Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us and making us so welcome. We have had an amazing week - so peaceful and quiet with walks through the forest and saoking up the tranquility of the lake, watching the fish jump and the kingfisher dive. We will take away beautiful memories of Colombat.
We have just had the most incredible holiday at Maison Jouas. The most beautiful French house in the most beautiful French landscape. The views were outstanding - the best we have found in France (we have done many holidays in French houses). The house itself has been elegantly styled and designed - everything is top quality. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with plenty of everything for a party of 13 - we never ran out of plates, glasses or cutlery! The house manager, Linda, was so helpful and always answered any queries promptly. The gardens were super and also beautifully designed and maintained. It had a boules area and a table tennis table and an amazing pizza oven - all were well used on our holiday - as was the well equipped laundry room! Definitely a 5* holiday and whoever owns this property has done an incredible job! We are already planning a return visit.

A gorgeous home, with so much to offer! 3 min walk into the beautiful bustling town of Pezenas and you have the tranquility of pool and garden! The pool was a welcome relief from the heat and very welcome after a day out exploring the area! We had some great fun playing table tennis and darts in the games room. We had a wonderful holiday, the lovely, very comfortable and well decorated home facilitated this!
Very pleasant house and environment. Very friendly welcome. We had a great stay with two families of 4. A place to be recommended for a relaxing vacation.
Nous avons passé une semaine agréable en profitant de cette belle maison et de la piscine, des petits-déjeuners et des barbecues à l'extérieur. Nous avons eu une météo très variable mais cela nous a permis de découvrir Périgueux et Saint-Émilion. Nous recommandons vivement Aubeterre et le bar Brasserie de Verteillac Le Calice. Belle maison spacieuse avec absolument tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Les magnifiques jardins et une superbe piscine ont été les points forts de notre séjour. Comfortable house on the edge of Seillans village with lovely views. Great terrace for outdoor eating and a lovely, well maintained pool. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was lovely and silent. Good location for exploring the area, though you could easily just stay put, relax, eat at the local restaurants and shop at the well stocked local Carrefour. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and fully intend to come back.
Nous avons tellement apprécié notre semaine dans votre belle maison et votre jardin. Merci d'avoir recommandé le château et les jardins de Villandry - nous l'avons adoré et ce lieu vaut la peine d'être visité. L'abbaye de Fontevraud était intéressante et située dans un joli coin.
We have just returned from a fabulous fortnight. The listing and reviews stated the house was comfy and well equipped, well I can totally vouch for that. We wanted for nothing. Beds are very comfy, the outdoor area is outstanding. Everything you could want is to hand. One, if not the best pool we've ever used and Martyn keeps it spotless everyday. The owners are on hand if needed or not. The village is excellent, a short walk with a restaurant. Highly recommended and we'll be back.
Quelle belle semaine nous avons passée ici à explorer la Loire. Nous avons vraiment apprécié de retourner chaque soir dans le sanctuaire paisible de cette belle maison - un vrai petit bout de France ! Les terrains et le jardin sont si paisibles et relaxants et nous aurions souhaité y passer plus de temps, mais hélas, il est temps de rentrer. Merci beaucoup!

One week was not long enough. Fabulous house - didn't want to leave. Visit Pézenas, just wonderful and great shopping.
Absolutely stunning. We visited the house last summer and had an absolutely amazing time. The house is stunning with views over to Grasse and down toward Cannes. As a family of 5 (children 8, 5 and 12 months), it had everything we needed including a god sized pool and the interiors of the house are beautiful. It is a short drive to the local supermarket and amenities and only 20 minutes drive to the beaches of Cannes and Antibes. Nearby Mougins and Grasse provide an abundance of restaurants. A car is a must as the house is accessed up a steep road but views are spectacular. We can't wait to visit again this summer.
Wonderful. It felt very safe for the little ones who enjoyed being able to roam free. Very well maintained and everything well thoughout. Perfect set up - a real home from home! We had everything we needed. The pool was a hit with adults and kids alike. The canapés were articularly good and greatly appreciated, they were tailored for a dietary requirements. Briliant week.

