Un endroit incroyable et merveilleux où séjourner ! Nous n'y avons passé qu'une semaine, mais ce fut une semaine très spéciale. Notre premier séjour en Dordogne a été encore plus inoubliable grâce à ce gîte de conte de fées. Les propriétaires ont tout prévu pour des vacances inoubliables. Ce sont des hôtes parfaits ! Le gîte était parfait, propre et très confortable, sans oublier la piscine, un vrai plus. Nous recommandons vivement ce magnifique gîte et son emplacement pour des vacances reposantes !
I just wanted to let you know that we had a fantastic holiday. The only terrible part was leaving! The house was perfect and we all fell in love with it. And the views were wonderful from every room. The whole family have lots of happy memories of our 2 weeks there so thank you.
Huit jours au Malardier m'ont fait réaliser le bruit impétueux régnant aux Hamptons en août alors que je passais devant les tournesols séchés. Quel était ce son? Juste la brise se déplaçant furtivement entre les tiges, se faufilant jusqu'au bout de la prairie. En une heure de marche, le stress d'une année s'est dissipé.
Just wanted to say what a wonderful property Moulin de Terrac is. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. Probably the best property we have stayed in since we started holidaying in France 16 years ago. And also what a great manager Bonnie was – really helpful and friendly.
Narbonne is a classic, small French city. The villa is a perfect match and then some - more spacious than the pictures suggest and terrific spaces both outdoor and in. Well be back for more visits and more wine!
Cottage du Jardin est magnifiquement entretenu et présente un intérieur magnifique. Ce qui nous a vraiment impressionnés, c'est son emplacement paisible au sein du parc des propriétaires et la piscine paisible où l'on peut se prélasser un après-midi ensoleillé. Le cottage se trouve à environ 5 à 10 minutes à pied du village. Vous y trouverez une petite épicerie proposant de tout pour satisfaire vos besoins, ainsi qu'un restaurant proposant de délicieux repas à des prix très raisonnables. À essayer absolument lors de votre séjour. Si vous préférez faire vos courses, deux grands supermarchés sont à 10 minutes en voiture, sur la route de Montignac. Montignac est une jolie ville avec de charmants restaurants au bord de la rivière. Le cottage est idéalement situé pour visiter les sites touristiques locaux, qu'il s'agisse d'un château comme le Château de Losse ou le Château des Milandes avec ses magnifiques jardins, ou de jolies villes et villages, nos préférés étant Saint-Léon, La Roque-Gageac et Domme. Un ciel bleu magnifique tous les jours avec des températures atteignant 36 degrés un jour. Cela nous a donné l'excuse parfaite pour passer quelques jours à nous prélasser au bord de la piscine et à nous ressourcer dans un cadre magnifique. En résumé, grâce au gîte, à la météo et à des hôtes parfaits, nous avons passé une semaine formidable, mais nous sommes repartis un peu tristes. Cependant, nous savons que nous reviendrons, plus longtemps la prochaine fois, car il y a encore beaucoup à voir dans cette belle région de France. Ce furent vraiment nos meilleures vacances. We have had the most delightful holiday! It began with your friendly and welcoming e-mails well before we got here! We have self-catered across Europe in some pretty good places but none quite so lovely as 'The Loft'. The way you prepared it for our arrival, and your warm and generous welcome was simply stunning! We have since enjoyed the quality and comfort of this 'home from home', and your thoughtful attention to all those little details that have made our stay so very special. Our celebration 'bubbly' and delicious cake was a complete surprise and a real treat. We have wondered how it has taken us quite so long to discover the Languedoc, Occitanie! From our all too brief stay we have seen some of the most beautiful countryside, enjoyed the wines and food and visited some of the prettiest towns and villages (many thanks for the suggestion of the Sunday market at Saint-Chinian - what a delight!). We have no doubt that we'll be back and thank you again so much for making us feel so welcome.

Everything you would need is provided for a perfect stay in this part of southern France. A range of seating areas throughout the garden and the pool were delightful. The villa was very well equipped and comfortable The hosts were charming, friendly and helpful, but very discrete.
Rabassie is heaven close by to Limoux at which there is a plethora of things to do; Swimming and tennis, running and boules, and the wicket takes spin if you follow the rules! A holiday so special, it was planned years ago, and we dreamed of the sunshine during last winter's snow. But the reality's far better than anyone thought, it's a place in a million and we wanted for naught. Grandparents, parents and five grandchildren too, we laughed and we played all the day through; but when we were thirsty the beers were imposters lacking the 'nectar of wonderful Fosters'! The house wants for nothing, its completely equipped, the mind boggles as to how it could all have been shipped. The kitchen has everything, including a spurtle, and the only sound heard is the meowing of Myrtle! Despite sporting distractions for all of us folks we were glued to the tele watching Ben Stokes. It is lucky our neighbours were only wild boar 'cos his winning four caused a deafening roar! But all of this fun could not have happened each day had it not been for Natalie and Mike and their way; No problem too great, no trouble too small, with charm and great knowledge they dealt with it all. Merci, merci, merci!

