Thanks for a lovely week in your fabulous holiday house, it was very kind of you to let us arrive early so we could easily visit the market. It was quite entertaining seeing the gendarmes trying to organise the market day traffic (and the usual bonkers French parking!) We have stayed in quite a few properties in the South of France but not managed to find somewhere that was both walking distance to a nice town and a high spec house. Yours certainly ticked both of those boxes. Especially with the weather not being on our side, we spent a lot of time in the house and really appreciated all of the luxury living area and kitchen features. The kids loved the pool (and it did stay at 26 degrees!), so we did manage to venture in almost every day, much to the amazement of some of the locals! Thanks also for all of the information and recommendations that you and Lisa sent through before and during our stay. It was very much appreciated and hugely helpful.

Nos vacances n'ont pas commencé comme prévu à cause de la compagnie aérienne, mais nous sommes très reconnaissants que vous ayez fait les courses pour nous. Étant donné notre retard et le jour férié pour la fête nationale le lendemain, vous nous avez vraiment beaucoup aidés. Merci. À part notre traditionnelle excursion à Bordeaux, nous n'avons pas fait grand-chose cette année, si ce n'est nous détendre à Camirout, ce qui est si facile grâce aux magnifiques espaces que vous avez aménagés. Vous faites tous les deux un travail formidable ici et nous vous en sommes vraiment reconnaissants. Nous espérons tous revenir l'année prochaine sans retard ni annulation. Encore une fois, merci beaucoup.
Comme les locataires précédents, nous avons apprécié le calme, la piscine, le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse avec la jolie vue sur les vignes et la garrigue. Nous avons particulièrement été sensibles aux nombreuses attentions de bienvenue de la propriétaire et sommes ravis d'avoir fait la connaissance de Marie et de sa famille, des"gardiens" au top! Ravis de notre séjour.
We have had such a wonderful week at Le Chanlie, what a special place. From walks through the orchid-filled meadow to star-gazing evenings. The house could not have been better. Thank you. PS Lovely selection of books including field guides and wildlife.
Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique et sommes très reconnaissants envers les propriétaires. La maison est belle et très rustique (ce que nous avons adoré) mais bénéficie surtout d'un cadre champêtre époustouflant… encore une fois, nous avons adoré. Les hôtes, Helen et James, sont très gentils et intéressants et ils ont été très serviables lorsque notre voiture a crevé un pneu. La piscine est l'une des plus belles dans lesquelles nous ayons été avec une agréable eau salée et toujours à la bonne température. Un superbe séjour.
Le confort et le bon goût règnent dans cette maison. Des champs à perte de vue la Dordogne à 2 pas. On se sent bien dans cette maison familiale. Prestations de qualité. Les propriétaires ont veillé à notre confort et nous ont fournis de bonnes adresses pour profiter des merveilles de cette région.
What a lovely property! Lots of space. We were a big family group, mixed ages. The pool was a godsend as the weather was très chaud! Beautiful sunsets. The place was very well equipped. Didn’t use the Moroccan room as it was just too hot for us. The owner was very communicative and helpful to my queries. Nothing was too much trouble. Really nice to receive some wine and coffee on arrival too. Thanks so much Estelle and co. What a wonderful holiday we have had ! Sad it’s over!
We had a wonderful stay, the house is very large, designed perfectly, very comfortable and recommended for anyone who loves peace and quiet in a perfect setting. The local town Monsegur is a very short car ride away, or a 20 minute walk. A few lovely shops and restaurants welcome you here. If you love nature there are some excellent walks amongst the grapevines and natural walkways. Evening dining at the house is wonderful as there is a large outdoor space by the private pool. The pool is 10 mtrs and recently installed. Aircon to cool the bedrooms before bedtime makes for a comfortable nights sleep. We have holidayed in this area of France almost 20 times but this accommodation is the best that we have had. All together a perfect, luxurious place to stay, attention to detail here is excellent, Christophe is the perfect host.