Un endroit tellement incroyable ! L'emplacement était parfait, l'appartement avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Je recommanderais certainement cet endroit et espère y retourner un jour !
Une jolie maison ancienne pleine de charme, dotée d'un jardin privé et d'une petite piscine pour se rafraîchir. L'endroit était propre, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très confortable. Nous étions cinq et disposions de beaucoup d'espace. Le mobilier de jardin était de qualité, avec notamment des chaises longues au bord de la piscine. Eimear s'est montrée une hôte très serviable et réactive, nous fournissant des instructions claires ainsi que de précieux conseils. Gabian est un charmant petit village ; nous avons beaucoup apprécié d'aller chercher nos croissants et notre pain à la boulangerie chaque matin. La région est belle ; nous avons visité plusieurs plages ainsi que Pézenas, le tout étant facilement accessible en voiture. Nous avons tous adoré notre séjour et recommandons vivement cette location.
Juste pour vous dire que nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette propriété et que nos attentes ont été largement dépassées.
Une autre quinzaine fabuleuse à la Maison Capitelle... nous adorons la maison et son confort.
Where to begin? Booked this wonderful house 10 months ago. Often looked at the pictures and thought can anywhere be so perfect... it can! The sheer joy of walking from room to room, spending entire days outside by and in the pool. Simple living in a sumptuous house which just keeps giving with it's character, beautiful art and furniture. Was this as perfect as I imagined? Absolutely. Would I come back? Without a doubt. Loved every minute'
Tres belle maison, parfaite pour un grand groupe de personnes comme le notre (10+, plusieurs familles). Tout est là pour les enfants! Hôtes tres accueillants qui ont répondu immédiatement lorsqu'il y avait une demande. En bordure d'un beau petit village, la majorité des choses à faire sont à environ 30-45 minutes de la maison. Nous avons eu un très beau séjour
Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux au Cottage du Jardin, dans le magnifique Périgord Noir. C'était le point de chute idéal pour explorer cette superbe région de France. Durant notre séjour, nous avons eu le plaisir de visiter les charmants villages et villes des environs, notamment Saint-Léon-sur-Vézère, Montignac, Les Eyzies-de-Tayac, Domme, ainsi que les magnifiques villages de Fanlac et Saint-Géniès. Parmi les points forts : la fascinante grotte de Lascaux IV, les paisibles jardins du Manoir d'Eyrignac, l'impressionnant Château de Beynac et les vues imprenables sur la Dordogne depuis Domme, Beynac et La Roque-Gageac. Nous avons également fait de belles promenades dans les environs, admirant les paysages du village, la Vézère et même flâné jusqu'au Château de Losse. Nos vacances ont été extrêmement reposantes, exactement ce dont nous avions besoin. Merci Caterina et Steve pour ce séjour délicieux dans un si beau cottage et pour votre accueil chaleureux et votre gentillesse. Nous reviendrons !
Nous avons passé des vacances fantastiques ici! La piscine était super, tout comme le temps. La maison était également très bien et très confortable. Le jardin était incroyable, nous vivions pratiquement à l'extérieur. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour ici et je la recommanderai certainement à nos amis et à notre famille.
L'hôte était super. Elle a fait de son mieux pour que nous nous sentions chez nous. Le secteur est pittoresque et idéal pour explorer cette région viticole.
We enjoyed every aspect of our stay here. The villa is light, airy and spacious. It was immaculately clean, comfortable, everything worked and there are beautiful views from the upstairs terrace. The garden is very attractive. We loved having four bathrooms. The booking process was easy and efficient. We were confident that if there had been a problem, Ian, the very pleasant property manager who lives nearby, would have quickly sorted it out. The newly installed Wi-Fi was very dependable. With the restaurants in the village and the beach not too far away we didn't need to travel very far from the house - besides, the garden and pool were too good to leave for long! There are also some lovely walks in the hills behind the villa. The heated pool was the icing on the cake as we could swim on the couple of cooler days too. Even my 85 year old mum went in. We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa and we would love to return.
We are having a truly wonderful holiday. We have not wanted for anything, Le Chai has been the perfect home for our 2 week hols.
Merci pour ces belles vacances dans votre belle maison. La piscine était parfaite tout comme le temps, nous en avons donc pleinement profité. Le coin barbecue était super aussi et le nouveau réfrigérateur-congélateur avec machine à glaçons était super. La région de Besson était parfaite à explorer sur nos vélos. Il y a encore tellement de choses à voir, donc je suis sûr que nous reviendrons.
We had a lovely stay at Claire’s beautiful place. It was very comfortable and you can see that someone has taken great care in decorating the place and choosing the best things. Would highly recommend.
