We have absolutely loved staying here. It's a stunning place - both inside and out. We enjoyed cooking meals in the excellent kitchen, eating on the terrace and had great times pool-side. This was a memorable holiday for us and our adult children - a very special time together for us all. Thank you both for everything you have done to make this happen. We would so love to come back.
Great place!! We really enjoyed our week here. Pool, excitement of the stay, the tortoise and the location. We think that the tortoise should be named Trevor. :) We loved Bordeaux. Some great restaurants in Libourne: MA Restaurant and Bistro Maritime. Very enjoyable wine cellar tour and tasting at Château de la Rivière just up the road. Recommend Grotte Pair-non-Pair near Bourg. Thank you from us all !
Merci pour un séjour des plus merveilleux. La maison est magnifique - encore mieux que ce à quoi nous aurions pu nous attendre! La piscine était incroyable et nous l'avons tous utilisée au moins deux fois par jour. La villa a été magnifiquement rénovée! Merci d'être un si bon hôte Cédric! It's a must at Château Velouse! I have just returned from a fabulous reunion holiday of college friends, hosted at this beautiful Château Velouse. Situated in its own absolutely breathtaking grounds, of forest, fields and orchards, the land is vast enough for an early morning 5k circuit run, plus the wall to wall sunshine and a cooling swim in the beckoning outdoor pool of this gorgeous château, is a definite must for everyone! The inside of the château is something to marvel, with every bedroom individually named and decorated to the highest quality. A wonderful self catering holiday for our party of 14, gave us chance to meet with the excellent hosts Philip and Claire. Thank you both for making us all so welcome, we will certainly be returning in the not too distant future!
Super endroit dans une belle partie de la vallée du Lot. La maison peut accueillir confortablement 18 personnes environ. Belle piscine et terrain avec une salle de sport et de nombreuses options pour occuper les enfants. Une voiture estnécessaire lors du séjour. Les propriétaires Richard et Nicky sont très serviables si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit. Belle cave à vin également (approvisionnée). Superbe semaine passée par tous.
Absolutely amazing views. I spent few glorious days in that beautiful villa in South of France. The house has hypnotising views and all the surroundings and accommodation were perfect, modern facilities but still warm and welcoming vibe.
The property is set in lovely grounds; away from it all yet close to the bastide towns of Monpazier and Villereal. We particularly enjoyed the pool area, which is well kept and maintained on a regular basis by one of the locals. The house is comfortable and equipped with everything you need.

We had a wonderful week here. The house is spacious and beautifully furnished and the view was simply captivating. We particularly loved the changing colours on the mountains during sunset. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything you'd need for cooking on a large scale and the beds were extremely comfortable which was a major bonus. We spent the week pottering around the many smaller villages and towns close by and visiting markets in Gordes and Bonnieux and the boys made an excursion to Marseille to watch the football! We loved every minute of our stay and would love to return one day.
Wonderful villa, pool and location We loved everything about our stay. Danny was very welcoming on our arrival and charming when we left. The villa is superb with a beautiful view, lovely garden and is very well equipped. The pool is incredible and we swam every day. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was very welcome. Lots of interesting places to visit in the area. We highly recommend it.
We are extremely delighted with this stay. Everything was perfect, we didn't miss anything. The estate is a charming place to visit, with very beautiful walks to take. We were able to benefit from their advice on activities and attractions nearby. The swimming pool is a plus. Nous venons de passer la plus merveilleuse des semaines à la Maison des Communes. Philippe a été charmant, très serviable et informatif dès l'accueil et quelle belle surprise de voir une belle sélection de fromages et de vins laissés à notre attention! La villa est extrêmement bien meublée et équipée, c'est un délice de s'y détendre. Elle est très bien située pour explorer la région et faire un saut à l'une des nombreuses belles plages le long de la côte. La disposition des trois logements différents était absolument parfaite pour notre groupe de huit personnes, offrant intimité et détente à chacun, bien que nous ayons passé la plupart du temps autour et dans l'agréable piscine ou assis dehors à regarder la nuit s'installer tout en sirotant des vins locaux. Il y a beaucoup à voir et à découvrir dans la région et la villa était un havre de paix où nous rentrions chaque jour. Quelle superbe semaine: fabuleux petits déjeuners, mobilier élégant et artistique, chaleur et grand soleil de fin août et les meilleures vacances. Merci beaucoup, Philippe!
We had the most wonderful week at Les Rocans last week. Please would you pass this on to the owners. We have stayed in France annually and many times in between, over the past 45 years and Les Rocans beats them all for outlook, atmosphere, amenities, beauty and suitability for our growing family. We all just loved it!
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison d'Helen, l'extérieur est très spacieux, la piscine est très grande, la villa est bien équipée et spacieuse pour 12. Hôte très réactive et disponible, nous recommandons sans hésiter !
The house is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. The rooms are large and the beds are nice. The pool is perfect and well maintained and the beautiful large garden with multiple seating areas offers enough relaxation space for a group of 7 or more. What we were most impressed with is the beautiful kitchen with a large range of pans and other kitchen utensils. We love to cook so we were very satisfied with this. All in all, a fantastic house with an attentive host who responds quickly to questions.
Nous sommes rentrés depuis une semaine à la maison et je voulais juste envoyer un email pour vous remercier pour ces vacances merveilleuses. Parfait du début à la fin. Réservation facile, communication au top, un gîte fantastique avec de super propriétaires. C'était seulement notre deuxième réservation avec Pure France mais cela ne sera certainement pas la dernière!
Qui aurait cru que vous pourriez nager tous les jours en avril ? Cette fabuleuse piscine était vraiment le point fort. L'appartement est bien équipé et d'une propreté impeccable. Le village se trouve à quelques pas et il y a une excellente épicerie ELeclerc à quelques minutes en voiture. (Vous aurez besoin d'une voiture si vous avez l'intention d'aller quelque part une fois arrivé. Procurez-vous une petite voiture non électrique.) Nous avons déjà réservé notre prochain séjour.

Quelle belle et grande maison ! Belle combinaison d'ancien et de moderne. Beaucoup d'espace. Très belle salle de jeux et superbe piscine d'eau salée. Nous avons vraiment passé un très bon moment.
We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful Maison Des Vignobles. The house was very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. It is in a beautiful and quiet setting amongst the vineyards with wonderful views. We spent our days in the pool, kayaking on the river and exploring the local towns. The owner was on hand should we need anything and was very helpful with recommendations and bookings. It was a perfect choice for our family holiday.
Amazing lunch spreads on the big table every day accompanied by tasing of rose and red wine. Stunning BBQ dinners every evening. Sitting by the pool, staring at the view and saying 'wow'! on a regular basis. Kids very happy in the cinema for slightly too many hours! What a stunning pace and what a privilege to have visited here. Thank you. Look forward to returning one day.
Amazing villa, amazing view, stunning accommodation. We had an amazing 7 days stay. The house is walking distance from the village where a train can take you straight to Cannes, with top interior design and great level of service. The cleaning lady came twice a week and the garden and pool was serviced once a week. All that 30 minutes from Nice airport and top 4 golf courses. We loved it.
La propriété est un "joyau" et Philippe et Elisabeth sont des hôtes formidables qui ont su enrichir cette expérience et vacances dans la Loire.
