The house and the grounds are fantastic. The rooms were all spacious and we particularly appreciated the bedroom set up with interlinking rooms from the nursery. We really enjoyed exploring the grounds and went for walks/runs. The children loved exploring the forest area. The swimming pool was fantastic. Loungers etc comfortable. The kids loved the swings etc and the playroom was well stocked. Everything we needed was here. The food was delicious and we really appreciate you taking into account the intolerances. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit ! Nous avons séjourné avec une famille de 8 personnes et avons passé un merveilleux séjour. La piscine est super, il y a un tennis de table et un grand et beau jardin. Il y a beaucoup de terrasses différentes où s'asseoir/se détendre/déjeuner et dîner. La cuisine est bien équipée, il y a une grande cuisinière et un barbecue pour cuisiner à l'extérieur. C'est calme et il y a beaucoup d'intimité. Sam et son mari sont très sympathiques, communicatifs et serviables. Nous avons loué les vélos électriques pendant deux jours et avons apprécié le cadre magnifique et rustique. Il y a un court de tennis à proximité auquel il est très facile d'accéder. En fait, nous ne pouvons rien trouver contre cet endroit, c'est vraiment super !
Fantastic villa. Villa Chiavari is and has everything one could wish for! Located perfectly with stunning views over the sea and great sun exposure throughout the day the villa provides high quality amenities only. Air condition, great BBQ, TV room, plenty of kitchen utilities and not to mention a great pool. We were 4 families in total but still had plenty of space. The villa is very child friendly (apart from the pool which always requires supervision anyway). There are plenty of beaches and good beach restaurants within 10 - 20 minutes driving distance. Shopping facilities are a bit further away so make sure to buy weekly supply first time. We hope to come back soon!
Le lit nous a offert le meilleur sommeil de notre vie. Nous voulions juste vous écrire et vous remercier tous les deux d'avoir partagé votre belle maison à Saint Paul de Vence. Notre semaine a été magique et l'appartement avec piscine était parfait pour s'y détendre et se relaxer. Le lit nous a offert le meilleur sommeil de notre vie (nous avons même décidé d'acheter lemême !). Nous réserverons l'année prochaine, mais nous voulions vous faire savoir à quel point nous avons apprécié notre séjour.
It's gone too quickly! Lovely stay at Château du Pic de Rigaud, such an impressive building and even more fabulous views!! We made the most of the pool when the sun was out and when cloudy would highly recommend the walk up to the NAjac fortress and kayaking (Saint-Antonin - but more adventurous than Najac!) and the tree tops walk at the river (Najac!). We had a delicious dinner at Mont le Viaur Hotel (booked by Henrietta - Thank you!). Highly recommend! Hope we visit again one day!

The accomodation were beyond our expectations, the rooms were large and spacious with an antique feel. Outdoor gardens well maintained and beautiful. Pool area is large and well equipped for our family vacation
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. L’appartement est très agréable, lumineux, très bien équipé. La grande terrasse avec vue sur le petit port et la mer est au top, avec le bruit des cigales. L’espace de vie est très lumineux et agréable à vivre. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Les commerces de proximité, dont un grand Géant Casino, sont accessibles en voiture, sur Beaulieu, à 5 minutes en voiture. Même si l’accès à la gare et au bus est assez simple, privilégiez la voiture… ou le bateau, car le port est en bas de l’immeuble.
We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Pézenas. The villa was superb, well maintained, modern with all up to date appliances. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow but this in no way affected our enjoyment of the holiday. The town was just as we imagined it to be, typically French with an attractive historic centre. Good restaurants, shops and bars all within easy walking distance.
Nous nous sommes très bien installés merci dans votre belle maison. Tout a été super et je ne pense pas que nous aurions pu demander plus. Vous avez certainement fait de cet endroit un merveilleux lieu où séjourner.

One of the loveliest and peaceful lodgings of my two week 1000+km driving tour of South Western France. La Petite Maison Générille is nestled in verdant hills overlooking the most beautiful natural and historical settings in all of France. Though it is located in a hamlet enclave that feels worlds away, it is so conveniently located to access many châteaux, stunning river drives with views of the "falaises" - the ancient cliffs, and numerous restaurants found in charming villages that won't disappoint! Alll within a 10 to 20 minute drive. This is a place that you will want to return to again and again!

