Belle maison, piscine fabuleuse et emplacement idéal ! Première fois à Sarlat et beaucoup de choses à voir et à faire. La maison est charmante, à distance de marche du centre de Sarlat. La piscine est incroyable et nécessaire avec une chaleur de 35°C. Je recommande vivement.
Most beautiful spot in the South of France! The house was sensational. The vista is beyond. The kitchen motivated us to cook and eat on the patio every night. Proximity to all the area has to offer and the patisserie and vegetable market and town are all right at the foot of the hill. Ours hosts organised all we needed too - language tutoring for our daughter and extra housekeeping. 6 stars !
Nous avons passée un excellent séjour au Mas Orbiel. Superbe endroit pour accueillir un grand groupe. Les propriétaires ont été très serviables et chaleureux.
Cottage du Jardin est magnifiquement entretenu et présente un intérieur magnifique. Ce qui nous a vraiment impressionnés, c'est son emplacement paisible au sein du parc des propriétaires et la piscine paisible où l'on peut se prélasser un après-midi ensoleillé. Le cottage se trouve à environ 5 à 10 minutes à pied du village. Vous y trouverez une petite épicerie proposant de tout pour satisfaire vos besoins, ainsi qu'un restaurant proposant de délicieux repas à des prix très raisonnables. À essayer absolument lors de votre séjour. Si vous préférez faire vos courses, deux grands supermarchés sont à 10 minutes en voiture, sur la route de Montignac. Montignac est une jolie ville avec de charmants restaurants au bord de la rivière. Le cottage est idéalement situé pour visiter les sites touristiques locaux, qu'il s'agisse d'un château comme le Château de Losse ou le Château des Milandes avec ses magnifiques jardins, ou de jolies villes et villages, nos préférés étant Saint-Léon, La Roque-Gageac et Domme. Un ciel bleu magnifique tous les jours avec des températures atteignant 36 degrés un jour. Cela nous a donné l'excuse parfaite pour passer quelques jours à nous prélasser au bord de la piscine et à nous ressourcer dans un cadre magnifique. En résumé, grâce au gîte, à la météo et à des hôtes parfaits, nous avons passé une semaine formidable, mais nous sommes repartis un peu tristes. Cependant, nous savons que nous reviendrons, plus longtemps la prochaine fois, car il y a encore beaucoup à voir dans cette belle région de France. Ce furent vraiment nos meilleures vacances. Un château de conte de fées situé sur les collines de Saint Mézard. Simplement merveilleux! Facile d'accès depuis Toulouse, Château Mézard etait le parfait camp de base pour explorer les jolis villages aux alentours qui offrend le meilleur en matière de gastronomie et de vins locaux. Un petit Armagnac au coucher du soleil, dîner au chandelles sur l'un des nombreuses terrasses nous ont fait nous sentir comme des princes.

House: Fantastic. Idyllic. Perfect. Classical. Beautiful. Spacious. Practical. Comfortable. Beautiful area for touring (Brantôme, Jarnac). Garden: Very child friendly. Garden Jenga etc. Clean and very safe. Beautiful pool and alfresco dining areas. Also adult friendly. V good Gas BBQ.
We all had a lovely time at Mas Orbiel and would certainly recommend this property to others.
We had great week staying at this lovely house! It is in quiet, rural location and we enjoyed exploring the area, which is very pretty. Sam was a great host and showed us everything and then left us to it – but was very helpful responsive with any questions we had. There were 7 of us and the house accommodated us all very easily. It is very well equipped and everything is in good condition and works well - lots of plates, glasses, large fridge freezer with ice maker, wine and beer fridges etc! The beds were comfortable and the house has two good bathrooms/shower rooms including a spa bath! There is a great choice of terraces and outside areas (covered and open) for sitting and dining, with lots of chairs, tables and sun loungers – which far exceeded expectations. The pool, surrounding terrace and gardens are really lovely and it is very quiet and private. The table tennis table was a bonus and we had a fun afternoon kayaking on the Dordogne, too! We would have loved a few more days there!
Merci pour cette semaine délicieuse dans un cottage vraiment charmant. Même si le soleil s'est fait un peu attendre, le cachet de la maison a largement compensé. Les deux restaurants du village sont excellents ! (Pensez à prendre une lampe de poche si vous rentrez après dîner !). Sarlat vaut vraiment le détour le mercredi (jour de marché). Saint-Léon est un joli village avec un grand choix de restaurants. Lascaux IV est intéressant et bien présenté. Un grand merci à Caterina et Steve !

