If we could give more than 5 stars we would!! This place was beautiful, everything was pristine, stylish, good quality and the house itself was spacious. Gaëlle and Etienne were incredibly hospitable, lovely people and easy to communicate with. Was such a pleasant stay!
Terrific house with fabulous views, close to town. Our family of five had a perfect holiday. The house is spacious, filled with light and very well appointed. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces a lot, including the pool, the large terrace with stunning views and summer kitchen. It was easy to get to grocery stores and activities in the region. Our teenagers loved being able to walk to the village and explore the area. We all enjoyed walking or jogging on the path by the canal, accessible from the garden. We highly recommend this property!
Semaine fantastique. C'était un vrai plaisir de pouvoir se balader. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le Graud d'Agde, St Guillem Le Désert et Collioure, l'Hacienda à Pézenas et le marché à proximité, les excellents Violis sur la plage. Il y a tout pour passer de bonnes vacances à proximité de la propriété.
Superbe séjour dans un très beau château. Bien de conserver aussi bien notre beau patrimoine.
Maison does Vignobles is a fabulous place to stay to rest, relax and explore the Lot region. The hosts, Debbie and Rupert, were wonderful - generous, professional and totally welcoming. They supply everything you need and even more, with small surprises provided during our time there. We would highly recommend it and will return when we can.
This was a great find for our annual French holiday. Your lovely house was perfect for the whole family, it was hard to get the kids out of the pool at the end of the day. Monflanquin is a great town, a real discovery with lots of great restaurants.

C'était notre première escapade depuis trois ans à Londres et nous n'avons pas été déçus. Les températures élevées ont quelque peu freiné nos ambitions, mais Camirout est un véritable paradis pour les vacances ! Ce fut un plaisir de vous rencontrer et nous vous félicitons d'avoir franchi le pas vers une nouvelle vie ici en France. C'est une histoire inspirante ! A more tranquil spot in France you will not find. The house has 360-degree views across stunning French countryside that rolls and undulates towards a backdrop of the Pyrenees. It feels like you're a million miles from the stresses and strains of modern life, another world and yet within 20 minutes drive you can be in a huge supermarket that will cater for all your needs. The house itself is incredibly comfortable, with all mod cons. It sleeps 14 people in great comfort, including in two well-appointed cottages in the grounds. And yet it retains its cosy feel. Some days we lazed by the pool and ate our meals on one of the terraces, other days – when it was cooler - we lit the fire and settled in. It's genuinely as comfy inside as it is outside, which is not always the case in French holiday lets. Our young children were in heaven. When not swimming or playing tennis, they roamed the five acres of immaculately kept grounds, building camps, rowing on the small lake. There's snooker croquet and table tennis too, if it's wet. And then of course there is the party room. Set well away from the grown-up bedrooms, the party room has a bar, DJ–quality speaker system and a proper disco – glitter ball, lights and all. Incredible fun. You really won't want to leave the château and grounds at all – it's a self-contained little hill-top world - but if you do have itchy feet then there are lots of walks nearby, or you can visit one of the many beautiful French towns nearby (Mirepoix market is a must). I cannot wait to return.
Nous avons pleinement profité de notre semaine dans ce magnifique cottage de conte de fées. Le cadre est superbe, des charmants jardins qui entourent la maison aux arbres gracieux qui entourent la piscine. La grande piscine était l'endroit idéal pour se détendre, malgré les températures qui ont dépassé les 40 °C cette semaine. Le cottage est frais et spacieux, et offre tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. Son emplacement est également idéal pour explorer la région, riche en sites historiques intéressants et en villages charmants à visiter. Nos hôtes, Caterina et Stephen, étaient sympathiques et accueillants. Ils ont veillé à notre intimité, tout en restant toujours disponibles en cas de besoin. Nous recommandons sans hésiter ce magnifique cottage et espérons pouvoir y retourner prochainement.
The Piglet Barn, an amazing location. The hosts Annie and John were lovely and so welcoming , lemon drizzle cake, nibbles and wine, candles by the door. Would highly recommend for a very relaxing atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for them . Thank you for a lovely week. Linda and Bernard x
We recently returned from a week's holiday at Maison Palatini in Pézenas. We had a wonderful time.
