Merci pour un superbe séjour au Presbytère, nous avons passé de bonnes vacances. La villa est belle et son emplacement merveilleux.
C'était notre toute première location de vacances et elle a placé la barre très haut. De notre arrivée à l'accueil chaleureux et convivial de nos hôtes (Katerina et Stephen) jusqu'à notre départ, toujours aussi chaleureux et convivial, nous n'aurions pas pu rêver mieux pour ce long séjour. Le gîte est très bien aménagé et d'une taille idéale pour un couple. Il offrait tous les équipements nécessaires pour que nos deux semaines se sentent comme à la maison et offrait un espace confortable pour nous déplacer. La piscine est également excellente et témoigne du soin apporté par nos hôtes à la perfection de la décoration. L'emplacement, dans la vallée de la Vézère, est idéal pour visiter les nombreuses attractions de la région : grottes préhistoriques, grottes de stalagmites et de stalactites, maisons fortes, magnifiques châteaux et tant de villages pleins de charme. Nous avons même fait une descente de 12 km en canoë sur la Vézère, ce qui nous a permis de découvrir la vallée sous un angle différent. Même si nous aimons visiter différents endroits, il y a de fortes chances que nous y revenions !

We booked Château Velouse as we love the Loire region. Definitely not disappointed... the welcome from the hosts Claire and Phil was lovely, the rooms were huge in size and height, great ensuites, it can hold 16 adults plus 4 children. Loads of space in the extensive grounds which are walled and fenced, we felt very secure and great for children and our dog to explore. The large swimming pool was fantastic and spent a lot of time there lounging on luxury sun beds under the umbrellas (30C plus during our stay). We had some wonderful evening meals during our stay either outside patio area which seated us all with lovely lighting or inside in the huge dining room. As a group of family and friends we took turns to cook which was great fun and the kitchen is very well equipped to cater for a large group. We had trips out to Bourges, Sancerre and a day on a local golf course, all recommended

Went to this beautiful holiday cottage for the second time. What a great experience again this time. We were warmly welcomed and our house felt like coming home again. Host and hostess Leo and Esther gave us great tips so that our holiday became a great experience again. The visit to Nîmes was impressively beautiful. I especially recommend visiting Avignon to everyone with its beautiful center and the cozy terraces around the market square. The swimming pool overlooking the vineyards is a pearl. The silence descends on you wonderfully in the evening. Truly unique. Thank you for another great holiday.

Je tiens à vous remercier encore une fois d'avoir partagé avec nous votre magnifique villa et la piscine à débordement (chauffée) d'une beauté indescriptible. C'est vrai, la villa et la piscine sont bien plus belles en réalité que sur les photos. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise dans votre superbe villa et ce fut un grand plaisir de vous rencontrer. Nous reviendrons certainement. Et si vous vous rendez à Zurich, vous devez venir nous rendre visite.
Nous avons tous beaucoup apprécié notre séjour aux Averries. Le chalet est beau, charmant et confortable à tout point de vue. Les jardins, magnifiques. Les hôtes, très aimables. Nous avons également apprécié la piscine. Le charmant village, à quelques minutes à pied ou à vélo, a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. C'est un endroit parfait pour les journées tranquilles et visiter de nombreuses attractions à proximité, il y a beaucoup à voir et à faire pour tous les âges. Petits et grands ont apprécié le magnifique château. Nous espérons donc revenir.
The house itself is old and gently restored, and extremely well equipped with every cooking utensil you could wish for and a very nice coffee machine. Special features are the large swimming pool close to the house, and the tennis court, which is a little higher up, with beautiful rural views. In summer there are night markets in surrounding villages where you can buy all kinds of foods, from omelettes to snails, and eat them outdoors on long trestle tables - a treat for locals and tourists alike. A wonderfully relaxing place to stay, highly recommended.

A more tranquil spot in France you will not find. The house has 360-degree views across stunning French countryside that rolls and undulates towards a backdrop of the Pyrenees. It feels like you're a million miles from the stresses and strains of modern life, another world and yet within 20 minutes drive you can be in a huge supermarket that will cater for all your needs. The house itself is incredibly comfortable, with all mod cons. It sleeps 14 people in great comfort, including in two well-appointed cottages in the grounds. And yet it retains its cosy feel. Some days we lazed by the pool and ate our meals on one of the terraces, other days – when it was cooler - we lit the fire and settled in. It's genuinely as comfy inside as it is outside, which is not always the case in French holiday lets. Our young children were in heaven. When not swimming or playing tennis, they roamed the five acres of immaculately kept grounds, building camps, rowing on the small lake. There's snooker croquet and table tennis too, if it's wet. And then of course there is the party room. Set well away from the grown-up bedrooms, the party room has a bar, DJ–quality speaker system and a proper disco – glitter ball, lights and all. Incredible fun. You really won't want to leave the château and grounds at all – it's a self-contained little hill-top world - but if you do have itchy feet then there are lots of walks nearby, or you can visit one of the many beautiful French towns nearby (Mirepoix market is a must). I cannot wait to return.
This is the third time at Villa Kali and I can't think of any more superlatives. The villa ticks all the boxes and some. The beaches at Grau Agde and Portiragnes are well worth a visit as well as Valros with all its restaurants.

