Super endroit dans une belle partie de la vallée du Lot. La maison peut accueillir confortablement 18 personnes environ. Belle piscine et terrain avec une salle de sport et de nombreuses options pour occuper les enfants. Une voiture estnécessaire lors du séjour. Les propriétaires Richard et Nicky sont très serviables si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit. Belle cave à vin également (approvisionnée). Superbe semaine passée par tous.
Nous venons de passer la plus merveilleuse des semaines à la Maison des Communes. Philippe a été charmant, très serviable et informatif dès l'accueil et quelle belle surprise de voir une belle sélection de fromages et de vins laissés à notre attention! La villa est extrêmement bien meublée et équipée, c'est un délice de s'y détendre. Elle est très bien située pour explorer la région et faire un saut à l'une des nombreuses belles plages le long de la côte. La disposition des trois logements différents était absolument parfaite pour notre groupe de huit personnes, offrant intimité et détente à chacun, bien que nous ayons passé la plupart du temps autour et dans l'agréable piscine ou assis dehors à regarder la nuit s'installer tout en sirotant des vins locaux. Il y a beaucoup à voir et à découvrir dans la région et la villa était un havre de paix où nous rentrions chaque jour. Quelle superbe semaine: fabuleux petits déjeuners, mobilier élégant et artistique, chaleur et grand soleil de fin août et les meilleures vacances. Merci beaucoup, Philippe!

The property is out in the countryside and provided a very welcome quite location for a relaxing vacation. We stayed here during early August. The property has character, built in traditional stone and has extensive grounds to explore. There is a wonderful view of the Château de Biron from the front of the property. The château is well worth a visit and if you climb to the top you can pick out the property in the distance. The pool is fantastic and we spent many hours by and in the pool. We had great fun playing water volleyball. The house has all amenities that you want, although the Wi-Fi can be slow, but this has to be expected out in the country as I explained to my children! If staying here in the summer, take a walk just before sunset, out the drive and turn left. Just down the road you will catch some great sunsets and you are likely to see lots of deer at the same time. Visit Monpazier a few miles away. It's a great place to find a restaurant and wonder around this beautiful bastide town.
We have had a wonderfully relaxing week in this beautiful house. The views are amazing and we enjoyed some wonderful drives out to various villages in the area. Nyons is a great place to have so nearby.
It is early spring. My husband and I decide to go to the South of France for a fortnight. Our eye has fallen on La Picholine. It is in the Gard region and close to nice places. Like Uzès, Nîmes, Avignon. What a surprising place on arrival. Two enthusiastic owners, proudly showing off their new domaine. There are two gîtes. A large swimming pool, several terraces and expansive views. Our gîte is very comfortable. Spacious living room with dining kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bedroom is very spacious with good mattresses. Large bathroom with two sinks. As it can be quite chilly in the evening in spring, this cottage has a wood-burning stove with hot air conditioning. It is comfortably warm then. The garden is tastefully decorated. You have your own privacy and that choice is nice. We had a lovely two weeks here and will definitely come back next year. Enchanting character house, with fabulous views making it difficult to leave, thank you for allowing us to share a real home from home. A really well equipped kitchen making it a great place to buy the local produce and wine and enjoy the benefits of staying in and soaking up the relaxing atmosphere. A day out driving through Beaume de Venice and Gigondas with the views of the Dentelles de mont Mirail was a highlight of our week. The market at Vaison la romaine was good fun, The wine at the Domaine Vallot (next door) was excellent as was the local bakery in Nyons. All in all a great week and thank you,
We were able to have a great week with friends at this house, which matched the photos perfectly. The host is very accommodating and accommodating. Amenities are complete, different living spaces are spacious, the pool area is a real plus. I'd recommend it!
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à la Villa Estèphe. Comme nous l'avons mentionné pendant notre séjour, il s'agit de notre sixième visite dans la région, nous connaissions donc très bien sa beauté. Comme vous le savez, le temps était fantastique, même un peu trop chaud la deuxième semaine, donc l'ombre des arbres et la climatisation étaient les bienvenues. Le logement est excellent et très confortable. Si nous visitons à nouveau la région, nous considérerons certainement votre propriété. Merci pour ce séjour.
Nous avons passé de belles vacances, cette belle maison a été un délice absolu si confortable et paisible. Déjeuner à l'extérieur dans votre magnifique jardin a été notre rituel favori.
Excellent stay for 2 nights / 10 adults and 3 children. Beautiful, well decorated and spacious home - intervention feels like home and Laura was very friendly during our correspondence and when we arrived. Feel free to stay with family or friends! Beautiful services!
