Comfortable. Well equipped château. Spacious. Well tended grounds. Stunning pool area, very inviting! All really good. Comfortable sitting area. Well organised roomy playroom being a real bonus. Kitchen well equipped for cooking. Helpful at all times and unobtrusive. Huge bonus having the daily housekeeping service as well as shopping service. Notre séjour aux Marquises a été parfait, la maison avait tout ce que nous puissions rêver, merci. Nous avons adoré la vue sur les vignes, le mobilier, la piscine, le grand figuier pour l'ombre et les figues.

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances ici dans la magnifique ville de Sarlat. La maison est parfaite avec de beaux meubles, une cuisine bien équipée et des douches incroyables. La piscine était exactement ce dont nous avions besoin après de longues journées passées à explorer les merveilleux sites de la Dordogne (le Gouffre de Padirac étant une visite majeure). L'emplacement de la maison est parfait, à distance de marche de la ville mais très paisible, entouré d'un beau jardin arboré. Nous espérons revenir l'année prochaine. Many thanks for a great family holiday in a wonderful setting. La Ferme Éclaircie is great and proved perfect for our family. We especially enjoyed cooling off in the fantastic pool. The area and scenery are great also and we recommend the prune festival in Agen! We would love to come back.
We celebrated a week's holiday with 6 adult children and 2 grandchildren. The house is equipped with all modern conveniences, has a beautiful and complete interior, but still has an authentic appearance. The space in and around the house is gigantic and there is plenty of entertainment for everyone: from a nice swimming pool with many sun loungers to a room with numerous games and a good tennis court. Highly recommended for a family holiday. We will definitely go back again.
Central location, great stay. The villa was huge and could easily accommodate larger groups than our three couples. The grounds were expansive and well suited for outside leisure and dining. The Rully location was super both in terms of accessing everything that Burgundy region has to offer as well as for enjoying local amenities such as bakeries, restaurant, wineries, etc. Sigrid was extremely helpful throughout the whole vacation process. A hugely enjoyable week.

Everything you would need is provided for a perfect stay in this part of southern France. A range of seating areas throughout the garden and the pool were delightful. The villa was very well equipped and comfortable The hosts were charming, friendly and helpful, but very discrete.
Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine. La maison est agencée et décorée avec soin, o s'y sent bien. Et quelle vue, quelle tranquillité... Un grand merci pour votre accueil si chaleureux, tout est parfait ici. Et que dire de la piscine chauffée qui a permis aux enfants de s'amuser pendant des heures. Merci beaucoup pour tout.
We had great week staying at this lovely house! It is in quiet, rural location and we enjoyed exploring the area, which is very pretty. Sam was a great host and showed us everything and then left us to it – but was very helpful responsive with any questions we had. There were 7 of us and the house accommodated us all very easily. It is very well equipped and everything is in good condition and works well - lots of plates, glasses, large fridge freezer with ice maker, wine and beer fridges etc! The beds were comfortable and the house has two good bathrooms/shower rooms including a spa bath! There is a great choice of terraces and outside areas (covered and open) for sitting and dining, with lots of chairs, tables and sun loungers – which far exceeded expectations. The pool, surrounding terrace and gardens are really lovely and it is very quiet and private. The table tennis table was a bonus and we had a fun afternoon kayaking on the Dordogne, too! We would have loved a few more days there!

Très bien situé, sur la plage avec un excellent accès aux diverses activités. Le stationnement est super. Tout était parfait, depuis les communications préalables jusqu'au contrôle de départ. J'ai adoré l'appartement et l'ambiance générale et pouvoir rester sur la plage avec toutes les activités amusantes, les magasins et les marchés. Idéal pour marcher. La plage et l'eau sont fantastiques !! L'appartement est parfait. Appartement impeccable, très bien situé. Très central par rapport à tout ce que vous pourriez souhaiter.
We have enjoyed two wonderful week here with cloudless skies and beautiful evenings. Amongst our favourite outings were nearby Villedieu, a beautiful spot for a lunchtime stop at the cafe du centre or the exceptional bistro de Villedieu, we also visited Gigondas with its magical views and charming square, Vaison la romaine is a stunning town especially the old part. We also enjoyed wondering around Nyons following the route through the spectacular medieval arches, chapel and church.
I am writing to say what a wonderful time we had at Les Rocans during the week of 3th-10th August. It suited all our needs and we were amazed by the tranquility and beauty of the surroundings.

Thank you for being the most welcoming, warm and charming hosts, you looked after us so well. Thank you for drinks in your home, it was so much fun. After 2.5 years in the making, everything conspired against us. Well worth the wait! The Loft is exactly as expected and the welcome even better! We loved the ambiance, the garden and the area after the last months of lockdown etc - it has been wonderful. We cannot thank you enough for your generosity - the mobility aid was indispensable and the evening spent getting to know you both was great. Can we also thank you for your incredibly comprehensive welcome pack. We enjoy cooking and we’re very grateful for the extras. Thank you Karen, for delivery on day one - BREAKFAST WAS BRILLIANT! We have really enjoyed the garden - a lot of hard work, we know, but much appreciated. We do hope we keep in touch as we will miss Russell’s lengthy epistles - always a good read! He should write a book; maybe the history of your home with the trials and tribulations of renovating thrown in (‘A Year - or Two - in Minervois’, perhaps?). If you are ever back in the region, you know where we are!
Le Petit Pigeonnier est un lieu de villégiature enchanteur, en particulier pour une famille. Debbie et Rupert sont très accueillants et tout en restant totalement discrets, ne sont que trop disposés à donner une aide pratique et des suggestions si nécessaire. Le logement est spacieux avec une architecture intéressante, un mobilier confortable de bonne qualité et une cuisine bien équipée. Le jardin est agréable et varié, avec une jolie cour et différents espaces de détente ou de restauration. La piscine est magnifiquement entretenue et de bonne taille. Tout dans la propriété est bien entretenu et soigné - c'est un endroit charmant où séjourner.
We have spent the most wonderful week in the South of France enjoying the local wines and produce. Thank you so much for your many recommendations and of course for providing the Loft. Everything has been thought through to give maximum comfort and relaxation. The only regret is that the holiday didn't last for two weeks!

Nous ne manquerons pas de recommander cette maison avec tant de caractère et de charme à toute notre famille et nos amis en Australie et en Angleterre. Nous y avons passé un moment merveilleux.
Nous ne pouvons pas partir sans dire quel privilège se fut d'être les premiers hôtes de cette magnifique villa. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la maison est juste parfaite. Nous avons bien visité la région, Grimaud, Port Grimaud, Saint-Maxime and Gassin - toutes méritent une visite. Nous sommes même allés faire du ski nautique et nous recommandons chaudement Adventure Sports à Saint-Tropez, qui propose plusieurs sports nautiques. Nous espérons que les prochains hôtes passeront un merveilleux séjour comme nous l'avons fait.
