A lovely family house beautifuly equipped Immaculate property, all the bedrooms are great with the addition of air con in the master bedroom, great kitchen, bathrooms and perfect showers! British TV to keep the kids entertained. The pool area is sheltered and a real sun trap! Our favourite time was BBQ in the evening on the first floor terrace with beautiful views . Very convenient for a stroll onto the pretty village with bars restaurants and lovely markets. Superb unspoilt beaches only 20 minutes away. Highly recommend going into Narbonne only half an hour away, you must visit the indoor food market.
The property was perfect for our two families, with ample accommodation and communal areas to relax together. We were spoilt for choice as to where we chose to hang out with beautiful uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside especially from the back of the property. The pool was a real treat - large enough for our party of 8 to have endless fun in. The daily walk to the boulangerie first thing in the morning was really enjoyable, as were the local pizza's!
I just wanted to thank you for providing us with the perfect spot for our vacation week in Provence. We loved everything about your home, the surroundings and the people. As it was my first time to Provence, we had an elaborate plan to visit Aix, Arles, Avignon etc and whereas I am sure they are fantastic places too, however, we ended up exploring the lovely mountain villages surrounding your home and loved every minute. Thank you for leaving the details regarding bike rental and horse-back riding, in the end it was a bit too hot to do either but maybe next time?! The house was great in every way and we loved every attention to detail and your impeccable taste. Again, thank you for a wonderful holiday, we do hope that some day we can return.
I'd like to thank you for the fantastic stay we had in your amazing cottage Maison Bourg Calès. It was simply beautiful and my family and I absolutely loved every second of our stay. The weather was brilliant and there aren't enough words to describe how stunning your cottage is. We would definitely stay there again and will highly recommend it to any friends. Once more thank you so much for making our holiday so memorable.
Villa everything and more! fantastic villa, pool and table tennis great fun! Pézenas lovely 15 - 20 minutes easy walk! Lots of great restaurants. Beach between Sète and Agde very good and not too many people.
Beautifully converted and furnished house with two lovely gîtes, a swimming pool and terraces. The wide views over the vineyards are unprecedented. The owners again make something very beautiful !!!
Nous avons séjourné en famille dans cette très jolie maison de caractère, pleine de charme et de luxe. Située dans une grande propriété calme, vaste et bien entretenue, la maison offre de belles surfaces et de nombreuses chambres, idéales pour une grande famille. La grande piscine est parfaite pour toute la famille. L’accueil est très sympathique et nous avons passé une très belle semaine en famille dans cette belle propriété. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Two splendid weeks relaxing and sight seeing with a very beautiful home to come back too. We can't fault the house, we especially loved the kitchen, pool room, swimming pool and of course the marvellous views.
Our stay was as much about the garden as the stunning house, the electronic gate at the entrance worked a treat each time we used it. Three of us each had a bedroom and all the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and lounge were fully equipped so we wanted for nothing. We linked our laptop in to the CD via a two-to-one 3.5mm jack lead which we take everywhere, so were able to listen to our collection of music through quite a reasonable hi-fi system. The large TV, although not HD, was great for any English programmes you just couldn't miss, even on holiday! We made the ten minute scenic drive up to the boulangerie at Bertric-Buree for our baguettes, croissants and pain-a-raisins most days as there are no shops in Lusignac, just a bar restaurant. The croissants were enjoyed sitting outside the kitchen / living room area on the middle floor, which has a stunning view. For our first week, the temperatures were in the mid-thirties so it was lovely to cool off in the pool. With the pool being quite long, you could actually swim, rather than just splash about which was great to keep a little bit of fitness going. Now the garden. As having a very keen interest in natural history, especially butterflies, we contacted the owner and asked if he could leave the grass uncut, so that any wild flowers would be there to attract butterflies for our photography. He duly obliged. This resulted in a count of thirty one species of butterfly just in the garden, with another five spotted whilst out on our travels. Non-British species included Scarce Swallowtail, Swallowtail, Pearly Heath, Mallow Skipper, Map and the star of the show, Large Blue, which were extinct in Britain until being reintroduced recently. The grass areas provided a fantastic environment for butterflies and other insects. This little area truly is a spectacular insect haven. This is without the lavender hedge which runs down one side of the entire drive. No red squirrels, but we watched birds of prey circling as the farmer cut the field in the valley and amongst other species of birds, there were a pair of Golden Orioles which flew by regularly. If you are looking for a modern house in an attractive location with lovely pool, lovely view and ridiculous number of butterflies, this is it!
What an amazing place! Beautiful view had everything we needed and more, children (and adults) loved the pool. The weather was beautiful what more can we say! The perfect place.
Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique à Sarlat et ses environs. Le lieu idéal pour des vacances en famille. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les jardins d'Eyrignac et de Marqueyssac, mais il y avait tellement de choses à faire et à voir ici. Le Bistro De L'Octroi, en face, est fantastique. Merci Jackie et Geoff.

Les Fumerates, c'est un chez-soi élégant et confortable dans le sud de la France. C'est un point de départ idéal pour explorer le charmant village de Saint Paul de Vence, mais la majeure partie de votre séjour ici devrait être consacrée à vous détendre au bord de la fabuleuse piscine (et chauffée !) de la villa avec un bon livre et à profiter de la vue panoramique. Fortement recommandé pour un voyage calme et relaxant avec vos proches.

Merci pour ce agréable séjour au Mas des Rivailles. Notre famille de cinq personnes y a séjourné pendant deux semaines en août 2023 et nous avons passé un très bon moment. Il est très spacieux et moderne, avec toutes les commodités nécessaires pour un séjour confortable. La température de la piscine était parfaite et nous avons trouvé l'eau salée assez agréable. Les transats et l'aménagement de la piscine permettent des moments de détente au bord de la piscine et nous avons apprécié particulièrement la très grande salle de jeux avec table de ping-pong, billard et baby-foot ainsi que de nombreux jouets pour nos trois enfants. Les chambres étaient propres et équipées de draps de qualité et de serviettes moelleuses ainsi que d'un espace de rangement suffisant pour nos affaires. La buanderie/cellier était également très utile pour stocker de la nourriture et laver nos vêtements facilement. Frédéric était serviable et attentif comme toujours et a rendu notre séjour très confortable, faisant venir des ventilateurs supplémentaires lorsque nous en avons fait la demande, car notre séjour coïncidait avec une vague de chaleur. La famille du propriétaire qui vit dans la ferme voisine était très sympathique et serviable et a répondu à tous nos problèmes. L'emplacement de la maison est également idéal pour explorer la région avec de nombreuses villes et activités intéressantes à quelques minutes en voiture. Nous le recommanderons certainement ! There were 9 of us meeting for the weekend in the beautiful cottage restored by Christophe's hands. Everything was perfect, from communication before the stay, Christophe's welcome and his legendary conviviality! The place is amazing, it's perfect for sharing special moments with friends and family. The cottage is very well equipped, the decoration is also very beautiful and the place allows you to party well. I can only recommend choosing this place for its charm and the quality of its host Christophe’ Thanks again, Hope to see you soon.
Mas du Château was simply perfect. It was spotless, comfortable, peaceful and he was a wonderful host; nothing was too much trouble. We couldn’t have asked for anything more and didn’t want to leave.
After having stayed it before exactly a year ago, we already had high expectations and were wondering if it would be as wonderful as before. It was even better! Thank you so much.