Wow… what an amazing villa, it's just so beautiful. We had an amazing family holiday… Debbie and Brent also made our experience so memorable and really have provided a fantastic service.
Lovely holiday home. This was the first time we had stayed in this area of Perigord. The house was fantastic, very large for 4 people and had a really good swimming pool. The house is only 2 km from the river which is also lovely to swim in. There is also a lake nearby at Grolejac as well if you prefer that. The property is in a quiet but central location with numerous beautiful towns to visit nearby (e.g. Domme and Sarlat) and lots of activities to enjoy. We had a great 2 week holiday here!
What a wonderful place to celebrate Michael’s 70th Birthday. Thanks to Mike and Annie for hosting us and thank you Manoir de l'Hermier for absorbing us. A great mates reunion where we enjoyed much chat, games and hilarity. A week filled with gratitude and love

Thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness. The Loft has been amazing for us - so comfortable and beautifully decorated. We have very much enjoyed our morning coffees, lunches and dinners on the terrace. We have relaxed and read lots of books, which is just what we needed. Stunning château in rural France. In August this year we made our 3rd visit to Château Velouse with a group of friends and once again had a wonderful time. The first time we flew to Paris and hired a car but found it more economical to take a ferry - crossing to Dieppe last year and Calais in August. Easy drive on all occasions. Location is in a beautiful rural area steeped in history and close to the Loire with its majestic châteaux and extensive forests. Medieval Bourge, only a few miles away, is very well worth several visits – the acoustics in the cathedral are amazing. The surrounding area is reasonably flat and so an ideal centre for cycling on very quiet roads and off road tracks. The communal areas and bedrooms in the château are impressive and very classy. The pool area is an ideal centre for complete relaxation. Pool is clean and well maintained. The hosts are extremely welcoming and friendly - very attentive to our needs and not obtrusive. Well worth a visit.
Fabulous villa with view. Staying at the property made our vacation unforgettable. We were a group of 8 and the house was plenty big enough for all of us adults. The terrace with the pool was unbelievable. We spent many evenings dining and laughing and enjoying the beautiful view which showed the city of Grasse in the distance sparkling. The house was spotless and decorated beautifully. Every amenity was available. The owners were so helpful with any question. We can't wait to return to the Côte d'Azur and this house.
La Maison Cabanon, c'était comme à la maison ! Parfait pour des vacances en famille. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un temps superbe. Beaucoup de vélo, de natation et de nourriture dans un cadre vraiment magique. Nous reviendrons !
This flat was wonderful. Location is great, 5 minute drive from Beaulieu, 10 minute walk to train station. Coffee and snacks right at the edge of the property and a few restaurants within walking distance. Very quiet area. Right on the water. This flat had absolutely everything we could want to enjoy our stay. Kitchen is a nice size and has all amenities. The two bedrooms were great. Dining area and living room were spacious and comfortable and the balcony was large and nicely furnished. Washer and dryer were convenient to have. Communication with Ben and the owner was easy. The place also came with beach chairs. The only clarification I’d make is that the bathroom is one toilet, one shower and one sink.

Thank you again for opening your home to us this summer. We all really needed a vacation and the house was a superb way to relax and enjoy perfect weather. We all had a great time and fully enjoyed the house and the property. The overall layout of the house and inside the rooms is very thoughtful and was perfect for all of us. We had three families, 4 kids of different ages and a grandma. The different spaces allowed us to handle the different kid routines and moods in a way that gave everyone privacy. The kitchen is large and extremely well furnished. Makes it comfortable to cook for large groups. The pool is actually enormous. The way Patrick takes care of it seems to produce much better results than I have seen in other places: the water stayed clear all the way through. The pool house is an incredibly valuable area, especially because it is so well furnished, this is a serious luxury. The small supermarket in St-Antonin-du-Var is surprisingly good, if you are not a big cook you could totally live off this (they opened on Sunday am!). We also organised a Casino home delivery for the day before we arrived. We used P and Geraldine for 16 hours a week, to get the kitchen cleaned, make the beds, light housekeeping, remove rubbish, clean the BBQ and pool house areas and this made a huge positive difference.
Belle propriété sur un site magnifique dans un endroit merveilleux. Les propriétaires sont des hôtes tellement charmants, toujours attentifs et très serviables. Ils font un excellent travail pour restaurer ces propriétés avec amour et de belles touches de décoration. Nous avons adoré le temps passé dans le Lot, merci beaucoup.
J'ai adoré séjourner dans cette jolie maison. Le jardin était ma partie préférée. J'ai bien aimé me baigner dans la piscine. Je suis ravi de dire que je suis satisfait de mon séjour.
