Perfect stay. A very high quality renovation where stone blends with wood and contemporary furniture. A huge and ideal porch for dinner, barbecue and admire the countryside and hillsides on one side and a pool enchanted in this "Provencal farmhouse" on the other. Very high quality amenities and bedding. The sober and neat decoration with touches of contemporary art ensures a soothing balance and conducive to rest. A spacious cathedral living room with a stunning solid wood table. Here and there, small details in the amenities and decor (a special mention in the toilet of the master suite, I'll let you discover it). In addition, Christophe is very friendly and very attentive to his hosts. In short, this stay in the countryside between two seas delighted us all.
Beautiful house - a real hidden gem in hills of Myan Sartu. Nice located, easy accessible, safe, comfortable and convenient especially for families with children. The owner is a very responsible and attentive host. Our slightest problems were solved instantly without ruining our plans for the day. Special mention should be made of the breathtaking view from the terrace and the great opportunities for children's leisure. The house is just overflowing with different toys and board games. Our family was so happy to spend our holidays here and will definitely come back again.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans le logement de Clare. Nous étions assez nombreux et la maison s’y prêtait parfaitement : très grande pièce de vie, cuisine très confortable et équipée, matériaux de qualité, confort d’avoir une salle de bains et un wc par chambre, chambres qui sont spacieuses et confortables (lit chauffant !). Clare a même mis à notre disposition de quoi accueillir nos deux petites de 8 mois et 3 ans de façon très confortable. Nous n’avons pas pu profiter du Jacuzzi, mais le petit feu de cheminée était très appréciable et nous avons sollicité Andy, le mari de Clare, Pour nous cuisiner un repas d’anniversaire le soir de notre arrivée, durant lequel on s’est régalés. Clare et Andy se sont montrés à la fois discrets, et présents immédiatement lorsque nous en avions besoin. Je recommande ce logement à 100% !
Lovely property, lots of space and well equipped. Play room added bonus. Caroline responded very promptly and efficiently when we discovered a wasp nest!

J'ai beaucoup apprécié les promenades que nous avons faites et je vous suis reconnaissante d'avoir pris le temps de nous montrer vos recommandations, ce que vous n'aviez pas nécessairement à faire. C'était tellement relaxant et la vue était magnifique. Je recommanderai cette maison à mes amis et à ma famille. Camirout est un séjour absolument incontournable ! Merci encore pour ce super séjour ! Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour ici ! Nous avons profité des magnifiques couchers de soleil, nous allongeant au bord de la piscine et préparant les repas ensemble. Le chef Arnaud était merveilleux et nous le recommandons vivement. Nous avons visité Duras, Villeneuve-sur-Lot et Saint-Émilion, Sainte-Foy, Bordeaux et le Cap Ferret. Revenir à la villa ici à la fin de la journée nous a toujours donné l'impression d'être à la maison et nous espérons y revenir. C'est notre 10ème anniversaire et cette maison nous a offert de superbes vacances pour un voyage spécial ensemble. Merci d'avoir partagé votre maison.

Maison agréable et propre dans un quartier très calme. Chaque chambre dispose d'une salle de bain, donc parfaite pour plusieurs familles. Belle et grande piscine clôturée idéale pour les enfants. La table de pique-nique sous les arbres est idéale pour échapper à la chaleur. Je recommanderais la maison à tout le monde.
C'est une belle façon de passer ses vacances en été, je n'imagine pas préférer faire autre chose !
Beautiful holiday destination, especially nice garden, optimal exposure. With young children there are many activities surrounding and great moments of fun by the pool. Everything needed for children. Quiet and peaceful setting with amazing views. Tastefully decorated and fully equipped. Highly recommended!

Vous avez mangé des plats délicieux, bu trop de vin et nagé toute la journée dans votre piscine. Nous espérons revenir un jour.
The family and I had a lovely stay at your house, Les Rocans. Your house, Les Rocans, has obviously been the subject of careful and loving restoration in many parts and it was lovely to stay there. The location is stunning, one could not tire of the views from the hillside. During our stay the weather was blistering hot sun and maximum temperatures around 36-38 degrees C. However, the breeze coming up the hill tempered the heat to make it quite tolerable. The trees you have carefully left near the swimming pool gave really good shade; it was my favourite lounging place. The swimming pool was so enjoyable, especially in the heat. Water temperature was the same as the heated pool in our local Virgin Active gym complex, occasionally higher, so our 4 year old grandson spent large amounts of time in the pool. Again, a lot of thought has clearly been given to the siting of the pool. There is a lot to do and see in the surrounding countryside. Our regret is we didn't get out as much as anticipated as the heat was a little too much away from Les Rocans. The few trips we did make showed how picturesque that part of France remains, especially around Sablet / Seguret / Vaison. Definitely we shall explore more next time, perhaps at a quieter time of year. Kevin, thank you for providing a place which gave us all much enjoyment for our weeks stay. The whole family wished they could have stayed longer. We did our best to cherish your house as you so obviously do.

