Excellent. A recommander sans modération. Hôtes charmants, accueillants. Maison du gardien rénovée dans le style du bâtiment, avec goût et le souci du détail. Très propre. Piscine superbe dans un magnifique parc arboré et très bien entretenu. Environnement très calme. Restaurants locaux agréables... idéalement placé pour visite de Montignac, Sarlat, les eyzies, la Rosue Gageac et autres sites touristiques. A recommander et félicitation à Caterina et Steve pour la rénovation de cette magnifique propriété.
A fantastic place to be, hosts are very friendly and helpful. The gîtes are beautiful decorated and the view is stunning. We had a great time and I would not hesitate to book this beautiful domaine for a holiday again. I wrote a comment in the guestbook to encourage other people to spend their vacation at L'Oliveraie.
La température de la piscine était de 28°C à 30°C en octobre ! Tout nous a très bien satisfait aux Fumerates. Les lits et les draps étaient vraiment confortables, l a cuisine était bien équipée. Les propriétaires étaient très gentils et serviables. L'emplacement est bon pour explorer la Côte d'Azur. Je recommanderais d'avoir une voiture pour rendre cela beaucoup plus facile. La chose la plus importante pour nous (avec deux enfants) était la piscine chauffée avec une belle vue. La piscine était grande, propre et très chaude. Lors de notre séjour de six jours en octobre, la température de la piscine était de 28°c à 30°c ! De jour comme de nuit, un tel plaisir. Vous avez un endroit incroyable, merci beaucoup de le partager avec les autres aussi.
Merveilleux. Je reviens tout juste d'un séjour fabuleux dans cette villa. Nous étions les premiers vacanciers après le Corona et j'avais peur de ne pas pouvoir prendre l'avion, mais Michael était super et rassurant. Très bon contact tout au long. La piscine est tout simplement magnifique et nous avons passé de nombreuses heures à profiter de l'eau, d'autant plus que nous l'avons remplie de gonflables ! La villa est propre et les lits sont extrêmement confortables. Climatisation destinée à de bonnes nuits de sommeil. Des hôtes très hospitaliers et dans l'ensemble, c'est un endroit charmant pour se détendre. Grand supermarché à seulement 15 minutes en voiture afin que nous puissions nous approvisionner facilement. Nous y reviendrions.
Charming host. Beautiful location with magnificent views with vines and sunflowers. Perfect for running and walking. Good clean pool with covered area alongside so ideal for being in the shade. House very comfortable with all amenities including air con throughout.
Highly recommended. The house was very spacious, tidy and even more beautiful than in the photos. There is a large beautiful and enclosed garden and by the pool a nice terrace. The owner were really friendly and helpful. Both we and our 5 dogs had a great vacation. We will definitely go back again!
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à La Maison Tolzac. La maison est parfaite, la terrasse est au calme et offre une magnifique vue sur le lac.
De retour chez nous je voulais tout simplement vous remercier vivement pour l’accueil exceptionnel que vous nous avez réservé lors de notre long weekend à Maureilhan. Comme on vous l’a dit ce matin, on s’est régalé à la Maison des Communes – et on a beaucoup apprécié votre générosité hors normes. Avec repas au restaurant, plateau de fromages, vin et viennoiseries, cela frôlait l’incroyable. Certainement, nous n’avons jamais avant profité d’une telle largesse lors d’une location en France, en GB ou ailleurs. Et comme vous le savez bien, votre maison est tout aussi remarquable, avec un brassage de styles et d’ambiances qui la rend aussi intéressante que luxueuse et accueillante. On n’avait vraiment pas envie de partir ce matin ... Donc, un grand merci une fois de plus et, je l’espère, à bientôt.
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à Nézignan et pensons que la propriété est de première qualité.
We absolutely loved this beautiful place. Everything was perfect and the communication with the host was excellent. We want to come back as soon as possible!! It is a slice of paradise.
We had the most amazing stay with some friends in Château Entre-Deux-Mers. I was delighted by the charm of this château. The exterior is traditional. There is a lovely garden with swimming pool. We have some good memories taking an appetizer in the evenings outside! The rooms were spacious and decorated with a superb taste. But most of all : it's situated in the middle of vineyards; so great to do some cycling (bikes are available). So we can certainly recommend this place!
Lovely old place restored by Frederic. We were lucky enough to be there for the festival in Sauve which was great! Far too hot to go hiking in the hills but managed trips to Uzes ( beautiful) and of course the Haribo museum for the kids. Pool cover needs 2 people and doesn’t come all the way back but it’s for safety. Kitchen well equipped for a large group. Really enjoyed our stay!
Merci à Gaëlle et Etienne pour leur amabilité. Le logement est décoré avec goût et beaucoup de charme avec des touches personnelles. Les chambres ont chacune leur thème de couleur qui sont tous très grandes et lumineuses. Le logement est très bien équipé. Pour résumé un magnifique logement où on s'y sent bien !
