Nous venons de terminer un voyage de deux semaines en famille. La maison était tout simplement géniale ! Excellentes installations, et la climatisation dans les chambres est un véritable économiseur de vie. La propriété est excentrique ! Et il y a tellement de petites terrasses et d'endroits à l'extérieur où nous avons trouvé que nous ne nous sommes jamais assis. L'emplacement est idéal pour des excursions d'une journée et nous avons savouré la baignade dans la piscine après une journée bien remplie. Nous étions un groupe de plusieurs générations et tout le monde a adoré ! Le quartier est génial et accessible à pied. Boulangerie locale, stand de fruits et légumes locaux ainsi que l'accès aux supermarchés. Merci pour votre séjour inoubliable !
C'est la destination idéale pour des vacances de type en plein air. Les randonnées sont superbes et les paysages sont magnifiques. C'est franchement un peu difficile de partir.
After a two-year pause in our travel arrangements we couldn’t have been more delighted with our visit to the Loft du Vigneron. It was everything - and more - than we had hoped for. Thank you both for your generosity of conversation, wine and gin!!! Good luck with the next phase of Le Domaine aux Quat’Saisons, not that we think you will need it - quite simply, it is stunning.

What a wonderful week! The villa is full of elegant and eclectic touches and the outside areas are divine. The pool is just perfect and the shade was needed this week when it was very hot (but not as hot as back home - thank goodness!) Beziers is lovely and there are plenty of places to visit near by. Philippe - you were a wonderful host providing recommendations when asked and keeping the pool sparkling clean. The treats you delivered were fabulous as was the trip you organised to Saint Chinian. Our family stayed at the Mas de Lozanne for two weeks and it was a resounding success with us all. The property was exactly as described in the details and photographs - light airy rooms, a beautiful garden and one of the best pools I've ever seen in a private house. The air conditioning was very welcome as we were there in a heatwave! Dom and Ina looked after us very well and answered all our queries. Pèzenas is a lovely little place and we certainly hope to return. I had never heard of Pure France before coming across them on the net and it's always a slightly scary thing to send several thousand Euros 'into the ether' in this age of Internet scams. However I need not have worried as this agency was extremely efficient and straightforward in all our dealings, answering my queries by return. I would like to thank them and would certainly recommend them.
This beautifully maintained property is less than two hours outside of Paris. We never wanted to leave the grounds, there is everything to keep the kids happy: miles to run, pool, tennis and playhouse. We adults lazed all day by the pool while the children run happy and wild on the enclosed grounds. The owner gave us wonderful recommendations for off the beaten path wine tastings. Make sure she shows you the mill across the stream where they make the best croissants and bread. The layout of the château allows for several families to enjoy a vacation together, while maintaining peaceful, private moments. Best family vacation ever.
Whaou! La première fois que j'ai vu les photos je l'ai trouvé splendide, mais quand nous sommes arrivés, c'était encore plus magnifique. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Debbie et Brent sont d'une gentillesse absolue et nous ont fait nous sentir les bienvenus. Les jardins sont si pittoresques! C'était nos premières vacances avec notre enfant d'1 an et nous ne pouvions pas rêver mieux comme vacances. Merci La Bastide!

The house is a magical island setting in the countryside, with a wonderful rural and secluded ambiance. The size and comfort are simply perfect. I loved the morning runs in nature and the breakfasts on the terrace. Carelle and her husband are warm and supportive owners. The three dogs present themselves from time to time as friendly travelers. A great experience.
Des vacances absolument merveilleuses. Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment fabuleux de 12 nuits au Château Limousin. Nous étions 3 familles composées de 6 adultes et 8 enfants (de 3 à 9 ans). Le château et son terrain, y compris la grande piscine clôturée, sont extrêmement bien entretenus et offrent tout ce que vous pourriez souhaiter. Les propriétaires étaient des gens très gentils et extrêmement accueillants. Des vacances vraiment agréables... nous recommandons vivement.
Belle villa dans un endroit magnifique. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour confortable. L'hôte qui nous a accueillis à l'arrivée et au départ n'aurait pas pu être plus serviable et sympathique.

10ème été en France et c'est la meilleure maison dans laquelle nous avons séjourné. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous détendre et passer un merveilleux séjour. Merci pour cette superbe semaine.
We travelled to this beautiful villa with friends for 6 nights and our stay was truly wonderful. We were fortunate with the weather most days so managed to enjoy some of the many amenities the villa has to offer including swimming and sunbathing by the pool, playing croquet and pétanque! We also ate outside on the veranda every day, enjoying the BBQ and the good weather. The villa had so much to offer. We had two days when the weather was not so good and were kept busy by the games rooms downstairs – we made great use of the pool table and projector for playing music, movies and watching sports, it really was a lifesaver on one particularly cloudy day. On arrival the villa was clean and the villa handbook was most helpful to support us settling in, additionally the host was quick to respond and always willing to help with our queries. The villa offers great privacy with peaceful surroundings and allowed us to relax away from others. The village is a short walk away and we enjoyed lunch there on our final day at the restaurant which is also worth a try. On specific days there were gourmet food trucks that stopped by in the village offering various sweet and savoury items – we tried the crepes which were lovely and a nice treat after an evening walk around the river and church in lovely Buzet. We loved everything about the place, I would highly recommend this to both friend groups and families.
We had a thoroughly enjoyable family gathering at Le Presbytère. It is a beautiful, atmospheric, ancient house set in large grounds. A great place for peace and rest or equally perfect for a gathering of friends or family. We found it so relaxing to sit around in the garden or at the poolside and there is lots of safe space for the kids to play (table tennis, boules and of course the pool were great successes). The house is amazing - such a sense of history and unusual features like old tiles, fireplaces and a lovely old oak beam running across the upstairs landing. It's very roomy so, even if you are staying with a group, it never feels crowded. The surrounding area has lots of great restaurants and fresh produce from the markets. There is excellent cycling and walking around the network of country roads and footpaths. Also the various bastides (12th century fortified towns) are really fascinating. We loved Bonaguil, Monflanquin and Vilareal but there are so many to choose from and they all have their own character. It's also less than an hour to the Dordogne. We had such a great, relaxing and enjoyable time at Le Presbytère and we hope to return in the future. Thank you so much for an unforgettable holiday.

