Fantastic time in this great house and location. 2 weeks of rest, relaxation and fun with the kids and extended family. Thank you. What a wonderful place! So much for the kids to do - swimngs, slide, trampoline, swimming and may runing races, lots of yumy wines and cheese. Two scrumptious meals cooked by Tim and Ali. Very tempted to return next year! Thank you. What an amazing find, fantastic location and beautiful house. We had an awesome 2 weeks with extended family and friends. Great hospitality from Tim and Ali. Thanks a million. Nous étions une famille de sept adultes et avons passé une semaine merveilleuse à Challignac. Mark et Gary sont vraiment des hôtes exceptionnels. Le gîte était magnifiquement présenté et d'une propreté impeccable. Tout le nécessaire avait été soigneusement mis à disposition, y compris un savon liquide de luxe: inutile donc d'apporter le vôtre. La cuisine était exceptionnellement bien équipée, avec tous les ustensiles et appareils électroménagers nécessaires. Et si quelque chose manquait, Mark et Gary se sont fait un plaisir de le fournir ! À notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec un généreux choix de fromages, charcuteries, pains, en-cas, vins, bières, boissons sans alcool, thé et café ; un accueil parfait qui nous a évité de courir faire les courses. L'espace piscine était tout simplement divin : une superbe piscine chauffée entourée de nombreux sièges extérieurs et d'une superbe cuisine extérieure. Tout était réuni pour se détendre et profiter. Même si la météo n'était pas toujours de notre côté, nous en avons profité pour explorer les villages et les grandes villes des environs. Nous avons dégusté de délicieux repas dans les restaurants recommandés par nos hôtes. Dans l'ensemble, tout le monde s'est bien amusé et nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Un grand merci à Mark et Gary !

We really enjoyed our stay at Manoir Bellevigne. It is a lovely property.
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. It provided everything we needed for our family reunion of 3 families – fabulous pool, large garden, lots of outside sitting/dining areas, beautiful and spacious interiors, a large and very well equipped kitchen (we loved the ice dispenser!). The children (1-5) loved the nearby lake where they paddled, splashed about and built sandcastles. Plenty of shade and grass and a good restaurant. We had amazingly good weather so were mostly outdoors but if one hit a rainy day, there is plenty of entertainment (great dvd collection) inside. All in all, a very happy choice, enjoyed by young and old! The Bruns family from Germany, Scotland and Ireland
Perfect for a relaxing holiday. First impressions were better than the photographs. We wanted a relaxing family holiday after a very hectic year and that is what we experienced. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful but left you completely alone unless you needed something. The villa itself is spotless, beautifully laid out and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Outside is incredibly peaceful and we spend the majority of our time by the pool.. Yet although it feels beautifully isolated it is in fact only minutes from shops and lotes of things to see and dol Will definitely return if we are able.
We had a wonderful week in La Tourouzelle. The large pool and adjoining deck was a gift in the strong sun. The house has everything you would want, with each bed and couch as comfortable as the next! The view from the terrace, taking in the vines, the woods and even the Pyrénées is breathtaking!
The combination of lovely accommodation, beautiful surroundings and the swimming pool made Piglet Barn a wonderful place to stay. In addition to being an interesting and picturesque village, Vouvant is a great location for the start of circular bike rides and walks. We especially enjoyed the riiverside walk, the Sentier des Rives. The Saturday market in Fontenay provides an enjoyable shopping experience. Many thanks for a great holiday.
Une si belle maison! Nous avons profité d'un séjour reposant. Nous avons visité Sarlat, Bergerac et Périgueux. Nous vous conseillons le marché du dimanche matin à Aubeterre. Les sons de la campagne au réveil vont nous manquer.
Nous avons eu une superbe expérience: tout était préparé pour nous à l'arrivée, une magnifique propriété pour toute la famille. Une semaine n'a pas été suffisante, mais merci à la femme de ménage Vicki et à notre jardinier responsable de l'entretien de la piscine John, ils ont été extrêmement gentils et rien n'était jamais trop leur demander. Le golf à cinq minutes était un fantastique cadeau d'anniversaire, un beau parcours avec tennis au sein du club de golf. Des vacances incroyables, un sans faute, que je recommanderais certainement. 10 sur 10.
Encore une merveilleuse semaine pour notre 3ème séjour à Lescalparède. Merci pour cet endroit si reposant, si ressourçant et si calme. Et un grand merci pour votre accueil. À l'année prochaine.

What a fantastic holiday we had at Villa Galinette. Everything you could possibly need or want was there, the villa was spacious and loved all the different places available to chill out. Would definitely recommend to others.

A fabulous 2 week holiday for the whole family, ages from 11 weeks to 70 years!! A superb house + grounds and a very special thanks to Lynda for her generosity + helping us on our last weekend.
We have had a wonderful week in your fantastic home. It has been so peaceful and tranquil here by the pool. Seeing the amphitheatre at Nîmes and canoeing under the Pont Du Gard were the highlights.
Everything you would need is provided for a perfect stay in this part of southern France. A range of seating areas throughout the garden and the pool were delightful. The villa was very well equipped and comfortable The hosts were charming, friendly and helpful, but very discrete.
Si vous aimez le charme de l ancien, vous serez conquis. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la disposition de la maison et des extérieurs. Le fait que la piscine soit dans le jardin bas crée à la fois une sécurité mais aussi que la maison reste très calme quand il y a de l agitation à la piscine! Nous avons fait les plus mémorables parties de ping pong à l ombre des majestueux cyprès et les enfants ont passé des heures à illuminer le château dont la proximité immédiate est magique.
Semaine de pure joie dans votre joli Château ! Excellentes compagnie et gastronomie dans un cadre magnifique !

Love love love this beautiful village house, its exquisite interiors and wild back garden, pool and cow fields beyond in a simple hamlet, deep in unspoilt pastoral countryside.
Rachel and Anthony made us feel welcome and were on hand, if needed, for any information. It was the best gite we have stayed at in twenty years of holidaying in France. Recommend taking train into Carcassonne from Bram. It is so easy and only 15 minutes or so.
The pool was amazing and the weather was nice. It was wonderful 5/5 would love to be staying longer. The pool was amazing. The beds are so nice.

Dès le début, nous nous sommes sentis les bienvenus dans cette vraie maison, pas une simple location de vacances. L'endroit est vraiment magnifique et apaisant pour recharger ses batteries et visiter une région fantastique. Gastronomie et vin ont été appréciés de tous.

Stunning, really well maintained and clean. Feels very safe for our young family. Very well-thought-through facilities for an inter-generational group. Great use of pool, playroom, BBQ, dining areas. Delicious and varied menu enjoyed by all. Good interaction with hosts; always available (even with chocolates!). Thoroughly enjoyed the trip and hope to return.
