Your house is lovely and we all had a relaxing and enjoyable week. I think I can safely say that in all the years of hiring holiday accommodation in France we have not stayed in such a well appointed and well equipped property. We would all have happily stayed for another week. Jez and Bridget were a pleasure to deal with, very accommodating and very helpful. Thank you
Il s'agit d'un compte-rendu actualisé et plus complet de notre séjour en juin dans la magnifique Maison des Cordeliers à Sarlat. Après un très long voyage jusqu'à Sarlat depuis Calais via Orléans à travers des tempêtes de pluie franchement bibliques, ce fut un soulagement d'arriver dans une maison aussi accueillante ! La maison était très cosy et avait tout le confort que l'on peut souhaiter. Les lits étaient super confortables (c'est dire quelque chose de la part d'une personne difficile en matière de matelas) et il y avait beaucoup de rangements pour les bagages. La cuisine et le salon étaient approvisionnés avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin et la télévision par satellite était un bonus pour les match de l'Euro ! Comme le temps s'améliorait, nous avons passé beaucoup de temps autour de la belle piscine ou quand il faisait trop chaud, la véranda était un endroit bienvenu où s'installer à l'ombre et se détendre avec un livre. La climatisation était également très appréciée ! Nous n'avions jamais séjourné dans cette partie de la France auparavant, nous nous dirigions habituellement vers la Provence ou la Côte d'Azur, mais la ville ne nous a pas déçus. Belle architecture médiévale, marchés fabuleux et charmants magasins et restaurants. Sarlat est une véritable merveille et le fait que le centre soit à 5 minutes à pied de la maison est un véritable bonus. Je peux honnêtement dire que nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux et relaxant à la Maison des Cordeliers et que nous serions ravis d'y séjourner à nouveau la prochaine fois que nous nous reviendrons en Dordogne.
I love the pool. This holiday has been the best! Le Glacier is a big restaurant. The food is lovely and you get presents in your ice cream. I want to come again!
Le Petit Pigeonnier est un lieu de villégiature enchanteur, en particulier pour une famille. Debbie et Rupert sont très accueillants et tout en restant totalement discrets, ne sont que trop disposés à donner une aide pratique et des suggestions si nécessaire. Le logement est spacieux avec une architecture intéressante, un mobilier confortable de bonne qualité et une cuisine bien équipée. Le jardin est agréable et varié, avec une jolie cour et différents espaces de détente ou de restauration. La piscine est magnifiquement entretenue et de bonne taille. Tout dans la propriété est bien entretenu et soigné - c'est un endroit charmant où séjourner.
Exceptionnel. Quel endroit exceptionnel. Nous vous recommandons vivement cette fantastique location comme lieu de vacances idéal pour échapper au stress de la vie de tous les jours. C'est dans un cadre parfait, unique et bien placé pour que les visiteurs puissent profiter des délices de la campagne de la Dordogne.
Très bonne expérience avec ce logement et les propriétaires, excellent rapport qualité prix, très beau cadre, une hote très réactive et arrangeante, je recommande !

Look forward to visiting again in the future..We had a wonderful 2 weeks staying at Villa Pey de la Salle celebrating our joint 50th birthdays with friends from around the world. The house is only three years old, beautifully designed and appointed and incredibly spacious and accommodating for big groups (we had 10 people). We were also delighted with the location, which was quiet and private being several kilometres outside the village of Fayence, but with access to Nice, Cannes and St Tropez less than an hour away. The owner Vincent and property manager Isa were very friendly and helpful and the Pure France administration was fast and efficient. We will certainly be recommending this service and property to our friends.
Rabassie is heaven close by to Limoux at which there is a plethora of things to do; Swimming and tennis, running and boules, and the wicket takes spin if you follow the rules! A holiday so special, it was planned years ago, and we dreamed of the sunshine during last winter's snow. But the reality's far better than anyone thought, it's a place in a million and we wanted for naught. Grandparents, parents and five grandchildren too, we laughed and we played all the day through; but when we were thirsty the beers were imposters lacking the 'nectar of wonderful Fosters'! The house wants for nothing, its completely equipped, the mind boggles as to how it could all have been shipped. The kitchen has everything, including a spurtle, and the only sound heard is the meowing of Myrtle! Despite sporting distractions for all of us folks we were glued to the tele watching Ben Stokes. It is lucky our neighbours were only wild boar 'cos his winning four caused a deafening roar! But all of this fun could not have happened each day had it not been for Natalie and Mike and their way; No problem too great, no trouble too small, with charm and great knowledge they dealt with it all. Merci, merci, merci!
La maison était impeccable et la piscine l'une des plus belles que nous ayons eues. Thierry ne pourrait pas être plus serviable, nous offrant une paix et une intimité totales à moins d'avoir besoin de son aide. Nous recommandons vivement de séjourner ici!
Endroit majestueux en famille, tout est réuni pour partager d’agréables moments et se retrouver à l’abri des regards indiscrets… La propriété possède beaucoup d’espaces bien distincts pour le bonheur de chacun. Un dépaysement garanti de sérénité au cœur du pays basque.
