We had a lovely weeks break at this beautiful house in this lovely old historic town. The food was lovely, the beach 20 minutes away was nice and quiet and our children absolutely loved it there as well as enjoying the lovely and very warm pool! The house itself caters for all your needs. A perfect week away at a beautiful house in the perfect location for you to enjoy all the area has to offer.
Nous sommes de retour ! Merci beaucoup Jackie et Geoff, nous avons encore passé un séjour fantastique. La maison était magnifique et la piscine était parfaite. Nous avons passé 99 % du temps à l'extérieur. Apéritifs au Pub et dîner dans plein de nouveaux restaurants ! Pas besoin de voiture. Merci !

Thank you so much Isabelle for letting us stay in your gorgeous house in Bordeaux. The house is huge and beautifully finished. It feels both luxurious and like a comfortable family home. Caroline made us feel very welcome and we really appreciated the grocery shop on arrival with several hungry children in tow. The pool was such a hit, especially when the weather got really hot. The area is stunning too. We will be back!
Nous avons passé des vacances parfaites à Bessan. La maison est très belle, les enfants ont profité de la piscine tous les jours. Nous avons particulièrement aimé Uzès et Pézenas qui sont vraiment de belles villes. Merci encore. À bientôt.
Thank you so much for having us and being such wonderful hosts. We've all had such a brilliant time and it really has felt like a home from home. Kit (5 years old) is really going to miss his daily swim, it's been so nice to see his confidence grow. I'm sure we'll be back !
The house and the grounds are fantastic. The rooms were all spacious and we particularly appreciated the bedroom set up with interlinking rooms from the nursery. We really enjoyed exploring the grounds and went for walks/runs. The children loved exploring the forest area. The swimming pool was fantastic. Loungers etc comfortable. The kids loved the swings etc and the playroom was well stocked. Everything we needed was here. The food was delicious and we really appreciate you taking into account the intolerances. Merci pour votre belle maison. Elle était facilement à portée de tous les endroits que nous avons visités et chaque jour nous avons adoré le confort et la piscine en rentrant. Vos roses sont exquises et le jardin et la cour sont si beaux. Nous ne manquions de rien.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour entre amis dans la proproété plein de charme de Stanislas. Nous étions 12 adultes avec enfants et les deux maisons nous ont permis d'avoir chacun notre espace privatif, c'était agréable. Mention spéciale pour l'extérieur qui offre une vue dégagée, avec beaucoup de végétation. Et un entretien impeccable. Je recommande ce logement :)
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine pour nos noces d'or avec notre famille, une superbe propriété et des installations appréciées de tous.
Lovely quiet gîtes with beautiful views over the wine fields. Close to Uzès, a very pretty historical market town (20 min. by car). The gîtes provide everything you need, i.e. comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, cosy sitting room and fully equipped kitchen. There is a swimming pool with lounge beds and our gîte (L'Oliveraie) even had a small private pool. The area is great for walk through the woods and over the wine field. There are restaurants in the area that are a short drive away. We had a great and relaxing time and will definitely be back!
À notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par les sympathiques propriétaires. La piscine était chauffée à une température parfaite et la piscine était superbement isolée. Les jardins bien entretenus offraient pétanque, badminton et croquet, avec de nombreuses espèces d'arbres, qui offraient des endroits ombragés recherchés et toujours un endroit pour voir les couchers de soleil attendus. Le cadre est magnifique et paisible, les commerces locaux dans les villages sont à une courte distance en voiture et les grandes villes offrant des hypermarchés à environ 20 minutes en voiture. Dans l'ensemble, une grande maison, une piscine et un jardin bien situés pour découvrir les sites touristiques locaux et les paysages de la Dordogne.
Quel endroit merveilleux où se retrouver après un long et pénible voyage! Propriété magnifiquement aménagée. Décorée avec style et super confortable pour nous 8. Le village était magnifique et paisible. Nous avons adoré le restaurant et son poulailler ! Un énorme merci pour de merveilleuses vacances.