The pool was amazing and the weather was nice. It was wonderful 5/5 would love to be staying longer. The pool was amazing. The beds are so nice.
We had a wonderful week at Manoir Coutenson. The spacious house is very well equipped. The swimming pool is incredibly warm and the children (even the baby) spent hours in it. The shaded area by the pool was essential as the weather was really hot. We loved the area. It is fairly rural but with easy access to the town. The house is very child friendly with toys, high chairs and plastic bowls and plates and lots of pool accessories. All of which were appreciated by our 5 grandchildren. A fabulous, relaxing holiday. Nous avons passé deux semaines merveilleuses à la Maison Carcavi. Le logement était bien équipé, spacieux et très confortable. Debbie était une hôte fantastique et nous a vraiment bien accueillis. Elle était là pour nous aider sans être envahissante. C'était un plaisir de l'avoir à disposition pour nous conseiller sur les sorties, les restaurants, etc. Les jardins et la piscine étaient fantastiques et bien entretenus. La région est magnifique et offre de nombreuses possibilités d'exploration, mais nous n'avons pas l'impression d'être sur un sentier touristique fréquenté. Nous avons apprécié les marchés locaux, les promenades, les activités sur la rivière et la découverte des villages et des vignobles locaux. Nous recommandons vivement et espérons y retourner bientôt.
Comme les années précédentes, les deux semaines à la villa ont été merveilleuses ! La maison est magnifique, la piscine et la proximité de la mer sont super. Nous reviendrons certainement.
Superbe maison spacieuse avec beaucoup d'espace pour notre famille de 6 adultes, tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur avec une grande piscine. Conviendrait aussi à 2 familles partant en vacances ensemble. Endroit tranquille avec l'essentiel des commodités non loin à pied: supermarché, boucher, etc.. et accès facile en voiture aux villages voisins et à Béziers. Nous avons passé du bon temps ici et nous le recommanderions sans hésitation.
Thank-you, Jean and Martin, for a fabulous two week stay in your lovely gîte. We had everything we needed to make it a very special relaxing holiday. The outdoor BBQ area has been put to great use! We have enjoyed many evenings outside drinking and eating. It was great having your input for ideas and suggestions for things to do and places to visit. The pool is perfect and we have enjoyed using the lovely gazebo area. The garden is a beautiful retreat in which to fully unwind and enjoy the abundant birdlife, especially first thing in the morning. We have really enjoyed watching the wood pecker, especially gathering food for the offspring! Lauzun provided the perfect location to start our many heavenly bike rides and to explore the fascinating bastide towns of Issigeac, Villereal and Eymet. We also visited the prehistoric cave-Grotte de Font Gaume and highly recommend, (pre-book tickets online). We look forward to coming back soon and seeing you again.

It's been an absolute cracker. The house is a joy and the pool has been the centre of our stay. We've loved exploring the local area, particularly the beach side lunch in Cannes and wild afternoon at the inflatable waterpark at the lake.

An amazing time! A fabulous location. Spending ‘chilling’ time with the family by the pool was invaluable. The house is perfect and allowed us to cook using superb French produce. The whole family enjoyed every minute. Pretty sure if you have space, we’ll be back. Thank you very much.

Notre fils a adoré le trampoline et la piscine et nos filles ont adoré jouer sous les arbres ombragés de votre magnifique jardin. Les roses sont magnifiques et leur odeur a rempli nos journées paresseuses. Excellente maison, beau jardin, commodités fantastiques à proximité et nous avons vraiment apprécié Saumur aussi. Our stay was fantastic. I highly recommend this property. It is in pristine condition and everything is new. The sheets, towels and mattresses are luxurious. The house is very modern inside with all the comforts of a city home. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The house was impeccable. The pool is fantastic and the outdoor entertaining area is large and has great facilities. It is only a short walk to the town of Monségur. Here you can find a supermarket and local market. Christophe was always available to assist us with anything we needed. He answered our calls immediately. I highly recommend this property.
Nous sommes venus à la Maison Baleyssagues tant de fois et encore une fois, ce fut un moment merveilleux. Il y a tellement de choses pour s'y divertir et rassembler la famille. Je ne veux pas partir mais je dois rentrer à la maison.

Well equipped, nice pool and amazing views! We had a wonderful time in this beautiful villa. Corinne is a great host, quick to respond and accommodating. The house and especially the kitchen is very well equipped, it had everything we needed and we felt very welcomed. We loved spending the day by the pool and taking in the picture perfect views from the top terrace during the evenings. Seillans and the neighbouring area are a true gem, the nature, nice markets and plenty of local produce. Quiet area but full of life, just perfect. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it!
