Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances dans votre villa. Tout était parfait. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour.
Nous avons passé 2 nuits au Château de La Loire et avons été enchantés de chaque aspect de notre séjour. Le logement était joliment aménagé et il y avait plusieurs endroits tout aussi beaux où s'asseoir et profiter du cadre. Le cadre surplombant la Loire était époustouflant et le parc de street art attenant était un régal inattendu. Nous avons adoré la piscine et le spa et avons eu la chance d'en avoir seuls profité à plusieurs reprises. Nous serions ravis d'y retourner un jour.
Location de haute qualité pour 1 semaine avec nos amis et famille. Idéal pour une semaine de repos avec les enfants. Grande propriété avec de quoi s'occuper et se balader. Idéal pour découvrir le calme de la région. Je recommande vivement !
Beautiful location, spacious rooms with large estate and very friendly owners and staff. They do their utmost to make the stay perfect. Definitely recommended.
Peter and I just returned from our holiday in France and I wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our week at les Marquises! The property is just lovely- the views from the terrace and the master bath really are stunning. The kitchen was a pleasure to use, everything one needed was provided. I know you did nt arrange this but the weather was superb-sun and very warm temps every day. It was a pleasure to return to the pool and cool off with a view of the vineyards! We even got to see the grape harvest in the fields directly behind the pool! We found the location perfect -close to Nyons but super quiet and private. This charming home is cleverly decorated and very comfortable. I also found booking with Pure France wonderful- fast replies, easy payment and most helpful responses to any questions I had. Thank you again for the opportunity to stay at this unique property and to explore a beautiful part of Provence. A la prochaine!
Merci beaucoup Sharon, ce fut un endroit merveilleux où séjourner. Belle maison spacieuse. Jardin paisible et magnifiquement entretenu, nous avons même vu un sphinx colibri. Village paisible, sympathique et pittoresque. Des paysages magnifiques, parfaits pour courir dans les collines. Piscine immaculée, super pour les enfants, avec douche + toilettes. Cuisine entièrement équipée + buanderie Améliorations potentielles : oreillers et couettes synthétiques facilement disponibles (l'un de nous a fait une réaction à l'oreiller + couette en duvet) et trajet plus court depuis le Royaume-Uni ??? Ce fut des vacances fabuleuses - exactement ce dont nous avions besoin. J'adorerais revenir. Je recommande complètement.
As anticipated, it was as wonderful as last year and we have all had a splendid time and are sorry to have to leave. Thank you so much for your wonderful Loft and your hospitality. We are all looking forward to our visit again next year.
Beautiful setting and the grounds are marvellous. So relaxing and the pool area is perfect for long sunny afternoons. Kitchen is really well appointed. Bed linen feels fresh and your home is spotless - a big thumbs up! Playroom was a huge hit. You have a wonderful property, but your kindness and generosity of spirit went a long way in making us all feel very welcome.
Just a little note to say thank you so much for our lovely, restful, peaceful stay in your beautiful Loft. We're sure you saw we were well and truly exhausted after a summer running events - the Loft was THE PERFECT ANTIDOTE! All the little touches were noted and appreciated by us both and we spent a lovely evening enjoying many aperitifs with you. Many, many heartfelt thanks again. It certainly isn't Au Revoir - but A Bientot!

Magnifique maison. Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour. Nous étions un grand groupe d'amis à la recherche d'un endroit pittoresque pour passer une semaine ensemble. Nous étions excités quand nous avons réservé mais comblés quand nous sommes arrivés dans la belle maison. Elle fonctionne très bien pour un grand groupe de personnes avec plusieurs zones pour s'asseoir confortablement et se détendre. Nous avons pris de délicieux dîners et petits déjeuners (cuisinés dans la cuisine bien équipée et le barbecue) sur la terrasse et la vue les a rendus encore plus magiques. Même si la maison est merveilleuse pour se détendre et jouer dans la piscine, nous avons trouvé de belles choses à faire dans les environs. Il y a un merveilleux restaurant juste à côté de la maison et du kayak et du wakeboard à environ une heure de route et de jolis villages non loin. Bref, si vous voulez un endroit qui se soit privé et pittoresque et qui soit toujours fonctionnel et confortable, c'est l'endroit idéal. Nous espérons revenir bientôt!
Very pretty new hotel, charmingly furnished in the beautiful wine village of Meursault. You can get to Beaune very quickly, but Dijon is also easily accessible by car. Very nice, warm hosts.
