We had a fantastic week of vacation with friends at Mas du Château. The house, the pool, the bedding, the exteriors... everything is set up to have a perfect time! The house is perfectly insulated so that the most fetards in the group can take care of your feet in the water and the rest can sleep without problem. We'll be happy to go back, including off-season!:) Christophe is an available and attentive host. He has carefully renovated the house with care and commitment.
I spent a week at this villa in September with my young family. It was perfect. Villa: The property itself is beautiful. It enjoys a large plot and is nicely secluded. The property is very well maintained. The bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen etc. look as they have recently been refurbished. The pool area / gardens are stunning and very well secluded. There is a pool-house equipped with a brick barbecue, kitchen / dining area and shower / toilet. We spent most of our time in this area. Location: The drive from Nice airport is about 45 minutes - it's quite a straightforward journey, mostly on the motorway. I believe Marseille airport is a similar distance away. The property sits in a very nice, secluded area close to many vineyards. The town square (Vidauban) is about 5 minutes' drive from the property. There you will find everything you need from supermarkets through to restaurants and bars. St Tropez, Cannes and Monaco are all under 1 hour away by car Overall, I would highly recommend this villa. I have stayed at other villas in France, which have felt quite dated. This property has been very well maintained and modernised, but still has that French charm about it. We will definitely be returning to this property
Had a lovely relaxing 2 week stay. John and Annie are gracious hosts - lovely touches - wine and cheese and flowers. Fabulous palces to visit - La Rochelle, Fontenay, Plage des Belagus. Vouvant is a charming village. Ideal for a great holiday.
Thank you to Pure France for the prompt, polite and easy booking process, to the owners of Manoir Coutenson for allowing us to rent the property and also to David, the property manager who greeted us on arrival and was so helpful. Our family of 15 (aged between 1 - 64) have just enjoyed a fabulous week at this wonderful property. It is the most well equipped place we have ever stayed and all the extra touches (including small children's toys and books) ensured a relaxed and easy break for the whole family. We would unreservedly recommend the Manoir to any family group. Thanks again.

Nous avons tous apprécié le calme et la tranquillité de la magnifique campagne environnante. Le ciel nocturne était splendide, constellé d'étoiles ! Nous n'avons pas eu de mal à nous occuper. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine et nous réjouissons de vous revoir. Merci pour toutes les petites attentions pour les enfants. Ils ont pu s'amuser comme des fous. Quatre générations étaient présentes et nous avons tous pu rire, nous reposer et jouer ensemble.

L'une des plus belles locations de vacances que nous ayons jamais eues : la maison, l'ameublement intérieur, la piscine, le terrain, tout est exceptionnel. De l'accueil chaleureux, informatif et intéressant de Bruno, le gardien, au message de départ amical de Victoire, cette location est irréprochable. Nous reviendrions à la propriété sans hésiter un instant pour d'autres vacances. Pour quiconque voyage dans cette région, cette propriété est l'une des meilleures locations disponibles : la meilleure qualité à tous points de vue.
Sur notre liste des choses à faire dans notre vie, nous avons écrit des vacances avec toute la famille qui se compose de 13 personnes. Nous avons choisi de séjourner à la Bastide qui nous a semblé un choix parfait. Nous avions l'espace dont nous avions besoin, beaucoup de chambres, de salles de bain et toilettes. La villa était entièrement équipée. Nous avons eu quelques problèmes mais Thomas, notre hôte, a tout résolu au plus vite. Notre groupe comptait enfants, adolescents et adultes et nous avons tous apprécié notre séjour car nous avions de nombreuses possibilités à côté de la piscine exceptionnelle de la maison. Randonnées dans les environs, pêche dans le lac à proximité, billard, baby-foot, ping-pong. Et bien sûr nous avons beaucoup utilisé les BBQ tout en dégustant les merveilleux vins du domaine. Merci Thomas pour vos efforts pour rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible. Fortement recommandé pour de précieuses vacances inoubliables garanties.
