Nous avons passé des vacances très reposantes en famille (et avec notre chien) dans la villa. Philippe est un hôte fabuleux, rien n'est trop pour lui. Les petites attentions telles que les livraisons de petit-déjeuner et le repas au restaurant étaient merveilleuses. Le temps n'a pas déçu. (38°C), donc la piscine était bien nécessaire. Béziers et Sète valent bien une visite pour les vues et les repas. Dans l'ensemble, c'est exactement ce dont nous avions besoin.
We could not have made a better decision than to come to Villa La Baronne to spend the end of the year. The house is magnificent, the location unbeatable both for the surroundings (the river, the forest, the small towns...) and the proximity to Toulouse. The house has the services you expect and much more. An excellent experience that I hope we can repeat again. Thanks to Isabelle and Philippe for offering Villa La Baronne guests a five-star stay. Thank you very much and we hope to return!
We have had a wonderfully relaxing holiday in this beautiful house in divine location. The garden is filled with wildlife and we've enjoyed many an hour listening to the birds and watching the bumblebees and butterflies. My recommendation would be to sit back, relax and just take it all in.
We have had a wonderful week in your fantastic home. It has been so peaceful and tranquil here by the pool. Seeing the amphitheatre at Nîmes and canoeing under the Pont Du Gard were the highlights.

Le lit nous a offert le meilleur sommeil de notre vie. Nous voulions juste vous écrire et vous remercier tous les deux d'avoir partagé votre belle maison à Saint Paul de Vence. Notre semaine a été magique et l'appartement avec piscine était parfait pour s'y détendre et se relaxer. Le lit nous a offert le meilleur sommeil de notre vie (nous avons même décidé d'acheter lemême !). Nous réserverons l'année prochaine, mais nous voulions vous faire savoir à quel point nous avons apprécié notre séjour.
What an idyllic location to spend a holiday! Easily accessible from Toulouse airport, the house is quite unique in character with its solid walls, oak beams and spacious, airy rooms. There's a large, pleasant garden where we played boules and table tennis daily and also just relaxed beside the pool. It's also great for bird watching. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of towns and small villages within easy reach of the house and the Dordogne was also an easy car-journey away. We spent 2 weeks on holiday but would have happily stayed much longer as there was so much we didn't have time to see and do. We'd love to go back! Thanks for a great holiday.

We have all had a superb week. What a beautiful house and surroundings. Huge fun in the pool, long evenings on the stunning terrace watching the sun go down. Complete relaxation for us all. Younger folk tried the Pirate experience and really enjoyed it. We all went to Laparade - a huge open food festival, a sea of tables on the remparts (take your own cloth and plastic beakers!) and great music. A truly magical week we will all treasure. X
What a wonderful Loft! We love all the furniture; so lovely to have 'proper furnishings' and not sofas with throws! We loved all the 'Maisons du Monde' additions and the kitchen is great to cook in. Wonderful attention to detail, so that you really feel 'at home'. The terrace is fabulous; we loved sitting out there first thing in the morning. Thanks also for all the recommendations for the specialist wine tours - our wine trip was first rate. Your hospitality and company was excellent and we loved the trip to see 'Le Jardin Champetre' nursery - thank you. Also, the pool is so clear and wonderful to swim in.
Nous avons voyagé toute notre vie et avons récemment décidé de changer. Au lieu de partir en randonnée ou de partir en vacances sans cesse en déplacement, nous avons essayé de louer une maison pour nous en servir de base. Nous ne pourrions pas être plus heureux de notre décision, mais le mérite revient en grande partie à cette magnifique villa et à Philippe, un hôte vraiment extraordinaire. Notre seule crainte est que la barre soit désormais placée si haut que les futures locations en pâtiront. Maureilhan, bien que peu importante en elle-même, est parfaitement située pour des excursions dans la région, que ce soit à Sète, Béziers, Roquebrun, Sérignan ou Montpellier. Une dernière remarque : bien que nous ayons loué la villa pour nous-mêmes, nous avons eu trois groupes d'amis qui sont passés quelques jours chacun. Avec ses quartiers séparés, la villa est parfaite pour deux ou trois couples. Les dîners fournis par Philippe à Pour Pas ont été des moments forts. Alors merci, Philippe. Nous n'aurions pas pu nous amuser davantage.

L’appartement est parfaitement situé : en bord de mer. Il y a une plage privée et une plage publique. Les plages sont assez isolées et il y a très peu de monde. L’appartement est équipé de tout le nécessaire, même plus que suffisant, comme s’il ne s’agissait pas d’une maison de location, mais de la vôtre. Si cela est important, alors toutes les infrastructures (commerces, boulangerie) sont situées sur la commune voisine de Beaulieu.
We have just returned from a fantastic holiday in Fitou, staying in this lovely and comfortable villa. I agree with other reviewers, the pictures do not do the property justice. It is spacious with a very high finish throughout maintaining a very homely feel. Our party consisted of 2 families with 4 kids (6, 6, 2 and 2), they loved it. As for the area, well it's a really special region of France. The location is perfect for day trips to the regions finest attractions (Carcassonne, Collioure, Gruissan etc...) and equally relaxing staying local. Fitou and nearby Leucate Village are charming and the local beaches are lovely, unspoilt and crowd free. There is as much or as little to do here as you'd like. We will certainly be coming back to the area and hopefully to this villa again.
Nous avons passé une semaine sous une chaleur accablante, et la piscine étincelante était accessible quotidiennement. Thonac est proche de plusieurs autres villes et villages charmants, et le restaurant en plein air de l'hôtel est agréable et propose une cuisine savoureuse. Le gîte est très bien équipé et dispose d'un jardin accueillant. C'était un endroit parfait pour nos vacances.

