Our weeks stay at Les Marquises was exceptional, this is due to the skilful combination of old and new, colour and light, greenery and shadow combined in a tasteful and harmonious style that characterises the interior of the house and its domain. When you stay in such a place, even for only one week, a place that was restored, recreated and maintained with so much love, you can only love it back, the house, garden, the scenery creates a rare feeling of magic that will stay with us. We felt wonderful and grateful to be guests at the house. Thank you.
An absolute treasure of a place to stay with attentive hosts making sure our trip was comfortable and stress free. It's a home from home with the added delight of the sun, relaxing pool and sitting out of an evening with friends and wine. Panoramic views of the countryside and a short drive to a local village where we could get all of our suppliers, every aspect of the stay was catered for and a stunning pool. So peaceful and tranquil, we didn’t want to leave. Just perfect.
Notre semaine de vacances passée en votre propriété a été un succès. A l'unanimité, la maison est impeccable, très très propre et avec beaucoup d'attentions ( produits d'accueil dans les salles de bain, linge récent et propre, panier de bienvenue, jeux). ... La grange avec la table de ping pong, les fléchettes, le baby foot, le billard et où nous avons pu faire du sport, est formidable. Les grandes ballades autour des vignes avec Tutus m'ont ravie, malgré les averses. Le Super U de Mirambeau a un très beau rayon boucherie. La viande est excellente. Le rayon poissonnerie, avec ses huîtres, crevettes, poissons est également excellent. Tracy se donne beaucoup de mal pour que tout soit impeccable à l'arrivée des vacanciers. Le bouquet de fleurs fraîches sur la table à notre arrivée est encore une attention que tous avons notée.
Our family stayed at the Mas de Lozanne for two weeks and it was a resounding success with us all. The property was exactly as described in the details and photographs - light airy rooms, a beautiful garden and one of the best pools I've ever seen in a private house. The air conditioning was very welcome as we were there in a heatwave! Dom and Ina looked after us very well and answered all our queries. Pèzenas is a lovely little place and we certainly hope to return. I had never heard of Pure France before coming across them on the net and it's always a slightly scary thing to send several thousand Euros 'into the ether' in this age of Internet scams. However I need not have worried as this agency was extremely efficient and straightforward in all our dealings, answering my queries by return. I would like to thank them and would certainly recommend them.

Le village et les villes environnantes étaient tout aussi magnifiques et nous n'aurions pas pu demander mieux ! Nous recommanderons certainement la Maison des Hirondelles à toute notre famille et à nos amis.

Fabulous home in a beautiful location This was easily one of the best holidays we have had. The house itself is beautiful, it's been refurbished to a high standard from the waterfall showers in the high spec bathrooms to the large range in the kitchen to the cosy decorating in the bedrooms. The back garden has a lovely private in ground pool to cool off in and the surrounding patio has loungers to sunbathe in and is surrounded by pretty landscaping. There are endless beaches and historic towns to visit within short driving distance but you will be equally as content not leaving the house. The village is lovely, it has a couple of pubs and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk from the house, along with boulangeries, a butchers, green grocers and a supermarket. Markets every other day in the square. The house is within a stones throw of it all which we found so handy. Terry was always available should you need any assistance and was very thoughtful and considerate, as was his housekeeper agent Paul. I can't say enough about this property, it was fabulous in every way!
We have had a very relaxing and restful week here, with perfect weather. We loved the pool, playing table tennis and darts. The house has everything you could need and we have enjoyed having so much space inside and out! The surrounding area has lots to offer – Chauvigny is beautiful (we recommend The VeloRail) and we spent a wonderful afternoon kayaking at Angles sur L’Anglin.

Merci ! Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans votre belle et charmante maison. Elle est si bien équipée avec tout ce dont nous aurions pu avoir besoin. Nous avons tous adoré la piscine. Nos 2 filles se sont bien amusées sur le trampoline et ont joué au ping-pong. Nous avons été ravis de visiter à nouveau Montsoreau, 9 ans après notre dernière visite et maintenant avec 2 enfants maintenant. Nous avons eu un autre bon dîner à Montsoreau en regardant le magnifique coucher de soleil sur la Loire. Avoir du pain frais de Long tous les matins était un régal. Le temps a été parfait et les jours nuageux nous ont beaucoup soulagés. Merci pour votre hospitalité.