Anthony and Rachel make wonderful hosts being friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and also very generous with their excellent "welcome pack". We loved the whole region: Carcassonne and Mirepoix are a "must" (the owners of the "Mad Hatter" cafe in Mirepoix are Brits) and we enjoyed the markets at Mirepoix and Revel. Also enjoyed the drive south from Revel through the pretty villages/small town of Saissac. Lagrasse is a pleasant village but a tad overrated in our view. On the other hand, we loved Minerve and the Minervois region including the small town of Caunes-Minervois. Fontfroide is worth a visit and Montesegur is a must if in that area. We enjoyed Peyriac de-Mer and Gruissan on the coast but would avoid Narbonne Plage on another occasion - great beach though! Toulouse is a pleasant city and worth a visit if cities are "your thing" and the SNCF smartphone app worked brilliantly. For a special lunch, Cote Resto is a must. Excellent food and in a wonderful setting.

Absolutely fabulous week here. Wonderful facilities and the children have loved every minute. It's our 18 months’ old first villa holiday in France and certainly memorable for us all.

Perfect peace and luxury. Château Velouse is the perfect place to relax: large, beautifully furnished bedrooms, luxury bathrooms, extensive walled grounds, an orchard, seats tucked away under shady trees, well equipped large kitchen and a heated swimming pool with comfy beds and parasols. The château is far enough from the road to ensure that bird song is the loudest noise you will hear. We had a marvellous week with a large group of friends ( 15 for dinner one night ) and the château never felt crowded. The outdoor dining terrace was perfect of an evening and we sat late into the night laughing, drinking and playing giant jenga! This venue is perfect for a group of friends or family to spend quality time together in beautiful surroundings. You do need a car to get out and about and Bourges is well worth a visit when you can tear yourself away from the pool.
Had a lovely weekend at Les Oliviers du Sud. Beautiful flat with all the trimmings and a great view!

This house is beautiful. Well located, you can visit the entire area easily from this house. Additionally, the equipment in this house is great. Between the boulodrome, the pool and the rest, it's a good experience to share with friends or family.

Merci de nous avoir offert deux semaines incroyables dans votre maison. La piscine est l'une des meilleures que nous ayons vues et le jardin est tout simplement magnifique. La villa est joliment décorée et nous l'avons tous trouvée très confortable. Nous avons passé deux belles semaines à explorer les environs, sans une seule minute de télévision ! Wow ! Totally surpassed our expectations. The attention to detail is amazing. This place is truly unique, the decor and furnishings are beautiful. The outside space is spectacular. I could ramble on for hours about our stay, not to mention all the incredible things to do in the surrounding area.
It’s hard to know where to begin to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay. Your property is so well set up and we made good use of the barbecue, tennis court, boules, darts, table tennis and of course, the pool which beats all other swimming pools we’ve ever had on holiday... and the shady areas when the sun got just that bit too hot. So much thought has obviously gone into it all and it made our holiday very special. The four teenage grandchildren we had with us had a ball and we all loved the Lot countryside, its villages and the sunflowers. How can you not be happy when you’ve got fields of them within a few steps from your door? The two Marches Gourmands we went to at Tournon and Saux were brilliant fun - the food on offer at Saux was particularly good and Tournon is such a pretty place. Our daughter loved going for early morning runs, seeing a hare and on two occasions, a deer, amongst sunflowers. Swimming in the Lot, cycling and canoeing are all on our list of favourite things we did. We also have a great picture of three of the red squirrels on the tree near the bolet - what a brilliant place for breakfast. Thank you so very much from all of us. Nous avons passé deux semaines extraordinaires dans cette magnifique propriété. À notre arrivée, nous avons été submergés par la beauté de la maison. Elle a été conçue avec amour selon des normes haut de gamme et possède certainement le facteur « wow » à l'arrivée.
