Beautiful setting and the grounds are marvellous. So relaxing and the pool area is perfect for long sunny afternoons. Kitchen is really well appointed. Bed linen feels fresh and your home is spotless - a big thumbs up! Playroom was a huge hit. You have a wonderful property, but your kindness and generosity of spirit went a long way in making us all feel very welcome.
We celebrated a week's holiday with 6 adult children and 2 grandchildren. The house is equipped with all modern conveniences, has a beautiful and complete interior, but still has an authentic appearance. The space in and around the house is gigantic and there is plenty of entertainment for everyone: from a nice swimming pool with many sun loungers to a room with numerous games and a good tennis court. Highly recommended for a family holiday. We will definitely go back again.
Heaven on Earth. Our two week stay at Villa Chiavari was an absolute dream; I could not be more enthusiastic in recommending this home to anyone looking to spend their vacation in a veritable paradise. We were 2 couples, 3 children and 1 grandparent and booked an 'off-season' holiday at the end of September. Not long after our arrival we realised a major perk of booking 'off season': uncrowded beaches with absolutely perfect summer weather! Villa Chiavari's spectacular ocean-view infinity pool is surrounded by lounge-chairs and palm trees and bordered by a lush garden... good luck ever tearing yourself away. I should also mention that this lavish pool area is accessible by both the main living quarters of the house and by the bedrooms, which we found extremely convenient for our kids and elderly grandparent. Pool amenities also include a shaded lounge and dining area (also with an ocean view), a barbecue, outdoor refrigerator, pool toys and floats and easy access to a downstairs kitchenette. The grounds at the front of the house include a lush garden, an elevated hammock-hideaway in a quiet shady corner and an outdoor eating area punctuated by a lovely little fountain. The bedrooms are attractively furnished, comfortable and very clean. Five out of six have full attached bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning, as is the main area of the house. The upstairs living/dining/den areas are elegant yet cozy at the same time and the entire back 'wall' of this floor is composed of large sliding glass doors that open onto a beautiful terrace running the length of the entire villa. There is a dining area and lounge on this upper terrace as well! The kitchen has every piece of equipment you can think of and if you're looking for the ultimate in extravagance, the owners will set you up with your own chef. They arranged for us a very personable French cook who prepared truly delicious, fresh meals that even our children were not afraid to eat. Sublime. Speaking of kids, families will find this home very child-safe. There are gates on stairways, the entire property is fenced-in (artfully disguised by beautiful flowers and foliage) and there is a smattering of children's furniture (highchair etc) available for use. We were also really comforted by the fact that the owners of this home are easily reached and are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be booking again and I encourage anyone interested in perfection to do the same!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Un joli cottage situé dans un beau jardin entouré par la campagne pittoresque. Nous recommandons chaleureusement le Mas Saint-Martial aux familles qui recherchent un endroit cosy avec une jolie piscine et de nombreux équipements pour distraire toute la famille.
Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique à La Cigalière, tout était conforme à l'annonce. Excellent.
Best villa in 15 years of visiting France. Pool was wonderful and essential for cooling off when the temperatures exceeded 30 degrees. Super area for cycling and hiking. Best meal was at L'Aspargus (Valros) - well worth the drive. Best meals in Pézenas at Les Marronniers.
Just a note to say how much we enjoyed our stay at the Villa Montplaisir. This is a lovely villa in a nice location. The owner could not have been more helpful and we were provided with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a very relaxing and peaceful time staying in your beautiful home. It was wonderful to wake up and watch the sunrise over Mont Ventoux.
Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances formidable à Maison Lemance. La maison est entièrement équipée et vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin dans la cuisine, la salle de jeux pour les enfants, une superbe piscine et même un tennis de table. Il y a un grand et beau jardin qui est idéal pour que les enfants puissent courir, pendant que nous buvions du vin sur le balcon. Le propriétaire nous a laissé une liste de recommandations d'activités et de restaurants dans la région, ce qui a été très utile. Nous recommandons vivement de séjourner à Maison Lemance.
We had a wonderful holiday at Maison Emz. Jacky and Anne are the perfect hosts, being friendly, helpful and keen to allow us to have a good vacation. Maison Emz is a beautiful house with excellent facilities and is beautifully decorated and equipped. The outside spaces and pool area provide a lovely environment to relax. The house location, in a quiet rural area but with the good local town of Goudargues and other interesting towns and villages within easy reach, is a great place to enjoy two weeks in the sun.
J'ai passé quelques jours en famille au Le Mas Pouget. Le séjour y a été fabuleux, notamment parce que l'endroit est très raffiné, et parce que l'emplacement est idéal pour des excursions dans le parc des Cévennes
Notre séjour a été absolument incroyable. La vue autour de la maison est à couper le souffle et la maison elle-même fut un vrai plaisir. Nous avons profité de nombreuses baignades, barbecues, jeux et soirées cinéma. Merci beaucoup de nous avoir accueillis, nous espérons tous revenir un jour bientôt !!
Amazing house and garden. So comfortable and so much to admire. We loved the garden, the pol and all the wonderful artefacts in the house. We would love to come back again sometime soon.
