Nous avons passé une semaine très reposante ici. Les enfants ont passé 90 % de leurs journées dans la piscine ! Quelques sorties, une au marché d'Olonzac et à la plage, mais les meilleures journées ont été passées à la villa. Vues époustouflantes et si paisibles. J'ai apprécié cuisiner les dîners, la cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Départ vers le nord dans le camping-car demain pour continuer nos vacances mais le luxe de la villa nous manquera.
The house is beautifully furnished with so many interesting art works and objects that each time you wander around, you notice something different! Many thanks for your generous hospitality.
We absolutely loved this beautiful place. Everything was perfect and the communication with the host was excellent. We want to come back as soon as possible!! It is a slice of paradise.
On n'aurait pas pu demander mieux à La Barde ou à son propriétaire. La Barde était tranquille, confortable et avait tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour des vacances en famille. La cuisine était très bien équipée, c'était incroyable, les chambres étaient spacieuses et les lits confortables. Toutes les pièces étaient joliment décorées et meublées avec soin. Il y avait tellement d'espace dans la maison et les jardins que même en tant que famille nombreuse, vous pouvez trouver un endroit calme pour un peu de paix. La piscine avait une grande partie peu profonde pour les tout-petits, le jardin était idéal à explorer. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine sans aucun doute ! Merci!
Well, when Beverley told me she wanted to bring our children and grandchildren for a 'once in a lifetime' holiday, to celebrate our forthcoming 50th wedding anniversary in October, I must be honest I was negative and full of foreboding! But... Domaine de Nérige! Wow, what a place Bev found while I was moping around saying this won’t work. Not only was the location, 'in the middle of nowhere' absolutely perfect but the house was just beautiful with every facility we could possibly have wanted not to mention Sandie and David constantly going the extra mile if we needed advice. Thank you both for being the perfect hosts. We have not one negative word to say about this beautiful property - the rooms were comfortable, cooled where necessary with AC, the plethora of bathrooms is nothing short of extraordinary. Showers perfect and the supply of local wine and your own olive oil is truly the nicest touch. The games room, the space for kids to play on the terrace culminating in the fantastic pool was everything kids and the whole family would want. We didn’t need to leave here and, in fact, we probably did spend more time here that we would have in a 'run of the mill' villa. So finally, thank you to you both. We would love to see you both again but it would not be with such a heavy group of 'hangers on' although Bev’s decision for us to all be together this year was an inspirational one which worked perfectly. Everyone LOVED it.
Le chalet : un véritable bijou au cœur d'une vallée magnifique, la terrasse spacieuse et ensoleillée avec une vue imprenable. Salle de jeux, sauna et jacuzzi nous ont permis de passer de très bons moments en famille. Les équipements modernes facilitent le quotidien. La décoration "artistique" apaise l'esprit et ouvre à la rêverie.

