Nous avons adoré Cottage du Jardin dès la première photo que nous avons vue en ligne. Nous avons reçu un accueil des plus chaleureux de la part de Caterina et Stephen. Le cottage a dépassé toutes nos attentes. Pour ceux qui recherchent le calme et la tranquillité absolue, c'est l'endroit idéal. De plus, la région offre une multitude de sites magnifiques à visiter, accessibles en voiture. Vous avez également le luxe de disposer de votre propre piscine, entourée d'un magnifique jardin parfumé. Caterina et Stephen se mettent en quatre pour vous accueillir et connaissent parfaitement la région, sans être envahissants. Des hôtes parfaits. J'espère que ce petit cottage continuera à enchanter ceux qui auront la chance de le découvrir.
Best villa in 15 years of visiting France. Pool was wonderful and essential for cooling off when the temperatures exceeded 30 degrees. Super area for cycling and hiking. Best meal was at L'Aspargus (Valros) - well worth the drive. Best meals in Pézenas at Les Marronniers.
Belle maison et jolis environs. Nous et les filles avons adoré la piscine, le jardin et la magnifique maison. Excursions dans la vallée et la gastronomie. Merci.
Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances à Montlaur. La maison était fantastique et la piscine un vrai régal auprès des enfants en particulier.
Un lieu idéal pour passer des vacances en famille ou entre amis. La maison est exposée de telle sorte qu'on a le soleil toute la journée avec d'un côté la vue sur le chateau et de l'autre sur la vallée, La cuisine d'été près de la piscine nous a permis de nous restaurer du matin au soir mais on a pu aussi prendre le petit-déjeuner dans la cour avec le soleil levant et de dîners sur la terrasse aux lumières du soleil couchant. La maison est très grande et bien équipée, les chambres sont spacieuses et tout est décoré avec goût. On a apprécié la proximité du village accessible à pieds très rapidement mais aussi découvrir la région en voiture. Un séjour royal dans un endroit majestueux où l'on s'est pris au jeu de faire une soirée sur le thème "la vie de chateau". A votre tour de jouer les châtelains.
Mas du Château was simply perfect. It was spotless, comfortable, peaceful and he was a wonderful host; nothing was too much trouble. We couldn’t have asked for anything more and didn’t want to leave.
We have had such a lovely week staying here. The house has everything you could need and the pool is so nice. Hugh and Ian have need fantastic hosts and we appreciate very much, the gift of plums and grapes from the garden.

This lovely home, just on the outskirts of the old historic town of Pezenas, is everything we hoped it would be. A short stroll into the town centre with bars, restaurants and bakeries a plenty! All offering great value ! Aside from the location, the house is well equipped, clean and very comfortable. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms. A lovely sitting area outside for outdoor dining. The sun is over the pool and on the sun lounges well into the evening. The Games room was well used and a great area for teenagers to have space for themselves. The area has much to offer, something for everyone to enjoy! Walking, cycling or lazy days on the beach in Sete or Agde (both offer water sports).Kayaking in Saint Guilherme de Desert or wine tasting in La Croix Belle or Picpoul (neither to far from the house.) The market day on Saturday is fabulous! Thank you to owners and managers!
A wonderful relaxing part of our trips spent in Montsoreau, living the dream! While really enjoying the local cafe/restaurants we made great and regular contact with the local boulangerie, boucher and wine producer who are all starts of their trade. Living local in Montsoreau for 2 weeks was great fun and delicious and... the accommodation provided us with the quiet and rest we needed. Spacious and with a place to read and watch the river on the terrace. Thank you.
Super stay, so much to see in the area. Lovely comfortable cottage, a home from home. The pool was a real treat and saw deers and cows around the grounds. Julian and Pascale are so lovely and it has been a pleasure to meet them. Favourite Moment: Saint Emilion, relaxing by the pool. Places We Recommend: Brantôme.
Merci de partager votre belle maison Charvin et votre jardin. Nous avons passé notre temps à grimper dans des châteaux médiévaux, à faire du vélo le long du Canal du Midi et à faire du rafting dans l'Aude ! Chaque jour, nous avons commencé par nous promener dans le charmant village avant de partir à l'aventure. Si vous avez des enfants, il y a un très bon terrain de football près du club de rugby. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le concert d'Abyss lors de notre première nuit ici. Des vacances merveilleuses!
