House was spotlessly clean as was all bedding. Absolutely first class. You have thought of everything that a family with young children could possibly need and want for. Catering very good - delicious. You were so helpful with all of our queries and went above and beyond to help.

Un endroit luxueux avec la plus belle piscine chauffée et une vue sur la Méditerranée. La piscine et sa vue constituent l'essentiel de la propriété. Elle est absolument impeccable, parfaitement chauffée à 30 degrés et bénéficie d'une piscine à débordement qui ajoute à l'ambiance luxueuse. Il y a un plongeoir et un toboggan aquatique amusant, ainsi que des chaises longues en mousse. La terrasse est également magnifique avec de nombreux transats et sièges, ainsi qu'une table pour les repas. L'intérieur de la propriété est spacieux avec des antiquités intéressantes et les chambres sont climatisées, ce qui est charmant même s'il y a de toute façon beaucoup d'ombre pendant les journées chaudes. La voiture peut être garée juste à côté de la villa pour faciliter le transport des bagages et les courses au supermarché, etc. Dans l'ensemble, Les Fumerates ressemble à un coin de paradis, paisible et calme, et il est difficile de s'en arracher malgré la proximité facile de la côte. La piscine est l'attraction vedette, toujours agréable d'y nager même en fin de soirée, et possède un toboggan, un plongeoir et des chaises longues flottantes si vous le souhaitez. La terrasse et la piscine sont éclairées la nuit et l'atmosphère calme et luxueuse font qu'il est presque impossible d'en sortir malgré la proximité de quelques beaux endroits à visiter !
Stunning, really well maintained and clean. Feels very safe for our young family. Very well-thought-through facilities for an inter-generational group. Great use of pool, playroom, BBQ, dining areas. Delicious and varied menu enjoyed by all. Good interaction with hosts; always available (even with chocolates!). Thoroughly enjoyed the trip and hope to return.
The weather has been great so spent most of our time in the pool and on the sun loungers. We loved visiting the towns and villages nearby and particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries every morning! Thank you for the great holiday we had in this great villa and a holiday we will never forget, and a holiday we loved every minute of. We all will be very, very sad to be leaving! Merci!
Excellent stay for 2 nights / 10 adults and 3 children. Beautiful, well decorated and spacious home - intervention feels like home and Laura was very friendly during our correspondence and when we arrived. Feel free to stay with family or friends! Beautiful services!

This is a total joy of a house. The photographs make it look beautiful - it is even better in real life. The pool is quite incredible - like being in a boutique hotel all of your own. A true hidden gem.

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your lovely house. We were lucky enough to see the (almost) full moon rising from the perfect spot in the garden on our first night. We loved the house and pool and most of all the beautiful views. To be in a village and yet so quiet is unique. We very much hope to come back.
On arrival at the Loft du Vigneron what a wonderful welcome we received, then only to find a delightfully designed, comfortable and well thought out accommodation. Juste un mot pour vous dire que nous avons tous apprécié notre séjour à Cagnes-sur-Mer et que c'était une belle propriété. Nous aimerions revenir un jour.
Une maison où l'on se sent comme chez soi ! Entièrement meublée avec goût, dans un cadre magnifique. Nous avons visité de nombreux endroits et je recommande : les grottes de Limousis, la cité de Carcassonne et le pont suspendu de Mazamet. Le marché hebdomadaire d'Olonzac est magnifique ! Le soir, profitez de la magnifique terrasse pour admirer la vue sur les Pyrénées, les sommets enneigés et les enfants dans la piscine. Nous recommandons fortement, nous y reviendrons sans hésiter ! Nous sommes jaloux de votre maison !
It was a wonderful property to stay in – everyone who stayed with us were very impressed by the house. It’s a lovely town too. The management people in Pézenas for this property were very helpful too. We are in the UK now and are missing the south of France weather.
We've had a wonderful week, enjoyed by all. We thought the tapas evening with Emma was great fun and well worth it, she's very knowledgable. We ended the week with lunch at Domaine Gayda, a great recommendation. We were sad to leave such a lovely home which exceeded our expectations and I would love to think that one day we could return. An absolute joy to stay here! The Loft is perfect in every way. Karen and Russell have literally thought of everything. A wonderful kitchen and gorgeous crockery, loads of utensils - it was a joy to use! Undoubtedly for our four teenagers the Loft terrace has been a major hit. Many an hour has been spent lounging around listening to the water trickling along. Totally relaxing. The recommendations were perfect for things to do, restaurants and vineyards to visit. Karen was so right about la Cite at Carcassonne - beautiful. Many thanks for the welcome, the chats and the wine - we will definitely be back!

This mansion offers everything anyone could wish for. Spacious, large bedrooms, comfortable bathrooms and outdoors like a park. Lovely swimming pool with sun beds and a lunching area (at least, that’s how we used it. Every one of our group (including the kids) had a wonderful week, no exceptions. Contact with the owner was swift and pleasant and the property manager Caroline is a gem. We hope to be back some other time, but meanwhile we recommend this property to anyone who wants to have an excellent French experience. Many thanks.
Quelle magnifique retraite loin de la vie urbaine ! Nous avons réservé trois semaines à la maison et en avons apprécié chaque minute. La cuisine extérieure est fantastique, c'était comme si nous avions notre propre restaurant privé. La piscine était parfaite pour nos trois enfants et la vue panoramique sur les montagnes environnantes est à couper le souffle. Alexandra était facilement joignable en cas de questions ou de problèmes. Dans l’ensemble, fortement recommandé !
C'était un beau voyage et nous réserverons certainement à nouveau la villa pour y revenir!
