Thank you for all your kindness, warmth and hospitality. We have enjoyed everything especially all the butterflies (14 species) and the beautiful woods.
We had a fabulous holiday, thank you ! What a lovely location; very peaceful but within easy access of a variety of places to visit - Nice, Saint Paul de Vence, Vence, Grasse and everything to offer along the French Riviera. The house is large and comfortable with space for families or groups of friends to spread out. There is ample outside space to enjoy - around the pool, behind the house to have shade and beside the kitchen for a morning cup of coffee. The view from the pool is stunning allowing one to see a huge distance along the coast - that will live long in our memory!
You have created a fantastic holiday home which we have enjoyed staying in very much. Thank you for your warm welcome, generous hospitality and advice about what to visit / where to eat in the Minervois region; it has been greatly appreciated. We wish you all the very best for your exciting future plans and hope to be back in the next few years. Thank you for letting me play with your lovely dogs, Mack and Mabel. First things first - Karen, Russell and the girls (Mack and Mabel) are wonderful hosts. Warm, friendly, thoughtful and yet discreet. They love what they're doing and it shows as nothing is too much trouble. Their enthusiasm for their ventures (current and future) is infectious. Secondly is the 'Loft du Vigneron' - a fabulous property offering everything - and more - that you could hope for. Karen and Russell's sense of style has been imprinted on it and their attention to detail has left nothing wanting. Every comfort has been considered from the fabulous welcoming pack to 'The White Company' range of toiletries. The terrace was our favourite place with the sun streaming through the roof and the warm breeze cooling us down. Rieux-Minervois is a typical French village and perfectly situated to explore the entire Minervois region from Carcassonne in the West, East to the Mediterranean, and all the lovely historical villages North and South. In conclusion, we had a fabulous stay in a wonderful property with the perfect hosts - highly recommended without hesitation. Our very best wishes for every success in you new venture. Une semaine merveilleuse à la Maison Baleyssagues. La maison est extrêmement bien aménagée et équipée. Nous avons apprécié cuisiner et avons essayé tous les espaces repas à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Certains membres de notre groupe ont même nagé dans la piscine, même si la saison était terminée. Nous avons également apprécié les promenades dans la campagne environnante et trois superbes excursions d'une journée. Nous recommandons vivement La Table de Catusseau - imaginative et exquise. Merci à Frédéric pour de son excellent service.
La maison est au top, elle reflète les photos affiches/. Maison très conviviale et accueillante. Idéal pour des voyages entres groupes d’amis ou de familles.
Un endroit incroyable. C'est un lieu merveilleux où séjourner et Michael et Denise nous ont très bien accueillis avec une hospitalité chaleureuse et attentionnée. La villa était impeccablement présentée avec tout ce dont on pourrait avoir besoin. La piscine est magnifique, chaude, propre et vous voudrez peut-être y passer beaucoup de temps. Nous souhaitons remercier Michael et Denise pour ces merveilleuses vacances, nous recommandons vivement ce bel endroit et espérons y revenir très bientôt.
Mas de Clouze is a stunning, peaceful place! We had an amazing family holiday, and the setting was absolutely beautiful. We loved exploring the grounds and lounging by the pool, and eating on the patio and in the bar area was a real treat. There’s plenty to do around the gite, too - great walks, pétanque, table tennis and of course the heated swimming pool.
We loved the views, peace and quiet and the house and garden, all of it! The house is well equipped and very clean. The pool was a real treat and was kept clean throughout our stay. We look forward to returning again.

Le chalet : un véritable bijou au cœur d'une vallée magnifique, la terrasse spacieuse et ensoleillée avec une vue imprenable. Salle de jeux, sauna et jacuzzi nous ont permis de passer de très bons moments en famille. Les équipements modernes facilitent le quotidien. La décoration "artistique" apaise l'esprit et ouvre à la rêverie.
We have been coming to the south of France for over 20 years and Maison Theron was the best we have stayed in. The decor, furnishings and bedding were such good quality, we felt like we were staying in a boutique hotel! The local housekeeper did an amazing job as the house was spotless when we arrived. Thank you so much we will definitely be back!
