Wonderful family holiday We had a wonderful week staying at Manoir de Saux, spent mostly by or in the beautiful pool or on the tennis court! Occasionally we would tear ourselves away from this idyll to wander through pretty fortified towns, to have a delicious local lunch and to taste wine. We all particularly liked Cahors. The house itself was very comfortable, had everything we needed and the kids couldn't have been happier. Highly recommended!
The sun shone and we all had a fabulous time in this gorgeous and comfortable house. Lots of amazing food (with thanks to Steph), delicious wines of all colours (with thanks to Ampelidae), great company and a lot of laughs. Thank you!

Magnifique villa en pierre - un bon accueil pour les amis et la famille. Un excellente maison chargée d'histoire, parfaite pour donner à chaque visiteur des espaces magnifiquement privés (avec 5 lits et bains), mais avec de la place pour se réunir pour des soirées et du plaisir. Au cours de nos trois semaines, 15 personnes nous ont rejoint à des moments différents. Beaucoup de place pour cuisiner ensemble, barbecue, dîner à l'extérieur, dans la cuisine, l'élégante salle à manger ou au bord de la piscine. Nous avons eu un magnifique soleil d'automne près de la piscine chauffée, et la maison est bien équipée. Des problèmes mineurs rapidement pris en charge. Un design fabuleux - nous souhaitons simplement en savoir plus sur l'histoire de la maison. Excellent emplacement - avec une trajet de 5 minutes (en voiture) vers le village pour des croissants le matin, à peu près tout le nécessaire dans le village, à proximité des principales attractions (15 ou 20 minutes de Lascaux - 20 minutes de Sarlat). Nous étions ravis et remercions Pierre et Marie.
Il est rare de trouver une si belle décoration où se côtoient antiquités de grande qualité et art contemporain. Nous avons apprécié l’authenticité des lieux, la nature protégée et la proximité des sites touristiques majeurs. Par leur gentillesse et leurs recommandations, les hôtes ont largement participé à notre agréable séjour. Nous recommandons ce gîte récemment ouvert à la location et en permanente évolution.
Magnifique séjour au Domaine du Peyrayey ! Nous avons pu profiter de ce lieu niché dans la nature où le calme règne. Tennis, piscine et soirées au coucher du soleil ont rythmé notre séjour en terres bordelaises. Evidemment qui dit Bordeaux dit passage par quelques vignes qui entourent le domaine et sa région, ainsi qu'un détour par le Bassin d'Arcachon. Bref, un excellent moyen de se ressourcer avec ma compagne et quelques amis venus nous rendre visite. Un grand merci à Natalie, son mari et Gloria pour l'accueil au domaine !
Hi, we had a fabulous stay as a family of 4, including two teens. Completely peaceful and beautifully renovated to a very high standard. We found it hard to leave to do other activities, although the Saturday market in Auch was lovely, Aside from the pool and space, the complete plus for us was watching the wildlife. Hare, rabbits, deer and owls coming in the evening, with the widest range of birds of prey flying over that we’ve ever seen. Luckily we’d brought the camera and spent time every day trying to get good pictures.. Michelle was a great host and really took time and care to make sure we had everything we needed for a super stay! We’d love to return..
Charming place and a charming host. Christophe was so friendly and helpful to us. The house had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. I really recommend this place as a wonderful holiday getaway.

We have had another wonderful stay at Villa Gailinette. This is a place where you can feel at home and out of your day to day life at the same time! Thank you so much for all the comfort provided... nothing is missing, all you need is there including peace and beautiful weather.
Extremely well maintained and attractive park. Thought the children's swings and loungers were really good for variety. Excellent facilities. Extremely responsive and discrete service which was excellent. Invaluable housekeeping and concierge service. Thank you!

We had a lovely week in this quaint house. It was secluded with a lovely pool which was cleaned twice during our week. Which was ideal as it was quite windy. We had no faults with our stay and the owner was helpful when required. I would like to point out that air conditioning is only downstairs, kitchen and bedroom with pull out sofa bed in. There was an air conditioning unit in the top bedroom which was satisfactory. That would be my only comment on what was a lovely week that it should be clearer in the description where it is.
Heatwaves, lizards, buzzards, owls, thunderstorms, bakery, wine, wine, wine and cheese. Fabulous house beautifully converted, so French, so homely. We do not want to leave. We're staying. Many thanks. PS Walnuts were marvellous.
You could not wish for more in a holiday accommodation. Everything about this place is perfect – the warm welcome by the hosts, the beautifully designed and furnished gite, the very special location and brilliant views over vineyards, forest and softly rolling hills, the helpful recommendations from Esther and Leonard. We only have one regret – and that is that we didn’t stay long enough.

Well equipped, nice pool and amazing views! We had a wonderful time in this beautiful villa. Corinne is a great host, quick to respond and accommodating. The house and especially the kitchen is very well equipped, it had everything we needed and we felt very welcomed. We loved spending the day by the pool and taking in the picture perfect views from the top terrace during the evenings. Seillans and the neighbouring area are a true gem, the nature, nice markets and plenty of local produce. Quiet area but full of life, just perfect. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it!

We’ve had a wonderful week lounging by the pool and playing pool and table tennis, (all great for teenagers). Vinsobres is so lovely and only minutes away, Nyons and Vaison were good trips out.
Quel plaisir de pouvoir se retrouver dans autant d'endroits différents tout au long de la journée ! Quel bonheur de séjourner dans votre magnifique château ! Nous avons pleinement profité de ces vacances de luxe.
Amazing house. Feels very homely and comfortable on a grand scale. The pool was great and we had fun exploring the woods. Hosted very well, friendly and fun when rquired and hidden when not. Great, thank you.
Cottage du Jardin est un endroit charmant où séjourner dans une région magnifique. Récemment rénové, il dégage une atmosphère champêtre typique. Le mobilier est magnifique et tous les équipements nécessaires pour un séjour indépendant sont à votre disposition. Les salles de bain sont superbes. Les matelas sont fermes, mais les chambres sont confortables. La cuisine est équipée de tout le nécessaire : nous n'avons jamais ressenti le besoin de rien de superflu. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et savent parfaitement gérer l'arrivée et vous laisser tranquille (ils habitent à côté). Ils ont pu nous conseiller des restaurants locaux et des lieux incontournables, ce qui était très pratique. La piscine est très agréable, propre et très grande pour la taille de la propriété. Le village est charmant et Montignac n'est qu'à quelques minutes en voiture. C'est une ville de taille moyenne avec des banques et un supermarché. Je recommande !
We had an amazing stay! The beds were very comfortable and the pool is incredible! Lunch time on the terrace was a highlight as it's so peaceful. Overall the stay was absolutely incredible and we loved every minute we were here.

Excellent séjour. Nous avons un passé un excellent séjour. La Maison proposée par Malina est tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. Elle est trés bien équippée et à permis de loger sans problème à 10 personnes. Je recommande cette location.
Had a wonderful week with friends in the magnificent Château Velouse. A lovely place to relax (by the heated swimming pool, in the sumptuous rooms and the very well appointed kitchen - not to mention strolling round the extensive grounds!). Hosts Phil and Claire could not have been more welcoming and have provided copious notes about things to do and places to see. Such was the relaxed atmosphere (and the heat!) we hardly felt the need to leave the château. Our suite was so grand, that it was even hard to leave the bedroom!
