Merci aussi pour l'organisation du beau temps! Nous avions réussi à nous déplacer dans plusieurs des endroits que vous m'aviez recommandés et avons pris de très bons repas à Pézenas et Neffiès. J'espère revenir à un moment donné.

What an amazing chateau you have, breathtaking; everything that we needed and more. We have enjoyed 1 wonderful week, wish it could have been more. Especially enjoyed our ‘feast’ in the Dining Room celebrating Alan’s 70th birthday with laughter and some lovely memories that will stay with us all forever. Many thanks for a wonderful stay here in Rieux-Minervois. From your welcoming and informative e-mails prior to our arrival and a most generous arrival meal (due to it being a Sunday!) we were truly made to feel reassured and wholly welcome - thank you. We enjoyed some lovely days out from the beach in Narbonne to markets in Olonzac and Carcassonne. We particularly enjoyed Minerve for the breathtaking scenery too. Our Son's favourite haunt was le Lac de Larayere. A week's stay has gone all too quickly for us and sadly we make our way home to the rain, no doubt! Once again, many, many thanks to you both for your hospitality here. We eased straight into our holiday due to your kindness with baby equipment.
Quel endroit fabuleux où séjourner pendant une semaine. La villa est magnifique et possède tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin.
Nous sommes une famille de 3 à 78 ans et nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour au Château Périgord cette semaine. Nous avons été fascinés par la beauté de sa rénovation et de sa décoration. Tous les couples de notre famille avaient une belle chambre et la literie était confortable. Le jardin fleuri, avec sa lavande parfumée et sa piscine rafraîchissante était un vrai bonheur. Les enfants ont joué aux boules sur le gravier, au football sur la pelouse parfaitement tondue et ont passé de nombreuses heures dans la piscine. Nous avons préféré cuisiner nos propres repas dans la grande cuisine de style médiéval (car nous aimons tous cuisiner) et avons dîné à une longue table dans la cour. Château Périgord a tellement d'endroits pour s'asseoir et profiter de l'atmosphère, de belles fonctionnalités et de jeux qu'il n'était pas nécessaire de faire de nombreux déplacements ailleurs. Nous avons fait du vélo dans la région et avons fait du jogging sur les collines, puis nous nous sommes rafraîchis dans la piscine. Merci pour ce séjour fantastique et relaxant!
L'endroit est absolument magnifique, les photos ne lui rendent pas suffisamment justice. Le terrain est spacieux, il y a un immense jardin avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin en termes de piscine, barbecue, aire de jeux, etc. Vous avez votre propre allée et un parking couvert.
Château et nourriture exquises, nous n'aurions pas pu demander plus! Merci à Matthieu. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir !!