Thank you for such an amazing holiday. It's been so peaceful and relaxing. We've loved your beautiful houser, grounds and pool. It's a really special place. We had a lovely day out in Bergerac a we swam at Lac de Pombonne which was lovely - just a few minutes drive away. We also had a nice evening in Périgueux. Mostly though we just enjoyed relaxing on the terrace by the pool! Thanks so much we hope to return.
We had the most lovely week at La Chartreuse de Montfort for a week in the middle of September. The weather was gorgeous and sunny during the day but slightly autumnal in the morning and evening, so we ate breakfast outside but dinner inside around the lovely dining table with a fire in the amazing wood burner to give that cosy feeling to the sitting room. As a group of 10 friends, the house was lovely and spacious with plenty of room for everyone to eat, sit inside or out or enjoy some quiet time in the little study as they wished. The views from the terrace are extraordinary! Ever changing - amazing sunrises with the mist hanging in the valley and then the meandering Dordogne river below. The pool was lovely, warm and easy to access but rather nice that it was situated on the lower terrace so you could have a peaceful swim. The house itself it completely private yet only 10 minutes away from the supermarket and the lovely medieval town of Sarlat. So much to do in the area that you are spoilt for choice - castles, walking, cycling, canoeing, gardens, caves and ancient dwellings, markets - and plenty of excellent places to eat - highly recommend Ô Moulin in Carsac for an extraordinary culinary experience. To be honest, though, the house is so well equipped and comfortable, eating dinner ‘chez-nous’ was our preferred option, washed down with excellent local Bergerac wines! Was the holiday long enough? Certainly not! Would we go again? Absolutely, can’t wait!
We booked for 3 weeks this past summer at the Maison Emz. It was a fantastic experience. Jacky and Anna are absolutely wonderful.
Has the Wow factor. Everything you needed and more. A dream gateway. The kids especially were never bored. A wonderful, relaxing stay. We will hopefully return.
What a magic place! We have loved every minute here. Pete is the most incredible host and we loved our evening chats. The kayaking has been the highlight, we loved Sarlat - Had a great lunch at Lou Podel and not forgetting the disco pool lights after dark. The kids loved it! We'll be back.

Nous avons passé une semaine fabuleuse dans la propriété et nous n'aurions pas pu rêver d'un meilleur lieu ou d'une hôtesse plus conviviale, sympathique et serviable. Ce fut un plaisir de vous rencontrer et je ne peux que contempler et admirer votre dévouement, votre détermination et votre courage dans la création de la propriété de vos rêves, ce qui est ressorti si clairement lors de notre conversation le dernier matin avant notre départ. Ce furent de bonnes vacances... appréciées de tous... mais sans aucun doute le lieu et l'hôtesse ont été les vedettes du spectacle et nous sommes très heureux d'avoir eu l'opportunité de passer du temps avec vous et de découvrir la région. J'espère qu'à un moment donné nous pourrons revenir, mais en attendant, restez en contact et bonne chance pour tout !
Terrific house with fabulous views, close to town. Our family of five had a perfect holiday. The house is spacious, filled with light and very well appointed. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces a lot, including the pool, the large terrace with stunning views and summer kitchen. It was easy to get to grocery stores and activities in the region. Our teenagers loved being able to walk to the village and explore the area. We all enjoyed walking or jogging on the path by the canal, accessible from the garden. We highly recommend this property!
