Our family stayed at the Mas de Lozanne for two weeks and it was a resounding success with us all. The property was exactly as described in the details and photographs - light airy rooms, a beautiful garden and one of the best pools I've ever seen in a private house. The air conditioning was very welcome as we were there in a heatwave! Dom and Ina looked after us very well and answered all our queries. Pèzenas is a lovely little place and we certainly hope to return. I had never heard of Pure France before coming across them on the net and it's always a slightly scary thing to send several thousand Euros 'into the ether' in this age of Internet scams. However I need not have worried as this agency was extremely efficient and straightforward in all our dealings, answering my queries by return. I would like to thank them and would certainly recommend them.
Fantastic holiday - very many thanks. We come to France a lot and this is one of the best places we've stayed in. The weather has been very kind to us all! Restaurant recommendations all very good - we tried as many as we could. Particularly good were La Maison at Tourbes and L'Entre Pots. We need to come back again and try the rest. Many thanks again.
Beautiful location really nice house, swimming pool is delightful. Large safe garden for children. Remote but easy to find and within easy driving distance of all the facilities you need for a great holiday.
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à la Maison Bonnet. Cette maison est très bien équipée et très agréable à vivre aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Notre hôte David a été très sympathique et très réactif. Nous recommandons chaudement ce lieu de villégiature.
This house is beautiful. Well located, you can visit the entire area easily from this house. Additionally, the equipment in this house is great. Between the boulodrome, the pool and the rest, it's a good experience to share with friends or family.
We have had an amazing time and are very sad to have to leave! We have loved our time lazing by the pool and leaving all the stresses of our normal lives far behind. The owners have been perfect hosts. and the house has had everything that we needed. We really enjoyed visiting this part of France for the first time and would recommend all the beautiful Bastide villages. Hopefully it won't be too long before we can come back!
Un endroit incroyable et merveilleux où séjourner ! Nous n'y avons passé qu'une semaine, mais ce fut une semaine très spéciale. Notre premier séjour en Dordogne a été encore plus inoubliable grâce à ce gîte de conte de fées. Les propriétaires ont tout prévu pour des vacances inoubliables. Ce sont des hôtes parfaits ! Le gîte était parfait, propre et très confortable, sans oublier la piscine, un vrai plus. Nous recommandons vivement ce magnifique gîte et son emplacement pour des vacances reposantes !

Wow! What a week, went so fast but was a truly special. The chateau is so grand with secrets to be found all around. Paul, Julie and Steven were amazing, taking us fishing and ensuring we had all we needed! I will miss this place and already want to come back!! Thank you!!
We have had such a wonderful week at Le Chanlie, what a special place. From walks through the orchid-filled meadow to star-gazing evenings. The house could not have been better. Thank you. PS Lovely selection of books including field guides and wildlife.
What a wonderful week! The villa is full of elegant and eclectic touches and the outside areas are divine. The pool is just perfect and the shade was needed this week when it was very hot (but not as hot as back home - thank goodness!) Beziers is lovely and there are plenty of places to visit near by. Philippe - you were a wonderful host providing recommendations when asked and keeping the pool sparkling clean. The treats you delivered were fabulous as was the trip you organised to Saint Chinian. Our 2nd visit to Mas de Lozanne and it certainly didn't disappoint. The extreme heat curtailed some outings, but the pool area was a haven! We still managed daily coffees in Café d'Art and a couple of early evening drinks. We made good use of the barbecue. Pezanas keeps on giving and this house, nestled in the vines, is a delight! Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique et sommes très reconnaissants envers les propriétaires. La maison est belle et très rustique (ce que nous avons adoré) mais bénéficie surtout d'un cadre champêtre époustouflant… encore une fois, nous avons adoré. Les hôtes, Helen et James, sont très gentils et intéressants et ils ont été très serviables lorsque notre voiture a crevé un pneu. La piscine est l'une des plus belles dans lesquelles nous ayons été avec une agréable eau salée et toujours à la bonne température. Un superbe séjour.