We fell in love with holidaying in France almost 30 years ago and I used to think that my heart belonged to Provence, until we stumbled across beautiful Manoir de Fouilloux, nestled in the lush green countryside of the Dordogne. Hugh and Ian, the hosts of the house are incredibly welcoming and attentive, but equally unobtrusive when you just want to relax on your own. They are very knowledgeable about the area and will give you their time all day, every day should you so desire, along with Oscar, their lovely dog, who is very happy to be fussed over or left alone to sleep in the shade out of sight. The interior of the house is breathtakingly beautiful. It is evident from the moment you step through the door, that so much thought and attention to detail has gone into every corner of the building; from the beautiful stone floors, to the light filled bedrooms with the most sumptuous bed linen (and the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on), to the fabulous showers and well equipped kitchen, every part of the house is simply brimming with everything you could ever need to make your stay as relaxing as possible. From the stunning interior, you step outside to the rear courtyard garden, which is inspired by the Yves Saint Laurent Moroccan garden and it's like nothing you could ever imagine. The vibrant blue that is unique to YSL garden has been matched exactly and is dotted around the garden with careful thought, creating a wonderfully calming area to relax in, with the magnificent tiled pond being the centrepiece of the area. Off the garden is the outdoor kitchen / seating area and again is a fantastically well thought out area, complete with it's own set of glass and tableware (so you don't have to keep going back into the kitchen to get things), outdoor gas barbecue and dishwasher, they really have thought of everything! It is truly the most tranquil place to spend time with family and friends. The pool at the front of the house is magnificent, complete with poolside lights, it is a fabulous place to enjoy in the evening too. Lying on the sun loungers soaking up the sun and looking out over the amazing garden is so restful; you'll never want to leave the house. But leave you must, as there is so much to see in the surrounding area; nearby St Aulaye has a pretty little town square where you can enjoy a relaxing drink, Saint-Jean-de-Côle, a beautiful medieval village dating back to the 11th Century, is so attractive with it's ochre coloured houses and the tranquil river Cole running through it. From Saint-Jean-de-Côle you can easily visit the caves at Villars; being a bit claustrophobic I declined to go down with the rest of the family, but they do come highly recommended! Another very pretty village is nearby Aubeterre, which has the most spectacular views, small selection of shops and restaurants dotted around a vibrant village square and at the foot of the village you can find a river beach, canoeing centre, football club and tennis club. Brantome is a charming town, often dubbed the Venice of Perigord, due to the river Dronne running through it. If you've ever read 'The Matchmaker of Perigord', you will find Brantôme mentioned in this and as you wander around the town, you can really see the characters come to life. It has a good selection of shops and restaurants so is definitely a worthy visit, even if you haven't read the book. Manoir de Fouilloux, is truly a magical place to stay, it is like coming up for fresh air. The only criticism I have of it is that once visited, you will never want to go anywhere ever again, so sorry guys, see you next year...
Merci beaucoup d'avoir rendu notre visite dans le Lot si spéciale. Votre généreuse hospitalité était incroyable. Rien n'était trop demander, chaque demande d'information suivie assidûment, toujours discrètement et sans jamais s'immiscer dans notre vie privée. En cours de séjour, nous réalisons que nous nous sommes fait un nouvel ami. La propriété elle-même est magnifique et impeccablement entretenue. Équipée de tout ce dont nous pouvions avoir besoin, nous ne manquions de rien. Nichés au milieu des vignes, nous avons eu la chance d'être là à temps pour regarder et participer aux vendanges. Vous avez même organisé pour nous une dégustation des vins issus des vignobles de la région. Il était impossible de ne pas en emporter chez nous. Beaucoup à explorer, des restaurants incroyables, nous sommes tombés amoureux du Lot. Nous pouvons pleinement apprécier comment ce havre a volé votre cœur. Ayant passé de nombreuses années en vacances en France, c'était sans aucun doute le point culminant de tous nos voyages. Merci beaucoup d'avoir rendu nos vacances si spéciales.
Merveilleuse maison pour un séjour en famille, de 7 à 70 ans. Bien équipée et la région est propice à l'exploration. La piscine et le jardin sont les éléments qui ont obtenu le plus de succès.
Both properties were finished to an extremely high standard and provided luxurious and comfortable accommodation for all 15 of us (with some room to spare!). It was immediately apparent upon our arrival that a great deal of love and attention to detail has gone into making the domaine the place that it is and we felt very privileged to be able to enjoy everything that the property has to offer.
