Best villa we have stayed in during 10 years of staying in France for holidays. Extremely well-equipped, great setting and fantastic views.
Waouh, quelle magnifique maison ! Elle avait tout ce qu'il nous fallait pour des vacances familiales parfaites. Merci de nous l'avoir fait découvrir, nous gardons de merveilleux souvenirs de notre séjour. C'était notre premier séjour en Dordogne et nous avons été conquis par la beauté des paysages, sans oublier les excellents restaurants et les délicieux croissants et chocolats ! Les jardins sont splendides, embaumés par le parfum de la lavande et des roses (mes préférées).
Nous avons passé des vacances en famille vraiment fantastiques avec nos 6 adultes et 4 enfants dans cette magnifique maison dans cet endroit superbe. La maison est spacieuse, imaginative, accueillante, bien équipée et a tout le nécessaire pour se reposer loin de tout. Nous avons choisi de manger dehors à chaque repas et avons pu profiter au maximum des différentes perspectives et vues qu'offre la maison. Nous avons adoré les matins plus frais en regardant le bétail et la buse, l'ombre des arbres ou le pool house dans la chaleur de la journée et la brise du soir alors que nous regardions les constellations claires au-dessus de nous. Les propriétaires, Richard et Gaye, mesurent exactement le bon équilibre entre convivialité et attention, si besoin tempérée avec discrétion quant à notre intimité. Nous n'avons pas exploré la région autant que nous l'avions prévu car la maison offre tellement de choses et nous espérons vraiment y planifier d'autres vacances dans un proche avenir.
Nous y avons encore passé un autre moment merveilleux ! Nous avons tous adoré la piscine, bien sûr. Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment et nous espérons vraiment revenir l'année prochaine ! Merci.
Un soleil radieux pour nous toute la semaine. Nous avons passé un agréable moment à explorer. Les enfants se sont fait passer pour Raiponce à la Maison Baleyssagues et ont passé une merveilleuse journée au Lac de Lougratte. J'ai fait du jogging dans les vignes et aux abords, ce qui était étonnamment épuisant. Nous avons peut-être tous mangé trop de croissants ? Merci pour cette semaine formidable dans un cadre magnifique.
Très belle maison en Périgord. La maison est sublime. Un parfait mélange entre rustique, tradition et confort moderne. Restaurée à merveille. Et 5 salles de bain pour 5 chambres, c'est rare. Immense cheminée, parfaite pour une semaine à Noël. Très bien équipée. Et Florence nous a accueilli avec gentillesse, et est très réactive aux questions et demandes.
I just wanted to say that we all found your house to be absolutely lovely. Everything we could have hoped for. So many nice touches, you clearly put a lot of thought and no doubt effort into making it a very special place. We especially loved the pool of course, which has such a great design for the little ones with the shallow section, but we loved the whole place. Everyone was very happy there. Many thanks
Stunning - amazing space in and out with many places for children and adults to hide! Great, from well equipped kitchen to playroom. Childproofed but still lots of fun toys for dry and wet days. Great showers and all working brilliantly. Had a fantastic week - Very relaxed and love the set up here. Thank you all.
Great vacation spent in Le Mas de Combet! Quiet house in the countryside with a superb pool. We were able to enjoy all the amenities on site. Thank you to our host for their excellent welcome and availability throughout the stay. We really recommend this property for a week with friends.

We stayed with our 2 children aged 5 and 7 and had a wonderful time. There are plenty of things to do nearby and the accomodation was well equiped and great for a family holiday. The pool is wonderful for long hot afternoons and there is lots of outdoor space to explore. The hosts were very helpful and I would recommend this place to my friends.
Nous avons passé une semaine au Borghesia cet hiver et en gardons un excellent souvenir : maison typique du Périgord noir avec son immense cheminée et sa pierre dorée rénovée avec goût, tout le confort moderne et les équipements nécessaires. Grand jardin où les enfants pouvaient s’amuser, calme de l’environnement et proximité avec Sarlat, La Roque-Gageac et certains des plus beaux châteaux et villages de la région, disponibilité et gentillesse des propriétaires, nous ne songeons qu’à revenir !

