The place is lovely and very well furnished. As someone else said in your guest book, your house offers almost everything we were hoping for in our holiday in France. A large, well-appointees home with fantastic views and a cool fairly deep pool, proximity to a nice town where supplies are aplenty; vineyards in the surroundings and even a couple of michelin-starred restaurants nearby.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec 14 adultes et 4 petits (de 10 mois à 3 ans). Pour commencer, la piscine : assez grande, des sièges pour tout le monde et suffisamment d'ombre. Le patio : vue magnifique, spacieux, suffisamment d'ombre sous le grand arbre et un espace repas couvert avec un BBQ et une plancha où nous prenions tous nos repas. La maison : parfaite pour nos besoins. Chambres avec de la place pour des lits pour enfants, presque toutes les chambres avaient une salle de bain privée et plus qu'assez d'espace. Nous avons eu deux jours avec du mauvais temps, pas de problème nous nous sommes divisés en groupes où un groupe pouvait jouer à l'un des jeux de société disponibles et un autre au PS disponible et un autre jouer avec les plus petits. La cuisine disposait de tout et il y avait des toilettes supplémentaires. En plus de cela, il y avait un joli terrain de pétanque, une table de ping-pong, une table de billard, un panier avec toutes les fournitures disponibles, un espace de stationnement largement suffisant (nous avions 7 voitures).
Villa everything and more! fantastic villa, pool and table tennis great fun! Pézenas lovely 15 - 20 minutes easy walk! Lots of great restaurants. Beach between Sète and Agde very good and not too many people.
We have just returned from a wonderful 2 week holiday in France. We cannot recommend the property highly enough. It is very well equipped, the pool always warm and cleaned daily, in a great location and Jean, Martin and of course Tanner the dog so welcoming and helpful. This was our second time and already planning when we can return!
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à la Maison Bonnet. Cette maison est très bien équipée et très agréable à vivre aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Notre hôte David a été très sympathique et très réactif. Nous recommandons chaudement ce lieu de villégiature.

I liked everything; the location chosen for professional reasons quickly became a second home thanks to the owners, who were very friendly and available, always attentive to our needs and extremely professional. The house is splendid, every detail is carefully arranged.

Beautiful house - a real hidden gem in hills of Myan Sartu. Nice located, easy accessible, safe, comfortable and convenient especially for families with children. The owner is a very responsible and attentive host. Our slightest problems were solved instantly without ruining our plans for the day. Special mention should be made of the breathtaking view from the terrace and the great opportunities for children's leisure. The house is just overflowing with different toys and board games. Our family was so happy to spend our holidays here and will definitely come back again.
“Nice villa within easy access (20 min saunter) to the city centre. Pretty pool area and nice pool, with mature trees and bushes giving good shelter if the wind picks up. Very private with good access to sun from late-morning. Supermarkets within very easy walking distance.

Nous avons passé de nombreux jours dans la belle piscine et avons également beaucoup aimé explorer les magnifiques environs, y compris Saumur. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour et serions ravis de revenir.
We came to stay for a wedding nearby and were a group of 6 adults and our 18 month old twins. It was absolutely perfect for us! There’s so much for littles ones, loads of toys inside and a trampoline, swing set, huge garden and of course the pool outside! All very safe as well. Isabelle was excellent at answering all our questions and arranged for travel cots and high chairs for our little ones. She also helped us find local amenities etc. and provided a fantastic info pack with lots to do in the local area. We visited a lovely local lake with a beach, Saint-Émilion and a local vineyard/restaurant all around 15 minutes drive away. The bakery she recommended 5 minutes down the road was also delightful! Can't recommend this enough if you’re looking for a beautiful château in the countryside.
We stayed at this beautiful place with 10 adults and one child. The house is large and magnificent with every comfort thought of. Beautifully decorated and everything of quality. The heated swimming pool was amazing. Jim was charming and helped us organise the stay and the housekeeper gave us a very warm welcome. We will definitely be coming back for future family reunions.
Enjoyed a lovely short break but just as the weather broke down. However, the cottage is a gem that the owners have restored to a very high standard. Pool and sauna are excellent and the views are gorgeous. Close enough to some quaint villages with all amenities in easy reach. The cottage and surrounding area is very peaceful and just what we were looking for. The owner was super responsive to our few queries.