Spacious, comfortable and stylish. The house has a super atmosphere. It’s really spacious, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms and bathrooms have all you need. The pool was spotless and such a treat that it’s just yours to use. The house sits very near to the village. Just a couple of minutes walk to the Square and the little market that seems to visit every Saturday and on two other days too. You can get all you need from there or from the little super market nearby. The terrace was fab for eating our meals outside and just off the kitchen. Bbq worked well too. Over all it was definitely a 10 out of 10 stay. The owners have thought of everything. We really loved the enormous wall hangings.
Nous avons séjourné ici en juillet/août 2025 pendant deux semaines et avons passé des vacances parfaites entre plusieurs générations. Nous étions 12 personnes, âgées de 5 à 76 ans. La propriété était absolument idéale : suffisamment spacieuse pour que nous puissions tous être ensemble quand nous le souhaitions, tout en offrant suffisamment d'espace pour nous détendre, jouer à des jeux de société ou simplement profiter d'un moment de calme. La maison est extrêmement bien équipée et soigneusement aménagée pour les grands groupes. C'est un vrai plaisir de séjourner dans un endroit qui comprend les besoins des grands groupes : assiettes, tasses, verres en quantité suffisante et de nombreux sièges à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. La piscine était fantastique, impeccablement propre et appréciée de tous, chaque jour. Mention spéciale à Michelle, la merveilleuse dame qui s'occupe de la propriété. Elle a été formidable : chaleureuse, serviable et a rapidement résolu nos deux petits problèmes. Elle nous a également donné d'excellentes recommandations locales. L'emplacement est charmant et isolé, ce qui implique de prendre la voiture pour faire les courses ou profiter des activités, mais honnêtement, la propriété est si grande et confortable qu'on n'a pas souvent envie de partir. Nous avons apprécié quelques sorties – kayak sur la Dordogne, dîners au restaurant et excursions – mais nous étions toujours heureux de rentrer « à la maison ». En résumé, cette maison est un mélange entre une maison accueillante et un hôtel haut de gamme. Nous n'aurions pas pu rêver d'un meilleur endroit pour nos vacances en famille et nous la recommandons vivement.

If you're looking for French charm and a true get away, then Le Mas de Combet is the place for you. A beautiful house with everything you need for a trip away with family or friends (the accommodation in the barn is so handy for young familys too). The property has been lovingly and thoughtfully restored plus communication was spot on, it was easy to book and any questions I had were answered promptly.
Un lieu idéal pour passer des vacances en famille ou entre amis. La maison est exposée de telle sorte qu'on a le soleil toute la journée avec d'un côté la vue sur le chateau et de l'autre sur la vallée, La cuisine d'été près de la piscine nous a permis de nous restaurer du matin au soir mais on a pu aussi prendre le petit-déjeuner dans la cour avec le soleil levant et de dîners sur la terrasse aux lumières du soleil couchant. La maison est très grande et bien équipée, les chambres sont spacieuses et tout est décoré avec goût. On a apprécié la proximité du village accessible à pieds très rapidement mais aussi découvrir la région en voiture. Un séjour royal dans un endroit majestueux où l'on s'est pris au jeu de faire une soirée sur le thème "la vie de chateau". A votre tour de jouer les châtelains.
Quel beau château ! 18 membres de la famille sont venus du monde entier pour notre 50ème anniversaire de mariage ensemble.
What an amazing week in a stunning home. The house is exquisitely designed and the attention to detail is fantastic. The views are beautiful and the area so quiet and peaceful. I slept in one of the bedrooms on the ground floor and had the best night's sleep I've had for years… the mattress is heavenly. Not many people can lie in bed watching red squirrels leaping through the surrounding trees can they! The small kitchen area on the ground floor along with the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms means the whole floor can be very separate and quiet if two families were to share the house. The middle floor is a great entertaining space with a spotless and very modern kitchen with dining / living area leading out to the garden and pool. It was a real treat to have the local bar / restaurant within a short walking distance. It's very easy to sit and enjoy the local wine! The one thing I hadn't bargained for was the abundance of wildlife, although with the roads being so quiet I suppose I shouldn't have been surprised. The red squirrels and deer can be seen from the balconies and fantastic infinity pool overlooking the valley. The cushions for the outdoor furniture are very comfy. Once again, there are various areas to sit / eat and enjoy the garden if different age groups or families stay here. So to sum it all up…a fab holiday home in beautiful surroundings – 10 / 10. PS If you attempt the puzzle in the games cupboard… start it as soon as you arrive because it's tricky but irresistible!