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette villa du sud de la France. Je pense que nous avons réservé via Pure France deux fois l'année dernière et nous avons été très satisfaits de notre réservation. Le service client personnel est excellent. Je vais certainement réutiliser Pure France.

Fabulous elegant stay. Just returned from a fantastic stay at Manoir Capraise. We only had a week at this fantastic house but it was very memorable. The main house and gîte have been beautifully and tastefully restored. There is great quality and attention to detail throughout from the lovely terraces / landscaping / pool / vegetable garden to the quality furnishings and equipment . Many a lovely meal was enjoyed admiring the fantastic location from the multiple outdoor seating areas on the terraces. The gîte provided a great independent area for teenagers and the well equipped gym was a bonus, plans for a games room will further enhance this great property. We appreciated a lovely welcome package of local wine and produce, another quality touch. Thank you Mark and Sarah, everything was just perfect, we hope to return again.
J'ai passé des moments incroyables avec mes amis dans ce magnifique château ! Le parc est absolument époustouflant, comme dans un film. Le château lui-même est enchanteur tout en étant très confortable. Nous avons passé un excellent moment à découvrir les villes et les marchés locaux. Une expérience vraiment merveilleuse, je le recommande vivement !
La Charmante Distillerie est un merveilleux lieu de vacances. Située au cœur de la campagne française, à 10 minutes d'une jolie ville animée. Mark et Gary sont des hôtes parfaits, discrets et toujours disponibles pour nous conseiller sur les sites touristiques et les restaurants locaux ou nous aider. L'intérieur est élégant, les œuvres d'art magnifiques, le mobilier très confortable et les chambres parfaites. Six adultes et trois enfants ont occupé la propriété pendant une semaine. Les hôtes ont répondu à tous nos besoins, allant même jusqu'à acheter de nouveaux jouets pour notre petit-fils de 9 mois. À aucun moment, La Distillerie ne nous a semblé bondée. La piscine était chauffée et mes trois petits-enfants nageaient et jouaient sans cesse dans l'aire de jeux dédiée. Ma famille et moi recommandons sans hésiter La Charmante Distillerie.
Nous avons passé des vacances fantastiques au Manoir Coteaux. Le jardin était idéal pour que nos enfants et notre chien puissent jouer et explorer et la piscine était bel et bien utilisée tous les jours, même les jours les plus frais grâce au chauffage ! Les gonflables en cadeau de bienvenue ont été très apprécié et fait énormément plaisir. L'espace barbecue offre une superbe vue en soirée. Nous avons séjourné dans le manoir principal et avons apprécié le caractère et le charme de la propriété, tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Un merci spécial à Tracey qui a préparé plusieurs repas au manoir pour que nous puissions en profiter sans avoir à conduire jusqu'au restaurant. Nous nous sommes aventurés à l'extérieur à quelques reprises et recommandons vivement le restaurant Le Lac à Argenton, d'autant plus qu'il accueille les chiens en terrasse. Elanor, Roger et Tracey ont vraiment répondu à tous nos besoins et nous ont bien recommandé sur les choses à faire ainsi que réglé tout problème rencontré. C'était nos premières vacances en famille depuis que le Covid a réduit nos vacances régulières habituelles à l'étranger. L'emplacement et la facilité d'accès pour nous depuis Jersey font désormais des vacances dans une maison en location dans la Loire une alternative très attrayante aux voyages internationaux, et nous nous sentions assez en sécurité partout où nous allions avec les mesures en place, mais aussi grâce à la possibilité de restez loin de la foule et passez du temps en famille dans une belle propriété. Nous le referons très certainement.

Une propriété fabuleuse, tout ce dont vous avez besoin au même endroit, surtout la piscine. Un emplacement merveilleux et le restaurant local était idéal.