Cet endroit est calme et grâce à la nature, qui nous a entourée, nous nous sommes totalement détendus… Le gîte est équipé de tout ce que nous avons besoin et Karine et Pascal sont toujours disponibles… Pour les futurs visiteurs, il y a des restaurants à recommander (selon notre opinion) à Vianne (l’Atypik), à Barbaste (la véranda), à Sérignac-sur-Garonne (Le Prince Noir), à Agen (Côté Sud)… Face au supermarché à Bras, vous trouverez une boucherie et une boulangerie traditionnelle… Nérac, Vianne, Pujols, Penne-d’Agenais sont des endroits à visiter ! Un tout grand merci !
Deux semaines agréables et reposantes dans la plus belle des villas ! Une villa spacieuse et incroyable qui a été parfaite pour notre famille avec beaucoup d'espace pour nous tous. Nous avons absolument adoré la piscine et y étions tous les jours ! Nos vacances ont été rendues encore plus spéciales par notre hôte attentionné, Philippe. Philippe nous a très bien accueillis avec de délicieux vins et du pain, nous a gâtés avec des viennoiseries pour le petit-déjeuner. L'emplacement était génial et nous avons apprécié de parler à la boulangère tous les jours et de profiter des sorties dans les villages voisins. Mais la plupart du temps, nous profitions simplement de la villa ! En tant qu'amoureux des chats, nous adorions les chats que nous voyions dans les jardins et leur fournissions de l'eau pendant les journées chaudes et des friandises ! Merci beaucoup pour ces vacances très agréables !
Enjoyed a wonderful week with friends in this beautiful house surrounded by stunning scenery. Clare was welcoming and helpful and we couldn't have asked for more. Would thoroughly recommend and very much hope to return again.

We've had a fantastic holiday in this superb villa. We had great weather, food and wine! The villa is a really good base for visiting the Languedoc, Occitanie - we went to Carcassonne, Sète, Montpeyroux, Saint-Guilhem-le-Desert amongst other places and all within a short drive. The villa itself is really well equipped and has everything for a family holiday. 2 big supermarkets nearby and Pezanas is stocked full of restaurants and shops. The market on Saturday is amazing and well worth a visit. Thanks for a great holiday and we would thoroughly recommend the villa to others.
We stayed in this amazing house for a couple of weeks - 4 couples, with kids left home! The place is really hard to describe because it is so much more than we expected. Also the photos don't quite do it justice (especially the outdoors pics). It is a huge house, with several levels. All the bedrooms bar one are on one upper floor. The other bedroom (that we stayed in) is accessible on the side of the building and has a lovely little terrace with a small table and chairs. Perfect for taking in the sun or simply relaxing. I did do a bit of work there. On the lower level is the huge kitchen, big dining area with a really cool table that makes entertaining fun and loads of interesting living areas each individual and stylishly decorated. All in all it is a big place where it is easy to spend time with friends and be sociable, or retreat to one of the cosy, quirky but fantastic living spaces for me-time. We weren't quite sure what we would do there for 2 weeks as it seemed a little remote, but it is SO relaxing and welcoming we spent the first week just staying put and enjoying it. The swimming pool is great and I did my lengths every morning. The area just beyond the pool is great in the evening for a drink (or many more). The bedrooms are really special. Big and very well appointed. Comfortable beds and interesting bathrooms (ours had a built-in bath). The owner Fred is super friendly and accommodating. We were welcomed by him and his partner and to our surprise the fridge was filled with local produce and there was also some wine and fresh bread left for us! Great surprise and even better after the long drive down! For shopping we went to the closest town and there were 2 large supermarkets there as well as the usual bakeries/butchers etc. The area is very beautiful. The mountains are stunning and we found some really lovely villages to explore. We had a great dinner one night in Sauve. Really cute village well worth exploring. We ate on a square high up overlooking the river below. I could go on and on. The place has so much charm and is so well appointed, we could have stayed for longer. We have amazing memories and special thanks to Fred for having created this small piece of paradise.
