Just to let you know we had a terrific holiday in Provence and the weather, of course, was wonderful. Many thanks again and we would certainly recommend the villa and the region to anyone who wants a good holiday.
The daily stroll through le Grand Verger to the ice cream shop within Larressingle was a delight.
Nous sommes de retour à la maison après deux très bonnes semaines. Il a fait beau et chaud la première semaine (l'idéal pour la piscine). Nous avons bu du très bon vin et avons mangé dans de très bons restaurants. (Franck Putelat à Carcassonne, Octopus à Béziers, Cot Mas, Lauzun à Gignac, Presbytère à Vailhan etc). Nous sommes allés aux marchés et avons cuisiné avec d'excellents produits frais. Nous avons découvert une boulangerie au feu de bois à Canet et visité de nombreux endroits magnifiques. Avec cette belle maison - on ne peut que passer des vacances parfaites. Nous avons rencontré Olivier et Raphaël - sympathiques et drôles et nous avons bu une bière ensemble. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner l'année prochaine.

An oasis of peace and tranquility, beautiful sunshine, loved the pool and spectacular veiws. Nyons is a charming place with a great market, we had a delicious meal at the Charette bleu. We feel rested and restored, thank you.

Merci à Madeline et Alan pour leur accueil parfait lors de notre séjour au magnifique « Camirout ». Nous avions tout ce qu'il fallait pour un séjour fabuleux ! La maison, le terrain et la piscine sont magnifiques et le calme y est absolu. Gavin a également fêté son anniversaire avec brio, nous garderons donc de merveilleux souvenirs de notre séjour chez vous. Merci beaucoup pour notre panier de bienvenue ! Il était vraiment apprécié avec notre arrivée un peu plus tardive que prévu. Merci encore et bonne continuation.
Le Presbytère genuinely exceeded our expectations in all areas. We primarily booked this property for the covered eating and relaxing area adjacent to a fabulous heated pool and the number of bedrooms. The history and setting of the property and it's views to the rear over beautiful countryside, were a real bonus and joy. The wildlife was of real interest to us all and the table tennis was played regularly by us all. Mark and Amanda were friendly and keen to help with any queries we had. Thank you again and in particular for providing the electric fans which were essential during such a hot period in July. We don't usually return to the same property on holiday but just might make an exception with Le Presbytère!
What a beautiful house, we have had a lovely holiday and enjoyed every minute. It's been amazing watching the sunset every evening and enjoying your lovely pool. Thank you for the fab tips Pascal! ‘Fresh’ is a great supermarket and Baie du Lac was lovely!

Lovely spacious house, at the edge of a village. Beautiful pool area and pool house with shaded eating area. Excellent bathrooms and spacious modern shower facilities. Useful utility area. Lovely quiet setting. Good shop in next village, 4 miles away but bread machine just near property. House was lovely and clean and excellent welcome from caretaker.
Cette villa est absolument magnifique avec une vue imprenable sur la campagne et une piscine luxuriante ! L'emplacement était génial, à quelques pas de la ville locale avec une livraison de pizza savoureuse et une charmante brasserie et à quelques minutes en voiture de la colline escarpée jusqu'à Mougins !
Your house has been such a beautiful place to spend a week of our holiday. We've loved every minute - so much so that we didn't go far from Le Chambarru. The attention to detail was fantastic - from the decor to the 'welcome basket' to our name on the gate. The only thing missing was that we only stayed for 7 nights. Thank you so much - we hope very much to return soon.

As you know we have stayed in your house twice. It really is an exceptional property and in terms of facilities, location and aesthetic qualities we could not fault it. The views are fantastic, the pool is perfect and the house itself brimming with character – not to mention that every lamp works, as do the showers and all utensils.
A magnificent week in the charm of this marvellous house and the surrounding area of Les Marquises. Nothing was spared for our comfort and we take with us excellent memories of our visit. Thank-you.

Well, what can we say other than we have had a ball and our 'musicals' night with you both will enter the folklore of the families. Nous avons passé un agréable moment paisible ici. La maison a été magnifiquement et soigneusement conçue. Les montagnes sont magnifiques au petit matin. Excursions fascinantes, bien que chaudes - Châteaux cathares, abbayes et restaurants - une belle région à explorer. Merci beaucoup.
Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances, et sommes bien rentrés à la maison, merci. La Maison de Saint-Jean était incroyable, ce fut un plaisir de réserver avec vous.
Perfect peace and luxury. Château Velouse is the perfect place to relax: large, beautifully furnished bedrooms, luxury bathrooms, extensive walled grounds, an orchard, seats tucked away under shady trees, well equipped large kitchen and a heated swimming pool with comfy beds and parasols. The château is far enough from the road to ensure that bird song is the loudest noise you will hear. We had a marvellous week with a large group of friends ( 15 for dinner one night ) and the château never felt crowded. The outdoor dining terrace was perfect of an evening and we sat late into the night laughing, drinking and playing giant jenga! This venue is perfect for a group of friends or family to spend quality time together in beautiful surroundings. You do need a car to get out and about and Bourges is well worth a visit when you can tear yourself away from the pool.
What a fantastic week! The house is absolutely beautiful and very well stocked, had everything we needed, particularly the outdoor area - BBQ every night! The staff could not be more helpful and we felt instantly welcome. We are going to book for next year when we get home!
