We have enjoyed two wonderful week here with cloudless skies and beautiful evenings. Amongst our favourite outings were nearby Villedieu, a beautiful spot for a lunchtime stop at the cafe du centre or the exceptional bistro de Villedieu, we also visited Gigondas with its magical views and charming square, Vaison la romaine is a stunning town especially the old part. We also enjoyed wondering around Nyons following the route through the spectacular medieval arches, chapel and church.
Une maison charmante et confortable dans une belle ville. Pézenas est un endroit fantastique - vous avez un excellent emplacement ici. Merci pour tous les conseils et idées dans votre dossier - vous aimez évidemment la région et aimez l'explorer! Les «Estivals» (vins et producteurs locaux proposent leurs produits dans les rues le soir) de Pézenas étaient très amusants et juste à deux pas, tous les vendredis soirs de juillet et août.
First things first - Karen, Russell and the girls (Mack and Mabel) are wonderful hosts. Warm, friendly, thoughtful and yet discreet. They love what they're doing and it shows as nothing is too much trouble. Their enthusiasm for their ventures (current and future) is infectious. Secondly is the 'Loft du Vigneron' - a fabulous property offering everything - and more - that you could hope for. Karen and Russell's sense of style has been imprinted on it and their attention to detail has left nothing wanting. Every comfort has been considered from the fabulous welcoming pack to 'The White Company' range of toiletries. The terrace was our favourite place with the sun streaming through the roof and the warm breeze cooling us down. Rieux-Minervois is a typical French village and perfectly situated to explore the entire Minervois region from Carcassonne in the West, East to the Mediterranean, and all the lovely historical villages North and South. In conclusion, we had a fabulous stay in a wonderful property with the perfect hosts - highly recommended without hesitation. Our very best wishes for every success in you new venture. Amazing! is the word. The Loft itself, you as hosts and the location. Our week has been wonderful and made all the better due to the exceptional care and attention you both put into this special place. Your warmth and hospitality exceeds expectations - we cannot thank you enough. We will look forward to returning to continue exploring.
We stayed at Maison Sainte-Croix in June last year and I have to say, we had a fantastic holiday. The spacious house is very comfortable and there is plenty of room for everyone. We particularly liked the choice of terraces to enjoy the magnificent views at different times of the day. We had many enjoyable afternoons tasting wine in the various local villages and were glad that we drove rather than flew so that we could take home some of our favourites! We found some very good restaurants in Vaison and the street market is well worth a visit. Many thanks!
Thank you for a wonderful stay in a beautiful house. Such idyllic setting and a great base for exploring the region. Enjoyed the local walks and cycle routes. The children loved the pool. An unforgettable holiday!

Beautifully maintained. Very clean fabulous house and grounds. Fantastic range of play equipment for the children and we all really enjoyed the lovely pol. We have all had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful and well equipped house.

Beautiful house, beautiful setting and wonderful location! We’ve had an amazing two weeks here and have loved both days here around the pool and some day trips out - Le Franqui beach, Carcassonne and our boys particularly enjoyed Lac’cro Park and the dinosaur museum at Esperaza. Thanks to Nathalie and Mike for always being on hand to help and answer any questions and for being so welcoming. We don’t want to leave!
The villa was larger than we thought and very private. It contains everything you could need, want and more.
La maison est magnifique et les photos en ligne ne lui rendent pas justice, nous regretterons de partir à la fin de notre séjour.
Tres belle maison, parfaite pour un grand groupe de personnes comme le notre (10+, plusieurs familles). Tout est là pour les enfants! Hôtes tres accueillants qui ont répondu immédiatement lorsqu'il y avait une demande. En bordure d'un beau petit village, la majorité des choses à faire sont à environ 30-45 minutes de la maison. Nous avons eu un très beau séjour
De très belles vacances dans cette maison et cette region du Var. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire et accueil personnalisé pour que l'on trouve la maison. Parking facile pour 2 voitures. Merci pour les boissons au frigo à l'arrivée ! Très belle piscine, une vue magnifique, nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette maison très fonctionnelle.
The sun shone and we all had a fabulous time in this gorgeous and comfortable house. Lots of amazing food (with thanks to Steph), delicious wines of all colours (with thanks to Ampelidae), great company and a lot of laughs. Thank you!
We have had an amazing time and are very sad to have to leave! We have loved our time lazing by the pool and leaving all the stresses of our normal lives far behind. The owners have been perfect hosts. and the house has had everything that we needed. We really enjoyed visiting this part of France for the first time and would recommend all the beautiful Bastide villages. Hopefully it won't be too long before we can come back!
Nous y avons récemment passé un séjour très mémorable et agréable. Cette propriété luxueuse est confortable, bien présentée et très propre. Les vues depuis la propriété sont exceptionnelles et la piscine à l'horizon est le rêve de tout le monde. L'emplacement offre un accès aisé à Saint Paul de Vence et à la région environnante et constitue donc une base idéale pour découvrir les sites locaux.

Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique en famille au Petit Pigeonnier - une vue incroyable sur le calme et le repos des vignes, un vaste terrain, avec un bon équilibre entre ombre et soleil, une piscine fabuleuse, un intérieur immense et frais avec un aménagement très bien pensé (pas seulement l'IKEA habituel) - tous charmants à tous points de vue. Debbie était une hôte parfaite : super discrète, mais là pour des conseils et des dépannages en cas de besoin, et surtout, si attentionnée pour que nous puissions profiter au maximum de notre séjour en profitant des sites, des marchés et des produits locaux (y compris les noix et les confitures de la propriété), qui regorgent localement ici ! Nous savions que nous allions passer de bonnes vacances dès que nous avons vu qu'une bouteille de vin nous attendait, fruit des vignes juste devant notre fenêtre, et nous avions raison.
Véritablement la maison de vacances la plus magique et la plus enchanteresse dans laquelle nous ayons séjourné. Les vues sont paradisiaques, le design et les caractéristiques architecturales de la maison, si merveilleuses et uniques, sont dignes de la caverne des merveilles. La maison est si ouverte, lumineuse et spacieuse avec tant de charmants coins salons à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur qu'elle vous procure un sentiment de joie positive. Merci!

Great place!! We really enjoyed our week here. Pool, excitement of the stay, the tortoise and the location. We think that the tortoise should be named Trevor. :) We loved Bordeaux. Some great restaurants in Libourne: MA Restaurant and Bistro Maritime. Very enjoyable wine cellar tour and tasting at Château de la Rivière just up the road. Recommend Grotte Pair-non-Pair near Bourg. Thank you from us all !
La villa est magnifique et nous avons adoré le quartier, même s'il faisait un peu plus chaud que prévu, alors j'ai beaucoup apprécié la climatisation ! Linda a été fabuleuse et très serviable, tous mes remerciements. Merci encore et j'espère pouvoir vous revoir plus tard cette année !
Très belle villa rénovée avec beaucoup de goût, nous y avons passé 3 jours en famille très agréables. Le plus est d’avoir une salle d’eau et un WC pour chaque chambre. Situation idéale pour se reposer et se balader le long ou sur le canal du midi Nous reviendrons avec plaisir
Foreign and familiar. Grand and intimate. Giving us frivolity and solitude. Château La Roche-Posay had given us exactly what we needed. The host made our stay all the more enjoyable with the perfect amount of attention. Thank you for helping us to open our eyes to a beautiful part of France!
Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine en famille et entre amis dans cette belle maison superbement restaurée. Calme, quiétude, campagne, vignes, grande piscine chauffée, salle de jeux, parc arboré, terrain de boules, terrasse ombragée, tout a contribué à se sentir bien dans cette demeure. Chambres très agréables avec salle de bains privative pour presque toutes, grand séjour avec salon, cuisine très bien équipée... et panier repas très copieux à l'arrivée. … Merci Tracy pour l'accueil.
A perfect villa with a perfect property manager. We are six retired Americans who travel together often. The property manager is most responsive we have dealt with. If messaged at a reasonable hour she respond in minutes. Now add to that a wonderful modernised property in a wonderful location and you get what we got, a perfect vacation. The property manager arranged a driver and a cook and both were outstanding. The property has stunning views and easy access to rail, within walking distance of fine restaurants and the privacy all renters seek. If you are visiting the south of France and you want to be a short distance from all things and a short train ride to Cannes and Nice, you cannot do better than this property and you will not find a better property manager. If we could give more than 5 stars we would.
