Nous louons des villas dans le sud de la France depuis plus de 20 ans et nous pouvons dire que le propriétaire de la Maison des Communes a été le meilleur hôte que nous ayons jamais eu. Des cadeaux de bienvenue très généreux aux livraisons de petit-déjeuner deux fois par semaine en passant par l'excellent repas au Pourquoi Pas, il n'aurait pas pu faire plus pour nous. La maison est idéalement située, dispose d'une belle piscine et de vélos robustes. Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à parcourir les vignobles à vélo jusqu'à Montady, Capestang, Cazouls et aussi le long du Canal du Midi. Un endroit idéal pour un groupe d'amis en vacances prolongées. Merci beaucoup.
Beautifully maintained. Very clean fabulous house and grounds. Fantastic range of play equipment for the children and we all really enjoyed the lovely pol. We have all had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful and well equipped house.

What an incredible home base! We felt so fortunate to return here every day after days spent exploring the beautiful towns of Lot and the Dordogne. We wondered whether we might find Castelnau-Montratier to be a little too quiet, but were always grateful for the respite. The house and its quiet luxury hiding behind the unassuming little gate was a constant surprise to us and we loved every minute. Many thanks to Barbara for quickly responding to our every query. We are already wondering when we'll return! P.S. Viking chess is our new favourite game!
Nous avions réservé cette propriété depuis 2020 pour fêter mon 70e anniversaire avec mon fils et sa famille. Ce séjour s'inscrivait dans le cadre de quatre semaines de vacances en France. La propriété était exactement comme nous l'avions imaginée : un château français typique, très spacieux et meublé d'antiquités. Les propriétaires étaient très serviables et attentifs à tous nos besoins. La propriété était bien équipée et le jardin était magnifique. La piscine a été particulièrement appréciée, car il faisait exceptionnellement chaud. Nous avons tous passé d'excellentes vacances et serions ravis de revenir. Merci.
Had a lovely relaxing 2 week stay. John and Annie are gracious hosts - lovely touches - wine and cheese and flowers. Fabulous palces to visit - La Rochelle, Fontenay, Plage des Belagus. Vouvant is a charming village. Ideal for a great holiday.
Nous avons passé ici un moment paisible et fabuleux. Une maison et un endroit tellement charmants. Notre enfant de 4 ans n'arrête pas de nous dire qu'il aime vraiment cette maison et qu'il veut y rester pour toujours. Les deux garçons se sont vraiment bien amusés et ont adoré la piscine. Les voisins de l'autre côté de la route étaient très gentils et nous ont donné quelques-uns de leurs légumes cultivés sur place. Notre fils a adoré les carottes et s'est réveillé en les demandant pour le petit-déjeuner. Triste de partir mais nous espèrons revenir bientôt. Merci beaucoup.
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette villa du sud de la France. Je pense que nous avons réservé via Pure France deux fois l'année dernière et nous avons été très satisfaits de notre réservation. Le service client personnel est excellent. Je vais certainement réutiliser Pure France.
We have had a fantastic stay in this fabulous property and wanted to say how much we loved The Loft! It was everything we had expected and more; it is fantastically equipped and we wanted for nothing. Karen and Russell are excellent hosts and we hope to stay here again in the future. Thank you again for opening your home to us this summer. We all really needed a vacation and the house was a superb way to relax and enjoy perfect weather. We all had a great time and fully enjoyed the house and the property. The overall layout of the house and inside the rooms is very thoughtful and was perfect for all of us. We had three families, 4 kids of different ages and a grandma. The different spaces allowed us to handle the different kid routines and moods in a way that gave everyone privacy. The kitchen is large and extremely well furnished. Makes it comfortable to cook for large groups. The pool is actually enormous. The way Patrick takes care of it seems to produce much better results than I have seen in other places: the water stayed clear all the way through. The pool house is an incredibly valuable area, especially because it is so well furnished, this is a serious luxury. The small supermarket in St-Antonin-du-Var is surprisingly good, if you are not a big cook you could totally live off this (they opened on Sunday am!). We also organised a Casino home delivery for the day before we arrived. We used P and Geraldine for 16 hours a week, to get the kitchen cleaned, make the beds, light housekeeping, remove rubbish, clean the BBQ and pool house areas and this made a huge positive difference.

Beautiful cottage. After staying in Maison Meunier last year with the whole family, my wife and I returned this year. It is well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, cooker and BBQ on the terrace. The pool is right beside the cottage and is immaculate. The owners are marvellous hosts and we are looking forward to returning again, next year, for another relaxing holiday.
I can't begin to tell you how wonderful this house is, with its warm inviting rooms, its wonderful outside spaces and fabulous heated pool. It is decorated in a comfortable style that makes you feel as if you are at home and not in holiday accommodation. It is extremely clean; the kitchen and bathrooms, spotless, The bedrooms are comfortable with plenty of clean sheets and towels. The house is fairly large and my husband I and stayed on our own, but we felt safe and secure. Obviously, with all the space, it is ideal for families, but equally as inviting for groups of friends. Situated in a small village, it is quiet - you can hear the church bells ringing in the local church. We loved to walk around the village and through the fields behind the house. We did think about going on a bike ride but decided just to sit by the pool most afternoons. It is an easy drive to Saint-Émilion (and other local vineyards) - my husband managed to find it without getting us lost! The drive from the airport probably took us about 40 minutes. Isabelle gave us wonderful direction - she speaks perfect English. In a word - wonderful!

