Nous venons de passer la plus merveilleuse des semaines à la Maison des Communes. Philippe a été charmant, très serviable et informatif dès l'accueil et quelle belle surprise de voir une belle sélection de fromages et de vins laissés à notre attention! La villa est extrêmement bien meublée et équipée, c'est un délice de s'y détendre. Elle est très bien située pour explorer la région et faire un saut à l'une des nombreuses belles plages le long de la côte. La disposition des trois logements différents était absolument parfaite pour notre groupe de huit personnes, offrant intimité et détente à chacun, bien que nous ayons passé la plupart du temps autour et dans l'agréable piscine ou assis dehors à regarder la nuit s'installer tout en sirotant des vins locaux. Il y a beaucoup à voir et à découvrir dans la région et la villa était un havre de paix où nous rentrions chaque jour. Quelle superbe semaine: fabuleux petits déjeuners, mobilier élégant et artistique, chaleur et grand soleil de fin août et les meilleures vacances. Merci beaucoup, Philippe!
Had a great 2 weeks. The house and gardens / pool are amazing - fresh air, beautiful scenery and sitting out every evening was so relaxing! The house is so well equipped and the kids really enjoyed all the facilities. Would absolutely recommend Orchard Farmhoue to anyone coming to the region. The location in great - so easy to get to Bergerac, Perigeux. Thank you for a great holiday.
Nous restons à l'appartement pendant 3 jours. L'appartement est exactement tel que décrit, dans un immeuble résidentiel moderne et neuf, très bien situé juste à côté de la plage et à distance de marche des restaurants et des magasins locaux. L'appartement possède tout le nécessaire et donne le sentiment incroyable d'être "à la maison". Nous reviendrons certainement dans cet endroit exceptionnel.

What a fantastic holiday we have had! Every aspect has been superb. We both agree (and that's unusual!) that this is the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. The attention to detail is superb and your warmth and hospitality has been much appreciated. We shall look forward to a return visit.

We have had the most fabulous time staying in the Loft du Vigneron this past week. We have booked through Pure France for four or five years and this place is by far the highest standard of accommodation that we have experienced. Every detail has been catered for. Everything that we needed for the week was at hand. We really enjoyed meeting you both and our kids thought that you were so nice and welcoming, and Kate really appreciated the lovely touch of the pool noodles! We wish you both health, happiness and best wishes for the future, and we really hope to revisit again in the future. Many thanks for everything - you are 'best in class' hosts.
And so ends another fabulous two weeks at the Loft du Vigneron. Everything we said in September 2017 remains absolutely appropriate. Karen and Russell, you do such a magnificent job in presenting The Loft - you really are in a league of your own. Please know how much everything you do is so appreciated - it all makes to provide such a fantastic holiday base. How we would love to stay on for another two weeks now - but this will have to wait until next year! We've loved spending time with you again - the boules tournament is firmly in the memory bank! Really sorry about the tea, Russell! Case for the defence: salt does look like sugar when you've had a drink or two! Good luck with the Chambres d'Hotes - it's looking fabulous.

Un magnifique cottage avec une grande piscine privée et deux excellents restaurants à seulement 5 minutes à pied. Charmant.
Fabulous Villa and location We've been coming to the south of France for year and specifically to this area and to Seillans for the last 5 years... and this villa is as good as we have ever stayed. The villa is impeccably kept, extremely comfortable and has the most magnificent views. Everything in the villa is as advertised and works well. The restaurants of Seillans are a short walk away. Although the town itself unfortunately has no boulangerie or patisserie, Fayence is only a 5 minute drive away and has a great one of those, plus a boucherie / charcuterie around the corner, both of which are close to the big Super U supermarket. The terrace and pool are East-facing. We were worried that in the photos it looked like there was little shade provided but with the big awnings for the terrace and a few parasols for the pool, finding shade from the morning sun was not a problem. We love this area for the beautiful mountain villages (seillans, Callian, Tourrettes etc) but the ease of getting around in the largely flat area south of those villages so you can get to Cannes, Grasse and the beaches. Nous sommes restés toute la famille 6 adultes et 2 enfants pendant 4 jours. La maison a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter de quelques jours dans le sud de la France. Les propriétaires ont toujours été très amicaux et prêts à nous aider avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Merci.
We've had a wonderful week, enjoyed by all. We thought the tapas evening with Emma was great fun and well worth it, she's very knowledgable. We ended the week with lunch at Domaine Gayda, a great recommendation. We were sad to leave such a lovely home which exceeded our expectations and I would love to think that one day we could return. Lors de notre premier séjour en Dordogne, nous avons trouvé la Sainte Trinité du voyage : une propriété parfaite, des hôtes exceptionnels et un emplacement exceptionnel. Les propriétaires ont magnifiquement rénové la propriété en alliant architecture traditionnelle de Dordogne et décoration intérieure contemporaine, préservant ainsi le caractère de la propriété tout en offrant le confort moderne. Le gîte bénéficie d'un emplacement rural isolé et d'un accès facile (5 minutes à pied) aux deux restaurants, à la boutique et au bar de l'hôtel de Thonac. De même, la route principale qui traverse Thonac vous mène à travers la pittoresque vallée de la Vézère, avec Montignac et notre ville préférée, Saint-Léon, à seulement quelques minutes en voiture. Les villes médiévales de Sarlat, Beynac et Domme sont un peu plus éloignées, mais restent faciles d'accès. Grottes pour le canoë, troglodytes pour la randonnée et une multitude de restaurants et de bars sont facilement accessibles depuis Thonac. Vous pouvez vraiment passer toutes sortes de vacances depuis cette propriété. C'est magnifique !

Nous avons loué la villa avec 2 autres couples et nous avons tous passé un moment fabuleux. Les Eyermann étaient des hôtes merveilleux et nous ont fourni une base idéale pour des sorties sur Nice, Cannes, Monte Carlo et Antibes pour des excursions d'une journée avec de courts trajets en voiture. Nous avons fait des promenades jusqu'à la mer tous les jours et les 3 boulangeries et épiceries ainsi que de nombreux restaurants ne sont qu'à quelques minutes. Nous avons utilisé la piscine chauffée tous les jours et pouvons honnêtement dire que nous n'avons jamais mangé de repas à l'intérieur. Le temps était fabuleux. Ce furent des vacances incroyables dont nous nous souviendrons toujours !
We've been lucky enough to stay at Manoir de Fouilloux on two separate occasions and have loved our stay both times. The house has been decorated and equipped to an extremely high standard. The property is blessed with beautiful views and a number of perfectly maintained gardens, ideal for relaxing with a glass of wine, either on the terrace or in the Moroccan courtyard and den or by the swimming pool. It is also within a short distance of picturesque towns and châteaux. If you fancy some wine tasting St Emilion is close by as are the vineyards of Bergerac or maybe a visit to a local food market in Riberac. We are certainly planning to stay again! A wonderful place to relax
C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons à la Maison Baleyssagues et toujours nos meilleures vacances. Nous avons déjà réservé pour l'année prochaine.

We have had a wonderfully relaxing week in this beautiful house. The views are amazing and we enjoyed some wonderful drives out to various villages in the area. Nyons is a great place to have so nearby.

Remarkable location and situation. Nothing short of the 'wow' factor inside and out. We spent most of the time at the house or in the Médiéval village- too beautiful to venture far! The house and grounds are stunning, great architectural design. Extremeley well equipped. Lots of space for just the 2 of us but planning on coming back again and share with friends. Thanks, fab!
