Nous attendions beaucoup de ces vacances et nous n'avons pas été déçus. La propriété est un véritable joyau historique dans une région chargée d'histoire. Dès notre arrivée, accueillis par un couple avec qui vous sembliez être amis depuis toujours, le stress du quotidien s'est envolé. Nous nous sommes immédiatement sentis comme chez nous et avons rapidement planifié notre prochain séjour. De l'extérieur, le gîte est digne d'une carte postale et aucun détail n'a été négligé. L'intérieur conserve son charme historique, tout en offrant toutes les commodités nécessaires pour vous éviter de vivre le style de vie médiéval de nombreux hébergements ruraux en France. Les chambres sont joliment décorées avec goût et disposent de grandes salles de bain et douches (à l'étage et au rez-de-chaussée). La piscine privée est superbe et nous en étions les seuls occupants. Ses eaux claires, sous les pins et sous un ciel bleu, étaient idylliques. Difficile de détacher ma femme du bord de la piscine. Le gîte s'intègre parfaitement dans une région d'une beauté exceptionnelle, où la plupart des sites que nous souhaitions visiter se trouvent à seulement quelques minutes. Les propriétaires étaient très accueillants et nous ont donné de bons conseils sur les lieux à visiter, sans être envahissants, ce qui nous a permis de profiter d'une intimité totale. Nous avons apprécié chaque instant de notre séjour et nous le recommandons chaudement. Si vous souhaitez visiter la région, découvrir les 1 000 châteaux et les innombrables sites préhistoriques, ou simplement vous détendre au bord de la piscine, cet endroit est fait pour vous. We had an excellent holiday at the villa, it was just perfect. The pool was perfect and the seating areas outside were ideal for eating and drinking and gazing at the stars. We will definitely recommend the villa to friends and family, it's a dream we want to share.
Très bel endroit pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille, de beaux espaces intérieurs et extérieurs, avec un magnifique point de vue. De plus il est possible de faire de belles ballades en partant à pied de la propriété. Merci à Sandie pour son accueil et sa réactivité. On espère pouvoir en profiter pleinement une prochaine fois.
Staying here was lovely - the house is stunning and is set in a really peaceful location. The view is really amazing and the house is really nice. We loved it!

Quelles vacances magnifiques! La maison était parfaite pour nous neuf, la vue est magnifique et la piscine était fabuleuse. Nous avons été charmés par Najac - le marché nocturne et le canoë-kayak étaient des temps forts. Nous recommandons vivement les plats à emporter de l'hôtel à Najac. Cordes-sur-Ciel et Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val méritent une visite. Merci d'avoir si bien pris soin de nous, Henrietta! Nous espérons revenir un jour.

L'appartement est incroyablement frais et offre une vue imprenable depuis le grand balcon. Le quartier est calme et paisible, ce qui nous convenait très bien. Nous y retournerons certainement. Il est bon de savoir qu'il n'y a pas d’épicerie à proximité immédiate. Il est recommandé d’avoir une voiture si vous ne choisissez pas de faire votre exercice quotidien en lien avec vos achats. :)
This is a spacious, stylish house perfect for families, friends and couples in the heart of pretty Vezenobres located within an easy hour of mountains, rivers, gorgeous markets, Roman towns with their summer festivals and even the Mediterranean. The house itself is so lovely both in and out - you will no doubt be back again and again!
I spent a week at this villa in September with my young family. It was perfect. Villa: The property itself is beautiful. It enjoys a large plot and is nicely secluded. The property is very well maintained. The bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen etc. look as they have recently been refurbished. The pool area / gardens are stunning and very well secluded. There is a pool-house equipped with a brick barbecue, kitchen / dining area and shower / toilet. We spent most of our time in this area. Location: The drive from Nice airport is about 45 minutes - it's quite a straightforward journey, mostly on the motorway. I believe Marseille airport is a similar distance away. The property sits in a very nice, secluded area close to many vineyards. The town square (Vidauban) is about 5 minutes' drive from the property. There you will find everything you need from supermarkets through to restaurants and bars. St Tropez, Cannes and Monaco are all under 1 hour away by car Overall, I would highly recommend this villa. I have stayed at other villas in France, which have felt quite dated. This property has been very well maintained and modernised, but still has that French charm about it. We will definitely be returning to this property
Our week in your beautiful home has gone far too quickly. We have really enjoyed the era and explored Uzes and its restaurants. There is still so much to do and we hope to be back. Many thanks for your welcome and discreet hospitality. The tortoises were a great distraction!

Richard and Meryl are the greatest hosts. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Love Poppy! The Tournesol gîte is home from home, comfortable, everything you would want is here. Location is stunning, great views. Loved our spot under the walnut tree. Highlights - Monflanquin, Saint Cirq Lapopie, Auvillar and Condom - Bourg de Visa was a fantastic central hub for visiting all these places. Thank you Meryl and Richard for a great holiday. A wonderful location with stunning views and beautiful sunsets, Mas Saint Cernin was the perfect venue for a relaxing family holiday. The Grange itself was great in every aspect: from the space, cleanliness and tastefully decorated rooms, through to the general facilities and the exceptional warm hospitality from owners John and Lesley. The large and well appointed swimming pool where the five children in our group spent many hours splashing as children should on their summer holidays was used by us every day. There were pool toys plus plenty of sun loungers for all the group to relax on and soak up the rays within the secluded private garden. Mas Saint Cernin was a home-from-home in a beautiful part of France and we could quite happily have taken up residence; it was with regret that we had to wave farewell at the end of two glorious weeks.

Un endroit réellement aussi charmant que ses hôtes. Le sentiment d'excitation que vous ressentez lorsque vous tombez sur un trésor ne nous a pas quittés de toute la semaine. Les photos ne lui rendent pas justice. Nous nous sommes sentis complètement chez nous. Le chant des oiseaux, des enfants rieurs et la vue d'un cerf dans les vastes jardins étaient des moments magiques. Dans une superbe région de la France avec d'innombrables endroits où séjourner. À découvrir.

Thank you for allowing us to holiday at Château Trieux, it didn't disappoint! What a truly wonderful house and holiday experience we had. After exploring for a few hours on arrival it really felt like home. The children loved the pool, sporting facilities and quad bikes. The floodlit tennis court made for some great fun away from the day time heat. Whilst we loved the space and beautifully appointed rooms. You have a real gem in Château Trieux and the nearby town of Bergerac and many villages and markets as promised didn't disappoint either, simply stunning!! Thank you again and will definitely book for next year.
