We loved everything about our stay en the villa, the exceptional view, the surroundings, the terrace and pool area etc. The house is also very well equipped and the information from the day we booked until leaving the villa was second to none. Thank you!

We’ve just come back from a wonderful stay at Manoir Coutenson. The spacious and well maintained accommodation met the needs of our party of 15 perfectly, ranging from ages 1 to 85. The accommodation was even nicer than shown in the photos, as the sitting room had been refurbished. We particularly loved the on site activities (table tennis, pétanque, pool etc) and the sitting area by the pool! There were many thoughtful touches, including toys for younger children, board games and a well stocked kitchen. The site managers were on hand to help with any queries and advise on places to visit. The Manoir is well located close to Casteljaloux for supermarket, shops, market etc and there is lots to do in the surrounding area. We’d certainly love to stay here again!
Here we are again! The Loft and it’s setting never loses its WOW! factor; we have had yet another ( fifth ) visit, having enjoyed the garden, pool, local area and not least your wonderful hospitality. Thank you so much - an oasis of calm in the Covid-19 storm! The measures you have taken to protect guests have been executed with your usual discretion and thoroughness, allowing us to truly relax.

We had a marvellous holiday at le Chambarru. It was the nicest house we have stayed in during our many visits to France over the years.
A wonderful week in the villa! The sun has shone and we've made the most of the pool! Very welcome relief from the heat. Villa is very well appointed - everything has been thought of. Local team were great, a quick response to our queries. We explored Pezanas and the beaches at Portiragnes and Sète - both fabulous! We agree - the welcome wine was a lovely thought - a good introduction to local wines! Thank you for a great week!

Ayant loué des maisons de vacances en France pendant de nombreuses années, je suis sûr que l'accueil de Philippe a été le plus chaleureux que nous ayons jamais eu. Sa gentillesse et sa générosité en nous offrant un magnifique pack de bienvenue comprenant des fromages, du pain, des fruits, du vin et une tarte ont rendu notre arrivée très agréable. La maison est joliment aménagée et chaque besoin semblait avoir été pris en compte. La disposition des trois bâtiments est particulièrement adaptée aux familles nombreuses avec deux grandes chambres en suite dans un bloc, une double compacte dans le pool house et une magnifique suite parentale dans la maison principale. Les installations sont exceptionnelles, avec une cuisine entièrement équipée, la climatisation dans les zones clés, une grande variété de sièges extérieurs (très confortables) au soleil et à l'ombre, une fantastique cuisine extérieure avec barbecue et une superbe piscine, le tout dans de beaux jardins. Philippe a gentiment apporté des croissants ou des pâtisseries les matins (très tôt), il nettoyait silencieusement la piscine et apportait une autre grande sélection de friandises locales lors du changement des draps après une semaine. L'emplacement est calme et paisible mais il y a beaucoup d'endroits intéressants à visiter à une courte distance en voiture. Béziers et les villages le long du Canal du Midi offrent de nombreuses activités et la côte n'est qu'à 20 minutes. C'est une propriété exceptionnelle qui ressemble à une maison plutôt qu'à une location et vous ne pouvez pas ne pas y passer de vacances.
Nous partons, nous laissons les clés sur la porte ! C’était super, nous avons adoré notre semaine de vacances dans votre maison. Je vais voir avec Norton de Isidor pour pouvoir mettre un commentaire :) À bientôt et merci.
Nous avions tous hâte de séjourner à La Barde rien que pour son emplacement et de voir les belles photos. La réalité était encore meilleure et tout simplement parfaite pour deux familles de cinq personnes. Il y a une merveilleuse sensation de jardin secret et nous étions entourés du meilleur du début de l'été dans le jardin. La maison a une belle ambiance décontractée et élégante avec une immense cuisine, des chambres spacieuses et un grand salon confortable que nous n'avons jamais eu besoin d'utiliser. La terrasse ombragée à l'extérieur de la cuisine avec des roses et du jasmin et de nombreux endroits où s'asseoir et lézarder étaient au centre des « activités » et de merveilleux emplacements pour chaque repas. Les baignades matinales au parfum de jasmin et de lavande étaient un régal particulier et il y a eu d'innombrables défis de ping-pong, de badminton (et de bronzage). L'emplacement de la Barde est parfait pour profiter de la vie locale, des marchés, du canoë et Périgueux n'est qu'à une heure. Nous avons adoré le bar Lusignac. Vous ne serez pas surpris de lire que nous revenons cette année !
Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home, it was the perfect place to spend our 30th anniversary! The views are amazing, village charming and the pool well used. Thank you also for the cold meats, cheeses and wine on our arrival, a really welcoming touch. We would definitely recommend a day kayaking to Pont du Gard, a really good way to spend the day, hats, suncream and picnic a must. Again, a very big thank you, we would love to return one day.