My wife and I have been visiting France for over 20 years and The Loft is the best property we have stayed at. The photographs on the website do not do it justice. Russell and Karen have fitted out The Loft with wonderful taste and all of the bathrooms are top quality including the selection of toiletries left for their guests to use. Their attention to detail is second to none. We received an extensive welcome pack when we arrived at the house and Karen even delivered fresh pastries for breakfast on the Sunday morning from the local Boulangerie. Outside the house there is a beautiful pool and garden but the jewel in the crown is the large sheltered "porch area". This is a half open and half covered space off the front of The Loft where you can choose sun or shade during the day. The BBQ is there along with a big dining table and also sofas for relaxing. It’s a fab place to eat and drink during the day or on an evening with a lovely view of the extensive gardens. Rieux Minervois is a nice little town situated in the middle of the Minervois wine region It has a good Italian restaurant within 2 minutes walk from the house, which Karen kindly booked it for us for the night we arrived. The food was very good. The town is also well placed to visit Carcassonne, Narbonne and several of the coastal towns; we particularly enjoyed Gruissan. It is also surrounded by many other small villages with excellent restaurants if you want enjoy a lazy lunch during your holiday. Karen will even book them for you if you ask. Overall we spent a lovely week in The Languedoc. Thank you Russell and Karen for your hospitality and for going to such lengths to make our holiday so memorable.
The most beautiful house, with stunning views, starry nights and hooting owls - what bliss! We were so lucky to find this little piece of heaven and the sun came out too! Happy days en famille! What holidays are made for.
We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and above all cozy villa. Very tastefully and comfortably furnished. The beautiful vintage cuisine is a highlight. The bathrooms were also very stylish and spacious. The large garden on several floors is dreamy. Especially when the many flowers bloom. The mountain views were magnificent and an absolute haven of peace compared to noisy and busy city life at home. The manager Sophie is a very enjoyable and friendly person! Very accommodating and always available. Thank you so much! We will be back!!!
A beautifully decorated house in a quiet location close to the town. We loved embracing life in Narbonne shopping in the nearby boulangerie and food market. We also recommend hiring one of the small boats on the Canal Robine. We hope to book your home again some day.
The house and the grounds are fantastic. The rooms were all spacious and we particularly appreciated the bedroom set up with interlinking rooms from the nursery. We really enjoyed exploring the grounds and went for walks/runs. The children loved exploring the forest area. The swimming pool was fantastic. Loungers etc comfortable. The kids loved the swings etc and the playroom was well stocked. Everything we needed was here. The food was delicious and we really appreciate you taking into account the intolerances. A lovely town house in a quiet village, with the added bonus of a pool. We enjoyed dining on the terrace in the evening watching the sun set.
We have felt so welcome in your home and are so lucky to have found you and your family in France. We hope that we will be able to return another year.
The house is located very quietly, there are sunflower fields all around and no other houses nearby. We really enjoyed the peaceful environment. A great location for a relaxed vacation.
Probablement les meilleures vacances que nous ayons eues. Nous avons appris à nos garçons à plonger, pêcher et à se relaxer complètement. Nous avons bien profité de la gastronomie française et du vin aussi.
Juste un petit mot pour dire que nous avons apprécié notre séjour à la Villa Pey de la Salle, il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin, y compris la magnifique vue!
Nous avons essayé de venir pendant 6 ans, mais finalement nous l'avons fait et cela valait la peine d'attendre. Les propriétaires étaient très gentils et serviables. Ont offert de super fromages, du vin, des livraisons tôt le matin et un bon repas au restaurant. Et tout ça avant même d'évoquer la belle maison :) Tout était incroyable sauf la canicule, 42°C (ouf !) mais la piscine nous a sauvé, elle était super aussi. Un grand merci pour le plein de super souvenirs.
Cette villa est magnifique. Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle. Très moderne hyper équipée avec une déco de tres bon goût, haut de gamme. Nous avons été charmés par la villa. Les propriétaires sont très sympas. Très bien située à 15 mn à pied du plus beau village de France. Nous avons l'habitude de louer des villas de prestige. Celle-ci sans aucun doute à sa place sur le podium. Je dirais même sur la plus haute marche en tenant compte de la gentillesse de Karine et Éric, les propriétaires. Nous recommandons vivement !
Un cadre exceptionnel. En déplacement professionnel pour 3 jours , j'ai découvert un logement très agréable et deux personnes magnifiques , Merci encore a David et kirstie pour leur accueille et le gentillesse . Je ne manquerez pas de recommander cette jolie et agréable maison au temps pour un déplacement professionnelle que pour venir se reposer en famille dans cette maison au cœur familiale pour venir se reposer l'esprit.

La villa est à la hauteur des photos et du descriptif et l'emplacement, dans les hauteurs de St Raphael, permet d'éviter le traffic des bas! Le Clapier was absolutely beautiful, I’ve been going to France for the last 30 years on holiday and your house was head and shoulders above anything I’ve ever stayed in……The area is amazing and it’s a place that me and my partner want to buy in at some point. We loved the gift pack that we received when we arrived – very thoughtful.
Thank you both for the most wonderful stay at your beautiful villa. We’ve had the most incredible week exploring the South of France – an area we love – and discovering new places. This spot is extremely special and we’ve relished the relaxing days and evenings spent here (made even more special by the sighting of a wild boar with babies and your marvellous set up for the gorgeous cats) – thank you for showing us this! The secluded spot, surrounded by woodland, an aromatic and fragrant garden attracting many butterflies, a beautiful pool and terrace area is somewhere we won’t forget and would love to come back to. Everything has been thought of at this place which makes it so homely. Everything from kitchen utensils and supplies to the BBQ, bowls and the TV set-up – the place has it all. You have both been such friendly and discrete hosts, allowing us such privacy and the personality you have stamped on the place (from plants, to artwork and sculptures as well as the lovely cats) makes this space so full of character too. Thanks again and we wish you both the best – hopefully we’ll return in the future!

Maison does Vignobles is a fabulous place to stay to rest, relax and explore the Lot region. The hosts, Debbie and Rupert, were wonderful - generous, professional and totally welcoming. They supply everything you need and even more, with small surprises provided during our time there. We would highly recommend it and will return when we can.
