Fab house! What a lovely property! Lots of space. We were a big family group, mixed ages. The pool was a godsend as the weather was tres chaud! Beautiful sunsets. The place was very well equipped. The owner was very communicative and helpful to my queries. Nothing was too much trouble. Really nice to receive some wine and coffee on arrival too. What a wonderful holiday we have had! Sad it’s over

Merveilleux. Je reviens tout juste d'un séjour fabuleux dans cette villa. Nous étions les premiers vacanciers après le Corona et j'avais peur de ne pas pouvoir prendre l'avion, mais Michael était super et rassurant. Très bon contact tout au long. La piscine est tout simplement magnifique et nous avons passé de nombreuses heures à profiter de l'eau, d'autant plus que nous l'avons remplie de gonflables ! La villa est propre et les lits sont extrêmement confortables. Climatisation destinée à de bonnes nuits de sommeil. Des hôtes très hospitaliers et dans l'ensemble, c'est un endroit charmant pour se détendre. Grand supermarché à seulement 15 minutes en voiture afin que nous puissions nous approvisionner facilement. Nous y reviendrions.
Ces vacances ont été des plus reposantes et réparatrices après les épreuves du Covid, etc. Nous devons remercier Alan et Madeline pour leur grande gentillesse et pour avoir fait un effort supplémentaire lorsque nous ne trouvions pas le chemin du retour. Nous avons apprécié les restaurants locaux : essayez l'Aubord de la Source, Sainte-Livrade pour une gourmandise spéciale, Les Rives du Plantie. Nous sommes allés au nord jusqu'au marché de Cancon (le lundi matin). Il y a un village appelé Saint-Pastour sur le chemin où un jeune couple tient un très bon restaurant (déjeuner en semaine et certains soirs) appelé Le Relais Bastide. Merci encore Madeline et Alan. J'ai presque oublié de dire qu'il ne faut pas manquer les nymphéas et le déjeuner à Latour-Marliac. Monet a acheté ses nymphéas ici, après les avoir vus à la grande Exposition de Paris.
Maison Palatini was just perfect – we really had a most wonderful, relaxing stay. The house is beautiful and so well equipped and a great location just a stroll from the fascinating old town of Pézenas

The combination of lovely accommodation, beautiful surroundings and the swimming pool made Piglet Barn a wonderful place to stay. In addition to being an interesting and picturesque village, Vouvant is a great location for the start of circular bike rides and walks. We especially enjoyed the riiverside walk, the Sentier des Rives. The Saturday market in Fontenay provides an enjoyable shopping experience. Many thanks for a great holiday.
A week stay with all the family. Villa Colline is a superb ultra modern luxury villa, fitted with stunning furniture and accessories. The modern kitchen is very well equipped and the bedrooms are all very luxurious, especially the master room with its hot tub. For me, it was the pool and the numerous sun terraces which pleased me, especially the private areas with each room - little havens of peace! We had a fantastic week and we give the villa 10/10 ! We stayed in Jean and Martin’s beautiful Gite over the recent May Bank Holiday and we were absolutely delighted with our stay in every way we could possibly be! The Gite itself is immaculately appointed; it is beautifully in character and so generously equipped with all one needs for a seamless and relaxing stay. The kitchen boasts a washing machine and dishwasher - really useful for a longer stay . Great outside area with a bbq and an extra outside kitchen area, sink and 2nd fridge. The outside dining terrace is so comfortable and looks out on a beautifully maintained garden area with pool , sun chairs and gazebo - so comfy and relaxing. The bathroom is a very good size with both bath and shower. Upstairs are two generously sized bedrooms - one double and then a twin room.. Although my husband and I travelled with friends on this occasion, it was very apparent that the Gite is beautifully family friendly ; a cot and high chairs are also provided . The surrounding area is stunning - a few minutes walk to the local shops and cafes. Not far at all by car from many local beautiful areas and restaurants. Jean and Martin are perfect hosts - we honestly couldn’t ask for more and we will definitely be returning.
Beautiful house - a real hidden gem in hills of Myan Sartu. Nice located, easy accessible, safe, comfortable and convenient especially for families with children. The owner is a very responsible and attentive host. Our slightest problems were solved instantly without ruining our plans for the day. Special mention should be made of the breathtaking view from the terrace and the great opportunities for children's leisure. The house is just overflowing with different toys and board games. Our family was so happy to spend our holidays here and will definitely come back again.
We really loved the outside spaces and swimming pool and the children enjoyed the outdoor toys. Really fabulous catering. Such a perfect location for a multi-generational trip which we'll all remember for years to come. Thank you so much.

