We have just returned from our holiday at your property which we all thoroughly enjoyed. I wanted to write to give feedback on our stay as I understand we were the first guests at the property. It was was the exact property we were looking for, in a quiet rural setting with the farm next door and the property itself offered everything we needed. The pool area was particularly well configured, safe for children and practical. It was so relaxing and particularly for my brother who enjoyed three days with us during the break of his six month tour in Afghanistan. It was so perfect we are very tempted to book it again for next year. Please pass our thanks on to all the owners for arranging the child facilities and to Gary and Louise who kept the pool immaculately.

We enjoyed the house, pool and garden. We took a private boar charter on the canal. We visited restaurants and enjoyed using the 'running track' around the garden.
What a fantastic house and grounds. We had great plans for visiting places and doing things with the grandchildren, but they indulged in endless games around the grounds, including the croquet and of course the pool. Croquet from 7.30 to 15.00 meant a wonderful time, so many, many thanks for letting us stay in your home.
This is a beautiful, fully modernised house in a lovely friendly village. A well designed spacious house over two floors with a large balcony from the modernised kitchen and lounge overlooking the pool and views of the surrounding areas The property is perfect for lazing by the pool and is Ideally placed for trips to many nearby beaches and to the cities of Narbonne, Béziers and Montpellier.
I can't begin to tell you how wonderful this house is, with its warm inviting rooms, its wonderful outside spaces and fabulous heated pool. It is decorated in a comfortable style that makes you feel as if you are at home and not in holiday accommodation. It is extremely clean; the kitchen and bathrooms, spotless, The bedrooms are comfortable with plenty of clean sheets and towels. The house is fairly large and my husband I and stayed on our own, but we felt safe and secure. Obviously, with all the space, it is ideal for families, but equally as inviting for groups of friends. Situated in a small village, it is quiet - you can hear the church bells ringing in the local church. We loved to walk around the village and through the fields behind the house. We did think about going on a bike ride but decided just to sit by the pool most afternoons. It is an easy drive to Saint-Émilion (and other local vineyards) - my husband managed to find it without getting us lost! The drive from the airport probably took us about 40 minutes. Isabelle gave us wonderful direction - she speaks perfect English. In a word - wonderful!
Fantastic barn conversion, amazing location and wonderful facilities including a large swimming pool. Would highly recommend. The owner was super helpful throughout. The local villages have all the shops and services needed. We loved the rolling hills for jogging.

What an amazing place and fantastic hosts, Hugh and Ian have given our family the perfect holiday. Thank you so much. The kids said the pool is amazing and really loved the salt water which didn't make there eyes sting like normal chlorinated pools. Oscar your adorable dog was also a big plus for Lara!
Beautiful château with all amenities. Ann was extremely helpful with organising taxis, wine tours and any concerns. Very efficient in organising a new barbecue. Thank you for helping us have a fantastic holiday.
C'était la maison la plus parfaite pour que notre famille élargie puisse se retrouver et se détendre. La maison était joliment décorée et avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Les espaces extérieurs étaient charmants, avec de nombreuses options pour qu'un grand groupe puisse socialiser. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la cuisine extérieure, la piscine et la table de ping-pong dans la grange. Le retour à pied depuis le bar local était agréable. Dans l'ensemble, nous recommandons vivement cette propriété et espérons y retourner un jour. Merci beaucoup.
Nous prenons nos vacances en France toutes régions confondues depuis 12 ans. Ce gîte est dans les deux premiers. Les installations et l'emplacement sont idéaux. Nous avons passé des vacances très reposantes. Merci beaucoup. Le meilleur temps de tous les temps !
We had a wonderful week at Manoir Coutenson. The spacious house is very well equipped. The swimming pool is incredibly warm and the children (even the baby) spent hours in it. The shaded area by the pool was essential as the weather was really hot. We loved the area. It is fairly rural but with easy access to the town. The house is very child friendly with toys, high chairs and plastic bowls and plates and lots of pool accessories. All of which were appreciated by our 5 grandchildren. A fabulous, relaxing holiday. Ouah! Quel endroit incroyable! Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans votre jolie maison. Nous sommes pratiquement restés tout le temps à l'extérieur : barbecue, piscine et vues magnifiques. Que pourriez-vous demander de plus! Merci.
Nous venons juste de rentrer de cette absolument merveilleuse propriété à Collioure et nous aimerions partager nos impressions avec vous. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par le propriétaire et son épouse. La propriété est juste comme sur les photos, voire mieux. C'est une maison vraiment exceptionnelle, avec tout ce que vous pouvez désirer. Les lits sont extrêmement confortables, les salles de bains spacieuses et bien équipées. À l'étage, la cuisine possède tout ce qu'un cuisinier amateur comme moi désire, avec des épices à disposition en abondance. La personne en charge de la Maison (Dany) vit tout près et vous assistera immédiatement pour tout éventuel problème rencontré. La bouteille de gaz du barbecue était vide et après un message laissé au propriétaire, Dany est venu en 10 minutes pour la changer. Cette maison ne déçoit en aucun point et nous la recommanderons à quiconque souhaite une véritable maison de luxe près de la très belle ville balnéaire de Collioure.
Super stay, so much to see in the area. Lovely comfortable cottage, a home from home. The pool was a real treat and saw deers and cows around the grounds. Julian and Pascale are so lovely and it has been a pleasure to meet them. Favourite Moment: Saint Emilion, relaxing by the pool. Places We Recommend: Brantôme.
We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The private, secluded setting was just what we needed. We used th eoutdoor kitchen all the time, such a wonderful addition to the property. We will be back!