We have had the most wonderful time in this lovely home. We all lead very busy lives and wanted a relaxing break, and this did just that. We all feel very relaxed after spending lots of hours by the pool. Even though it has been an extreme heatwave this week the pool has been a lifesaver! We enjoyed the market at Eymet on Thursday morning, and would recommend the Chez Marcel in Issigeac for some excellent French food, lovely by the canal. Mark has been super helpful when we’ve needed his help with any questions.
We have had the most relaxing Fantastic, self indulged weeks stay here. Thank you so much for letting us stay in this beautiful place. We will definitely be coming again and bringing our chidren and their partners.
Thanks for the return of our deposit monies plus the extra which we didn’t expect. Feeling very holiday blues today. We will definitely be back.
Why on earth did we delay visiting this haven for so long?! Collioure is a gem. We have had a truly wonderful time, thank you.
A beautiful maintained property, tastefully decorated and providing excellent facilities, both inside and out. It has commanding views of the countryside and the grounds are delightful with a large pool. It has the added bonus of a pool house which offers opportunities to relax, eat and cook outside of the main house. There is also a lovely shady BBQ area. It makes an ideal place for families to enjoy holidays together and our grandchildren loved it. The on-site guardian and his wife are always on hand to give any help needed. A thoroughly enjoyable stay and we hope to return.

Nous avons adoré ce calme ! Merci beaucoup d'avoir fait de notre semaine ici la meilleure que nous ayons jamais passée en France. Toute votre aide et vos conseils nous ont permis de passer une semaine parfaite. Nous pouvons certainement recommander la Route du Sel. La location de vélos à Gennes était également un excellent moyen de découvrir La Loire. Merci aussi d'avoir si bien entretenu la maison et le jardin. Nous espérons revenir!
Our family gathering of 6 adults and a toddler was thoroughly enjoyed at this lovely villa. It is very large and spacious with huge bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. It was very generously kitted out, especially the kitchen which had more than enough for our large party. The grounds were very child friendly with safely gates and mainly level surfaces. It was ideally suited to access the lovely town of Pézenas which has an abundance of individual shops and places to eat. We would highly recommend it for a large group and wouldn't hesitate to return
Beautifully renovated Villa. Well equipped kitchen, large pool and lots of ensuite bedrooms. Has everything to keep you entertained whether it’s full sunshine or rain. The owners were super helpful and always a text away if we needed anything. Small town nearby and a big supermarket 5 minutes drive away. We would definitely stay again in the future!
Had a fabulous week at Château Velouse. If you're looking for some time out in splendid surroundings, then I can highly recommend Château Velouse. The château is stunning and there is everything there that you will need. We chose to provide our own cooking during our visit but, I know that Philip and Claire can provide a chef should you require. A great place for a family get together. Highly recommended.

Unique en son genre: Le Mas Pouget a conservé son histoire (pierres, agencement) et propose un aménagement moderne et une décoration originale, recherchée, tout en étant douce et apaisante... Nous avons séjourné avec 4 couples d'amis, et avons bénéficié chacun de beaucoup d'intimité et d'espace. Les chambres sont très grandes, lumineuses, la literie est de très bonne qualité. L'accueil est parfait, nous avons été séduits par les attentions du propriétaire (du jamais vu malgré nos nombreux séjours locatifs)! Enfin, la région est magnifique et offre plein d'activités. Si l'on devait chercher un point négatif?... On n'a pas trouvé. Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr.
AMAZING! Our stay at the Loft has been our best since we started visiting this area five years ago. Relaxed, very comfortable, well equipped and spacious - it is the perfect place to return to after a day out or even from just around the corner by the pool! Karen and Russell have been a revelation in the way that they host their property. Right from our wine on arrival to booking a restaurant for us - nothing was a problem or too much trouble for them and the informative e-mails before we arrived were very handy and well-timed. They are a gem! As is their Loft and as their next venture will be. We just need another week here!
Notre séjour aux Marquises a été parfait, la maison avait tout ce que nous puissions rêver, merci. Nous avons adoré la vue sur les vignes, le mobilier, la piscine, le grand figuier pour l'ombre et les figues.
Une semaine fantastique dans cette belle villa ! nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux de Frédéric et les fleurs fraîches dans presque toutes les chambres. Nous avons pleinement profité de la piscine et du barbecue et avons apprécié de regarder le coucher du soleil le soir. C'est dommage de partir. Merci!
