We, two couples, stayed the last week of June and the first week of July in Les Oliviers du Sud. We found modern comfort in an authentic environment in the well-equipped holiday homes Maison Carrée and Joie de Vivre. You can rightly say that you enjoy life here. Privacy, beauty, friendliness, a lovely swimming pool, the beautifully maintained gardens... it all comes to you here. And what we also appreciated very much: we arrived in a house where the basic necessities were present (such as coffee, tea, herbs and olive oil) and a nice bottle of wine and delicious (home-made!) cake were ready for us, which made us feel really welcome. Moreover, the area is also very attractive. From the tranquility of the domaine you drive to the liveliness and versatility of Avignon and Villeneuve and for example to Orange. The markets are very charming in the smaller towns nearby and there is also no shortage of nice restaurants. We really had a wonderful time, certainly also because of the friendliness of the owners.
Thank you for a wonderful stay In your fabulous house, we spent a week exploring the town, fabulous Sunday market in Nyons, also held on a Thursday. We hired bikes @ E20 per day and played tennis and paddle in Nyons (booked online) we swam in the river nearby, The vineyards around the house are farmed by Domaine Tave, there Audrey La Tarde speaks English and is the real deal. We ran out of time to do all we wanted, ‘we will be back ‘.
Nous avons passé un moment formidable ici. Nous avons aimé nager et jouer au ping-pong. Nous avons créé tellement de souvenirs et tout est si beau. Nous serions ravis de revenir. Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour fantastique.
Fantastic time in this great house and location. 2 weeks of rest, relaxation and fun with the kids and extended family. Thank you. What a wonderful place! So much for the kids to do - swimngs, slide, trampoline, swimming and may runing races, lots of yumy wines and cheese. Two scrumptious meals cooked by Tim and Ali. Very tempted to return next year! We have had a great week here visiting our daughter Eliza who is studying French in Montpellier. Lisa et al very helpful and the home has provided us with much fun and relaxation. Also great for walking into town and going on excursions. Thank you!
Wow what a villa! Absolutely fabulous week's holiday. 4 adults and 2 young children. The pool was a great thing to have with the grandchildren loving every moment in it. Weather has been very hot so very much appreciated the a/c in the bedrooms! Thank you Pascal for being there when needed. We cannot recommend this villa and its location highly enough. Like others before us, we would love to think we may return one day. Just to say, 1 of us drove over 1,000 miles to be here and it was worth every long one of them.
Beautiful location with magnificent views with vines and sunflowers. Charming host. Perfect for running and walking. Good clean pool with covered area alongside so ideal for being in the shade. House very comfortable with all amenities including air con throughout.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chex Eva. Tout était parfait, nous avions quelques demandes qui ont étaient remplies avec grand soin et investissement. Hôte très réactive également ! Le lieu est très propre, au calme et l'environnement est magnifique ! Je recommande.
What a magic place! We have loved every minute here. Pete is the most incredible host and we loved our evening chats. The kayaking has been the highlight, we loved Sarlat - Had a great lunch at Lou Podel and not forgetting the disco pool lights after dark. The kids loved it! We'll be back.
Salut, je n'arrive pas à réaliser que les 3 semaines sont déjà écoulées ! Nous avons passé un fantastique séjour dans votre maison, tout particulièrement avec ce temps typique de la Côte d'Azur cette semaine.
Ce fut un plaisir de séjourner ici. Vous avez une merveilleuse maison et très bien entretenue. Nous la recommanderons certainement à d'autres.

Nous avons passé deux semaines merveilleuses aux Hirondelles, une si belle maison, avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, et Cédric a été très serviable ! Nous sommes allés aux marchés de Narbonne (dimanche), de Capestang (mercredi), avons nagé dans la mer à Gruissan Plage, visité les abbayes de Narbonne, l'abbaye de Fontfroide - magnifique - et un fabuleux déjeuner dans un restaurant à La Grasse. Le bar de Canet est sympa, la pizzeria fait de bonnes pizzas (y compris à emporter) et il y a des magasins. A Raissac, il y a du pain et des croissants à la coopérative le matin et il y a une cave à vin à Canet ouverte tous les jours de 11h à 12h - remplissez votre contenant en plastique ! Nous avons dîné au Somail, des tapas et quelque chose de nature - tous deux très bons ! Je ne m'en souviens plus mais j'espère que vous apprécierez vos vacances autant que nous ! Merci Cédric !