Our weeks stay at Les Marquises was exceptional, this is due to the skilful combination of old and new, colour and light, greenery and shadow combined in a tasteful and harmonious style that characterises the interior of the house and its domain. When you stay in such a place, even for only one week, a place that was restored, recreated and maintained with so much love, you can only love it back, the house, garden, the scenery creates a rare feeling of magic that will stay with us. We felt wonderful and grateful to be guests at the house. Thank you.
Qui aurait cru que vous pourriez nager tous les jours en avril ? Cette fabuleuse piscine était vraiment le point fort. L'appartement est bien équipé et d'une propreté impeccable. Le village se trouve à quelques pas et il y a une excellente épicerie ELeclerc à quelques minutes en voiture. (Vous aurez besoin d'une voiture si vous avez l'intention d'aller quelque part une fois arrivé. Procurez-vous une petite voiture non électrique.) Nous avons déjà réservé notre prochain séjour.
We had a wonderful holiday at Mas de Lozanne. Beautiful house, well looked after, close to the fabulous town of Pézenas and some brilliant weather (as well as an amazing unexpected thunderstorm!). Thank you so much.
Christophe et Violaine nous ont très bien accueillis, et ont fait preuve de sympathie pour notre weekend entre amis! Le lieu est véritablement très beau et retapé avec goût, des finitions bien pensées ; bien situé avec de belles vues et entouré de villages à visiter. Nous étions donc les premiers à louer, et on peut dire que tout était prévu pour le confort, la convivialité, et bien pensé pour la fête (belles lumières et système son disponible). Je recommande totalement ! Merci et continuez comme ça ! :)
Nous avons récemment passé deux semaines dans la propriété avec six autres amis. L'ensemble a été joliment décoré avec des couleurs vives et fraîches, ainsi que les deux cuisines richement équipées. La plupart des chambres disposent de leur propre salon et d'une salle de bain complète. Nous avions choisi la chambre jaune qui donnait sur la cour et les montagnes. L'intérieur de la propriété est vraiment aussi attrayant que les photos sur le site Internet. Il y a deux grands salons, dont un avec télévision grand écran. La piscine et le coin repas extérieur sont bien entretenus et agréables à utiliser. Le patio aux dimensions très généreuses, surplombant les Pyrénées, est équipé pour écouter de la musique et peut être éclairé la nuit, pour manger et danser en plein air. Le propriétaire nous a suggéré, un soir, d'essayer un restaurant local, appelé Gayda. Si vous séjournez à la propriété, vous devez vous rendre à Gayda pour le dîner. Le dimanche soir, ils vous présenteront un repas véritablement gastronomique, ainsi que tous les vins pour accompagner le repas cinq étoiles, le tout pour environ 25 euros par personne. (Nous y sommes allés trois fois). Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer des vacances fabuleuses est disponible à la propriété. Vous l'adorerez.
Dear Donna, Our little stay has been fantastic, we needed a little us time, which we found. Your place is just beautiful, so relaxing and peaceful. Like everyone in this book says, we would love to come back one day. All the best.
We have had a fantastic time, our 2nd holiday here, weather was brilliant-sunshine every day, we all loved the pool, a great way to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary!
A beautiful maintained property, tastefully decorated and providing excellent facilities, both inside and out. It has commanding views of the countryside and the grounds are delightful with a large pool. It has the added bonus of a pool house which offers opportunities to relax, eat and cook outside of the main house. There is also a lovely shady BBQ area. It makes an ideal place for families to enjoy holidays together and our grandchildren loved it. The on-site guardian and his wife are always on hand to give any help needed. A thoroughly enjoyable stay and we hope to return.
Merveilleux séjour dans une belle maison. La maison était très confortable et la piscine était super. Nous avons passé du temps dans les villes/villages voisins. Pézenas, Vias, Béziers et le Cap d'Agde. Le marché du dimanche matin à Besson est incontournable. La région est idéale pour faire du vélo avec tous les villages voisins facilement accessibles. Très tristes de partir. Merci beaucoup.
This house is beautiful. Well located, you can visit the entire area easily from this house. Additionally, the equipment in this house is great. Between the boulodrome, the pool and the rest, it's a good experience to share with friends or family.
Thank you again for opening your home to us this summer. We all really needed a vacation and the house was a superb way to relax and enjoy perfect weather. We all had a great time and fully enjoyed the house and the property. The overall layout of the house and inside the rooms is very thoughtful and was perfect for all of us. We had three families, 4 kids of different ages and a grandma. The different spaces allowed us to handle the different kid routines and moods in a way that gave everyone privacy. The kitchen is large and extremely well furnished. Makes it comfortable to cook for large groups. The pool is actually enormous. The way Patrick takes care of it seems to produce much better results than I have seen in other places: the water stayed clear all the way through. The pool house is an incredibly valuable area, especially because it is so well furnished, this is a serious luxury. The small supermarket in St-Antonin-du-Var is surprisingly good, if you are not a big cook you could totally live off this (they opened on Sunday am!). We also organised a Casino home delivery for the day before we arrived. We used P and Geraldine for 16 hours a week, to get the kitchen cleaned, make the beds, light housekeeping, remove rubbish, clean the BBQ and pool house areas and this made a huge positive difference.

Perfect stay. A very high quality renovation where stone blends with wood and contemporary furniture. A huge and ideal porch for dinner, barbecue and admire the countryside and hillsides on one side and a pool enchanted in this "Provencal farmhouse" on the other. Very high quality amenities and bedding. The sober and neat decoration with touches of contemporary art ensures a soothing balance and conducive to rest. A spacious cathedral living room with a stunning solid wood table. Here and there, small details in the amenities and decor (a special mention in the toilet of the master suite, I'll let you discover it). In addition, Christophe is very friendly and very attentive to his hosts. In short, this stay in the countryside between two seas delighted us all.
My family and I enjoyed a very relaxing week at this beautiful and luxurious house. We thoroughly enjoyed the gorgeous swimming pool every day. Our children, aged 3 and 5, also had a lot of fun running around on the large grounds around the property. Debbie and Rupert are wonderful hosts, suggested lovely places to go and activities we might enjoy and we couldn’t have asked them for anything more. Our favourite places in the surroundings included Belaye for stunning panoramic views, the market in Cahors, Château Eugénie for a lovely wine tasting, Capnature for some fun activities such as Accro-branches (the equivalent of Go Ape), and boating on le Lot river… We loved our stay and hope to come back soon!
We were four related families of eight adults and 8 children aged 3-7. The palatial exterior of the Chateau belies the comfort and homeliness of its interior which boasts some of the most comfortable beds we have slept in. The shuttered windows and the judicious repositioning of a vase or two made it easy to child-proof the rooms. The magnificent parkland of trees, lawns and flower-beds offers a short-walk to a fully enclosed and secure open-air swimming pool, which was a particular highlight. The views across the surrounding countryside are simply stunning. We particularly valued the extensive space, the quiet and the privacy. Gaelle was extremely helpful in dealing with any queries and we are grateful to her and her family for sharing their home with a large group of complete strangers. Fiona
Our visit was a combination of stepping back in time and renewing our future selves. The estate is a magical place to explore and I found myself checking out of life's hustle and bustle. A short stroll to the village offered a variety of delicious fare, shopping and amazing photo opportunities!
