And so ends another fabulous two weeks at the Loft du Vigneron. Everything we said in September 2017 remains absolutely appropriate. Karen and Russell, you do such a magnificent job in presenting The Loft - you really are in a league of your own. Please know how much everything you do is so appreciated - it all makes to provide such a fantastic holiday base. How we would love to stay on for another two weeks now - but this will have to wait until next year! We've loved spending time with you again - the boules tournament is firmly in the memory bank! Really sorry about the tea, Russell! Case for the defence: salt does look like sugar when you've had a drink or two! Good luck with the Chambres d'Hotes - it's looking fabulous.
Excellent. Nous avons passé un trés bon séjour. La villa est trés bien équipée, vaisselle, ustensile tout est présent. Une vue panoramique exceptionnelle sur les vignes depuis la maison et la piscine. Accueil chaleureux à notre arrivée et repos garanties au milieu des vignes.
We had such a grat time here! We are only sorry that our stay wasn't longer. The children loved the house and especially the swimming pool. Hopefully we will be back!
What a terrific home to say in. Totally relaxing with so much thought given to every detail. We really loved the tour of all the buildings and we look forward to visiting again to see the developments. Its a glorious place, we loved it here, such a relaxing, comfortable and interesting place to be staying. Its been a privilege to stay in your home. We booked Château Velouse as we love the Loire region. Definitely not disappointed... the welcome from the hosts Claire and Phil was lovely, the rooms were huge in size and height, great ensuites, it can hold 16 adults plus 4 children. Loads of space in the extensive grounds which are walled and fenced, we felt very secure and great for children and our dog to explore. The large swimming pool was fantastic and spent a lot of time there lounging on luxury sun beds under the umbrellas (30C plus during our stay). We had some wonderful evening meals during our stay either outside patio area which seated us all with lovely lighting or inside in the huge dining room. As a group of family and friends we took turns to cook which was great fun and the kitchen is very well equipped to cater for a large group. We had trips out to Bourges, Sancerre and a day on a local golf course, all recommended
Je voulais juste dire à quel point nous avons passé un bon moment lors de notre récente visite à la Maison Des Communes, Philippe et Federica étaient des hôtes merveilleux qui nous ont très bien accueillis. La maison dans un endroit tranquille était parfaite pour une escapade très relaxante loin de tout.

Nous sommes retournés à la Maison Charvin, Montlaur pour la deuxième année consécutive. Revenir à la même destination de vacances peut parfois être une erreur, pour des raisons évidentes, mais certainement pas dans ce cas. Tout était exactement comme dans nos souvenirs. :-) La Maison Charvin elle-même était charmante, confortable et spacieuse comme toujours. La maison ainsi que le jardin reposant et la belle piscine nous ont procuré des journées très relaxantes au soleil. La magnifique campagne environnante a permis plusieurs excursions d'une journée agréables à Carcassonne et Lagrasse, pour n'en citer que quelques-unes. Sharon, notre hôte, était comme toujours attentionnée, aimable et extrêmement accueillante. Merci encore de nous avoir permis de visiter votre belle maison pour la deuxième année consécutive - c'était tout aussi agréable que notre première visite.