Magnifique séjour, 5 enfants et 8 adultes tous ont trouvé le bonheur. Chambre, salle de bain, salon très spacieux ainsi qu’une terrasse piscine parfaitement agencé pour tous et le petit plus d’une cuisine extérieur avec barbecue. La proximité est très calme, à la campagne mais à distance très correcte pour faire des activités. Nous remercions l’hôte pour cette mis à disposition de cette villa pour nos vacances. Nous recommandons sans hésiter. Merci
We’ve just come back from a wonderful stay at Manoir Coutenson. The spacious and well maintained accommodation met the needs of our party of 15 perfectly, ranging from ages 1 to 85. The accommodation was even nicer than shown in the photos, as the sitting room had been refurbished. We particularly loved the on site activities (table tennis, pétanque, pool etc) and the sitting area by the pool! There were many thoughtful touches, including toys for younger children, board games and a well stocked kitchen. The site managers were on hand to help with any queries and advise on places to visit. The Manoir is well located close to Casteljaloux for supermarket, shops, market etc and there is lots to do in the surrounding area. We’d certainly love to stay here again!

Domaine du Château is the most beautiful and well equipped house ever. Better in the flesh than the photographs suggest. We stayed as a group of 11 extended family members and a couple of babies. Largely because of babies and children, we wanted a place with a pool where kids could be when adults were doing other things. Domaine du Château was perfect for this. The owners, have a history of taking groups to rental houses around Europe. They took notes and used them in renovating this property, resulting in attention to detail that makes everything work for a large group. I cannot think of a single thing that was lacking in making the house work for us. There is an exceedingly well equipped cook's kitchen. Every bedroom was beautiful with en suite bathrooms. They have cribs and the ability to turn the bedrooms (or at least some of them) from queen beds to twins. The bedrooms are arranged in pairs with good separation from other pairs of bedrooms. All are well away from public rooms where there might be noise. There are even two pairs of washers and dryers, so no queue for doing laundry. There are multiple outdoor terrace areas and a stunning view from the salon terrace over the pool to the hillside village beyond. The house is about 40 minutes from Beaune in a beautiful rural area. It is a great cycling area. The Voie Verte that runs from Santenay to Nolay might be the most scenic ride in Burgjndy. Once you get on it, you are completely separate from cars and riding on the level through stunning vineyards all the way. The house is also close to the Canal du Centre which is another great biking opportunity along the old towpath. Beware that the house is uphill from both, so the return may be a bit challenging for some riders. We rented bicycles from Bourgogne Randonées in Beaune. They were delivered to the house and were in mint condition. Must not forget Stephen and Lilly, the house managers. They live in a separate area of the property. They are a delightful couple with an enviable history of adventurous living. They were completely unobtrusive, but there to meet any need we might have, including doing the shopping for us one day. On the subject of shopping, do not miss the Sunday morning market in Chagny. There are dozens of vendors with beautiful local produce, cheese and meat, as good as can be found anywhere.

Non seulement vous avez une très belle maison dans un endroit fantastique, mais votre hospitalité, votre soutien et vos conseils nous ont permis de nous détendre et de profiter pleinement de notre séjour. Certainement nos meilleures vacances en famille!

Il y a tellement de moments préférés, mais la piscine en fait assurément partie ! Brantôme - Le kayak était fabuleux ! Aubeterre-sur-Dronne le soir est aussi un incontournable !
Wonderful pool and garden and of course lovely interior of the rooms. Our kids enjoyed playing in the pool area and really loved the tree house!
We loved the site; very peaceful and relaxing, despite the suburban setting. Everything you need is here! Pézenas is a beautiful place and we also liked Meze, Tourbes and especially enjoyed kayaking down the Hérault river.

Seillans is a hidden gem! We normally stay closer to the coast, but we have had a fabulous holiday in your villa in the beautiful Provençal countryside. Lovely house with everything we could ever need and unforgettable evenings in the local restaurants.
Cette villa est incroyable. La vue est époustouflante. J'ai séjourné dans la chambre en rez-de-chaussée, à côté de la salle de bain. Une jolie pièce de vie avec accès à la terrasse, un super spot pour voir les couchers de soleil. Serviettes de bonne qualité, des John Lewis! La chambre à l'étage a une jolie salle de bain et un balcon avec une vue splendide. Juste magnifique. Prendre son petit-déjeuner sous l'olivier a été un plaisir. La piscine a de bonnes dimensions et est très profonde. Très bien entretenue, avec une couverture. L'aire autour de la piscine est spacieuse, avec assez de bains de soleil et un bel espace avec barbecue. Les jardins sont magnifiques, il y a un terrain de pétanque, des oliviers à perte de vue et des massifs de fleurs devant la villa. La cuisine est très bien équipée, nous y avons mangé la plupart du temps. Et il y a une buanderie aussi. Une belle villa dans une belle région de France. Très reposant. Une perle rare.
I wanted to drop you a quick line to say thank you, we had a wonderful, relaxing week. The villa, garden and pool were all fabulous and we were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The villa has been finished to a very nice standard and we would definitely like to go back and we will be recommending it to our family and friends.
