Mon mari et moi avec nos 2 enfants (10 et 12 ans) avons séjourné au Borghesia pendant une semaine et c'était vraiment un bonheur. La maison est fraîche et à une température agréable en revenant s'abriter du soleil, bien équipée avec lave-vaisselle, grand réfrigérateur-congélateur, lave-linge et sèche-linge. De grands canapés confortables et une télévision connectée ont assuré le bonheur des enfants après des journées de farniente au bord de la piscine, des balades à vélo ou du canoë sur la Dordogne. Le tout à quelques minutes à vélo. C'est un endroit très privé, sans circulation ni bruit à part les oiseaux et bien sûr quand les adorables chiens de Victoire sont venus dire bonjour. C'est une immense maison et une immense piscine, elle peut donc facilement accueillir 8 personnes avec de nombreuses chaises longues de luxe, des chaises, des parasols et même une jolie grange à côté de la piscine. Je dois mentionner à nouveau la piscine car elle est magnifique !!!
Thank you for letting us stay at this lovely stylish villa, one of the best we have ever stayed at. So well equipped, we wanted for nothing. Nardia recommended ‘Le Grand Frais’ supermarket at Carcassonne where we were able to buy some wonderful fresh produce on arrival and which saw us through the week. An absolutely fantastic place! Our week went so incredibly quickly. It is our second time in the Carcassonne area, but still so much to do and see. This time we discovered the Gorges de Galamus and the labyrinths at Nebias. Amazing! Short treks around the beautiful Villelongue were also so nice. We loved the compost recycling bin at the end of the commune. Very green! Thanks to Mike for sorting the awning for us on a very windy Sunday. Hope to be back!

We were delighted to have been the first renters in this beautiful home. It looks like something out of a travel brochure ! Lovely peaceful setting, we enjoyed just relaxing in the garden and lazing by the pool. Great kitchen and the house is lovely and characterful. Thankful for the air-con in the bedroom on a couple of nights. Puy l'Eveque is a really nice town with everything you need on holiday. A great last-minute find, we're sure all future guests will love it here as much as we did.
It seems but a moment since we arrived two weeks ago, but we have had a lovely time. Thank you for your hospitality and wonderful company. What a pity we couldn’t come in June, but we are optimistic about next year. It feels much safer here in France than it does in England - we saw much more of Rieux than we have before, and have had some splendid meals. Our favourite is definitely l’Abbaye de Fontfroide, though Relais de Chantovent comes a close second. Until next June.

It’s hard to know where to begin to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay. Your property is so well set up and we made good use of the barbecue, tennis court, boules, darts, table tennis and of course, the pool which beats all other swimming pools we’ve ever had on holiday... and the shady areas when the sun got just that bit too hot. So much thought has obviously gone into it all and it made our holiday very special. The four teenage grandchildren we had with us had a ball and we all loved the Lot countryside, its villages and the sunflowers. How can you not be happy when you’ve got fields of them within a few steps from your door? The two Marches Gourmands we went to at Tournon and Saux were brilliant fun - the food on offer at Saux was particularly good and Tournon is such a pretty place. Our daughter loved going for early morning runs, seeing a hare and on two occasions, a deer, amongst sunflowers. Swimming in the Lot, cycling and canoeing are all on our list of favourite things we did. We also have a great picture of three of the red squirrels on the tree near the bolet - what a brilliant place for breakfast. Thank you so very much from all of us. Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances à La Maison Blanche. L'emplacement est magnifique, un immense jardin avec une grande piscine - surplombant un champ de tournesols lorsque nous y étions. Nous étions deux couples avec deux enfants plus âgés et la maison est très spacieuse et joliment meublée. L'emplacement est très paisible. Bien que cela signifie que les magasins, les marchés locaux et les restaurants ne sont pas accessibles à pied, la maison est très bien équipée, tant pour la cuisine et le barbecue que pour les divertissements avec la piscine, le ping-pong et les jeux. Nous avons trouvé que c'était un bon rapport qualité/prix et nous reviendrions sans hésiter. - Ingi Gudmundsdottir, août 2019
Lovely spacious house. We loved staying here! The rooms were lovely and spacious and the bed was big and comfortable :-) The location was really good to. We enjoyed going down to the riverside cafe, kayaking on the river, cycling, sightseeing, eating! We would definitely come back.