Merci pour le pack de bienvenue avec vin, eau et café. La maison est idéalement située pour explorer la vieille ville de Pézenas. Allez voir le marché du samedi, c'est incroyable. La maison et la piscine sont super, confortables et bien aménagées.
Wonderful views - such a peaceful location and adore the little village. Facilities great. Everything we needed. Would have liked larger bath towels. Amazing food - loved it. Such a treat. Thank you. Fabulous elegant stay. Just returned from a fantastic stay at Manoir Capraise. We only had a week at this fantastic house but it was very memorable. The main house and gîte have been beautifully and tastefully restored. There is great quality and attention to detail throughout from the lovely terraces / landscaping / pool / vegetable garden to the quality furnishings and equipment . Many a lovely meal was enjoyed admiring the fantastic location from the multiple outdoor seating areas on the terraces. The gîte provided a great independent area for teenagers and the well equipped gym was a bonus, plans for a games room will further enhance this great property. We appreciated a lovely welcome package of local wine and produce, another quality touch. Thank you Mark and Sarah, everything was just perfect, we hope to return again.
Nous avons profité de deux semaines incroyables au soleil, nous avons passé quelques jours au bord de la piscine. Vous pouvez nager et admirer la vue imprenable sur les collines au loin. L'appartement est impeccable et a tout ce dont nous avions besoin au début de nos vacances. Les propriétaires parlent anglais, ce qui est utile si vous avez besoin de quelque chose manquant à la propriété. Nous serions ravis d'y retourner.
A wonderful week in this beautiful house. Lots of memories. Our boys loved the table tennis and pool. Night markets in Quarante are a must. I hope we’ll be back x x

We were able to have a great week with friends at this house, which matched the photos perfectly. The host is very accommodating and accommodating. Amenities are complete, different living spaces are spacious, the pool area is a real plus. I'd recommend it!
It is early spring. My husband and I decide to go to the South of France for a fortnight. Our eye has fallen on La Picholine. It is in the Gard region and close to nice places. Like Uzès, Nîmes, Avignon. What a surprising place on arrival. Two enthusiastic owners, proudly showing off their new domaine. There are two gîtes. A large swimming pool, several terraces and expansive views. Our gîte is very comfortable. Spacious living room with dining kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bedroom is very spacious with good mattresses. Large bathroom with two sinks. As it can be quite chilly in the evening in spring, this cottage has a wood-burning stove with hot air conditioning. It is comfortably warm then. The garden is tastefully decorated. You have your own privacy and that choice is nice. We had a lovely two weeks here and will definitely come back next year. Thank you Esther and Leo for your hospitality.

Enjoyed a wonderful week with friends in this beautiful house surrounded by stunning scenery. Clare was welcoming and helpful and we couldn't have asked for more. Would thoroughly recommend and very much hope to return again.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié vos efforts pour trouver une chaise haute pour Hatta, qui a passé ses premières vraies vacances. De merveilleuses vacances en famille dont nous nous souviendrons toujours. Notre moment préféré a été de jouer dans la piscine. Nous avons apprécié Aubeterre et son église souterraine, Brantôme et le marché de Ribérac.
Very nice stay in a beautiful house. The unit is ideally located by the Canal du Midi. There are many activities to do in the area (hikes, water sports, tastings, ...). The hosts are lovely and available. We particularly appreciated the many recommendations for discovering the region. The accommodation is well decorated, spacious and well-equipped. The pool is large and not overlooked. The bedding is also nice. A big plus is the number of bathrooms that makes it easy for a large group to get organized. We had a great time in a fantastic setting with a rare value for money. We'll be happy to go back! Thanks again!