Des vacances inoubliables ! Nous n'aurions pas pu passer une meilleure semaine dans ce magnifique château, parfaitement équipé pour la détente et le plaisir, avec des journées au bord de la piscine et des repas en terrasse. Nous n'avons jamais ressenti le besoin de partir, si ce n'est pour les incontournables remontants de rosé : nous avons mangé et bu comme des rois. De très bons souvenirs qui nous accompagneront jusqu'à notre prochaine visite, nous l'espérons !
Private pool in perfect surroundings. Maison Meunier is a great little find. I stayed in the larger house last year so was excited to return to the area. Inside there are 2 good sized bedrooms, clean bathroom and kitchen with full facilities and a stylish and spacious living and dining area. And then there is the outside...! There is a beautiful pergola covered terrace with BBQ which is perfect for al fresco dining and evening chats over a bottle of wine (from the local vineyard of course). The pool has stunning views over fruit trees, the fishing lake and forest covered hills in the background. It feels very private and isn't overlooked. The pool is immaculate and perfect size for playing / floating / chilling. The pool area also has sun loungers and a covered portion for the shade seekers. The area of Saint Front-Sur-Lemance is beautiful. Very sleepy and laid back but has all the best necessary amenities within a 5 minute walk (shop, cafe, Albert's pub) or 10 - 15 minute drive (Blanquefort-sur-Briolance for moules frites at Auberge des Moulins or Fumel for bigger shops and 25m outdoor pool). The owners are great hosts; not intrusive but always nearby to provide advice or help if needed. We can't wait to return next year.
La propriété est un "joyau" et Philippe et Elisabeth sont des hôtes formidables qui ont su enrichir cette expérience et vacances dans la Loire.
Quel endroit fabuleux où séjourner pendant une semaine. La villa est magnifique et possède tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin.
Thank you so much for your warm welcome in your beautifully decorated Loft. The four of us had a lovely time, enjoying Carcassonne, the mountains and the wine! We are going home very relaxed! We much appreciated your details and the welcome breakfast in the Loft.
My wife and rented Maison Rohmer for a month. the owner who lives in London was accessible by phone, she was absolutely fantastic, very helpful and was there for us by telephone if we had any questions. the location is in the country, very quiet and in a great location for discovering Luberon, hill towns, scenes to sketch and paint, some level dedicated bike trails for bike riding (can rent in Coustellet), so all in all a wonderful experience, the inside of the home was very comfortable, sizeable rooms, great shower, so now hesitation whatever to anyone who is looking for a place in the country side with a pool.
We had a really nice holiday at Château Entre-Deux-Mers... it's an amazing place and everything was just fine.
Great villa, fantastic weather, good location. The children enjoyed the pool and nana enjoyed the shade of the willow! Lovely beaches like home in Cornwall, if only we had the weather! The jet skiing was awesome and kids caught a squid rock pooling, along with many crabs.
We have had such a lovely week staying here. The house has everything you could need and the pool is so nice. Hugh and Ian have need fantastic hosts and we appreciate very much, the gift of plums and grapes from the garden.
We had a wonderful family holiday, the house is beautiful and had everything we needed. The outside area is simply perfect. The children loved the pool and the garden. Good restaurants nearby. Thanks for everything.
A fantastic stay in a beautiful villa! Whilst parts of France may lay dormant, this region has tons of activities to offer Canoeing, walking tours of picturesque Pezanas, renting bikes at Lac du Saligou and if you're slightly odd a cracking gym 'area gym' just down the road.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison et la recommandons fortement aux autres voyageurs pour un week end ou plus !
Passer une semaine ici était tout simplement fantastique. Nous avons apprécié les magnifiques couchers de soleil. Nous nous sommes bien amusés au bord de la piscine et avons fait un excellent barbecue. Nous reviendrons certainement.
Encore une merveilleuse semaine pour notre 3ème séjour à Lescalparède. Merci pour cet endroit si reposant, si ressourçant et si calme. Et un grand merci pour votre accueil. À l'année prochaine.
Nous sommes une famille de 3 à 78 ans et nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour au Château Périgord cette semaine. Nous avons été fascinés par la beauté de sa rénovation et de sa décoration. Tous les couples de notre famille avaient une belle chambre et la literie était confortable. Le jardin fleuri, avec sa lavande parfumée et sa piscine rafraîchissante était un vrai bonheur. Les enfants ont joué aux boules sur le gravier, au football sur la pelouse parfaitement tondue et ont passé de nombreuses heures dans la piscine. Nous avons préféré cuisiner nos propres repas dans la grande cuisine de style médiéval (car nous aimons tous cuisiner) et avons dîné à une longue table dans la cour. Château Périgord a tellement d'endroits pour s'asseoir et profiter de l'atmosphère, de belles fonctionnalités et de jeux qu'il n'était pas nécessaire de faire de nombreux déplacements ailleurs. Nous avons fait du vélo dans la région et avons fait du jogging sur les collines, puis nous nous sommes rafraîchis dans la piscine. Merci pour ce séjour fantastique et relaxant!

Vous avez manifestement déployé beaucoup d'efforts pour vous assurer que vos invités aient tout ce dont ils ont besoin pour un séjour confortable. Nous avons certainement apprécié le souper que vous nous avez fourni lors de la première nuit - très apprécié après une journée de voyage. Boire et grignoter dans le jardin avec vous deux était également une délicate attention: toujours disponibles, mais sans jamais s'imposer. Bonne chance pour la prochaine étape de vos rénovations!