Nous avons passé des vacances merveilleuses et reposantes. Merci beaucoup pour cette belle maison et les vues. Nous avons profité de la piscine, du soleil, de la piscine fantastique et bien sûr du piano. En tant que musiciens, avoir un piano était important. Apprendre que la maison appartenait à un célèbre pianiste de jazz était génial ! Nous avons joué du jazz tous les jours et le son du piano dans l'air du soir était un rêve. Merci Frédéric de s'être occupé de nous.
Quelle semaine fabuleuse nous avons passée avec des amis formidables dans cette charmante villa. Merci Galina de nous avoir si bien accueillis. La villa a répondu à tous nos besoins, nous avons adoré la piscine, le terrain de pétanque et les vélos ont été parfaits pour sortir explorer.
Nous avons tous beaucoup apprécié notre séjour au Mas de Cultivateurs et le calme de la campagne environnante. Merci de nous avoir ouvert les portes de votre belle et confortable maison. Nous avons apprécié un excellent repas au Petit Coutures, sur votre recommandation. Cordialement.
Nous avons réservé le Château Bellevue pour y installer notre séjour golfique. Avant cela, nous n'avions aucune expérience concrète du Pays basque et avons finalement joué moins de parties de golf que prévu, tant il y avait de choses à faire et à voir ! Nous avons eu la chance exceptionnelle d'être là pendant la Fête de Bayonne, où la ville entière se transforme en une fête en plein air. Côté gastronomie, nous avons apprécié les nombreux restaurants basques, et en particulier les restaurants de poissons du port de Biarritz et de Saint-Jean-de-Luz. Les parcours de golf locaux étaient très variés, mais le point culminant était sans conteste le Golf de Biarritz, un parcours exigeant, avec son terrain époustouflant au bord de la falaise et ses vues imprenables sur le littoral.
Magnifique château calme et récemment rénové, offrant de grands espaces dans un environnement agréable. Merci Michelle pour votre accueil si chaleureux !
Nous avons tous les 7 passé un moment formidable dans la magnifique villa de Richard et Gay. Du pool house à leurs cours en passant par la cuisine, chacun de leurs espaces magnifiquement restaurés ajoute quelque chose de différent. Les échanges sont incroyablement faciles, ils se sont tous les deux occupés de nous depuis la minute où nous sommes entrés en contact avec eux jusqu'au jour de notre départ (où nous étions extrêmement réticents!). Ils sont allés au-delà, nous réservant un restaurant local pour notre première nuit et même faisant un des courses de dernière minute pour que nous ne soyons pas sans provisions lorsque tous les magasins étaient fermés! La maison est entourée de paysages époustouflants, avec une étendue apparemment sans fin de villages, de villes et de monuments français à explorer. Si nous revenions chaque année du le reste de notre vie, nous ne verrions toujours pas tout. Un grand merci à tous les deux, nous espérons vous revoir bientôt!
Thank you so much for your very warm welcome at Piglet. What a wonderful house ! Vouvant is a delightful village which we enjoyed getting to know. Altogether a lovely spot.
Domaine du Château is the most beautiful and well equipped house ever. Better in the flesh than the photographs suggest. We stayed as a group of 11 extended family members and a couple of babies. Largely because of babies and children, we wanted a place with a pool where kids could be when adults were doing other things. Domaine du Château was perfect for this. The owners, have a history of taking groups to rental houses around Europe. They took notes and used them in renovating this property, resulting in attention to detail that makes everything work for a large group. I cannot think of a single thing that was lacking in making the house work for us. There is an exceedingly well equipped cook's kitchen. Every bedroom was beautiful with en suite bathrooms. They have cribs and the ability to turn the bedrooms (or at least some of them) from queen beds to twins. The bedrooms are arranged in pairs with good separation from other pairs of bedrooms. All are well away from public rooms where there might be noise. There are even two pairs of washers and dryers, so no queue for doing laundry. There are multiple outdoor terrace areas and a stunning view from the salon terrace over the pool to the hillside village beyond. The house is about 40 minutes from Beaune in a beautiful rural area. It is a great cycling area. The Voie Verte that runs from Santenay to Nolay might be the most scenic ride in Burgjndy. Once you get on it, you are completely separate from cars and riding on the level through stunning vineyards all the way. The house is also close to the Canal du Centre which is another great biking opportunity along the old towpath. Beware that the house is uphill from both, so the return may be a bit challenging for some riders. We rented bicycles from Bourgogne Randonées in Beaune. They were delivered to the house and were in mint condition. Must not forget Stephen and Lilly, the house managers. They live in a separate area of the property. They are a delightful couple with an enviable history of adventurous living. They were completely unobtrusive, but there to meet any need we might have, including doing the shopping for us one day. On the subject of shopping, do not miss the Sunday morning market in Chagny. There are dozens of vendors with beautiful local produce, cheese and meat, as good as can be found anywhere.
We stayed for one week and we cannot wait to go again. When we arrived we were surprised how spacious and homely the villa was and it has amazing views. It is wonderfully located about 5- 10 minutes walk from the centre of Callas which is a typical Provençal village. We really enjoyed walking there every morning to buys our bread and croissants for breakfast. There are also some very good restaurants in Callas. The pool is lovely and we even swam every day in May. We ate in the garden and it is wonderfully quiet and tranquil. The region is full of breathtaking views and there is loads to see and do. We went to the Gorge du Verdon (Europe's Grand Canyon) and the beach at Saint Raphael and Juan les Pins. We had a really brill holiday and hope to return.

Two splendid weeks relaxing and sight seeing with a very beautiful home to come back too. We can't fault the house, we especially loved the kitchen, pool room, swimming pool and of course the marvellous views.
My family and I had a fabulous time during our week in France. It really was exactly what we were looking for and expecting.
Stunning - amazing space in and out with many places for children and adults to hide! Great, from well equipped kitchen to playroom. Childproofed but still lots of fun toys for dry and wet days. Great showers and all working brilliantly. Had a fantastic week - Very relaxed and love the set up here. Thank you all.

Ma famille (4 personnes) a séjourné dans cette maison à plusieurs reprises depuis que les enfants sont bébés et c'est la maison idéale pour passer des vacances avec une autre famille. La maison dégage une atmosphère merveilleuse et détendue et est toujours accueillante et fraîche après une chaude journée de visites dans la jolie campagne. La piscine et les jardins sont magnifiques. Entre le badminton sur la pelouse, le ping-pong dans la grange, les repas paresseux dehors dans la cour et la détente au bord de la piscine, il est possible pour toute la famille d'être bien occupée toute la journée.
