A great week where 3 generations could spend time together relaxing around the comfortable farmhouse, great pool and expansive gardens. The house was very well equipped and being mostly fortunate with the weather, we ate outside on the terraces making full use of the BBQ provided. Monpazier is delightful and Villereal has a wonderfully colourful market. We thoroughly recommend this property as a holiday choice.
Beautiful property, had everything I needed. Overlooks the lake, within walking distance of Catus with amenities. Had a great stay!

Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. Il est clair que Mark et Claire consacrent beaucoup de temps et d'efforts pour que la maison soit présentée de la meilleure façon possible.
This home is spacious and beautifully appointed with spectacular views that offer an ever-changing backdrop. We found the early mornings particularly beautiful and loved watching the amazing sunsets sitting by the pool or on the veranda. This stylish and well-equipped home from home was a truly wonderful place to stay and had everything we could wish for to have a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable holiday. We look forward to returning very soon.
Nous regrettons de ne pas avoir réservé trois semaines ! Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dès notre arrivée chez les adorables Julian et Pascal. La piscine et le jardin sont magnifiques. Nous avons profité de la faune, des écureuils roux, des oiseaux, etc. Nous avons également eu la visite surprise de notre fils Oliver. Nous n'en avions aucune idée. Et la piscine !
What an amazing 2 weeks, it went far too quick. The most perfect accommodation. Scenery, weather, could not fault anything. Amazing days out at the Aquaparc in Castelnaudary (excellent value for money). Villeneuve-sur-Lot is worth a visit for some shopping and excellent food at Terminus de la Cale with amazing views of the river. Lacapelle night market is a great experience (try and get there by 5:30pm for parking). Go karting at K47 near Agen is perfect if the weather is a bit mixed. Otherwise just relax at the house. We definitely hope to be back.

We had a lovely holiday here ! The place was beautifully quiet and well-equipped. Pau is definitely worth a visit with wonderful restaurants. We had a great stay and are heading home fully recharged.

Wouah ! Quelle fabuleuse semaine nous avons eue ! Une si belle région à explorer et la maison et la piscine étaient magnifiques. Il y a tellement de choses à faire, je suis sûr que nous reviendrons pour d'autres aventures, je l'espère. Nous avons tout aimé, surtout la piscine :)

We had the most wonderful time at Villa La Baronne. I think our children spent most of their time in the pool. Beautifully decorated house with plenty of space for all our family.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, la région est magnifique et révèle quelques trésors. À vous de les découvrir !!! Beaucoup d'activités à faire (poney, balade en bateau, Europarc, Lunaparc, jetski, visites de villes: Béziers, Cap d'Agde, Valras Plage... Mais notre séjour n'aurait pas été complet sans parler de cette merveilleuse villa qui offre un confort incroyable. La piscine est géniale et pour la détente, c'est le top ! Merci au personnel. Merci aux propriétaires qui comprennent les plaisirs de leurs locataires. Un grand merci!
Très bon accueil d'Eva et sa fille, instructions claires et flexibilité sur l'arrivée et le départ. Le logement permet de visiter cette belle région pour un bon rapport qualité prix.
Parfait. Notre deuxième visite et nous espérons que ce ne sera pas la dernière. Nous lui donnerions six étoiles si nous le pouvions. Un magnifique cottage, décoré avec goût et bien équipé. Une belle piscine et un cadre paisible près d'un village où l'on peut bien manger si l'on en a assez de cuisiner. Il y a beaucoup à découvrir dans la région. Et cerise sur le gâteau, l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires.
Nous avons passé deux semaines merveilleuses aux Hirondelles, une si belle maison, avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, et Cédric a été très serviable ! Nous sommes allés aux marchés de Narbonne (dimanche), de Capestang (mercredi), avons nagé dans la mer à Gruissan Plage, visité les abbayes de Narbonne, l'abbaye de Fontfroide - magnifique - et un fabuleux déjeuner dans un restaurant à La Grasse. Le bar de Canet est sympa, la pizzeria fait de bonnes pizzas (y compris à emporter) et il y a des magasins. A Raissac, il y a du pain et des croissants à la coopérative le matin et il y a une cave à vin à Canet ouverte tous les jours de 11h à 12h - remplissez votre contenant en plastique ! Nous avons dîné au Somail, des tapas et quelque chose de nature - tous deux très bons ! Je ne m'en souviens plus mais j'espère que vous apprécierez vos vacances autant que nous ! Merci Cédric !
Nous avons passé un agréable moment paisible ici. La maison a été magnifiquement et soigneusement conçue. Les montagnes sont magnifiques au petit matin. Excursions fascinantes, bien que chaudes - Châteaux cathares, abbayes et restaurants - une belle région à explorer. Merci beaucoup.
Wonderful house, pool and garden. The weather was perfect and we really have enjoyed our stay.
We've rented a lot of other villa, châteaux and domaines, but this one was the best! The six ensuite bedrooms were all the same size and had the same amenities so none of the six couples had a less than optimal room as we've experienced in other rentals. The two on-site staff were wonderful and spoke perfect English (they're Irish so not a surprise). The location in Burgundy was perfect for day trips. If you book this rental, you'll be delighted!

Thank you for sharing your fantastic home with us. Perfect location and layout of the house, with a great outside bathing area to watch the sunsets with a glass of wine. Laprade not to be missed. If you are prepared to drive a little further Issigeac (Noth East of Eymet) worth a visit with a good selection of bars, shops and restaurants. Big thanks to Olivia, always on hand to help. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux! Les images ne peuvent pas représenter pleinement la beauté de la maison, de la piscine et du cadre depuis la colline avec vue sur la rivière et la vallée. L'aménagement de la maison a très bien fonctionné pour nous, car chacune de nos familles avait sa propre aile avec plusieurs chambres et salles de bains. Nous sommes reconnaissants pour l'aide avec l'organisation des chefs et des baby-sitters (qui étaient fantastiques), les hôtes ont été proactifs pour s'assurer que nous passions un excellent séjour. L'emplacement est excellent aussi, car à proximité de deux jolies villes avec de bonnes boulangeries et restaurants, près de Sarlat, Domme et La Roque-Gageac, bonne base pour visiter les grottes préhistoriques, les excursions en rivière, les vignobles, etc. On ne recommandera que trop cette maison!
We travelled to this beautiful villa with friends for 6 nights and our stay was truly wonderful. We were fortunate with the weather most days so managed to enjoy some of the many amenities the villa has to offer including swimming and sunbathing by the pool, playing croquet and pétanque! We also ate outside on the veranda every day, enjoying the BBQ and the good weather. The villa had so much to offer. We had two days when the weather was not so good and were kept busy by the games rooms downstairs – we made great use of the pool table and projector for playing music, movies and watching sports, it really was a lifesaver on one particularly cloudy day. On arrival the villa was clean and the villa handbook was most helpful to support us settling in, additionally the host was quick to respond and always willing to help with our queries. The villa offers great privacy with peaceful surroundings and allowed us to relax away from others. The village is a short walk away and we enjoyed lunch there on our final day at the restaurant which is also worth a try. On specific days there were gourmet food trucks that stopped by in the village offering various sweet and savoury items – we tried the crepes which were lovely and a nice treat after an evening walk around the river and church in lovely Buzet. We loved everything about the place, I would highly recommend this to both friend groups and families.
