Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette propriété. Tout était conforme à nos attentes et même mieux. Les propriétaires, Benedict et Pierre Balteau, étaient très sympathiques et accueillants. Nous avons hâte de revenir ici lors de notre prochaine visite dans le Languedoc, en Occitanie et nous recommanderons certainement cette propriété à nos amis et à notre famille. Notre expérience avec Pure France.com a été très bonne et nous n'hésiterons pas à utiliser à nouveau vos services à l'avenir. Bravo !
Fantastic nice accommodation, beautiful details, well preserved beautiful floors. Perfect patio with a small pool. All happy adults- as children. Highly recommended.
Un cadre exceptionnel. En déplacement professionnel pour 3 jours , j'ai découvert un logement très agréable et deux personnes magnifiques , Merci encore a David et kirstie pour leur accueille et le gentillesse . Je ne manquerez pas de recommander cette jolie et agréable maison au temps pour un déplacement professionnelle que pour venir se reposer en famille dans cette maison au cœur familiale pour venir se reposer l'esprit.
On a adoré la maison! Très équipée très bien décorée, I extérieur est incroyable avec un espace au bord de la piscine très agréable. Et le coin est magnifique.
Beautiful property in a beautiful tranquil setting. Close to Gordes, but not overlooked. Amenities are good and pool perfect. Only slight issue for some might be need to go through one bedroom to get to next; and stairs step. But for us... perfect.
We've had a wonderful holiday. The house has been perfect for our three families and the pool is quite superb.
Merci pour le pack de bienvenue avec vin, eau et café. La maison est idéalement située pour explorer la vieille ville de Pézenas. Allez voir le marché du samedi, c'est incroyable. La maison et la piscine sont super, confortables et bien aménagées.
Impossible de surestimer la gentillesse et la serviabilité de nos deux hôtes, Caterina et Steve. Le gîte est paisible et très confortable. C'est un vrai plaisir d'avoir un canapé confortable dans le gîte, comme nous le savons par expérience. Tout le nécessaire est là : lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, étendoir à linge, réfrigérateur, congélateur, chaînes de télévision britanniques, etc. La télévision prend en charge les DVD. La longue piscine est nichée au milieu des magnifiques plantes du jardin. On peut y faire 20 brasses, elle est très longue, et les chaises longues sont confortables. Une table ombragée idéale pour des déjeuners au frais. Intermarché juste en haut de la route. Le plus ? La petite épicerie Casino local vend du pain tous les jours et deux restaurants sont accessibles à pied. Fortement recommandé par deux vétérans de la France. Visitez Lascaux II. Vous vous en souviendrez toute votre vie. Et visitez le marché du Bugue le mardi – la ville de Bruno dans les livres de Martin Walker. Le gîte regorge de romans : vous économiserez sur le poids de vos bagages.
We came here to celebrate a couple of family birthdays and get some time together. From the moment we walked in the door we quickly came to realise what an amazing place this is. The view from the kitchen window (bu the sink) literally brought my sister to tears. ... in a very positive way. This week has allowed us to explore the area to some degree, but with so much on offer around and in the property, there was little incentive to go anywhere. The difficulty now will be to keep this gem of a property a secret from others, as we will undoubtedly tell everyone about this fantastic place. Thank you for so generously sharing your house. We had the most fabulous 2 weeks - Maison de Saint-Jean is amazing and it is so well equipped that we didn't lack anything at all.
Loved the location and the winding lane down to the property. Arrived to find a hidden and very private garden that was wonderfully lit at night and with a beautiful pool. Total silence and never saw or heard another person in the week we were there. If you’re looking for a quiet week away from the hassles of a hectic world, then this is the place for you!

Whaou! La première fois que j'ai vu les photos je l'ai trouvé splendide, mais quand nous sommes arrivés, c'était encore plus magnifique. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Debbie et Brent sont d'une gentillesse absolue et nous ont fait nous sentir les bienvenus. Les jardins sont si pittoresques! C'était nos premières vacances avec notre enfant d'1 an et nous ne pouvions pas rêver mieux comme vacances. Merci La Bastide!