Well, we all made it and have had the best time. This year we have certainly made use of the pool - even Chris! We have had some splendid lunches out and have found yet more restaurants and generally had a very enjoyable and relaxing time. As ever, we thank you for your wonderful hospitality. We can’t wait to be back - Chris and I are coming back in October when we hope it won’t be quite so hot!

After driving through France, it was lovely to arrive at your beautiful house. The weather has been perfect and we have chilled by the swimming pool. We have visited many of the surrounding villages and gazed at the breathtaking views from the top of the mountains. We really don't want to begin our journey back and will certainly recommend to others. Thank you.

Thank you Richard and Meryl for your wonderful hospitality. The welcome pack and cake were superb, together with your attentiveness in catering for everything which made our stay so enjoyable. We enjoyed several excursions out to nearby villages and settlements... Moissac, Auvillar and Lauzerte were particular highlights along with a walk along the canal de deux mers. We thoroughly enjoyed Poppy's regular visits! We will miss the wonderful sunsets and views across the local countryside. There is still much to see and we hope to return in the future. We have no hesitation in recommending Le Tournesol to our family and friends.
La villa a été entièrement rénovée, très bien conçue et équipée. Elle est située dans un petit village à seulement quelques kilomètres de Pézenas. Quartier calme et reposant. Excellent séjour.
Cette maison est un joyau dans un excellent écrin. Le Mas Paradou est une perle rare. Il est rare de trouver une maison aussi privée au milieu d'un village animé : des haies de cèdres de vingt pieds protègent le grand jardin et la magnifique piscine de la route et des voisins. La maison est charmante et pleine d'intérêt historique. Autrefois demeure du charron du village, elle a été restaurée par le grand violoniste Alexandre Schneider (la salle de musique était autrefois l'atelier du charron). Les propriétaires actuels ont conservé de nombreux souvenirs de la vie de Schneider dans la maison tout en installant de nombreuses améliorations, notamment une cuisine équipée pour les cuisiniers fanas, des appareils Bosch et Viking, la climatisation dans une chambre et un ventilateur de plafond dans l'autre. Toutes les fenêtres et les portes de la cuisine sont grillagées pour empêcher les mouches et les moustiques d'entrer, ce qui est très inhabituel en France. La gouvernante parle un peu anglais et nous a remis la maison dans un état impeccable. Le centre du village (à moins de cinq minutes à pied) compte une excellente boulangerie, une boucherie qui vend des viandes et des plats préparés de haute qualité et un petit magasin qui fournit la plupart des autres produits de première nécessité. Paradou possède également un merveilleux (et célèbre) bistrot ainsi que quelques autres bons restaurants. Le village voisin de Maussane-les-Alpilles compte plusieurs autres très bons endroits où manger à des prix variés. Le propriétaire de la maison a fourni de nombreuses informations détaillées sur la maison, le village et les environs, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous serions ravis de revenir pour d'autres vacances.
Many thanks for arranging our rental of Le Chambarru in Blauzac, it is a tremendous house and we had a very good holiday with our friends from the USA. We enjoyed meeting the owners.
We had an amazing stay! The beds were very comfortable and the pool is incredible! Lunch time on the terrace was a highlight as it's so peaceful. Overall the stay was absolutely incredible and we loved every minute we were here.
Beautiful accommodation with so much attention to detail! We were all very amazed by the cleanliness and its amenities. We have never been to such a beautiful place before. We were a group of 6 people. On the terrace you have a beautiful view and there is a waterfall nearby. Sophie is a very lovely and helpful person. We were already very convinced of the pictures of the villa, in reality it was even more beautiful. The kitchen was fully equipped, there was no lack of a device or spice. Very very hygienic everything! I would be happy to come back.
Nous sommes de retour ! Merci beaucoup Jackie et Geoff, nous avons encore passé un séjour fantastique. La maison était magnifique et la piscine était parfaite. Nous avons passé 99 % du temps à l'extérieur. Apéritifs au Pub et dîner dans plein de nouveaux restaurants ! Pas besoin de voiture. Merci !
Notre semaine de vacances vient de se terminer à La Roujal. Nous sommes vraiment désolés de partir ! Quel endroit merveilleux avec tellement de caractère. Très bien aménagé. Juste superbe. Nous avons apprécié les visites des nombreux jolis villages perchés et du Château de Bonaguil, un immense château spectaculaire, et de Domme au nord (très belle vieille ville avec de superbes vues sur la rivière et de jolies boutiques intéressantes). Essayez le café crêpe, spécialisé dans les noix - vraiment bon ! Nous reviendrons une autre fois.