Endroit idéal pour des vacances en Provence. Nous (deux familles – un couple avec un enfant chacune) y avons passé 9 nuits et l'avons utilisé comme base pour visiter la région. À seulement 45 minutes de l'aéroport de Marseille. La propriété est située dans le petit village juste à côté de la forêt et si vous recherchez le calme et la tranquillité, c'est l'endroit qu'il vous faut. C'est une grande maison pleine de charme avec une grande piscine, un jardin verdoyant, un parking privé, une cuisine très bien équipée (pour tout ce que vous pouvez imaginer). C'est très propre, confortable et relaxant. En rentrant de nos journées, nous nous sommes reposés autour de la grande table à l'extérieur jusqu'à tard et ce fut un vrai plaisir. Nous avons préparé des petits déjeuners et des déjeuners tous les jours, le grand supermarché du village avec beaucoup de plats délicieux a rendu notre restauration facile et agréable. Le Wi-Fi gratuit, la télévision et une bibliothèque de films très complète ont également été une bonne surprise. Les propriétaires étaient très sympathiques et serviables : ils nous ont fourni des informations complètes sur toutes les attractions locales. Cette maison a répondu à toutes nos attentes et nous pouvons certainement la recommander aux amis et aux familles qui planifient leurs vacances en Provence.
We loved staying here. Domaine du Château is full of character and very comfortable. With the giant wine press in the dining room and the vines across the lane, you certainly know you are in Burgundy. We really liked the mix of antique French furniture and original contemporary art works, so nicely done. The kitchen is beautiful and really well equipped and the market in Beaune is amazing for fantastic local produce. Apart from driving through all the famous vineyards and going wine tasting, we really enjoyed visiting the château at Rochepot and the ancient market at Nolay. The countryside is very pretty and great for walking, but best of all, was just sitting drinking wine on the terrace, enjoying the wonderful view and tranquillity. We booked the Eurostar to Le Creusot which made the journey really easy and quick. You can pick 'up a hire car' at the station and then it's just a short drive down quiet country roads which felt a world away from London. Would definitely recommend!
Private pool in perfect surroundings. Maison Meunier is a great little find. I stayed in the larger house last year so was excited to return to the area. Inside there are 2 good sized bedrooms, clean bathroom and kitchen with full facilities and a stylish and spacious living and dining area. And then there is the outside...! There is a beautiful pergola covered terrace with BBQ which is perfect for al fresco dining and evening chats over a bottle of wine (from the local vineyard of course). The pool has stunning views over fruit trees, the fishing lake and forest covered hills in the background. It feels very private and isn't overlooked. The pool is immaculate and perfect size for playing / floating / chilling. The pool area also has sun loungers and a covered portion for the shade seekers. The area of Saint Front-Sur-Lemance is beautiful. Very sleepy and laid back but has all the best necessary amenities within a 5 minute walk (shop, cafe, Albert's pub) or 10 - 15 minute drive (Blanquefort-sur-Briolance for moules frites at Auberge des Moulins or Fumel for bigger shops and 25m outdoor pool). The owners are great hosts; not intrusive but always nearby to provide advice or help if needed. We can't wait to return next year.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We have enjoyed every second. There is such a relaxed and calm atmosphere at Maison Four à Chaux! Perfect, We've been spoilt. We've enjoyed dining in all the areas around the house, especially the pool house! We would recommend a visit to Rochefort and Cognac. The park in Saint-Savinien is great for little ones. Boat rider, inflatables and picnics. Thank you for the gifts on our arrival... Yvonne has been a perfect host... great advice and support. Thank you so much.
Idyllique et détente absolue C'était notre premier séjour en Charente et nous avons adoré La Charmante Distillerie. Dès notre arrivée, nous nous sommes sentis détendus. La piscine et les terrasses offraient une vue imprenable et un calme absolu. L'intérieur était joliment meublé et nous avons apprécié le clin d'œil à l'ancienne distillerie et à son histoire. De nombreuses activités étaient proposées en famille et nous avons adoré observer les étoiles grâce au télescope mis à disposition. Mark a impeccablement entretenu le terrain et la piscine. Nous avons apprécié l'accès au jardin d'herbes aromatiques et aux arbres fruitiers. Je tiens également à souligner l'excellente connexion internet, qui a permis à nos adolescents de se détendre dans le coin détente de la mezzanine, tandis que les plus jeunes ont adoré jouer dans le bac à sable et sur le portique. Je recommande vivement cet endroit !