Awesome! Kids LOVED it. Beautiful grounds and so much space, also spotless clean. Very well equipped, even had sharp knives! Superb setting. Great BBQ. Help and good advice always available. Indian food was great! Lovely way to start the holiday after hours of driving! We have stayed at many holiday homes and this is right up there as one of, if not the best we have stayed at!
We stayed at Maison Rohmer for a week at the beginning of September 2017. The house was delightful and the pool area very beautiful. We had a brilliant week with fantastic weather. We loved the village of Gordes so magical and magnificent. Market day on Tuesdays is a must. There is so much to see and do though I must admit we did a lot of lazy days by the pool. Things I would recommend a visit to Domaine De La Citadelle vineyard, beautiful wines and a very informative talk on how they produce. We also had a fabulous canoe trip with canoe evasion at Fontaine-de- Vaucluse. It's a must. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back one day.
Super séjour à Porticcio les enfant ont adoré, à refaire, je conseille vivement cet établissement.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en mars dans cette grande maison très bien aménagée et superbement équipée pour accueillir notre groupe de 11 personnes. De belles prestations dans la maison, de la literie de qualité et un paradis pour les enfants. Avec sa grande piscine, ses deux terrasses et ses nombreux jeux de plein air, le domaine doit être encore plus apprécié en saison estivale. Nous recommandons chaudement cette location, idéale pour les grandes familles ou les groupes d'amis. Nous avons pu découvrir un cadre enchanteur dans la région . Nous avons apprécié le calme et la beauté de la campagne environnante. Evidemment, nous n'avons pas pu résister à l'envie de déguster les extraordinaires produits locaux (vins, gastronomie, ...). Un endroit exceptionnel dans lequel nous reviendrons passer des vacances.
The house was very comfortable and the facilities were great it made a good centre for touring the area so we would be happy to recommend the house to anyone else.

Another lovely holiday at the Loft du Vigneron, this time for 2 weeks. It was lovely to see Karen and Russell again. They were charming and hospitable just like before Everything was perfect for us and the weather was amazing, swam every day in the beautiful pool. Karen booked some restaurants for us, recommended by her, and they were excellent. Highly recommend this property, the best ever.
Maison Theron is spotlessly clean and immaculately presented, we couldn’t have been happier and would have been delighted to spend much longer there. Great beds - very comfortable a lovely living space and a private and cleverly done garden with a pool. This quiet and calming home is a wonderful find.
We had a fabulous holiday, thank you ! What a lovely location; very peaceful but within easy access of a variety of places to visit - Nice, Saint Paul de Vence, Vence, Grasse and everything to offer along the French Riviera. The house is large and comfortable with space for families or groups of friends to spread out. There is ample outside space to enjoy - around the pool, behind the house to have shade and beside the kitchen for a morning cup of coffee. The view from the pool is stunning allowing one to see a huge distance along the coast - that will live long in our memory!
Nous utilisons régulièrement Pure France depuis de nombreuses années et nous avons toujours séjourné dans de fabuleuses villas très bien situées. Cependant, nous pensons que la Maison des Communes vient de relever la barre pour nous en termes de qualité de la villa avec ses nombreux bâtiments séparés et son mobilier exotique. La piscine était super et parfaitement alignée pour profiter du soleil du Languedoc et de l'Occitanie toute la journée. Et l'accueil des propriétaires nous a vraiment fait sentir les bienvenus et valorisés en tant que clients. Ils nous ont même aidés à porter nos bagages depuis la voiture ! Nous avons été tellement impressionnés que moins de 24 heures après notre arrivée, nous avons déjà réservé pour l'année prochaine. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner. 5 / 5
Thank you both so much for a magical 5-night stay. We have absolutely loved staying here and will miss it when we go home! The gîte is amazing, beautiful inside and out. We really appreciate all of your efforts for making our stay so comfortable. Such a lovely touch having fresh bread, eggs and veg from your garden waiting for us - perfect. We loved feeding the chickens and the horse! Thank you also for all the recommendations on what to see and where to go, Russell. We will definitely be back!