Unusually for a rental, both the house and cottage are exceptionally stylishly decorated. Elegant yet tranquil, each space has a different but harmonious feel. It has all the comforts you could possibly want, including a well stocked kitchen, recently re-done and so thoughtfully laid out, it is a joy to cook in. The garden has been planted so prettily, as you look out beyond the sweeping beds of fragrant lavender, to the gently rolling fields beyond. The Persian garden is just ravishing, certainly unique and the water features most pleasing. The infinity pool is generously sized for those who enjoy their lengths, the water temperature just right. The property itself is tucked away at the end of a tiny, yet enchanting and very peaceful hamlet. It is in a corner of France which is heaven for foodies, spoilt for choice with plenty of markets, lovely produce and an excellent offering of local restaurants.
As per other reviews the house was great with stunning views. All the things you need to have a great holiday. The weather was still hot with some days in the mid 30s, so we took advantage of the swimming pool and relaxed around the house. The house is a great location for cycling, there is the obvious challenge of Mount Ventoux and there are some excellent roads in the surrounding area with stunning scenery. For those interested in wine then I would highly recommend Paul from Rhône wine tours. He came to the house and we did wine tasting with him and we learnt about wines of the Rhône valley, while the kids played in the pool. Great if you don't want to take a tour with kids at the winery.
It’s hard to know where to begin to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay. Your property is so well set up and we made good use of the barbecue, tennis court, boules, darts, table tennis and of course, the pool which beats all other swimming pools we’ve ever had on holiday... and the shady areas when the sun got just that bit too hot. So much thought has obviously gone into it all and it made our holiday very special. The four teenage grandchildren we had with us had a ball and we all loved the Lot countryside, its villages and the sunflowers. How can you not be happy when you’ve got fields of them within a few steps from your door? The two Marches Gourmands we went to at Tournon and Saux were brilliant fun - the food on offer at Saux was particularly good and Tournon is such a pretty place. Our daughter loved going for early morning runs, seeing a hare and on two occasions, a deer, amongst sunflowers. Swimming in the Lot, cycling and canoeing are all on our list of favourite things we did. We also have a great picture of three of the red squirrels on the tree near the bolet - what a brilliant place for breakfast. Thank you so very much from all of us. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille chez Helen ! Nous avons apprécié le cadre idyllique de la maison avec vue sur le château de Margon depuis la piscine. Piscine également très agréable. Le logement était extrêmement bien équipé, il avait tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour et profiter au maximum du potentiel de la maison. Un petit plus pour les ventilateurs dans les chambres du sous-sol, qui nous ont permis de dormir pendant les grosses chaleurs. La grande table à l'extérieur nous a permis de prendre nos repas tous ensemble, en profitant du beau soleil. Nous pouvons recommander cette superbe maison, Merci !
Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances formidable à Maison Lemance. La maison est entièrement équipée et vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin dans la cuisine, la salle de jeux pour les enfants, une superbe piscine et même un tennis de table. Il y a un grand et beau jardin qui est idéal pour que les enfants puissent courir, pendant que nous buvions du vin sur le balcon. Le propriétaire nous a laissé une liste de recommandations d'activités et de restaurants dans la région, ce qui a été très utile. Nous recommandons vivement de séjourner à Maison Lemance.
Beautiful villa in a stunning location. Inside there are large spacious rooms, which are all furnished to a high standard. The property was lovely and clean and well maintained. My husband and I stayed with my daughter and boyfriend, we had the lovely bedroom on the first floor which had a verandah with the most stunning view. I found it difficult to drag myself away from here each morning whilst enjoying my breakfast overlooking the village and church. My daughter had the double on the ground floor which was just as lovely with double doors opening out onto patio area. The villa was large enough for us all to have our own space and privacy. Outside the pool area was stunning, more glorious views. Plenty of sun beds for everyone, a very well equipped area and great pool! I also found it difficult to drag myself away from here, but glad I did as the area is so beautiful. A must is the Gorge du Verdon, the many hill top villages and a visit to the fabulous beaches. After a days sightseeing it was great to come back for a swim before going out to dinner. We did'nt travel far in the evenings as we really enjoyed the hotel in the village. The food was excellent, well presented and good service. Italian was also good. We also enjoyed shopping locally for produce, cooking for ourselves and then relaxing in the garden, followed by a game of boules, what could be better especially after a few glasses of wine! I would recommend a stay here and am looking forward to our return.

Fabuleux séjour aux Fumerates. La piscine est de "très haut de gamme". Villa au calme, située à flanc de colline. À quelques minutes à pied de Saint-Paul-de-Vence. Tout est exactement comme décrit. Grandement recommandé.
Merci beaucoup de nous avoir permis de séjourner à la maison. Nous avons passé 2 semaines fantastiques et la maison a très bien fonctionné pour nous tous avec autant d'espace et tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour passer de merveilleuses vacances. C'est un endroit magnifique et nous avons tous réussi à nous occuper entre la natation, la marche, le vélo, l'équitation, les vignobles et en particulier les marchés du soir. Nous avons vraiment passé de merveilleuses vacances.