Our stay at La Petite Maison Générille was nothing short of magical. Nestled in the heart of Castelnaud-la-Chapelle, this charming haven blends old-world elegance with soul-warming hospitality. The hosts are the heart of this home. Their graciousness, attention to detail, and open-hearted kindness transformed our visit into something unforgettable. One evening, as we enjoyed a glass of wine on the terrace, hot air balloons floateo across the distant sky - the kind of moment that lingers long after you've returned home. The rooms are exquisite-thoughtfully designed, impeccably clean, and filled with the kind of character that photographs simply can't capture. It's the kind of place where time slows down and you're gently reminded of what it means to truly relax. We came to La Petite Maison Générille as travelers... and left with new friends and a piece of this village etched into our hearts. We cannot wait to return!
Notre famille de 7 adultes (et un enfant en bas âge) a passé une semaine merveilleuse ici en août et nous étions tous d'accord pour dire que c'était à peu près parfait pour nos besoins familiaux. Nous savions que nous allions adorer quand Philippe nous a fait visiter puis nous a présenté le pack de bienvenue - de loin le meilleur que nous ayons jamais reçu lors de la location d'une maison de vacances. Sa générosité tout au long de la semaine a montré qu'il était un hôte exceptionnel en faisant un effort supplémentaire pour s'assurer que les clients étaient heureux, et nous l'avons beaucoup apprécié. L'agencement de la villa, comme d'autres critiques l'ont détaillé, est particulièrement bon pour les groupes d'adultes car il y a trois bâtiments séparés abritant les chambres (toutes joliment décorées) offrant ainsi de l'espace pour se retirer si nécessaire. Gardez à l'esprit, si vous êtes quatre couples, que la chambre du pool house est très compacte par rapport aux trois autres chambres. Nous avons particulièrement aimé le mobilier d'extérieur confortable où nous nous sommes réunis le soir et le coin salon marocain pour la paix et la tranquillité. La piscine est de bonne taille et a été utilisée tous les jours - bien sûr - et les garçons ont adoré jouer au tennis de table. Nous aimons cuisiner et avons trouvé que la cuisine était très spacieuse avec deux éviers et une immense cuisinière. Il était également très utile d'avoir un réfrigérateur / congélateur séparé dans l'annexe du pool house, car vous constatez si souvent qu'il n'y a pas assez d'espace pour le réfrigérateur dans les villas. Le coin barbecue était tout simplement superbe et a été utilisé plusieurs fois. Il y a beaucoup à explorer à proximité et nous nous sommes aventurés un après-midi sur le canal du midi, mais nous avons tellement aimé la villa que nous sommes pratiquement restés sur place - elle avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Toute la villa était propre, spacieuse et le mobilier était de bonne qualité. Quelle villa exceptionnelle c'est et merci Philippe d'être un si bon hôte. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner.
You don't need us to tell you what a beautiful house this is and the bath with a view indeed. We didn't eat out much as the super markets were so convenient and the kitchen well equipped. We arrived in a heat wave, not complaining though! It was amazing and the wonderful pool helped us cool off. The children took their push bikes over the back of the vineyards to the cycle path and biked into Nyons, we also walked it which was most pleasant. As regards places of interest, we took ideas from the house book as it was too hot to visit the tourist information centre during opening hours and most of our exploring was done in the evenings.
Le Château Mézard est vraiment aussi beau qu'il est décrit sur le site Web ! C'était un endroit magique pour des vacances. La maison et le terrain étaient magnifiques, l'aménagement de la maison offre une grande intimité même pour un grand groupe. L'exploration de la campagne environnante, des villes et des villages a fourni l'évasion parfaite dans la campagne française. Revenir au luxe étonnant du château pour un dîner en terrasse ou une baignade dans la piscine était le moment fort de chaque journée.