Thank you for being the most welcoming, warm and charming hosts, you looked after us so well. Thank you for drinks in your home, it was so much fun. We are going to miss our walks around Vouvant and morning coffee in the village. Thank you again so much for being the most amazing hosts, it was a holiday we will never forget. The family and I had a lovely stay at your house, Les Rocans. Your house, Les Rocans, has obviously been the subject of careful and loving restoration in many parts and it was lovely to stay there. The location is stunning, one could not tire of the views from the hillside. During our stay the weather was blistering hot sun and maximum temperatures around 36-38 degrees C. However, the breeze coming up the hill tempered the heat to make it quite tolerable. The trees you have carefully left near the swimming pool gave really good shade; it was my favourite lounging place. The swimming pool was so enjoyable, especially in the heat. Water temperature was the same as the heated pool in our local Virgin Active gym complex, occasionally higher, so our 4 year old grandson spent large amounts of time in the pool. Again, a lot of thought has clearly been given to the siting of the pool. There is a lot to do and see in the surrounding countryside. Our regret is we didn't get out as much as anticipated as the heat was a little too much away from Les Rocans. The few trips we did make showed how picturesque that part of France remains, especially around Sablet / Seguret / Vaison. Definitely we shall explore more next time, perhaps at a quieter time of year. Kevin, thank you for providing a place which gave us all much enjoyment for our weeks stay. The whole family wished they could have stayed longer. We did our best to cherish your house as you so obviously do.
Just back from a week's stay at Villa La Baronne. I understand this is a newly renovated property and it is very clear that no expense has been spared on the project. It is a large property that could suit more than one family or a group of friends and can sleep up to 14 people. Every detail has been lovingly considered and stylishly executed. Bedrooms are beautifully appointed with elegant furnishings and comfortable beds. The house has been designed to offer endless activities both inside and out. We were lucky with the weather for October and so were able to use the huge and stunning Swimming Pool, the Jacuzzi, Pétanque pitch and the specially installed Croquet Lawn. In the evening, we took advantage of the cinema and games room, playing pool, table football, ping pong, chess and darts. A brilliant house for families with teens! There is even a huge TV, especially for use with games consoles. The house has a beautiful kitchen, fully equipped with every gadget you could require. Although we didn't use it, there is also a BBQ for evenings on the huge terrace. The property is situated on the banks of the River Tarn and is surrounded by beautiful mature trees and a large garden. It was a very quick and easy drive from the airport and local amenities for food shopping. The local village, a ten-minute walk away, was very quiet but does have a pleasant local restaurant and within a few minutes by car you can access larger towns. In less than 40 minutes we reached Toulouse centre and the beautiful town of Albi and I gather there are many other attractions within an hour from the property. Although we were briefly aware of a party at the neighbouring property, we found the location very peaceful, with lovely dark skies at night for star gazing. The Wi-Fi was extremely good and there is plenty of parking. All in all we would highly recommend this property, which is of the highest quality. Our thanks to the charming hosts.

Gordon family and Mullaly family Thank you for letting us stay in this lovely farmhouse. The best days of the holiday were spent here in the farmhouse by the pool. The teens loved the gym and the tennis court. Such a lovely location. Much local excitement when the Tour de France (femmes) passed the driveway. What a fabulous day! Enjoyed the wine tour and our 2 meals out in Richelieu. The view from the terrace is exceptional and such a good place to drink coffee and welcome the morning or indeed the evening. Great family team here to spend much for a great visit.
Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux au Cottage du Jardin, une maison pleine de charme et digne d'une carte postale. Thonac est idéalement situé pour visiter cette partie de la Dordogne, et la proximité des restaurants et des commerces est un atout considérable. Un grand merci à Caterina et Steve pour leur chaleureux accueil.
Un séjour très agréable dans une maison de rêve. Calme et paisible. Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette belle maison. Les hôtes sont sympathiques et très accueillants. Je recommande vivement cette maison.
Une semaine fantastique à Ventenac-en-Minervois. La maison était parfaite pour notre famille. Des soirées agréables sur la terrasse et de beaux moments. Le café est très convivial et excellent. Éric est très serviable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
An oasis of peace and tranquility, beautiful sunshine, loved the pool and spectacular veiws. Nyons is a charming place with a great market, we had a delicious meal at the Charette bleu. We feel rested and restored, thank you.
There were 9 of us meeting for the weekend in the beautiful cottage restored by Christophe's hands. Everything was perfect, from communication before the stay, Christophe's welcome and his legendary conviviality! The place is amazing, it's perfect for sharing special moments with friends and family. The cottage is very well equipped, the decoration is also very beautiful and the place allows you to party well. I can only recommend choosing this place for its charm and the quality of its host Christophe’ Thanks again, Hope to see you soon.

Superb deluxe holiday rental - fabulous owner helped enhance many warm memories . Stayed in a family party of 16 over New Year. Great directions and arriving on New years Eve, the owner was waiting by the main gate to great us as the rest of our party had arrive the day previous. The quality of the roof finishes, furnishings, bedding, towels... all outstanding. We had arranged for provisions ahead of our arrival, all were present and correct, even the ham was premium quality Fabulous grounds, cosy sitting rooms and 2 friendly red setters roaming gave a homely feel in what is a stylish deluxe country residence. Fully equipped kitchen with a 1st class chef available, deluxe menus with fine wine options all available. At the owners suggestion we visited Bourges which is 15 minutes away for a cosmopolitan array shops, bars and resturants while also being steeped in history. The gardens even in winter were impressive but the jewel in the crown has to be the cathedral nestled in Napoleonic architecture. Recommended, recommended - Can't wait to go back
Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at your gorgeous Piglet. You are both fabulous hosts - producing treats from your garden, wine and local knowledge. We loved staying here with the swimming pool, the garden and walking into Vouvant to try out the local cafés and restaurants.
Lovely property and surrounding grounds. We enjoyed the pool enormously with everything you provide and also the countryside here.
