Magnifique ! J'ai hâte de revenir. Très beau voyage. J'ai adoré chaque instant.
A beautiful home in a private location- a perfect base. For us, the best bits- The property is all yours. No near neighbours, nobody overlooking you, a private pool (enclosed which is great for young kids). There's loads of grass areas as well, plus a barn with table tennis/ darts etc. There are a lot of fruit trees at the property and we even enjoyed some of these whilst there, though it is possible these attract some extra wasps though this was not a real issue during our stay. The house is 20/25minutes from Bergerac airport, ideal! The location is remote so don't expect to walk in to the local town, and the town itself isn't full of things to see etc. For us, our favourite trips out are Limeuil, Le Bugue, Tremolat and Cadouin for picturesque towns with quaint shops and nice cafes! Amazing prompt communication, The owners couldn't do enough to help. Thanks so much.
Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse ici. La maison est parfaitement équipée et la piscine est très agréable. Hugh et Ian ont été des hôtes fantastiques, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié les prunes et le raisin du jardin qu'ils nous ont offerts.
Une belle propriété, qui est très bien équipée et qui est très bien agencée même pour notre groupe de 6 personnes.

Thank you! We have spent a glorious week at The Loft, which feels like a home away from home. You have been fabulous hosts, and your suggestions of places to visit and vineyards to try have been spot on. After ‘confinement’ in Paris for many months, the pool was a joy. We love the garden and it’s shady spots and enjoyed Mack and Mabel’s company. We can see why people return to this wonderful place, and we hope to be one of them very soon. Thank you again for such a lovely stay.

What a fabulous place to relax and enjoy with the family ! House and pool have been a treat. And a few games of boules... Everything we could have needed. We are all very thankful for this time and hope to be able to return.
We had a great weekend with friends at Mas du Château. Everything was very clean, the house is comfortable and very well decorated, perfectly equipped. We were not able to take advantage of the swimming pool because of the weather. Excellent communication before our arrival and during our stay, very responsive host. Thank you Christophe, we recommend without a second thought!!
Jean and Martyn have created a wonderful place to come for a relaxing holiday. The house is really well equipped with everything you need. Providing 3 fridges was a brilliant idea and the house had great Wi-Fi! The pool was spotless and warm and the pool area was lovely- just across from the house, but not overlooked. The gardens are beautiful and the outside patio and kitchen were fab. We loved the short stroll to the village for bread. It’s a wonderful location. Highly recommended.

Bien que nous n'étions que 4, nous avons profité au maximum de l'espace extérieur disponible, mangeant chaque repas dans une partie différente, en suivant l'ombre. Vous avez été les hôtes les plus parfaits et nous espérons vous revoir un jour.
Il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin dans la maison, y compris des briquets pour le barbecue ! C'était comme si nous étions dans un hôtel avec des serviettes moelleuses et des savons prêts pour nous. L'auberge locale était très relaxante et servait une excellente cuisine. Nous recommandons.
Cédric, another wonderful holiday in your beautiful villa. We enjoyed it so much, with trips towards Narbonne, the Canal du Midi, Pézenas, Gruissan for the stage 16 of the Tour de France, as well as lots of time in the fantastic pool! you wer a great host, showing us your new wine cellar (I didn't drink all the wine!) and telling us your plans to make the house even better. Definitely coming back. Stayed here with my grandchildren, beautiful views, huge pool, morning coffee on the terrace was so peaceful.
We have enjoyed several wonderful visits to this most delightful property set in bucolic rolling countryside. The house is elegant and extremely comfortable, giving maximal privacy inside and out so that guests can enjoy the peace, whether swimming in the lovely pool, or just relaxing in shade or sun. There is also a lovely terrace for al fresco dining and a fabulous collection of books. The creation of the gardens is masterful . We loved the nearby market in Condom and the creamy stone architecture of the area.

We had a great time at Fontalbe with our 3 generations of family. The house and the gardens are stunning.
The property is out in the countryside and provided a very welcome quite location for a relaxing vacation. We stayed here during early August. The property has character, built in traditional stone and has extensive grounds to explore. There is a wonderful view of the Château de Biron from the front of the property. The château is well worth a visit and if you climb to the top you can pick out the property in the distance. The pool is fantastic and we spent many hours by and in the pool. We had great fun playing water volleyball. The house has all amenities that you want, although the Wi-Fi can be slow, but this has to be expected out in the country as I explained to my children! If staying here in the summer, take a walk just before sunset, out the drive and turn left. Just down the road you will catch some great sunsets and you are likely to see lots of deer at the same time. Visit Monpazier a few miles away. It's a great place to find a restaurant and wonder around this beautiful bastide town.
Absolutely gorgeous house. Périgueux and Saint-Émilion were both charming - wonderful food, too. Weather has been idyllic and the swimming pool and loungers were a perfect way to relax. We will greatly miss this house and take with us very happy memories of our holiday here.
It is early spring. My husband and I decide to go to the South of France for a fortnight. Our eye has fallen on La Picholine. It is in the Gard region and close to nice places. Like Uzès, Nîmes, Avignon. What a surprising place on arrival. Two enthusiastic owners, proudly showing off their new domaine. There are two gîtes. A large swimming pool, several terraces and expansive views. Our gîte is very comfortable. Spacious living room with dining kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bedroom is very spacious with good mattresses. Large bathroom with two sinks. As it can be quite chilly in the evening in spring, this cottage has a wood-burning stove with hot air conditioning. It is comfortably warm then. The garden is tastefully decorated. You have your own privacy and that choice is nice. We had a lovely two weeks here and will definitely come back next year. Well equipped, nice pool and amazing views! We had a wonderful time in this beautiful villa. Corinne is a great host, quick to respond and accommodating. The house and especially the kitchen is very well equipped, it had everything we needed and we felt very welcomed. We loved spending the day by the pool and taking in the picture perfect views from the top terrace during the evenings. Seillans and the neighbouring area are a true gem, the nature, nice markets and plenty of local produce. Quiet area but full of life, just perfect. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it!
Jolie maison pleine de charme et authentique à Lusignac. La maison est telle que décrite avec d'excellents équipements pour nos vacances d'été. Nous étions 8 adultes avec 2 bébés (2 ans et 18 mois) et la maison nous a tous très bien accueillis.
This is a very peaceful and relaxing place, it was interesting watching the wine growers gathering their grape harvest, lots of beautiful scenery, places to visit and some lovely restaurants. We enjoyed cooking at the house with the very well equipped kitchen and some very nice decor touches around the house. A fantastic introduction to this part of France. We will return.

We had a wonderful holiday here, the garden and swimming pool area is a real gem and the surroundings are beautiful. We enjoyed visiting the markets in Nyons and Vaison la romaine, the Roman ruins in Vaison and Sault and the cave paintings at Chauvet-pont d’acr are astonishing, we also enjoyed the local wines, it was very special drinking Audrey Latards wonderful wines knowing they are from the vines at the end of the garden, Thank you.
Un château fabuleux et magnifique avec tout ce dont nous aurions pu avoir besoin. Nous avons tous passé un merveilleux moment et espérons que nous pourrons y revenir.
