezignan et le fait d'être proche de Pézenas et d'accéder facilement à d'autres endroits (nous sommes allés à Carcassonne, Montpellier, Millau, etc.). Merci d'avoir mis à disposition le vélo et le baby-foot ! C'était aussi agréable d'avoir une piscine - même si nous n'y sommes allés qu'une seule fois. De nombreuses informations utiles ont également été fournies dans la villa. Nous avons aimé le fait que vous nous ayez contacté personnellement - cela nous a rassuré avant notre voyage - merci pour votre aide. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons apprécié notre séjour et si nous revenons dans la région, nous reviendrions à la villa. Merci.
First holiday in 4 years - amazing so relaxing reading and drinking rose looking at that heavenly view
Stunning retreat Just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed our time in your gorgeous home. We all spent hours in the pool and visited the neighbouring vineyard for some delicious rose, Corinne's daughter Chloe served up some fantastic food and Isabelle looked after the kids while we escaped two nights. It really is a stunning retreat.
This is a beautiful property and it is well taken care of. We had everything we could possibly think of to enjoy an amazing weekend with family. I imagine this estate as a perfect venue for anything from a group holiday to a wedding. We would definitely stay again.

Thank you for a wonderful stay In your fabulous house, we spent a week exploring the town, fabulous Sunday market in Nyons, also held on a Thursday. We hired bikes @ E20 per day and played tennis and paddle in Nyons (booked online) we swam in the river nearby, The vineyards around the house are farmed by Domaine Tave, there Audrey La Tarde speaks English and is the real deal. We ran out of time to do all we wanted, ‘we will be back ‘.
Une maison où l'on se sent comme chez soi ! Entièrement meublée avec goût, dans un cadre magnifique. Nous avons visité de nombreux endroits et je recommande : les grottes de Limousis, la cité de Carcassonne et le pont suspendu de Mazamet. Le marché hebdomadaire d'Olonzac est magnifique ! Le soir, profitez de la magnifique terrasse pour admirer la vue sur les Pyrénées, les sommets enneigés et les enfants dans la piscine. Nous recommandons fortement, nous y reviendrons sans hésiter ! Nous sommes jaloux de votre maison !
Had a great stay for the week. Villa was great, very spacious, pool was excellent. Excellent communication from start to finish, was greeted on arrival and Paul was on hand to help and support when needed for advice on tourism spots on what was going on around town. Great location to Béziers and Narbonne. Villa was spacious and felt like a home from home. Location in the village is really safe and quiet. I would highly recommend.
Central location, great stay. The villa was huge and could easily accommodate larger groups than our three couples. The grounds were expansive and well suited for outside leisure and dining. The Rully location was super both in terms of accessing everything that Burgundy region has to offer as well as for enjoying local amenities such as bakeries, restaurant, wineries, etc. Sigrid was extremely helpful throughout the whole vacation process. A hugely enjoyable week.

Ma famille et moi avons passé une semaine fabuleuse à la Maison de Saint-Jean. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée dans un endroit calme avec un accès facile aux lieux d'intérêt. Il a de grands lits. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la grande piscine qui est bien équipée avec des parasols et un barbecue. Il y a un bon restaurant à quelques pas. La maison a également une vue imprenable.
Quelle maison ! Quel cadre ! FANTASTIQUE !! Nous avons adoré la maison, la piscine, l’accueil. Nous y avons passé 2 semaines avec une température moyenne de 33°C – point fort : pouvoir boire un verre dans la piscine avec les enfants. Mais quelques autres choses étaient aussi géniales : Le vélo. Une visite au Château de Lastours et à la cité médiévale de Carcassonne. (Minerve est recommandé !) Une visite à Saint-Chinian. Visite de Cuxac et achat de beaux souvenirs pour des amis. Merci pour cette semaine fantastique ! Nous reviendrons. P.S. Avec des petits enfants qui vont manger une pizza à la Minerve – La Pizzaterie était très décontractée.

À la fin de longues vacances bien remplies un peu partout en France, la propriété a été un bel endroit où se détendre. Les jardins et la piscine sont parfaits, les propriétaires étaient sympathiques et serviables. Maison très propre, bien agencée, confortable. Assez proche pour aller où l'on voulait le long de la Côte d'Azur, mais paisible quand on voulait se ressourcer. Une semaine n'a pas suffit. Je reviendrai certainement ici si nous voyageons à nouveau en France.
We have absolutely loved our stay in this perfect house. The pool has been a necessity due to temps in mid-high. All in all, it's been a wonderful fortnight and we've enjoyed rediscovering places that we visited here 20 years ago.
We had a marvellous holiday at le Chambarru. It was the nicest house we have stayed in during our many visits to France over the years.
Tout était magnifique à La Bastide 1718. Nous nous sommes rendus dans la région pour raisons professionnelles, ce qui a été particulièrement difficile en temps de pandémie et de confinement. Malgré cela, la villa et notre hôte Thomas ont rendu notre séjour le plus agréable possible dans ces circonstances. Thomas était toujours disponible, pour tous besoins. Très professionnel, gentil et attentionné. Honnêtement l’un des meilleurs hôtes qu’il m’a été donné de rencontrer! La villa est extraordinaire. Chaque chambre offre des standards hôteliers, depuis la literie, la climatisation et le chauffage, les salles de bain, jusqu’aux télévisions et à la décoration. La cuisine et les installations sont parfaitement équipées et entretenues, vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous aurez besoin. Nous avons passé chaque soirée dans le salon-salle à manger, avec un feu de cheminée, parfait pour que l’équipe se détende! Il y a tellement d’équipements dans la villa que vous ne vous ennuierez jamais. Le lieu est magnifique, et vaut largement la longue route à parcourir, pour y trouver tranquillité et un panorama splendide. Vous trouverez de nombreuses touches d’attention dans la villa, mais je ne préfère pas tout vous révéler. Chacune de ces attentions font de votre séjour un moment plus relaxant et inoubliable encore. Merci encore à Thomas et son équipe qui s’occupent de La Bastide!
Demeure très jolie et accueillante. Et havre de paix. Les hôtes sont très disponibles et très sympathiques. Je recommande sans modération cet endroit calme et bucolique.