Wonderful family holiday We had a wonderful week staying at Manoir de Saux, spent mostly by or in the beautiful pool or on the tennis court! Occasionally we would tear ourselves away from this idyll to wander through pretty fortified towns, to have a delicious local lunch and to taste wine. We all particularly liked Cahors. The house itself was very comfortable, had everything we needed and the kids couldn't have been happier. Highly recommended!
Stunning retreat Just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed our time in your gorgeous home. We all spent hours in the pool and visited the neighbouring vineyard for some delicious rose, Corinne's daughter Chloe served up some fantastic food and Isabelle looked after the kids while we escaped two nights. It really is a stunning retreat.
The villa was amazing and had everyone we wanted in it. Charlotte was amazing and we especially loved the pool/decking area. Hopefully we'll be back soon!
Well, we all made it and have had the best time. This year we have certainly made use of the pool - even Chris! We have had some splendid lunches out and have found yet more restaurants and generally had a very enjoyable and relaxing time. As ever, we thank you for your wonderful hospitality. We can’t wait to be back - Chris and I are coming back in October when we hope it won’t be quite so hot!
We've had a wonderful week, enjoyed by all. We thought the tapas evening with Emma was great fun and well worth it, she's very knowledgable. We ended the week with lunch at Domaine Gayda, a great recommendation. We were sad to leave such a lovely home which exceeded our expectations and I would love to think that one day we could return. We booked Château Velouse as we love the Loire region. Definitely not disappointed... the welcome from the hosts Claire and Phil was lovely, the rooms were huge in size and height, great ensuites, it can hold 16 adults plus 4 children. Loads of space in the extensive grounds which are walled and fenced, we felt very secure and great for children and our dog to explore. The large swimming pool was fantastic and spent a lot of time there lounging on luxury sun beds under the umbrellas (30C plus during our stay). We had some wonderful evening meals during our stay either outside patio area which seated us all with lovely lighting or inside in the huge dining room. As a group of family and friends we took turns to cook which was great fun and the kitchen is very well equipped to cater for a large group. We had trips out to Bourges, Sancerre and a day on a local golf course, all recommended