A perfect stay for a family Christmas. Plenty of room for 10 people. Beautiful bedrooms and bathroom. A very family-friendly living room, a superb and functional kitchen. It’s hard to know where to begin to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay. Your property is so well set up and we made good use of the barbecue, tennis court, boules, darts, table tennis and of course, the pool which beats all other swimming pools we’ve ever had on holiday... and the shady areas when the sun got just that bit too hot. So much thought has obviously gone into it all and it made our holiday very special. The four teenage grandchildren we had with us had a ball and we all loved the Lot countryside, its villages and the sunflowers. How can you not be happy when you’ve got fields of them within a few steps from your door? The two Marches Gourmands we went to at Tournon and Saux were brilliant fun - the food on offer at Saux was particularly good and Tournon is such a pretty place. Our daughter loved going for early morning runs, seeing a hare and on two occasions, a deer, amongst sunflowers. Swimming in the Lot, cycling and canoeing are all on our list of favourite things we did. We also have a great picture of three of the red squirrels on the tree near the bolet - what a brilliant place for breakfast. Thank you so very much from all of us. We have spent a very happy week here. The house is charming, very comfortable and relaxing. We have loved spending lazy days around the pool, enjoying the beautiful, peaceful surroundings. The cafés of Poitiers were worth a visit. Thierry and Véronique have been lovely hosts, thank you.
Tout était magnifique à La Bastide 1718. Nous nous sommes rendus dans la région pour raisons professionnelles, ce qui a été particulièrement difficile en temps de pandémie et de confinement. Malgré cela, la villa et notre hôte Thomas ont rendu notre séjour le plus agréable possible dans ces circonstances. Thomas était toujours disponible, pour tous besoins. Très professionnel, gentil et attentionné. Honnêtement l’un des meilleurs hôtes qu’il m’a été donné de rencontrer! La villa est extraordinaire. Chaque chambre offre des standards hôteliers, depuis la literie, la climatisation et le chauffage, les salles de bain, jusqu’aux télévisions et à la décoration. La cuisine et les installations sont parfaitement équipées et entretenues, vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous aurez besoin. Nous avons passé chaque soirée dans le salon-salle à manger, avec un feu de cheminée, parfait pour que l’équipe se détende! Il y a tellement d’équipements dans la villa que vous ne vous ennuierez jamais. Le lieu est magnifique, et vaut largement la longue route à parcourir, pour y trouver tranquillité et un panorama splendide. Vous trouverez de nombreuses touches d’attention dans la villa, mais je ne préfère pas tout vous révéler. Chacune de ces attentions font de votre séjour un moment plus relaxant et inoubliable encore. Merci encore à Thomas et son équipe qui s’occupent de La Bastide!

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre dernière semaine à Camirout. Nos endroits préférés ont été Bergerac, Monpazier et le marché nocturne de Prayssas. Tous mettaient en valeur la belle histoire de cette région et une cuisine exceptionnelle. La piscine a diverti les enfants pendant des heures. Merci beaucoup. Toute notre affection, famille Adams.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Richelieu. La maison est extrêmement élégante et avait tout le nécessaire. La piscine et les espaces de divertissement à l'extérieur étaient excellents. C'était une maison fantastique.
WOW! What a holiday! The Loft is absolutely beautiful and we’ve all had the most wonderful time. In fact, the Loft, pool and gardens are so incredible we’ve spent most days swimming, reading and lounging by the pool! Playing boules has been fun and meeting you both, and Mack and Mabel too. We’d love to come back and revisit the Loft - it’s been fantastic! A big ‘Thank You’!
Ma famille et moi avons passé 2 superbes semaines à la Maison Charvin. Quelles vacances fantastiques nous avons eues. Les indications pour trouver la maison étaient simples et faciles à suivre. La maison était impeccablement propre et équipée de tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, ce qui était un soulagement bienvenu après le long trajet. En tant que cuisinière passionnée, mon amie a aimé nous y préparer de délicieux repas tout au long de notre séjour. Mes enfants sont tombés amoureux de la maison (ils ont chacun apprécié d'avoir leur chambre !) et de la piscine et ne voulaient plus partir ! Les faits remarquables de nos vacances incluent: Se promener dans la belle cité fortifiée de Carcassonne Monter jusqu'aux ruines du château de Quéribus, l'un des châteaux cathares, situé au sommet d'un des plus hauts sommets des Pyrénées. Des vues à couper le souffle et cela vaut bien l'effort ! Un repas unique à l'Auberge du Vieux Puits, restaurant 3 étoiles Michelin à Fontjoncouse. À seulement 30 minutes en voiture de Mason Charvin. La Franqui – quelle plage fabuleuse. Beaux restaurants et boutiques en front de mer. Vaut vraiment le détour! La piscine! Le vin! Et le dernier mais non le moindre, Sharon. Une hôte fantastique qui a continuellement fait des efforts pour s'assurer que nous profitions de nos vacances. Je ne peux pas la noter assez bien et j'espère un jour retourner à Montlaur et à la Maison Charvin! Merci Sharon d'avoir partagé votre belle maison et pour tout ce que vous avez fait pour nous.
Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique et reposante. Installations impeccables, hôtes formidables. Quel endroit magnifique ! Nous avons apprécié la piscine et la pétanque.
Nous avons passé quelques jours merveilleux dans cette magnifique maison et c'était tout ce que nous avions espéré : une charmante atmosphère française, un excellent emplacement et une piscine fantastique (surtout pendant la vague de chaleur que nous avons eue). La maison était équipée de tout ce dont nous avions besoin et plus encore - vous avez vraiment pensé à tout ! Merci encore, nous espérons revenir l'année prochaine. Merci !