Please accept our thanks and appreciation for this wonderful home in Homps. It was perfect in everyway. Location, space inside the home, outside space and pool. The kitchen had everything including spices and cleaning supplies. Pool towels were supplied and appliances all worked well. Five stars according to the family. They would love to return!!
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour de 2 semaines au Pigat. Il y a beaucoup de place et la maison est très bien équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Nous recommandons la livraison quotidienne de pain frais pour tous ceux qui séjournent ici. Délicieux. Nous avons passé des journées de farniente au bord de la piscine. Nous nous sommes beaucoup d'amusés. Les soirées se passent à dîner en terrasse. Nous tenons à remercier tout le monde pour un accueil très sympathique à notre arrivée.
We loved our stay at this lovely Domaine, Today is our last day, and we’re leaving in pain. We really had the nicest time, Especially our cozy get-togethers with lots of good wine. The days have flown by, but there’s no need to cry, We will always remember Karen’s wonderful pie.
La Maison Lanave est une charmante ferme gasconne bien rénovée, nichée au cœur des vignes et offrant une vue spectaculaire. Les photos et les descriptions sont fidèles à la réalité : c'est un lieu vraiment exceptionnel. Les hôtes sont proactifs et sympathiques, présents sur place sans être intrusifs. Ils sont très disponibles pour répondre à nos demandes et nous fournir de nombreuses informations locales utiles. La région est rurale et offre beaucoup de choses à voir et à faire. Nous recommandons vivement d'y séjourner.

Thank you so much for your warm welcome in your beautifully decorated Loft. The four of us had a lovely time, enjoying Carcassonne, the mountains and the wine! We are going home very relaxed! We much appreciated your details and the welcome breakfast in the Loft.
A more tranquil spot in France you will not find. The house has 360-degree views across stunning French countryside that rolls and undulates towards a backdrop of the Pyrenees. It feels like you're a million miles from the stresses and strains of modern life, another world and yet within 20 minutes drive you can be in a huge supermarket that will cater for all your needs. The house itself is incredibly comfortable, with all mod cons. It sleeps 14 people in great comfort, including in two well-appointed cottages in the grounds. And yet it retains its cosy feel. Some days we lazed by the pool and ate our meals on one of the terraces, other days – when it was cooler - we lit the fire and settled in. It's genuinely as comfy inside as it is outside, which is not always the case in French holiday lets. Our young children were in heaven. When not swimming or playing tennis, they roamed the five acres of immaculately kept grounds, building camps, rowing on the small lake. There's snooker croquet and table tennis too, if it's wet. And then of course there is the party room. Set well away from the grown-up bedrooms, the party room has a bar, DJ–quality speaker system and a proper disco – glitter ball, lights and all. Incredible fun. You really won't want to leave the château and grounds at all – it's a self-contained little hill-top world - but if you do have itchy feet then there are lots of walks nearby, or you can visit one of the many beautiful French towns nearby (Mirepoix market is a must). I cannot wait to return.

What a fabulous find in the middle of sunflower fields ! Lovely hot weather, really appreciated the beautiful pool. The house is so well equipped and welcoming that it provided for a relaxing holiday. It was the perfect balance of great food, excellent company, a little sightseeing and a lot of relaxing by the pool, playing pool and generally chilling in style. Please can we come back...
Kids really enjoyed the grounds and plenty to keep them entertained even when the weather was not as nice. So much space to run around and explore. Great pool, very clean. Owners went above and beyond to help us, even offering to give us a lift when needed. Welcoming and friendly reception from Nick and Takayla - really helpful and on hand when needed.
Great place to stay, home away from home. Our children loved the playroom.
We booked the Manoir de Monflanquin in Oct 2020. It was between lockdowns and it was a very weird and scary time for us as a family. We were so looking forward to the holiday. We then postponed it due to the travel restrictions in 2021, we just didn’t want to risk it. It’s the longest time we’ve ever waited for a holiday. Our holiday in Monflanquin was the best holiday we’ve ever had and we’ve been on some great ones! The house was elegant but robust enough to cope with the 9 of us. It was better than the photos we’d been pouring over for two years. We never got used to the views, the space and beauty of the place. The pool, garden, hammocks, table tennis, badminton net and pool table kept us fully entertained. The kitchen was such a lovely place to be and so delightfully organised. We all took it in turns to cook and had gorgeous evenings outside chatting and eating at the tables out front. The weather was incredible - we had days of glorious sunshine and then spectacular electrical storms. When it rained we just wandered into Monflanquin, set up camp in a pretty cafe and played cards. The view of Monflanquin from the garden always made me pause and remember how lucky we were. The views of the house as we strolled round the fields also gave us joy. It sat so firmly and proudly on its plot. Please thank the owners for providing such a lovely place for us to all get together. It was perfect. Thank you from us all.

Une merveilleuse semaine passée dans cette magnifique villa. Nous avons passé un moment très agréable à visiter le Château de Monbazillac, Montcaret et Bordeaux.
