Voilà un beau lieu à découvrir. Une irrésistible demeure en parfaite communion avec le paysage et l’environnement des lieux. Calme, charme du lieu, paysage et accueil de Sandie sont et font que le séjour devient magique. Je recommande sans hésiter.
Super week-end entre copains. Le logement est magnifique, propre, avec tout ce qu’il faut. La piscine est magnifique tout comme le jardin et la bâtisse de manière général. Je recommande vivement ce logement qui est idéal pour des familles ou encore des groupes d’amis.
We stayed for one week and we cannot wait to go again. When we arrived we were surprised how spacious and homely the villa was and it has amazing views. It is wonderfully located about 5- 10 minutes walk from the centre of Callas which is a typical Provençal village. We really enjoyed walking there every morning to buys our bread and croissants for breakfast. There are also some very good restaurants in Callas. The pool is lovely and we even swam every day in May. We ate in the garden and it is wonderfully quiet and tranquil. The region is full of breathtaking views and there is loads to see and do. We went to the Gorge du Verdon (Europe's Grand Canyon) and the beach at Saint Raphael and Juan les Pins. We had a really brill holiday and hope to return.

Une véritable oasis dans le quartier animé de Sarlat. Très bien située. On peut aller à pied partout. Marché fermier. Restaurant. Magnifique ville animée. Superbe piscine. Superbe jardin. Confortable. Jackie est très serviable et attentionnée.
Amazing house and garden. So comfortable and so much to admire. We loved the garden, the pol and all the wonderful artefacts in the house. We would love to come back again sometime soon.
Thank you for allowing us to stay in your fantastic home! After a warm welcome we managed to settle down to enjoy all the facilities and the actual location of this beautiful area. We fell in love with holidaying in France almost 30 years ago and I used to think that my heart belonged to Provence, until we stumbled across beautiful Manoir de Fouilloux, nestled in the lush green countryside of the Dordogne. Hugh and Ian, the hosts of the house are incredibly welcoming and attentive, but equally unobtrusive when you just want to relax on your own. They are very knowledgeable about the area and will give you their time all day, every day should you so desire, along with Oscar, their lovely dog, who is very happy to be fussed over or left alone to sleep in the shade out of sight. The interior of the house is breathtakingly beautiful. It is evident from the moment you step through the door, that so much thought and attention to detail has gone into every corner of the building; from the beautiful stone floors, to the light filled bedrooms with the most sumptuous bed linen (and the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on), to the fabulous showers and well equipped kitchen, every part of the house is simply brimming with everything you could ever need to make your stay as relaxing as possible. From the stunning interior, you step outside to the rear courtyard garden, which is inspired by the Yves Saint Laurent Moroccan garden and it's like nothing you could ever imagine. The vibrant blue that is unique to YSL garden has been matched exactly and is dotted around the garden with careful thought, creating a wonderfully calming area to relax in, with the magnificent tiled pond being the centrepiece of the area. Off the garden is the outdoor kitchen / seating area and again is a fantastically well thought out area, complete with it's own set of glass and tableware (so you don't have to keep going back into the kitchen to get things), outdoor gas barbecue and dishwasher, they really have thought of everything! It is truly the most tranquil place to spend time with family and friends. The pool at the front of the house is magnificent, complete with poolside lights, it is a fabulous place to enjoy in the evening too. Lying on the sun loungers soaking up the sun and looking out over the amazing garden is so restful; you'll never want to leave the house. But leave you must, as there is so much to see in the surrounding area; nearby St Aulaye has a pretty little town square where you can enjoy a relaxing drink, Saint-Jean-de-Côle, a beautiful medieval village dating back to the 11th Century, is so attractive with it's ochre coloured houses and the tranquil river Cole running through it. From Saint-Jean-de-Côle you can easily visit the caves at Villars; being a bit claustrophobic I declined to go down with the rest of the family, but they do come highly recommended! Another very pretty village is nearby Aubeterre, which has the most spectacular views, small selection of shops and restaurants dotted around a vibrant village square and at the foot of the village you can find a river beach, canoeing centre, football club and tennis club. Brantome is a charming town, often dubbed the Venice of Perigord, due to the river Dronne running through it. If you've ever read 'The Matchmaker of Perigord', you will find Brantôme mentioned in this and as you wander around the town, you can really see the characters come to life. It has a good selection of shops and restaurants so is definitely a worthy visit, even if you haven't read the book. Manoir de Fouilloux, is truly a magical place to stay, it is like coming up for fresh air. The only criticism I have of it is that once visited, you will never want to go anywhere ever again, so sorry guys, see you next year...