Great holiday. We had a wonderful holiday in Mouans Sartoux. The villa was exactly as described and well equipped. We loved the heated pool and watched many a glorious sunset from the terrace. The owner, was extremely approachable and helpful all the way and tiny niggles got sorted out very quickly with the help of Mireille, the lovely housekeeper. We will definitely come back.
Hôtes charmants, château de rêve, superbe séjour ! Nous avons passé une très belle semaine, ravis d'avoir fait parti des premiers hôtes ! Merci à Frédérique et Philippe.
Nous avons dîné à l'appartement le soir car nous ne voulions pas sortir ! Nous venons de passer quelques jours dans l'appartement de luxe avec piscine. La piscine chauffée avec la vue est incroyable. La maison est bien équipée et nous avons dîné à l'appartement le soir car nous ne voulions pas partir. L'hôte habite à l'étage et a été très serviable, nous récupérant au bas de la colline avec nos sacs de courses ! Nous avons utilisé les taxis Uber pour nous rendre à Nice et à l'aéroport, ce qui a bien fonctionné.
Kim est très réactive lors de la communication. De plus, elle est très accueillante et arrangeante. Je recommande grandement Kim et son gîte.
Thank you for a lovely stay. Villa Kali was immaculate when we arrived. Best villa ever according to no.2 child (particularly because of pool and table tennis). All in all a memorable holiday, everything is so convenient, hassle free and well thought through. Thanks very much.
We had a great time here for 2 weeks with the family. The house is well equipped and the family really enjoyed the pool.
Quel endroit merveilleux où se retrouver après un long et pénible voyage! Propriété magnifiquement aménagée. Décorée avec style et super confortable pour nous 8. Le village était magnifique et paisible. Nous avons adoré le restaurant et son poulailler ! Un énorme merci pour de merveilleuses vacances.
Notre séjour ici a été des plus agréables. La villa est très confortable avec un agréable mélange de décoration moderne et antique. La piscine a été utilisée tous les jours, même si le temps s'est un peu rafraîchi fin septembre. Bessan est bien situé pour visiter de nombreux endroits intéressants. Nous nous sommes sentis les bienvenus, accueillis par Lisbeth.

Fabulous building, views, in-house facilities. I'm sure this will be one of the most sought-after holiday villas in the area. We have had a lovely holiday.
My family and I enjoyed a very relaxing week at this beautiful and luxurious house. We thoroughly enjoyed the gorgeous swimming pool every day. Our children, aged 3 and 5, also had a lot of fun running around on the large grounds around the property. Debbie and Rupert are wonderful hosts, suggested lovely places to go and activities we might enjoy and we couldn’t have asked them for anything more. Our favourite places in the surroundings included Belaye for stunning panoramic views, the market in Cahors, Château Eugénie for a lovely wine tasting, Capnature for some fun activities such as Accro-branches (the equivalent of Go Ape), and boating on le Lot river… We loved our stay and hope to come back soon!
Thank you for a very memorable two weeks. Our children who are 4 and 7 rate this as the best holiday ever. PS4 and Pool! Pézenas is a beautiful town and we will remember it fondly.
We have had a wonderful relaxed and fun week here at Le Manoir de Duras. It has felt like a home from home. All the practical equipment to making things smooth and lots of games and books to enjoy as the days go by. Thank you to the owners for a lovely family week. A real holiday.
We highly recommend Maison Four à Chaux, we had a great holiday in this amazing property which was clean, very comfortable and very spacious inside and out. Lovely large heated pool and an excellent games barn which included skittles alley and table tennis. We were greeted by Yvonne who was great and very knowledgeable of the local area and was easily contactable (as were the owners) if there was any issues (which there weren't). We would definitely recommend Maison Four à Chaux.
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à la Villa Estèphe. Comme nous l'avons mentionné pendant notre séjour, il s'agit de notre sixième visite dans la région, nous connaissions donc très bien sa beauté. Comme vous le savez, le temps était fantastique, même un peu trop chaud la deuxième semaine, donc l'ombre des arbres et la climatisation étaient les bienvenues. Le logement est excellent et très confortable. Si nous visitons à nouveau la région, nous considérerons certainement votre propriété. Merci pour ce séjour.