Nous venons de passer des vacances très réussies à la Villa Bellara. Nous étions sept (dont deux enfants) la première semaine et deux pendant la majeure partie de la seconde semaine. Nous étions certainement à l'aise. La villa est située dans une rue résidentielle calme, donc aucun problème de bruit tôt le matin ! Elle se trouve à environ huit minutes à pied d'une excellente pâtisserie pour acheter des croissants, etc. pour le petit-déjeuner, avec un excellent magasin de fruits en face. Le supermarché est un peu plus loin, mais facilement accessible. La plage est à environ 12 minutes à pied. L'accès aux autres lieux est simple via la gare de Cagnes (Nice ou Cannes) et il existe un bus gratuit pour les Hauts de Cagnes qui valent bien une visite. La propriété est parfaitement entretenue, l'équipement de cuisine de première classe et bien pensé. Il y a une splendide terrasse donnant sur la piscine, avec un auvent au-dessus de la table à manger qui nous a tous confortablement accueilli. Le soir, le petit jardin dispose de lumières sous les arbres, et à minuit, des gerbes jaillissent de l'herbe pour l'arroser. Le jardin, bien que petit, est bien entretenu, entouré de haies, le rendant très privé. Nous avons passé des vacances des plus agréables et mémorables.
Mia, 7 years old We have had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful house. I loved playing in the swimming pool with my nanny, grandad, sister and my 2 cousins. The market in Duras is definitely worth a visit with lots of lovely things to see and buy. I hope you will enjoy your stay as much as we have.
What a gorgeous week we've had here ! Annie and John have been so welcoming - inviting us for a much-needed glass of wine on our arrival. Not to mention all the helpgul local knowledge and information. We have loved the pool, sunshine and glorious garden. We would recommend the lovely Piglet Barn and Annie and John especially. Thank you for our memorable time here.
A gorgeous home, with so much to offer! 3 min walk into the beautiful bustling town of Pezenas and you have the tranquility of pool and garden! The pool was a welcome relief from the heat and very welcome after a day out exploring the area! We had some great fun playing table tennis and darts in the games room. We had a wonderful holiday, the lovely, very comfortable and well decorated home facilitated this!
We had the most magical week at the enchanting Château Mabrouke. A beautiful house with outstanding facilities set in a most stunningly unspoilt expanse of French countryside. With some gloriously grand rooms in the château, immaculate gardens and seemingly endless out-buildings, Château Mabrouke still had a wonderfully homely feel to it. We enjoyed days spent splashing in the pool, long lunches and drinks with a view. And a couple of nights of being cooked for and hosted by the lovely Martin and Philippa were an absolute treat. Visits to the nearby pretty towns of Foix and Mirepoix were lovely and other places to recommend include the stunning Montsegur and some interesting prehistoric caves near the charming town of Mas d'Azil. All in all a most heavenly escape. We look forward to returning.
L'endroit idéal pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis. Le reste du groupe l'a parfaitement résumé plus tôt. Nous sommes incroyablement reconnaissants d'avoir eu l'occasion de venir et nous sourions encore en repensant à Freddie.

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances à la villa. La villa est idéale, spacieuse et joliment décorée. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine et la table de ping-pong ! C'est une base idéale pour visiter la région. Le marché de Pézenas est à ne pas manquer. Nous avons navigué sur bateau, monté des chevaux, loué des vélos à Marseillan et vu des flamants roses ! En tant que visiteurs réguliers, nous choisissons cette région depuis plus de 30 ans. C'est sans aucun doute la plus belle propriété où nous ayons jamais résidé. L'emplacement et les caractéristiques sont magnifiques. Nous aimions nous asseoir à divers endroits du jardin et à différents moments de la journée. J'ai adoré la magnifique et relaxante piscine, j'ai apprécié les chambres décorées avec bon goût mais aussi fonctionnelles et j'ai cuisiné tous les soirs dans cette cuisine bien équipée. Toutes les petites attentions et détails montrent un grand niveau de considération de la part des propriétaires. Merci beaucoup Frederic a été accueillant et serviable, c'était agréable de revenir et nous espérons revenir au moins une fois l'année prochaine.
This house is beautiful. Well located, you can visit the entire area easily from this house. Additionally, the equipment in this house is great. Between the boulodrome, the pool and the rest, it's a good experience to share with friends or family.
Une belle propriété idéale pour notre famille de 5 adultes. L'espace extérieur et la piscine étaient super et nous avons aimé l'emplacement de la maison.