We had an absolutely delightful holiday in Argeliers and all six of us (four adults and two children) loved the house and hated to leave. We did the usual visits for first-timers in the region: Carcassonne, Narbonne, Gruissan, the Abbaye de Fontfroide, various villages along the Canal du Midi, etc. We had a ball and were always looking forward to return to the Maison Tigre at the end of the day. The pool was a high-light, so much so that it was sometimes difficult to get the children out to visit (and the adults also). The house was also a delight, with such a great design that we immediately felt at home. Thank you also to Alan and Cathy for their warm welcome and very useful explanations. All six of us have very good memories of our (alas short) stay at Maison Tigre and we still remind each other often of our summer holiday. I would like to congratulate you again for the wonderful job you have done with the restoration of Maison Tigre, with the design and with the equipment provided, which was just right for us (I may be repeating myself here, but it really is a wonderful home, so another round of applause is not excessive!)

Beautifully converted and furnished house with two lovely gîtes, a swimming pool and terraces. The wide views over the vineyards are unprecedented. The owners again make something very beautiful !!!
Magnifique maison. Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour. Nous étions un grand groupe d'amis à la recherche d'un endroit pittoresque pour passer une semaine ensemble. Nous étions excités quand nous avons réservé mais comblés quand nous sommes arrivés dans la belle maison. Elle fonctionne très bien pour un grand groupe de personnes avec plusieurs zones pour s'asseoir confortablement et se détendre. Nous avons pris de délicieux dîners et petits déjeuners (cuisinés dans la cuisine bien équipée et le barbecue) sur la terrasse et la vue les a rendus encore plus magiques. Même si la maison est merveilleuse pour se détendre et jouer dans la piscine, nous avons trouvé de belles choses à faire dans les environs. Il y a un merveilleux restaurant juste à côté de la maison et du kayak et du wakeboard à environ une heure de route et de jolis villages non loin. Bref, si vous voulez un endroit qui se soit privé et pittoresque et qui soit toujours fonctionnel et confortable, c'est l'endroit idéal. Nous espérons revenir bientôt!
What an amazing place and fantastic hosts, Hugh and Ian have given our family the perfect holiday. Thank you so much. The kids said the pool is amazing and really loved the salt water which didn't make there eyes sting like normal chlorinated pools. Oscar your adorable dog was also a big plus for Lara!

Nous avons passé deux semaines merveilleuses à la villa. Nous avons passé beaucoup de temps dans la piscine fantastique. Nous sommes allés dans les villes voisines : Agde, Pézenas, Carcassonne, Limoux, Sète, toutes méritent une visite. Un grand merci à la propriétaire.
La maison de Sam correspondait à ce que nous recherchions pour une famille avec des enfants de 12 et 10 ans. La proximité de la vallée du Lot et de la Dordogne signifiait qu'il y avait de nombreuses options de sorties et d'installations à explorer et à apprécier pour les adultes et les enfants. Les marchés nocturnes locaux ont également été un point fort de notre séjour. La propriété était très bien équipée avec des jeux d'intérieur et du matériel pour profiter des espaces extérieurs. C'est extrêmement calme et paisible avec peu de voitures qui passent, ce qui en fait un environnement très relaxant et reposant pour le temps passé dans la propriété. Nous sommes partis en nous sentant très bien reposés.
Merci pour cette semaine délicieuse dans un cottage vraiment charmant. Même si le soleil s'est fait un peu attendre, le cachet de la maison a largement compensé. Les deux restaurants du village sont excellents ! (Pensez à prendre une lampe de poche si vous rentrez après dîner !). Sarlat vaut vraiment le détour le mercredi (jour de marché). Saint-Léon est un joli village avec un grand choix de restaurants. Lascaux IV est intéressant et bien présenté. Un grand merci à Caterina et Steve !
Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables dans votre magnifique maison et vos jardins, malgré le mauvais temps. Nous rentrons chez nous très détendus. Nous avons apprécié nos excursions à Chinon, Fontevraud et dans plusieurs autres endroits mentionnés par d'autres voyageurs. Merci pour votre accueil, le vin, la confiture et les bulles.