Just back from a week's stay at Villa La Baronne. I understand this is a newly renovated property and it is very clear that no expense has been spared on the project. It is a large property that could suit more than one family or a group of friends and can sleep up to 14 people. Every detail has been lovingly considered and stylishly executed. Bedrooms are beautifully appointed with elegant furnishings and comfortable beds. The house has been designed to offer endless activities both inside and out. We were lucky with the weather for October and so were able to use the huge and stunning Swimming Pool, the Jacuzzi, Pétanque pitch and the specially installed Croquet Lawn. In the evening, we took advantage of the cinema and games room, playing pool, table football, ping pong, chess and darts. A brilliant house for families with teens! There is even a huge TV, especially for use with games consoles. The house has a beautiful kitchen, fully equipped with every gadget you could require. Although we didn't use it, there is also a BBQ for evenings on the huge terrace. The property is situated on the banks of the River Tarn and is surrounded by beautiful mature trees and a large garden. It was a very quick and easy drive from the airport and local amenities for food shopping. The local village, a ten-minute walk away, was very quiet but does have a pleasant local restaurant and within a few minutes by car you can access larger towns. In less than 40 minutes we reached Toulouse centre and the beautiful town of Albi and I gather there are many other attractions within an hour from the property. Although we were briefly aware of a party at the neighbouring property, we found the location very peaceful, with lovely dark skies at night for star gazing. The Wi-Fi was extremely good and there is plenty of parking. All in all we would highly recommend this property, which is of the highest quality. Our thanks to the charming hosts.
After many weeks of uncertainty, our decision to drive down to the Loft du Vigneron has been vindicated by a superb week. Thank you so much for all that you have done to make our week so memorable; especially prior to us leaving the UK. Your e-mails and your flexibility made us have a sense of connection before we had met you both. We have appreciated all the small touches that have made our stay easier - from the notes, welcome pack, advice, booking restaurants, etc. A good life is made up of special memories. Thank you for providing one of ours.
A hidden gem in France, a great place to slow down! The rolling hills, amazing pool and views to die for. Perfect.
The chteau is beautiful. Great house for our group of 10 adults and 8 children. lots of room for all of us to be comfortable. Amazing pool and lovely grounds. Kitchen is well equipped.. It is an old property and is well lived in but that isn’t a problem.
Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans votre magnifique maison de vacances. Nous avons adoré le mobilier et la décoration, notamment les cartes ! Le côté des collines est tout simplement génial ! Nous avons marché dans les environs et sommes toujours revenus dans cette superbe maison avec une piscine fantastique. Merci pour tout.
La Barde est bien plus qu'une maison de vacances - une vraie maison joliment décorée, très confortable et propre et avec une cuisine spacieuse et bien équipée dans laquelle c'était un plaisir de cuisiner. L'hôte nous a vraiment bien accueillis et s'est mis en quatre pour fournir tout ce dont nous avions besoin, des cartes claires qu'elle a envoyées pour nous aider à trouver la maison, à des informations sur le kayak et même nous apporter de nombreux jeux et DVD supplémentaires lorsque la pluie est tombée le deuxième jour. Malgré le temps, nous avons vraiment apprécié la piscine dans ce cadre magnifique et les garçons ont aimé jouer au football dans la prairie. Les jardins sont magnifiques et nous avons aimé explorer et marcher jusqu'à la ruelle et jusqu'au petit bar du village. Nous avons loué des vélos qui ont été livrés et récupérés et c'était un excellent moyen d'explorer la campagne et les villages environnants. Nous espérons tous revenir l'été prochain, il y a encore tellement de choses à voir dans la région, mais même si le soleil avait brillé, je ne pense pas que nous aurions quitter le jardin et la piscine ! Merci pour ces vacances vraiment mémorables.
This is a spacious, stylish house perfect for families, friends and couples in the heart of pretty Vezenobres located within an easy hour of mountains, rivers, gorgeous markets, Roman towns with their summer festivals and even the Mediterranean. The house itself is so lovely both in and out - you will no doubt be back again and again!
Nous avons passé un moment merveilleux chez Vero and Thierry. La maison est belle et très bien décorée. Les installations extérieures sont excellentes et disposent de tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Parce que le temps était si beau que nous avons passé la plupart de notre temps au bord de la piscine et y avons mangé tous nos repas. Il y a un supermarché et deux boulangeries à 5 km et Poitiers est facilement accessible pour les visites touristiques et les restaurants. Nous parlons déjà d'y retourner. Je recommande vivement de séjourner ici.