Nous avons tous apprécié le séjour à la villa. Nous avons aimé son emplacement - à la fois à Lezignan et le fait d'être proche de Pézenas et d'accéder facilement à d'autres endroits (nous sommes allés à Carcassonne, Montpellier, Millau, etc.). Merci d'avoir mis à disposition le vélo et le baby-foot ! C'était aussi agréable d'avoir une piscine - même si nous n'y sommes allés qu'une seule fois. De nombreuses informations utiles ont également été fournies dans la villa. Nous avons aimé le fait que vous nous ayez contacté personnellement - cela nous a rassuré avant notre voyage - merci pour votre aide. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons apprécié notre séjour et si nous revenons dans la région, nous reviendrions à la villa. Merci.
Nous avons absolument adoré cette maison pour notre séjour d'une semaine pour le mariage d'un ami - la maison elle-même est magnifique - vraiment élégante avec des installations et des meubles luxueux, une belle vaisselle, etc. et même bien approvisionnée pour le barbecue et stocker la nourriture et les boissons à l'extérieur. La piscine et la vue sont tout simplement magnifiques et il y a un charmant restaurant à deux pas, ainsi que d'autres bars et restaurants dans les villes voisines... juste un endroit parfait pour un séjour relaxant dans le sud de la France ! Nous serions ravis de revenir!
Niall, Steve, Sue and the team made us all feel most welcome and allowed us to make the place our own for the week, which was great and made for a very memorable holiday that was enjoyed by the whole family. Many thanks to all for making this possible.
Stayed at the property for two weeks at the end of July. The property has been beautifully renovated and most things are on hand at the villa. The house has everything that’s needed for family and friends to enjoy from a great kitchen to a nice garden and patio and good sized pool. All in all this is a beautiful house in a lovely setting and I would certainly return.
A fantastic place to be, hosts are very friendly and helpful. The gîtes are beautiful decorated and the view is stunning. We had a great time and I would not hesitate to book this beautiful domaine for a holiday again. I wrote a comment in the guestbook to encourage other people to spend their vacation at L'Oliveraie.

Beautiful house - everything you could possibly need for a totally carefree and relaxing holiday. We loved it so much here we only ventured away from the property for 2 half days. Without reservation I can confirm that this was the best rental we have stayed in - every attention to detail and the care and attention to detail by the owners was simply the best!
We have absolutely loved staying here. It's a stunning place - both inside and out. We enjoyed cooking meals in the excellent kitchen, eating on the terrace and had great times pool-side. This was a memorable holiday for us and our adult children - a very special time together for us all. Thank you both for everything you have done to make this happen. We would so love to come back.
Spacious, comfortable and stylish. The house has a super atmosphere. It’s really spacious, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms and bathrooms have all you need. The pool was spotless and such a treat that it’s just yours to use. The house sits very near to the village. Just a couple of minutes walk to the Square and the little market that seems to visit every Saturday and on two other days too. You can get all you need from there or from the little super market nearby. The terrace was fab for eating our meals outside and just off the kitchen. Bbq worked well too. Over all it was definitely a 10 out of 10 stay. The owners have thought of everything. We really loved the enormous wall hangings.
Great vacation spent in Le Mas de Combet! Quiet house in the countryside with a superb pool. We were able to enjoy all the amenities on site. Thank you to our host for their excellent welcome and availability throughout the stay. We really recommend this property for a week with friends.
The gîte located in a beautiful part of unspoilt France, great for exploring near by villages / towns holding day and evening markets, driving through vineyards, so peaceful and yet great roads to explore Sarlat, Domme and others alongside Dordogne river. The gîte is extremely well equipped, downstairs is like home from home. Outside is delightful, pool idyllic with a selection of seating areas in and out of shade, the outside cooking area was the 'icing on the cake'. The owners are wonderful hosts.
Maison typique très agréable, chaque chambre dispose d'un espace douche/WC ce qui est un vrai plus, on s'y sent très alaise, pièce de vie lumineuse et conviviale, canapé très confortable, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Le patio et l'espace piscine nécessiteraient un meilleur entretien pour être au top. Le village est joli, on y trouve une boulangerie, pour les autres commodités type supermarché, station essence, 5 mn en voiture à Magalas. Nous recommandons ce logement.
The Manoir is magnificent in every way. A perfect base for exploring The Dordogne. We all had an unforgettable holiday with lovely memories to treasure. Special thanks to Pierre and the lovely ‘pool guy’! Hope to return someday.