Absolutely loved our stay at Le Séchoir Carme! It’s a fab barn conversion (decorated to a high spec) with lots of space inside and out. The pool is a great size too, if you want to get some lengths in! I would also recommend the night markets which are held in many local villages and are so much fun!
We had a lovely time in this fantastic location. The villa is perfectly located. Our 3 favourite restaurants: 1, La Belle Etoile - La Roque de Gageac 2, Hôtel Dieu 3, La Romane Thank you Jackie and Geoff. A lovely home with character and a real French charm.
Superb deluxe holiday rental - fabulous owner helped enhance many warm memories . Stayed in a family party of 16 over New Year. Great directions and arriving on New years Eve, the owner was waiting by the main gate to great us as the rest of our party had arrive the day previous. The quality of the roof finishes, furnishings, bedding, towels... all outstanding. We had arranged for provisions ahead of our arrival, all were present and correct, even the ham was premium quality Fabulous grounds, cosy sitting rooms and 2 friendly red setters roaming gave a homely feel in what is a stylish deluxe country residence. Fully equipped kitchen with a 1st class chef available, deluxe menus with fine wine options all available. At the owners suggestion we visited Bourges which is 15 minutes away for a cosmopolitan array shops, bars and resturants while also being steeped in history. The gardens even in winter were impressive but the jewel in the crown has to be the cathedral nestled in Napoleonic architecture. Recommended, recommended - Can't wait to go back
Par où commencer ?! Vraiment l’un des endroits les plus incroyables où nous ayons séjourné. La propriété se trouve dans un endroit magnifique avec de belles vues sur les montagnes, à quelques minutes en voiture de Limoux qui offre tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. Le trajet est également facile et court jusqu'à Carcassonne avec tous ses commerces et événements culturels (et son aéroport international). À proximité du magnifique littoral méditerranéen, du relief de la Montagne Noire et des magnifiques Pyrénées, il y a trop de sites incroyables à énumérer (ou à voir en un seul séjour)... si vous pouvez vous éloigner du Domaine de Nérige. La propriété elle-même dépasse de loin une description adéquate en mots ou en photographies. C'est complètement magique. Chaque aspect de la maison elle-même et l'expérience qu'elle offre ont été pensés avec soin et amour par les hôtes et le résultat est exceptionnel. Il n’est certainement pas facile d’atteindre à la fois l’élégance et le confort, mais ils l’ont fait, magistralement. En plus d'être entièrement magnifique, le logement est incroyablement spacieux - nous sommes restés en famille dans cinq des chambres, mais si nous avions utilisé toutes les chambres, il n'aurait pas semblé moins spacieux en raison de son agencement astucieux et généreux. Il est parfaitement aménagé, avec une cuisine incroyable avec tous les gadgets et ustensiles dont vous pourriez rêver, un coin repas extérieur avec barbecue à gaz et plaque chauffante, des serviettes et des draps luxueux (y compris des serviettes pour la piscine), un lecteur CD, des DVD, des jeux d'extérieur (table tennis, swing ball, baby-foot, pétanque), une salle de billard et puis il y a la piscine ! Une terrasse de piscine impeccablement entretenue avec chaises longues, pergola en bois et même douche extérieure. La piscine était fabuleuse pour les adultes et les enfants, étant suffisamment grande pour faire des longueurs mais aussi avec une partie peu profonde pour les enfants. Entretenue aussi méticuleusement que le reste de la propriété, la piscine est nettoyée tous les matins. Les hôtes n'auraient pas pu être plus serviables et accueillants du début à la fin. En raison de perturbations de voyage, nous avons dû modifier les dates de notre séjour à plusieurs reprises et les hôtes étaient très arrangeants et sympathiques, rien n'était trop leur demander. Avant notre arrivée, Sandie s'était même arrangée pour faire des courses pour nous ! Elle a également eu la gentillesse de faire venir un thérapeute à la maison pendant notre séjour afin que nous puissions avoir un massage bien mérité ! Je pense que le fait que tous les membres de notre groupe en soient tombés complètement amoureux, enfants et adultes, montre à quel point cet endroit est spécial. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner.

Perfect romantic getaway. Maison Meunier is set in the beautiful grounds, next to the old mill, overlooking the lake. The cottage is beautifully furnished and has its own patio and pool. The facilities are superb, the grounds are well manicured, lovely for walks and there is a fabulous games room where you can meet up with other guests for a drink and a chat and maybe a game of pool. A stroll into the village to sample the local fair is a must, the villagers made us very welcome. There are a number of local market towns (bastides) and châteaux close by including Monpazier a lively bastide with many shops and restaurants to enjoy. The owners were really helpful with advice on where to go and what to do, they couldn't do enough for us. Fabulous holiday.
We thought this was the perfect setting for our extended family holiday. We had long lazy days by the pool, some nice days out to the bastide towns and alfresco dinners followed by games We rescued several frogs from the pool! There were plenty of distractions in the house for every age and we found the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Fabulous weather for two birthday celebrations and we found it to be a very peaceful and idyllic setting. Amazing house! We all made amazing memories and had a great time.