It's hard to put into words how pretty Maison Rohmer and the surroundings are. The interior decor is very luxurious and tasteful and the house and setting is a dream. The Luberon/Haut-Vaucluse region is a lovely place to stay - well within reach of all of Provence's jewels - and provided our family with an excellent base. It the perfect place to both launch ourselves into the countryside to climb Mount Ventoux and visit the vineyards of Beaumes-de-Venise, or simply relax by the pool. During our stay, Aries (the property manager) visited a few times to keep the garden looking perfect and clean the pool and he was also extremely useful in giving ideas for things to do in the local area... like the evening market in Coustellet, which we would have never known otherwise. The owner, was also very patient and helpful in answering all of my queries! A perfect week in Provence.
Magnifique villa et piscine à débordement (chauffée) d'une beauté indescriptible. Nous sommes de retour de notre « Grand Tour de la Côte d'Azur ». Je tiens à vous remercier encore une fois d'avoir partagé avec nous votre magnifique villa et la piscine à débordement (chauffée) d'une beauté indescriptible. C'est vrai, la villa et la piscine sont bien plus belles en réalité que sur les photos. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise dans votre superbe villa et ce fut un grand plaisir de vous rencontrer. Nous reviendrons certainement. Et si vous vous rendez à Zurich, vous devez venir nous rendre visite.
Les Fumerates sont fantastiques. Proche de Saint-Paul-de-Vence, la propriété est particulièrement bien située (à 30 minutes de Nice ou Grasse en voiture, à 20 minutes à pied de Saint-Paul, etc.) et offre un paysage tellement époustouflant ! Imaginez-vous être dans la piscine avec vue sur la mer... Pour ceux qui souhaitent venir quand il fait un peu froid sachez que lorsque nous y étions, la piscine était à 27 degrés (en avril) Je recommande vivement cet endroit, assurément.
Great house in a super location. So quiet and relaxing. Loved the coypu in the pond - a bit special! Visited lots of towns and villages with the Dordogne in easy striking distance. Had a great 2 weeks! Thanks!
Perfect! Our stay in the L’Ancienne Etable was 5 star. Jane and Richard have thought of everything to make this the perfect pad for two. Peaceful and relaxing, we would highly recommend and hope to return again soon.

Le Clapier was absolutely beautiful, I’ve been going to France for the last 30 years on holiday and your house was head and shoulders above anything I’ve ever stayed in……The area is amazing and it’s a place that me and my partner want to buy in at some point. We loved the gift pack that we received when we arrived – very thoughtful.
We thought this was the perfect setting for our extended family holiday. We had long lazy days by the pool, some nice days out to the bastide towns and alfresco dinners followed by games We rescued several frogs from the pool! There were plenty of distractions in the house for every age and we found the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Fabulous weather for two birthday celebrations and we found it to be a very peaceful and idyllic setting. Amazing house! We all made amazing memories and had a great time.
Je n'écris pas souvent d'avis, mais si je pouvais mettre 10 étoiles, je le ferais. La Charmante Distillerie est tout simplement incroyable. Mark et Gary sont des personnes chaleureuses, gentilles et authentiques qui se surpassent pour rendre votre séjour inoubliable. Je suis très exigeante en matière de propreté et je peux honnêtement dire que cette maison est vraiment la plus propre que j'aie jamais visitée, le souci du détail est exceptionnel. Les lits sont les plus confortables que j'aie jamais utilisés et il y a tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, et plus encore. La piscine chauffée était magnifique, le terrain de pétanque extérieur nous a amusés, adultes et enfants. Le Wi-Fi est excellent. De nombreux espaces salon et repas confortables sont situés dans le magnifique parc, avec la campagne et la forêt environnantes. Nous avons veillé tard chaque soir pour observer les étoiles, ce qui en valait vraiment la peine. Un merci en particulier à Mark et Gary pour avoir été les meilleurs hôtes que j'aie jamais eu le plaisir de rencontrer.
A perfect stay for a family Christmas. Plenty of room for 10 people. Beautiful bedrooms and bathroom. A very family-friendly living room, a superb and functional kitchen. Lots of space for 3 generations of family. Kids loved pool house brilliant and they loved playing in grounds. Playroom kept kids entertained. Lots of toys and videos. Excellent. Gas BBQ was fab. Lovely cooker and dishwasher, tumble dryer made for easy holiday. Takayla and Nick excellent hosts, great welcome and nice to know they are on hand for any problems. Would come back again.
Nous avons séjourné pour la quatrième fois ici à Saint-Amand de Coly. Nous avons passé une belle semaine ensoleillée et un excellent séjour à la Maison Amand. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée. Merci beaucoup! Nous reviendrons et resterons plus longtemps.
We had a lovely stay. so tranquil, with a view of the Dordogne river. Lovely enclosed courtyard garden, ideal for al fresco dining and BBQ. We enjoyed sitting by the pool watching the birds in the trees and popping in and out of holes in the wall. Not too far from some of the hot spots such as Sarlat, Domme and La Roque-Gageac, so we could enjoy a day out but still manage to get back to the peace and quiet of Maison Bourg Calès to relax.
The first visitors of the year! The house immediately feels like coming home. It has every comfort and a wonderful atmosphere, enhanced by the artwork throughout the house. We expected it to be cold, but it wasn’t at all—it was lovely. Our grandchildren had a wonderful time, and so did the grandparents and parents!