We (4 adults - 2 generations) spent a fantastic week in this super gîte. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable and extremely well equipped. Outside, in the very large garden, was the lovely pool which was cleaned daily. The outside kitchen was lovely for BBQ's. There were also lots of seating areas, shaded and sunny, we were spoilt for choice. We walked to the bakery in the morning as the gîte is close to the village. The lovely owners were welcoming and helpful. Happy to recommend.
La maison est magnifique et les photos en ligne ne lui rendent pas justice, nous regretterons de partir à la fin de notre séjour.
We had the most wonderful time at Villa La Baronne. I think our children spent most of their time in the pool. Beautifully decorated house with plenty of space for all our family.

Just to let you know we had a terrific holiday in Provence and the weather, of course, was wonderful. Many thanks again and we would certainly recommend the villa and the region to anyone who wants a good holiday.
Prior to arriving, dealing with Pete was easy and this continued with both him and Kate throughout our stay. We’d been in Avignon for week before where it was very hot, this continued in Curzon but the house was lovely and cool throughout. We all had no trouble sleeping which meant we weren’t able to take advantage of the pool for the first morning as we all slept in. When we did get out there, it was wonderful. As a family of 4 we were able to relax and have fun round the pool all day every day if we wanted, including cooking lunch and dinner on the gas BBQ in the outside kitchen which we made full use of. Facilities in the house were great and we relaxed quickly, taking advantage of the welcome package of goodies. We explored the surrounding villages and towns which were in easy reach and a 10 minute drive for bread each morning or a full shop meant we could simply pop out and get something for dinner/breakfast. They really looked after us and each morning we woke to a clean pool and surroundings, including towels waiting for us. We felt truly spoilt during our stay and could have easily booked 3 weeks or more and I imagine Pete and Kate will be managing full summers for a while to come. Thank you Pete and Kate for a memorable stay!
We've had a wonderful week, lounging by the pool, playing table tennis and pool. All great for teenagers. Vinsobres so lovely and only minutes away. Good trips out to Vaison-la-Romaine and Nyons. Thanks for a great week!
We have had another wonderful stay at Villa Gailinette. This is a place where you can feel at home and out of your day to day life at the same time! Thank you so much for all the comfort provided... nothing is missing, all you need is there including peace and beautiful weather.
Merci pour cette semaine très agréable à la Maison Brunet. C'était l'endroit idéal où passer plusieurs jours passionnants. Le Gouffre de Padirac, les hauteurs rocheuses de Rocamadour, la cité médiévale de Monpazier et bien d'autres choses encore… Mais c'était toujours un plaisir de revenir à la Maison Brunet.
An incredible place to disconnect! The hosts treated us very well and took care very well that we did not lack anything. The house is very comfortable and beautiful, fully equipped and with very comfortable beds. All the rooms are comfortable and beautiful. You can tell that they have thought of everything and that they take care of the details with affection. We leave delighted and in love with the region and the environment that surrounds this dream house.
Un peu triste d'écrire ces lignes car cela signifie dire adieu à un endroit très spécial mais ravi de repartir avec de merveilleux souvenirs d'une semaine extrêmement agréable.
Nous avons séjourné dans de nombreuses propriétés de vacances différentes en Europe, mais celle-ci était certainement l'une des meilleures. La maison était bien équipée et confortable, l'emplacement excellent et la piscine parfaite. Nous étions désolés de partir - il y avait tellement de choses à voir et à faire dans la région. Nous serions très heureux de réserver à nouveau la villa.
Cette maison offre tout ce que vous recherchez pour une famille souhaitant le calme et la tranquillité tout en profitant de votre propre piscine. L'hôte a aménagé sa maison pour le confort de ses visiteurs, ce qui signifie que vous pouvez simplement entrer et vous sentir comme chez vous. Nous avons demandé un ménage à mi-séjour qui s'est terminé alors que nous étions sortis. L'emplacement: Seillans est un magnifique village historique de carte postale situé à flanc de colline. Il est calme mais compte de nombreux restaurants de standing, tous près de fontaines et sous de grands arbres. Plus loin, il y a d'autres villages à visiter et de nombreux magasins/restaurants où s'arrêter pour bien manger ou boire. Nous avons visité Cannes car elle n'est qu'à environ 50 minutes en voiture et c'est un endroit magnifique avec sa plage. Merci pour ces vacances merveilleuses et mémorables.

Stunning retreat Just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed our time in your gorgeous home. We all spent hours in the pool and visited the neighbouring vineyard for some delicious rose, Corinne's daughter Chloe served up some fantastic food and Isabelle looked after the kids while we escaped two nights. It really is a stunning retreat.