We have been staying here with our grown up children who have not been to this area before, and have loved the house and the area. The weather has been so hot! So we really appreciated the wonderful pool. A great kitchen which we have used extensively and adore having every meal outside. Thank you for your help and your lovely house.
Certains d'entre nous sont de retour après 25 ans - toujours le meilleur endroit où nous ayons séjourné. Un endroit vraiment magique qui est magnifique à tous égards…
Nous avons passé une quinzaine de jours fantastiques à la Villa Bellara en juin 2023. La propriété était impeccable et nous a fait nous sentir instantanément chez nous. Notre groupe était composé de trois couples et d'un bébé, mais la villa est si grande que chaque couple avait son propre étage avec une pièce inutilisée. Chaque chambre climatisée avait accès à une salle de bain et un dressing. La cuisine est grande et bien équipée pour cuisiner et préparer des boissons et des collations. Nous avons également utilisé le barbecue à gaz Weber. Nous n'avons jamais eu de piscine chauffée en France auparavant ; nous l'avons utilisé tous les jours et nous nous sommes détendus sur les trois terrasses isolées. Nous avons visité Cros De Cagnes à plusieurs reprises et pouvons recommander la région aux vacanciers qui ne souhaitent pas louer de voiture. La villa est située dans un quartier résidentiel calme mais à seulement 15 minutes à pied du front de mer avec ses bars et restaurants. Il y a un supermarché à proximité et plusieurs boulangeries à quelques pas. Vous pouvez facilement accéder au train ou au bus pour des trajets vers Nice ou au-delà. Le propriétaire Jean Luc était extrêmement hospitalier et a pris le temps de nous expliquer tous les aspects de la Villa. Il a précisé que nous pouvions le contacter si le moindre problème survenait. Nous recommandons vivement la Villa Bellara et espérons revenir à l'avenir.

Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour à Camirout. Nos vacances n'ont pas commencé comme prévu à cause de la compagnie aérienne, mais nous sommes très reconnaissants que vous ayez fait les courses pour nous. Étant donné notre retard et le jour férié pour la fête nationale le lendemain, vous nous avez vraiment beaucoup aidés. Merci. À part notre traditionnelle excursion à Bordeaux, nous n'avons pas fait grand-chose cette année, si ce n'est nous détendre à Camirout, ce qui est si facile grâce aux magnifiques espaces que vous avez aménagés. Vous faites tous les deux un travail formidable ici et nous vous en sommes vraiment reconnaissants. Nous espérons tous revenir l'année prochaine sans retard ni annulation. Encore une fois, merci beaucoup.
Nous avons passé 2 trés bonnes semaines dans la maison. La location correspond exactement aux photos publiées sur le site et elle était trés propre à notre arrivée. Les propriétaires nous ont fourni un large descriptif de la maison, des personnes à contacter en cas de soucis, des visites à faire nous permettant ainsi de passer notre séjouren toute tranquilité. Le proriétaire est facilement joignable; un agent est sur place en cas de soucis et une personne se charge de l'entretien de la piscine tous les 3 à 4 jours. La maison est idéale pour 2 couples avec enfants car il y a des chambres et 1 salle de bain au rez de chaussée et à l'étage. Nous conseillons vivement cette location et merci à Terry et Carol pour l'accueil.
We enjoyed a very special week in this outstanding house in the beautiful Burgundy Region. We would, of course, highly recommend it for wine enthusiasts (a topic about which we learned a lot!) but it also worked very well for us as a venue for an extended family get together. The experience was enhanced further by taking up the option of a 5 course catered dinner in the house one night which was absolutely first class.
Well, anyway, our stay is still wonderful. Your house is so beautiful that we really enjoy it very much! Spending lazy hours by the pool, having delicious dinners in the garden... Once again thank you so much and have a great stay in Provence!
C'est notre second séjour à La Maison Bosquetere. Ce n'est pas sans raison que nous y revenons. Nous y avons à nouveau passé d'agréable vacances. Une belle maison bien équipée dans un endroit agréable. Les équipements sont biens entretenus. Bonne base pour explorer la région. Mais aussi un endroit parfait pour se détendre pendant que les enfants s'amusent dans la piscine.
We absolutely loved being here. The home you’ve created is a beautiful entity, with such thought at every turn, and the surrounding gardens have a tremendous sense of peace. Thank you for all the well-planned details, and the delicious tart that awaited us (and therefore an introduction to the most incredible boulangerie!). We leave with a filled-up nourishment, and hope we can come back. Wishing you both a peaceful and joyful year.

Had a great stay for the week. Villa was great, very spacious, pool was excellent. Excellent communication from start to finish, was greeted on arrival and Paul was on hand to help and support when needed for advice on tourism spots on what was going on around town. Great location to Béziers and Narbonne. Villa was spacious and felt like a home from home. Location in the village is really safe and quiet. I would highly recommend.

Sadly leaving. What a truly delightful house this is and how warm and welcoming it has been for our family of 9 travelling from Australia to celebrate two 50th birthdays. Despite the heat we have been comfortable and happy, exploring many towns and locations and enjoying the pool and the house. The kitchen was perfect, all the little extra's very much appriciated and the beds so comfortable. We played football, rode the bikes and went for local walks. Simply one of the best houses we've ever stayed in and one of the best holidays we've ever enjoyed.

I love cooking, the kitchen is wonderful and the city's market place is perfect for organising the perfect dinner.. the perfect kitchen is ready to prepare the table... the outdoor patio... the splendid terrace with a view of the valley or a dip in the swimming pool whilst having a barbecue!