Merci pour votre hospitalité. Nous avons apprécié la maison et nos garçons (13 et 11 ans) ont adoré la piscine ! C'était un endroit idéal pour explorer la Dordogne et le Lot en faisant du kayak, de la tyrolienne, des châteaux, des marchés, des villes médiévales, des grottes et des jardins. Monpazier était l'un de nos préférés ! Merci encore.
Une semaine véritablement magique dans un château de rêve, au cœur d'un cadre idyllique. Une semaine absolument merveilleuse. Beautiful château, very comfortable for a large group of mixed ages. Fantastic for children and adults alike. Lovely pool and trampoline was well used. Appreciated the DVDs and TV access. Brilliant choice of catering and all delicious. Perfect service, thank you.
Our stay at Le Mas de Combet was fantastic. We had a warm welcome at our arrival, the house is perfectly situated in the countryside. It is very quiet with a very nice view on forests and fields. The swimming pool is big and clean and although the weather wasn’t very hot, the pool was perfect. Our host has given us ideas and indications about what to do in the area and has cared about us during the stay, offering his help and assistance, even with fresh bread! We definitely recommend this house and would love to stay there again, whenever possible!
We had a great time at the house - everything went smoothly. We also spent a fair bit of time exploring the general area although we always ended up back at the large table with a glass of rose taking in the view over the vines come end of day!
We had a lovely time in a beautifully converted villa. So much space for relaxing and the kids to roam free at the table tennis out building or down by the pool. Maison Bourriette is a wonderful place to stay! In a peaceful location it’s a perfect getaway with cool indoor spaces and beautiful tranquil outdoor spaces. The house boasts wonderful views across the valley, with many routes from the house for walks or runs. The village is a short walk away and has a well stocked traditional market, an outdoor gym for those feeling active! The artificial beach in the village also allows for swimming or relaxing and the local pizza restaurant completes the day! We have visited more than once and each stay is relaxing, with friendly, helpful hosts. We will definitely go back to this hidden gem!
Nous n avons malheureusement pas pu rencontrer Eva mais nous avons été accueilli par Harold qui est une personne très solaire. la maison est très jolie et très agréable. Les chambres et la salle de vie sont tres spacieuses. Le coin terrasse avec sa plancha, la piscine avec sa petite plage et les transats pour bien se relaxer sont très appréciables.
Just back from a week's stay at Villa La Baronne. I understand this is a newly renovated property and it is very clear that no expense has been spared on the project. It is a large property that could suit more than one family or a group of friends and can sleep up to 14 people. Every detail has been lovingly considered and stylishly executed. Bedrooms are beautifully appointed with elegant furnishings and comfortable beds. The house has been designed to offer endless activities both inside and out. We were lucky with the weather for October and so were able to use the huge and stunning Swimming Pool, the Jacuzzi, Pétanque pitch and the specially installed Croquet Lawn. In the evening, we took advantage of the cinema and games room, playing pool, table football, ping pong, chess and darts. A brilliant house for families with teens! There is even a huge TV, especially for use with games consoles. The house has a beautiful kitchen, fully equipped with every gadget you could require. Although we didn't use it, there is also a BBQ for evenings on the huge terrace. The property is situated on the banks of the River Tarn and is surrounded by beautiful mature trees and a large garden. It was a very quick and easy drive from the airport and local amenities for food shopping. The local village, a ten-minute walk away, was very quiet but does have a pleasant local restaurant and within a few minutes by car you can access larger towns. In less than 40 minutes we reached Toulouse centre and the beautiful town of Albi and I gather there are many other attractions within an hour from the property. Although we were briefly aware of a party at the neighbouring property, we found the location very peaceful, with lovely dark skies at night for star gazing. The Wi-Fi was extremely good and there is plenty of parking. All in all we would highly recommend this property, which is of the highest quality. Our thanks to the charming hosts.
