After months of searching for the perfect 'retreat' we arrived at Le Presbytère! Exactly what we envisioned for our first trip to France with out kids. We have so enjoyed the pool, pond and of course, the whole place. We visited every bastide and market and cooked to our hearts content. Such an exquisite spot - we know the area very well - but rarely left this spot; instead played games, spotted frogs and foxes and explored every inch of this 'fab' property. Perhaps a X-mas visit next?! Many thanks for sharing this beautiful home - we hope to return soon. Gary and Louise were great - close at hand but unintrusive.
Villa comfortable and well equipped - teenagers enjoyed all the facilities including lovely pool.
Thank you for your warm welcome and kind hospitality. Such a beautiful house in a perfect position - view, outlook and peace. Though we have visited France many times... We were particularly charmed by Uzès. We hope that all of your future guests will be as impressed as we have been.
We have had a wonderful stay here, the weather has been lovely and the pool was perfect. We stayed outside the whole time!
First things first - Karen, Russell and the girls (Mack and Mabel) are wonderful hosts. Warm, friendly, thoughtful and yet discreet. They love what they're doing and it shows as nothing is too much trouble. Their enthusiasm for their ventures (current and future) is infectious. Secondly is the 'Loft du Vigneron' - a fabulous property offering everything - and more - that you could hope for. Karen and Russell's sense of style has been imprinted on it and their attention to detail has left nothing wanting. Every comfort has been considered from the fabulous welcoming pack to 'The White Company' range of toiletries. The terrace was our favourite place with the sun streaming through the roof and the warm breeze cooling us down. Rieux-Minervois is a typical French village and perfectly situated to explore the entire Minervois region from Carcassonne in the West, East to the Mediterranean, and all the lovely historical villages North and South. In conclusion, we had a fabulous stay in a wonderful property with the perfect hosts - highly recommended without hesitation. Our very best wishes for every success in you new venture. We utterly love everything about this beautiful house and its tranquil setting. We hope to return someday and will keep fond and happy memories of our stay.
Somewhere special. From the moment we arrived at Le Manoir des Fouilloux we knew it was somewhere special. The attention to detail in every little corner of the beautiful and spacious house and grounds are the result of great vision and an enormous labour of love by its delightful owners Ian and Hugh. Le Manoir exudes a classic, elegant style, with some fun and quirky touches and is luxurious throughout, whilst also allowing you to feel truly relaxed and pampered. You are really spoilt for choice with so many quiet corners to sit, read, relax, snooze, chat and drink rosé as well as several areas to enjoy sunny or shady breakfasts, long lunches and suppers. With a 10 and 13 year old in tow and temperatures of up to 37 degrees, we spent a large part of our time around the stunning pool Hugh and Ian have created. Not wanting to be too lazy though, there are plenty of things to do very close by – kayaking, tree top climbing and river swimming can all be done from St Aulaye and Aubeterre is also well worth a visit. Ian and Hugh are the most thoughtful and considerate hosts and should be rightly proud of the tranquil haven they have created. This was quite possibly the best family holiday we have had and we hope to return one day to enjoy it all over again! Thank you all.

Perfect stay. A very high quality renovation where stone blends with wood and contemporary furniture. A huge and ideal porch for dinner, barbecue and admire the countryside and hillsides on one side and a pool enchanted in this "Provencal farmhouse" on the other. Very high quality amenities and bedding. The sober and neat decoration with touches of contemporary art ensures a soothing balance and conducive to rest. A spacious cathedral living room with a stunning solid wood table. Here and there, small details in the amenities and decor (a special mention in the toilet of the master suite, I'll let you discover it). In addition, Christophe is very friendly and very attentive to his hosts. In short, this stay in the countryside between two seas delighted us all.
Turtle name suggestions- Flash Louie Elliot Raphiel We have really enjoyed staying in your beautiful home. We have been lazy and mostly stayed by the pool. We had a great couple of meals in St Émilion and we visited some vineyards. All in all a fabulous holiday. Great hoss, and the house is very well equipped!