Maison d'une beauté époustouflante, parfaitement située pour nos aventures à travers le Languedoc, en Occitanie.
Magnifique villa, belle piscine et emplacement parfait ! Nous venons de passer une merveilleuse semaine aux Fumerates. Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux de la part de Michael et Denise et l'attention portée aux détails dans la propriété était irréprochable avec du savon, des gels douche, des dosettes de café et bien plus encore, l'ensemble encore amélioré par des lits confortables, la climatisation et une présentation impeccable. Nous avons adoré le caractère de la propriété et son superbe aménagement. La fantastique piscine à débordement a été le cadre de beaux souvenirs passés assis sur la terrasse pour un repas ou un verre, puis à plonger dans l'eau magnifique et à admirer la vue imprenable. Nous nous sommes également amusés sur le toboggan et le plongeoir et nous sommes détendus en flottant sur les transats confortables de la piscine. Les Fumerates sont idéalement placés pour visiter des endroits comme Nice, prendre le bus au bout de la route fonctionnait parfaitement et n'étaient qu'à 15 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport ! Nous avons également visité Monaco, Antibes, Saint-Tropez et Port Grimaud, mais l'un des points forts a été la courte promenade jusqu'au village magique de Saint-Paul-de-Vence pour y prendre un verre et un repas. Nous y avons passé l'une de nos meilleures vacances à ce jour et nous y reviendrons certainement !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique maison où tout a été pensé pour que petits et grands puissent profiter au maximum des vacances. Nous étions un groupe de 3 couples et 4 enfants et chacun a pu avoir suffisamment d'espace et d'intimité. La maison est très belle, bien décorée et agréable à vivre. Le jardin est très beau et l'espace piscine est parfait! La grange aménagée en salle de jeux a été également très appréciée (surtout comme le soleil n'était pas au rendez-vous). La cuisine est parfaitement équipée. Bref, nous recommandons chaudement cette location!
Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in the Loft du Vigneron; we have had a wonderfully relaxing and luxurious stay. It's been lovely staying somewhere with an excellent kitchen and such well-appointed bathrooms. And the beds are exceptionally comfortable. Externally, your garden is absolutely stunning and such a fabulous surprise - we leave inspired! More than anything, it's been your warmth and generous hospitality which will stay with us.
Located in a beautiful environment by the Canal du Midi in a small village full of charm with its small stone bridge, restaurants and this incredible bookstore, this accommodation is perfect. Beautiful bedrooms with their own very spacious bathrooms, a very warm living room with its fireplace, beautiful ceiling height, a well-equipped open kitchen and pretty beams. A nice pool area, a large garden, lovely terrace are also worth highlighting. The hospitality is perfect. I highly recommend it.
What a stunning location. We have had a wonderful week and extremely sad to be leaving this idyllic spot. The house is incredibly well appointed and kitted out with everything we could possibly have needed. We spent the week relaxing and fitting in the odd wine tasting, horse ridding lessons for our two girls and visiting the brilliant goat farm! Thank you so much for the incredible stay!

We (4 adults - 2 generations) spent a fantastic week in this super gîte. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable and extremely well equipped. Outside, in the very large garden, was the lovely pool which was cleaned daily. The outside kitchen was lovely for BBQ's. There were also lots of seating areas, shaded and sunny, we were spoilt for choice. We walked to the bakery in the morning as the gîte is close to the village. The lovely owners were welcoming and helpful. Happy to recommend.
As I suspected when first shown around the Loft du Vigneron, we are going to find it hard to leave. The accommodation is truly first class, and you have been wonderful hosts. Thank you for all your suggestions of places to visit - we all have different highlights, but for Franklin it was the food market in Narbonne. All in all, a perfect holiday! We very much hope to see you (and Mack and Mabel) again.