Thank you for a wonderful week here. It has been a much needed escape from the hectic life of London. The ambiance of the house and grounds is so serene and peaceful. Scenery is breathtaking. Thank you for your hospitality and generosity in showing us the château and the wine tasting. You are an incredible force of nature. Your transformation of this property is miraculous.
Belle villa, piscine fabuleuse! Nous avons adoré notre séjour à la Maison de Saint-Jean. La villa est grande, belle et fraîche (le temps était CHAUD !) et extrêmement bien équipée. Les lits, en particulier, sont super confortables et nous avons vraiment apprécié les petites attentions supplémentaires, comme des piles de grandes serviettes de piscine à motif de lézard (en plus de serviettes de bain blanches et douces pour tout le monde), de magnifiques savons dans les salles de bain et une vaste gamme de cuisine équipement (dont des couteaux tranchants - hourra ! - et une machine à café). La piscine est de bonne taille (assez longue pour nager des longueurs "correctes") et c'était agréable de se baigner dans de l'eau douce et salée, plutôt que dans le chlore habituel à forte odeur. Nos ados ont adoré la table de ping-pong (et nous avons adoré qu'elle soit dans la cour, loin de nous !), l'énorme pouf, l'excellente connexion Wi-Fi et (nous avons honte) les chaînes de la BBC à la télé. Le restaurant du village (littéralement à 15 pas) est super - vraiment sympathique, bonne cuisine - et il y a beaucoup d'autres bons endroits pour manger dans les villes voisines (une fois que vous avez déterminé lesquels sont fermés quels jours - chacun est différent!). Je recommande vivement cette villa - nous ne pouvons honnêtement pas penser à une seule chose qui manquerait - et le très beau paysage qui l'entoure.
Mon Dieu! Quel super endroit. Tout a été merveilleux. Hébergement, piscine, tout est fantastique. Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous, tellement relaxant. J'ai adoré la région.
Merci beaucoup de nous avoir permis de séjourner dans votre maison. Nous y avons passé un très bon moment avec nos enfants. Le temps était splendide. Nous avons apprécié la piscine, le jardin et toute la demeure. Nous avons réussi à faire quelques visites. Nous nous souviendrons longtemps de ce séjour et nous espérons revenir ici à l'avenir. We had a great stay at Maison du Gua over Easter. The weather was a real surprise (I had packed wellies and jumpers) but it was lovely. Sunny and warm enough for us all to enjoy the great swimming pool and lunch outside everyday. There were three generations staying (10 people) and we all had plenty of room to relax. Our three children (1, 3, 6) enjoyed the huge selection of quality toys, both indoors and provided for the garden. The baby loved the baby swing and his mum enjoyed the huge list of baby extras Mel provided, that made packing so much easier. Mel and Jim are very helpful and quick to respond with anything you need. Our thanks to to the lovely Elodie for making our stay so pleasant.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette belle villa. Nous nous sommes tous sentis très détendus. La piscine était très accueillante, d'autant plus que c'était une semaine très chaude. Les vues sont spectaculaires. Nous avons apprécié les marchés nocturnes de Duras et de Monségur. Je recommanderais le restaurant La Terrasse à Duras. Merci Frédéric pour ton aide.

If you are looking for calm in a peaceful environment, Le Mas de Combet is for that! it is very well equipped, nothing missing! a huge and well maintained lot with this very friendly view of a small lake and the forest . the terrace with its large pergola is ideal for resting or having a drink . we enjoyed the large swimming pool with its summer kitchen. hosts are exceptionally kind and welcoming . we recommend without hesitation.
Notre première fois dans cette région de France ! C'est un endroit idéal pour explorer la région. Il y a tellement plus à voir que nous aurons besoin de futurs séjours ici! La maison est incroyable, tous nos besoins ont été pris en compte car tout ce que nous avions demandé était dans la maison. Le livre d'information était vraiment utile. J'ai adoré le plein air et la piscine - c'était particulièrement joli la nuit quand les lumières et les bougies étaient allumées. Le vin à l'arrivée était une bonne surprise.
We just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful holiday in your beautiful house. You have made everything so comfortable and easy and it was such a joy to stay there. The location was perfect, such a peaceful spot with stunning views, in a pretty village. It exceeded all of our expectations. The region is so interesting too. We loved it all but especially the salt water swimming pool and the way you have landscaped the whole outside areas. We spent as much time as we could relaxing there. I hope we can return for another holiday soon! Thank you from us all. We couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. It really was perfect.
Merci de nous permettre de partager votre belle maison. Malgré le temps inhabituel, nous avons passé un moment fantastique ici et avons pleinement profité de la maison, de la piscine et des jardins. Les vues sont spectaculaires. Frédéric est un bijou, il a été très sympathique et accueillant, toujours joignable et serviable même en cas d'orage et suite à une coupure de courant. Nous emporterons des photos et des souvenirs qui dureront longtemps.
Nous avons passés une agréable semaine entre potes. Le logement correspondait à notre attente. L'hôte était réactif et nous a arrangé pour l'heure d'arrivée. Je recommande.