La vue depuis l'appartement est plus époustouflante que ce que les photos peuvent capturer, tout comme la piscine. L'espace extérieur est confortable et relaxant avec vue sur la mer. L'appartement était très propre et équipé de toutes les commodités dont on peut avoir besoin pour des vacances. Il y a de nombreux restaurants à quelques pas, un fabuleux supermarché où tout vous procurer juste en face et l'appartement n'est également qu'à quelques pas de la gare pour des excursions d'une journée à Cannes, Antibes, Nice voire au-delà. L'arrêt de bus pour l'aéroport est également très proche. Il n'y a rien à redire sur l'appartement. C'était parfait à tous points de vue.
Merci pour votre hospitalité. Nous avons vraiment apprécié les petits déjeuners, le vin et le fromage. Le repas au Pourquoi Pas était incroyable même si nous avons vécu une aventure pour le trouver ! Beau temps dans la première moitié de la semaine mais dommage que nous ayons eu du vent et de la pluie ces derniers jours. Bon repas à la Pizzeria La Cremade à Béziers Villeneuve - à côté d'une écluse sur le Canal du Midi. Les Neuf Écluses valent également la peine d'être visitées. J'ai apprécié la plage de Sérignan. Beautiful! We do feel thoroughly spoilt and have had a wonderful time. The playroom alone is better than our own and the pool is perfect. Very friendly, helpful and efficient service.
How to know where to start? Simply stunning house, gorgeous wether, sumptuous food and the best company! Thank you both so much for having us stay and we can't wait to come back and see you all again.
We had a brilliant holiday and I enjoyed the trampoline. House was brilliant for hide and seek.
Very pretty new hotel, charmingly furnished in the beautiful wine village of Meursault. You can get to Beaune very quickly, but Dijon is also easily accessible by car. Very nice, warm hosts.
Température de l'eau fantastique. Il n'y a pas grand-chose à ajouter aux critiques précédentes, à part dire merci Denise et Michael pour cette excellente semaine. Pouvoir marcher directement de la maison jusqu'à la piscine sans avoir à se préparer à la température de l'eau était fantastique ! L'appartement était magnifique avec une réelle attention aux détails et bien sûr, tout était impeccable.
Over the years we have stayed in around twenty different houses all over France - most were good, one or two were very good. But then there is the special one - this year. This house didn't feel like a house; it felt like home from the moment we walked through the door, after a long and tiring drive (and, bless you, there was bottle of ready chilled local wine ready and waiting for us). 'Welcome to your home' it said. The layout, décor and furnishings are delightful; and the luxury of each bedroom having its own bathroom topped it off. We had friends who came to stay for a while and they shared our thoughts. One couple even came back for a second visit on their way home. And then there is the garden – warm, private, shaded when you want it and serene. And yes, the pool is fabulous – it's a proper size. But wait until you see the garden at night, when you have your barbecue and the garden and pool lights come into play... makes the local rose taste even more morish. And then there is Pézenas - ten minutes walk away through a vineyard. And you won't go hungry there. Wonderful town. Only one regret – we couldn't parcel it up and take it home. It is, truly, an oasis.
Watch out, as we are definitely starting to feel at home at beautiful Lamolene and surrounds. Thank you so, so much for our wonderful, special break.
Had a great 2 weeks. All enjoyed Pézenas and surrounds. Visited Montpellier, Sète, Nîmes. Lovely holiday.
Private pool in perfect surroundings. Maison Meunier is a great little find. I stayed in the larger house last year so was excited to return to the area. Inside there are 2 good sized bedrooms, clean bathroom and kitchen with full facilities and a stylish and spacious living and dining area. And then there is the outside...! There is a beautiful pergola covered terrace with BBQ which is perfect for al fresco dining and evening chats over a bottle of wine (from the local vineyard of course). The pool has stunning views over fruit trees, the fishing lake and forest covered hills in the background. It feels very private and isn't overlooked. The pool is immaculate and perfect size for playing / floating / chilling. The pool area also has sun loungers and a covered portion for the shade seekers. The area of Saint Front-Sur-Lemance is beautiful. Very sleepy and laid back but has all the best necessary amenities within a 5 minute walk (shop, cafe, Albert's pub) or 10 - 15 minute drive (Blanquefort-sur-Briolance for moules frites at Auberge des Moulins or Fumel for bigger shops and 25m outdoor pool). The owners are great hosts; not intrusive but always nearby to provide advice or help if needed. We can't wait to return next year.