C'était notre première escapade depuis trois ans à Londres et nous n'avons pas été déçus. Les températures élevées ont quelque peu freiné nos ambitions, mais Camirout est un véritable paradis pour les vacances ! Ce fut un plaisir de vous rencontrer et nous vous félicitons d'avoir franchi le pas vers une nouvelle vie ici en France. C'est une histoire inspirante ! Our second stay at 'Mel's place', the first was in 2012. Returned with 2 more grand children and a grand son's girlfriend. Have stayed in many houses over the years - this is by far the best. Brilliant pool for everyone, loads of space for the children to play and a secret garden if you want to get away from it. We didn't go far - we just enjoyed the opportunity for us all to get together for a relaxing holiday. Also there is so much equipment and toys for the children - Mel's thought of everything, an excellent host.
We adore this house - it is our third visit this year! The atmosphere here is so conducive to being happy and relaxed. And now to expose the biggest secret of the year - Christmas at Orchard Farmhouse has been a magical experience. The Baquiés are the most agreeable hosts in the world.
This home is spacious and beautifully appointed with spectacular views that offer an ever-changing backdrop. We found the early mornings particularly beautiful and loved watching the amazing sunsets sitting by the pool or on the veranda. This stylish and well-equipped home from home was a truly wonderful place to stay and had everything we could wish for to have a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable holiday. We look forward to returning very soon.
Love love love this beautiful village house, its exquisite interiors and wild back garden, pool and cow fields beyond in a simple hamlet, deep in unspoilt pastoral countryside.
Exceptionnel. Le Château de la Ronde et son parc ont été magnifiquement rénovés et entretenus. Nous avons été très bien accueillis dès notre arrivée et chaque chose a été pensée pour rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible. La vue sur le château de Saumur depuis le château est magnifique.
Fabuleux séjour aux Fumerates. La piscine est de "très haut de gamme". Villa au calme, située à flanc de colline. À quelques minutes à pied de Saint-Paul-de-Vence. Tout est exactement comme décrit. Grandement recommandé.
We loved our stay - we were in a mixed group and it worked really well as each couple had their own space and privacy, but there are wonderful spaces for entertaining as a large group. The pool area is stunning and the setting is calm, quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed taking the bikes on trips to nearby villages too!
We have used Pure France and other similar companies over many years, but I do not believe I have heard how highly rated they thought this particular property was - ever! As a result of the standard of accommodation, gardens and the local surrounding area, we are already trying to see if there is anything which can beat it for next year, especially for standards of finish and value for money (if you can recommend anything similar, please let us know)? I work in the construction industry as a design manager and can see someone has spent a lot of time and effort in getting the best out of this large old building, bringing it up to a high standard with well considered interior design - obviously the owner has considered in a lot of detail. Please pass on our thanks for being able to use the property.
Ma famille et moi avons passé une semaine fabuleuse à la Maison de Saint-Jean. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée dans un endroit calme avec un accès facile aux lieux d'intérêt. Il a de grands lits. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la grande piscine qui est bien équipée avec des parasols et un barbecue. Il y a un bon restaurant à quelques pas. La maison a également une vue imprenable.
Villa magnifique, très propre, spacieuse ! Hôte très rèactive et gentille. Endroit parfait pour se retrouver à plusieurs pour des événements personnels comme professionnels.
We, two couples, stayed the last week of June and the first week of July in Les Oliviers du Sud. We found modern comfort in an authentic environment in the well-equipped holiday homes Maison Carrée and Joie de Vivre. You can rightly say that you enjoy life here. Privacy, beauty, friendliness, a lovely swimming pool, the beautifully maintained gardens... it all comes to you here. And what we also appreciated very much: we arrived in a house where the basic necessities were present (such as coffee, tea, herbs and olive oil) and a nice bottle of wine and delicious (home-made!) cake were ready for us, which made us feel really welcome. Moreover, the area is also very attractive. From the tranquility of the domaine you drive to the liveliness and versatility of Avignon and Villeneuve and for example to Orange. The markets are very charming in the smaller towns nearby and there is also no shortage of nice restaurants. We really had a wonderful time, certainly also because of the friendliness of the owners.
Thank you so much for the most amazing weeks stay in Piglet Barn. We honestly had the best time, a perfect family holiday. Thank you for being the most welcoming, warm and charming hosts, you looked after us so well. Thank you for drinks in your home, it was so much fun. We are going to miss our walks around Vouvant and morning coffee in the village. Thank you again so much for being the most amazing hosts, it was a holiday we will never forget. Where can we begin to tell you how wonderful your warmth and kindness have made our holiday so special at your beautiful Le Chambarru. Your renovations and thoughtful kitchen cooking utensils have such taste and quality that we all enjoyed cooking. The location has proven geographical delight. La maison de Marie-Christine est idéale pour une famille, elle est décorée avec beaucoup de goût, moderne et aérée. Elle dispose de toute les commodités et sa localisation est idéale (supermarché, boulangeries, centre commercial, centre ville, gare, etc) Marie est une personne charmante. Elle nous a donné des conseils et nous a réservé un bon accueil. Je recommande fortement sa maison qui est entièrement rénovée. We had the most lovely week at La Chartreuse de Montfort for a week in the middle of September. The weather was gorgeous and sunny during the day but slightly autumnal in the morning and evening, so we ate breakfast outside but dinner inside around the lovely dining table with a fire in the amazing wood burner to give that cosy feeling to the sitting room. As a group of 10 friends, the house was lovely and spacious with plenty of room for everyone to eat, sit inside or out or enjoy some quiet time in the little study as they wished. The views from the terrace are extraordinary! Ever changing - amazing sunrises with the mist hanging in the valley and then the meandering Dordogne river below. The pool was lovely, warm and easy to access but rather nice that it was situated on the lower terrace so you could have a peaceful swim. The house itself it completely private yet only 10 minutes away from the supermarket and the lovely medieval town of Sarlat. So much to do in the area that you are spoilt for choice - castles, walking, cycling, canoeing, gardens, caves and ancient dwellings, markets - and plenty of excellent places to eat - highly recommend Ô Moulin in Carsac for an extraordinary culinary experience. To be honest, though, the house is so well equipped and comfortable, eating dinner ‘chez-nous’ was our preferred option, washed down with excellent local Bergerac wines! Was the holiday long enough? Certainly not! Would we go again? Absolutely, can’t wait!