Maison Bourg Calès is most definitely a five-star property. It is a beautiful property, both inside and outside, beautifully clean and fully equipped with everything you could possible need for a wonderful holiday. We also really appreciated the extra touches - the bottle of own label wine that awaited us, the basket full of towels for the pool and the store cupboard of kitchen essentials. We loved the saltwater pool. We would happily recommend it to anyone wishing to holiday in the Dordogne and looking for a well-located, high quality property.

Nous reviendrions à la propriété sans hésiter un instant pour d'autres vacances. Where to begin? Booked this wonderful house 10 months ago. Often looked at the pictures and thought can anywhere be so perfect... it can! The sheer joy of walking from room to room, spending entire days outside by and in the pool. Simple living in a sumptuous house which just keeps giving with it's character, beautiful art and furniture. Was this as perfect as I imagined? Absolutely. Would I come back? Without a doubt. Loved every minute'
We had a very good stay at La Ferme Éclaircie which met all our expectations. We were very grateful for the initial supplies ( tea, coffee, wine , orange juice, loo paper etc ) which make a huge difference. The information pack - which was really useful. The maps. And the house was delightfully furnished and well supplied. We loved the area.
Whaou! La première fois que j'ai vu les photos je l'ai trouvé splendide, mais quand nous sommes arrivés, c'était encore plus magnifique. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Debbie et Brent sont d'une gentillesse absolue et nous ont fait nous sentir les bienvenus. Les jardins sont si pittoresques! C'était nos premières vacances avec notre enfant d'1 an et nous ne pouvions pas rêver mieux comme vacances. Merci La Bastide!
Cédric, another wonderful holiday in your beautiful villa. We enjoyed it so much, with trips towards Narbonne, the Canal du Midi, Pézenas, Gruissan for the stage 16 of the Tour de France, as well as lots of time in the fantastic pool! you wer a great host, showing us your new wine cellar (I didn't drink all the wine!) and telling us your plans to make the house even better. Quel endroit absolument incroyable ! Les propriétaires étaient extrêmement accueillants et aux petits soins pour nous durant notre séjour. Le château et son domaine invitent à la détente dès l'arrivée. On y trouve de l'espace à profusion et tout le confort nécessaire. Un lieu incontournable pour des vacances réussies.
An incredible place to disconnect! The hosts treated us very well and took care very well that we did not lack anything. The house is very comfortable and beautiful, fully equipped and with very comfortable beds. All the rooms are comfortable and beautiful. You can tell that they have thought of everything and that they take care of the details with affection. We leave delighted and in love with the region and the environment that surrounds this dream house.
Nous avons tous apprécié le séjour à la villa. Nous avons aimé son emplacement - à la fois à Lezignan et le fait d'être proche de Pézenas et d'accéder facilement à d'autres endroits (nous sommes allés à Carcassonne, Montpellier, Millau, etc.). Merci d'avoir mis à disposition le vélo et le baby-foot ! C'était aussi agréable d'avoir une piscine - même si nous n'y sommes allés qu'une seule fois. De nombreuses informations utiles ont également été fournies dans la villa. Nous avons aimé le fait que vous nous ayez contacté personnellement - cela nous a rassuré avant notre voyage - merci pour votre aide. What a fabulous three weeks we have had staying with you at the Loft again. Thank you again for all your hard work preparing the Loft for our arrival and, of course, for your oh so warm hospitality! So many new memories for us to take home and we are coming to terms with the Boules Trophy making its way to Guernsey this year! Thank you so much for accommodating all the comings and goings of our family and friends again this year. As ever, we have loved spending time with with you and it's great to reflect that visit number four is already booked for 2020. We know we'll be in touch in the meantime.
Sadly leaving. What a truly delightful house this is and how warm and welcoming it has been for our family of 9 travelling from Australia to celebrate two 50th birthdays. Despite the heat we have been comfortable and happy, exploring many towns and locations and enjoying the pool and the house. The kitchen was perfect, all the little extra's very much appriciated and the beds so comfortable. We played football, rode the bikes and went for local walks. Simply one of the best houses we've ever stayed in and one of the best holidays we've ever enjoyed.