We've had a wonderful week here in such an amazing, spacious house. We have enjoyed being near to Najac, and being able to walk there for lunch and exploring, especially the castle. The views at breakfast with the clouds are quite spectacular. Today we visited the alpaca farm and really enjoyed our tour round the various fields of alpacas. The children particularly enjoyed feeding them. The swimming pool has been a real highlight and wonderful weather an added bonus. Many thanks to Henrietta for her welcome and amazing suggestions and all the help.
Une semaine mémorable dans Les Trois Maisons de Valescure. Notre hôte Thomas a été aux petits soins et plein d'attentions. Très bonnes prestations (literie au top et propreté rien à redire). We spent 2 wonderfully relaxing weeks in this beautiful spot. The house was fantastic - spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, super comfy beds and well kitted out with great attention to detail, plus an excellent pool to keep cool in. And those views over the green lake from the outside seating area were stunning! It was a perfect base to explore the area from and we had lots of fun in the lake too, paddle boarding and swimming. Nick and Nicky were absolutely lovely, making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Really appreciated the delicious welcome hamper too! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Enchanting character house, with fabulous views making it difficult to leave, thank you for allowing us to share a real home from home. A really well equipped kitchen making it a great place to buy the local produce and wine and enjoy the benefits of staying in and soaking up the relaxing atmosphere. A day out driving through Beaume de Venice and Gigondas with the views of the Dentelles de mont Mirail was a highlight of our week. The market at Vaison la romaine was good fun, The wine at the Domaine Vallot (next door) was excellent as was the local bakery in Nyons. All in all a great week and thank you,
We found this property last year, returned this year and have already booked to come back again next year. That must say it all.
It’s hard to know where to begin to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay. Your property is so well set up and we made good use of the barbecue, tennis court, boules, darts, table tennis and of course, the pool which beats all other swimming pools we’ve ever had on holiday... and the shady areas when the sun got just that bit too hot. So much thought has obviously gone into it all and it made our holiday very special. The four teenage grandchildren we had with us had a ball and we all loved the Lot countryside, its villages and the sunflowers. How can you not be happy when you’ve got fields of them within a few steps from your door? The two Marches Gourmands we went to at Tournon and Saux were brilliant fun - the food on offer at Saux was particularly good and Tournon is such a pretty place. Our daughter loved going for early morning runs, seeing a hare and on two occasions, a deer, amongst sunflowers. Swimming in the Lot, cycling and canoeing are all on our list of favourite things we did. We also have a great picture of three of the red squirrels on the tree near the bolet - what a brilliant place for breakfast. Thank you so very much from all of us. Enfin un gîte qui répond aux besoins de chacun d'entre nous ! Nous avons passé 2 semaines agréables, la piscine est fabuleuse et les environs parfaits pour nos activités, à savoir l'escalade, la spéléologie, le kayak et la via ferrata. Merci de nous avoir fourni un endroit aussi superbe.
Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique et sommes très reconnaissants envers les propriétaires. La maison est belle et très rustique (ce que nous avons adoré) mais bénéficie surtout d'un cadre champêtre époustouflant… encore une fois, nous avons adoré. Les hôtes, Helen et James, sont très gentils et intéressants et ils ont été très serviables lorsque notre voiture a crevé un pneu. La piscine est l'une des plus belles dans lesquelles nous ayons été avec une agréable eau salée et toujours à la bonne température. Un superbe séjour.
The house is lovely, with a very calm and welcoming atmosphere - more than met our expectations. We took you at your word in regard to helping ourselves to some tomatoes and grapes from the garden - The grapes in particular were delicious - Small things, but they add to the overall enjoyment of the stay.
Amazing stay, beautiful house with great facilities. Pool and outdoor kitchen was great. Pete and Kate were amazing hosts and couldn't be more helpful. We will return. Thank you.

Thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness. The Loft has been amazing for us - so comfortable and beautifully decorated. We have very much enjoyed our morning coffees, lunches and dinners on the terrace. We have relaxed and read lots of books, which is just what we needed. Merci pour ce beau séjour. La maison est très confortable et constitue une base idéale pour explorer la région. Les moments forts ont été Dinan, Le Mont-Saint-Michel et Faugères. Nous avons aussi aimé conduire à travers la campagne. La boulangerie de Bazouges-la-Pérouse était fantastique !