It is just as fabulous here in October as it was in June. The weather was much better than we expected, and we went to a couple of new places. We love the Library and Kitchen in the main house and look forward to seeing it all complete. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and for joining us to share our wedding anniversary lunch at La Cambuse de Saunier. We can't wait for next June, when we will again be back.
Impossible de ne pas sourire dans le Gers. Au cœur de la Gascogne, cette terre est verte et douce, avec des collines, des rivières, de l'armagnac, des canards, des places de village à arcades et des gens solides qui déambulent à quelques heures en décalé du reste de la France. Compte tenu de l'ambiance féodale, le château fait partie du paysage. Peu sont plus somptueux que le Château Mézard, près de Condom, qui peut accueillir 13 personnes. Entouré de 42 hectares, c'est le genre d'endroit que le commun des mortels paie pour le visiter, pas pour y séjourner.
Fabulous house, beautifully decorated with everything we could possibly need for a lovely holiday. The pool and pool toys were a great hit with our 4 year old. We have holidayed numerous times in France and this was by far the best, from the welcoming email to the comfy beds and linen. Mark and Janet have made this a beautiful holiday home. We had a hot week and made the most of being at home! Thank you for a lovely stay! P.S. The Tuesday night market in Laparade was fun and definitely worth a visit! Our daughter loved her bedroom + the toys kept her occupied in the morning!
I just wanted to drop you a line to say how very much we enjoyed our week in your lovely home - it truly is superb! In fact, we all had such a good week, I am about to email in order to book for next year. I notice on the website that next year's dates are already there so we thought we'd better book quickly (and before you decide that it is far too beautiful to leave!)
Mon mari et moi avons passé une semaine parfaite. Du 23 au 29 juin 2025, Florence a été la meilleure hôte. La Grange était tout simplement magnifique. Les photos ne lui rendent vraiment pas justice. Les installations étaient parmi les meilleures que nous ayons eues. Nous allons en Dordogne depuis 30 ans avec notre famille. Cette propriété, avec tous les équipements nécessaires (et je dis bien TOUS), a dépassé nos attentes. Florence avait pensé à tout, même à des produits de spa de luxe très spéciaux. Des produits capillaires (y compris des lisseurs !). Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis avec le sourire et un pack de bienvenue plus que suffisant. Tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour le soir et le lendemain matin. Y compris le vin ! C'était vraiment la meilleure propriétaire que nous ayons rencontrée. Ce fut un tel plaisir de la rencontrer et de passer une semaine parfaite dans sa magnifique grange. Nous avons eu une soirée avec apéritifs dans le jardin. Une compagnie charmante. Toutes les informations sanitaires et de sécurité nous ont été données à notre arrivée, avec un numéro de téléphone que nous pouvions appeler à tout moment, pour n'importe quel besoin. La piscine était absolument parfaite. Nous avions un vaste choix d'activités : jeux, livres, musique, mais nous Nous avons été tout simplement stupéfaits de voir Netflix inclus ! Parfait pour une soirée détente sur les canapés très confortables. Eymet est également à seulement 15 minutes en voiture et offre un large choix de restaurants exceptionnels, de cafés, de boutiques, d'antiquaires, etc. Une magnifique ville historique. Nous ne pouvons que féliciter Florence et son merveilleux hébergement. Nous la remercions sincèrement d'avoir contribué à rendre notre semaine paisible, loin de tout. Tellement mémorable. J'ai oublié d'ajouter notre joie absolue d'avoir la climatisation partout ! La cerise sur le gâteau ! Merci encore.
Nous avons passé deux semaines merveilleuses à la villa. Nous avons passé beaucoup de temps dans la piscine fantastique. Nous sommes allés dans les villes voisines : Agde, Pézenas, Carcassonne, Limoux, Sète, toutes méritent une visite. Un grand merci à la propriétaire.
We had a lovely week at the farmhouse with lots of swimming and relaxing by the pool. The children (and adults!) have enjoyed the excellent selection of toys and games. Wonderful location for days out nearby and we would recommend the local boulangerie for morning croissants and freshly baked bread. Leaving with lots of happy memories.
The house itself is old and gently restored, and extremely well equipped with every cooking utensil you could wish for and a very nice coffee machine. Special features are the large swimming pool close to the house, and the tennis court, which is a little higher up, with beautiful rural views. In summer there are night markets in surrounding villages where you can buy all kinds of foods, from omelettes to snails, and eat them outdoors on long trestle tables - a treat for locals and tourists alike. A wonderfully relaxing place to stay, highly recommended.
L'appartement est incroyablement frais et offre une vue imprenable depuis le grand balcon. Le quartier est calme et paisible, ce qui nous convenait très bien. Nous y retournerons certainement. Il est bon de savoir qu'il n'y a pas d’épicerie à proximité immédiate. Il est recommandé d’avoir une voiture si vous ne choisissez pas de faire votre exercice quotidien en lien avec vos achats. :)
Fantastique villa en très bon état ! Très utile et réactif sur quelques questions que nous avions. La piscine est incroyable, agréable et profonde pour les enfants qui pratiquent leur saut !

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable au Château Grandchamp de Chablis. Le cadre, l'équipement, la piscine, tout est fait pour s'y sentir bien et pour tous! Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Le Mas Repenti. Nous avons été 3 la première semaine et la maison complète les trois autres semaines. Le porche avec la grande table et le canapé est fantastique. Dîners le soir et café sur les sofas le matin. Tous mes invités ont adoré. Et tout le monde a adoré la piscine et le pool house.
