It’s hard to know where to begin to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay. Your property is so well set up and we made good use of the barbecue, tennis court, boules, darts, table tennis and of course, the pool which beats all other swimming pools we’ve ever had on holiday... and the shady areas when the sun got just that bit too hot. So much thought has obviously gone into it all and it made our holiday very special. The four teenage grandchildren we had with us had a ball and we all loved the Lot countryside, its villages and the sunflowers. How can you not be happy when you’ve got fields of them within a few steps from your door? The two Marches Gourmands we went to at Tournon and Saux were brilliant fun - the food on offer at Saux was particularly good and Tournon is such a pretty place. Our daughter loved going for early morning runs, seeing a hare and on two occasions, a deer, amongst sunflowers. Swimming in the Lot, cycling and canoeing are all on our list of favourite things we did. We also have a great picture of three of the red squirrels on the tree near the bolet - what a brilliant place for breakfast. Thank you so very much from all of us. It was a perfect house for our summer holiday. Beautiful village where it is located. We were really happy about it and recommend it! From there it is easy to go to Narbonne, Carcassonne or other beautiful places along the Canal du Midi. Thank you!
Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances ici dans la magnifique ville de Sarlat. La maison est parfaite avec de beaux meubles, une cuisine bien équipée et des douches incroyables. La piscine était exactement ce dont nous avions besoin après de longues journées passées à explorer les merveilleux sites de la Dordogne (le Gouffre de Padirac étant une visite majeure). L'emplacement de la maison est parfait, à distance de marche de la ville mais très paisible, entouré d'un beau jardin arboré. Nous espérons revenir l'année prochaine. We've had a fantastic holiday in this superb villa. We had great weather, food and wine! The villa is a really good base for visiting the Languedoc, Occitanie - we went to Carcassonne, Sète, Montpeyroux, Saint-Guilhem-le-Desert amongst other places and all within a short drive. The villa itself is really well equipped and has everything for a family holiday. 2 big supermarkets nearby and Pezanas is stocked full of restaurants and shops. The market on Saturday is amazing and well worth a visit. Thanks for a great holiday and we would thoroughly recommend the villa to others.
I will be in contact as soon as possible to try to rebook as we are really keen to return. We had a fantastic week there last week.
Thank you to Pure France for the prompt, polite and easy booking process, to the owners of Manoir Coutenson for allowing us to rent the property and also to David, the property manager who greeted us on arrival and was so helpful. Our family of 15 (aged between 1 - 64) have just enjoyed a fabulous week at this wonderful property. It is the most well equipped place we have ever stayed and all the extra touches (including small children's toys and books) ensured a relaxed and easy break for the whole family. We would unreservedly recommend the Manoir to any family group. Thanks again.

Merci beaucoup pour cet agréable et relaxant séjour dans votre maison. Nous avons attendu quelques années à cause du covid et nos garçons (et nous-mêmes) ont vraiment apprécié notre séjour. Vous nous avez si bien accueillis et nous avons beaucoup aimé passer du temps dans votre jardin à observer les visiteurs réguliers comme les pics, les buses et les chouettes effraies, etc. Nous prévoyons déjà de revenir et promettons de visiter davantage la région. Merci pour votre aimable hospitalité et ce fut un plaisir de rencontrer votre famille en visite. Si nous pouvions emporter la piscine et le hamac chez nous, nous le ferions ! Merci encore.
Awesome house and hosts! House was awesome and fully functional. Great bedrooms with baths. Beautiful town and location. Hosts are super helpful and friendly!!
Lovely place to stay, enjoyed being able to walk to the cafes and shops. Highlights; cycling to Chinon own hire bikes. Lovely walk through vineyards to the soap museum/shop. We had some extremely hot days (37 degrees) so went to Lac du Grezillé. Loved Saumur and Chinon, highly recommend Château Bréze.
Je veux vraiment garder ce bijou caché pour moi ! C’est super. L’appartement est ce que nous souhaitons tous avoir. Deux chambres avec lits doubles. Belle vue sur la mer depuis le balcon. Parking privé. Endroit privé avec chaises côté mer. Beach club très proche. Relaxant et facile de communiquer avec le propriétaire Paul. À l’arrivée, Ben était là avec les clés et beaucoup de conseils sur la région. Réservation arrangée, etc. Très facile d’accès et super serviable. Donc n’y allez pas car nous voulons y aller plus souvent !
We had a marvellous holiday at le Chambarru. It was the nicest house we have stayed in during our many visits to France over the years.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison d'Helen, l'extérieur est très spacieux, la piscine est très grande, la villa est bien équipée et spacieuse pour 12. Hôte très réactive et disponible, nous recommandons sans hésiter !
De belles vacances reposantes dans une belle propriété dans une région fantastique. La livraison du pain le matin était particulièrement bienvenue et le pain lui-même excellent ! Nous avons essayé toutes les recommandations de restaurants de M. Marty et n'avons pas été déçus. Le paysage fabuleux visible de tous les coins de la maison va particulièrement nous manquer !
Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans le chalet d'Eva. Tout était en ordre C'est une maison très spacieuse, avec de grandes chambres (de bain), avec une terrasse apaisante avec une grande piscine. Parfait pour un voyage de groupe La communication avec Eva s'est très bien passée
En week-end en famille, tout le monde a été charmé et ravi par la maison de Sue. Très grande maison confortable et joliment décorée pourvue d un jardin et d une piscine de toute beauté et idéalement située au bord du canal du Midi. Sue est très sympathique et son accueil chaleureux. Nous recommandons et y retournerons pour un week-end détente.
Converted farmhouse near Gordes. Beautiful property both inside and out, lounging by the pool listening to the birds and looking at the treetops gently swaying in the breeze is a little slice of heaven.
We've been lucky enough to stay at Manoir de Fouilloux on two separate occasions and have loved our stay both times. The house has been decorated and equipped to an extremely high standard. The property is blessed with beautiful views and a number of perfectly maintained gardens, ideal for relaxing with a glass of wine, either on the terrace or in the Moroccan courtyard and den or by the swimming pool. It is also within a short distance of picturesque towns and châteaux. If you fancy some wine tasting St Emilion is close by as are the vineyards of Bergerac or maybe a visit to a local food market in Riberac. We are certainly planning to stay again! A wonderful place to relax

We had a fabulous time staying in this very stylish and well equipped house, enjoying both the heat wave and the incredible storm. We loved the swimming pool and the pool and table tennis tables. We visited Vaison la Romaine and Avignon and enjoyed both of them. The market in Nyons was very impressive and very busy, so it was worth going early. We loved eating at the resto des arts in Nyons particulary enjoying the ravioli. Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely house it is quite stunning.
Thanks for the return of our deposit monies plus the extra which we didn’t expect. Feeling very holiday blues today. We will definitely be back.
Such a beautiful and luxurious home. a perfect layout, wonderful pol and relaxation area. We spent 10 days playing golf, as such it was perfect. The holiday home had eveything we needed and more and particularly liked the artwork. Thank you once again.
