Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Richelieu. La maison est extrêmement élégante et avait tout le nécessaire. La piscine et les espaces de divertissement à l'extérieur étaient excellents. C'était une maison fantastique.
We had such an amazing time at Katie's beautifully converted property. So much space for relaxing, and for the kids to roam free at the table tennis out building or down by the pool. A very high standard of accommodation and the attention to detail and quality of design really goes to show that being surrounded by good architecture makes you feel good too. We'll be back!

Beautiful property in a great corner of France. The house was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. It is a short walk or bike ride from the village and there are endless options of exploring Le Var further afield. We'd definitely return. Thanks!
Huit jours au Malardier m'ont fait réaliser le bruit impétueux régnant aux Hamptons en août alors que je passais devant les tournesols séchés. Quel était ce son? Juste la brise se déplaçant furtivement entre les tiges, se faufilant jusqu'au bout de la prairie. En une heure de marche, le stress d'une année s'est dissipé.
We had a fantastic week of vacation with friends at Mas du Château. The house, the pool, the bedding, the exteriors... everything is set up to have a perfect time! The house is perfectly insulated so that the most fetards in the group can take care of your feet in the water and the rest can sleep without problem. We'll be happy to go back, including off-season!:) Christophe is an available and attentive host. He has carefully renovated the house with care and commitment.
One week was not long enough. Fabulous house - didn't want to leave. Visit Pézenas, just wonderful and great shopping.
Thank you for the most wonderful stay at the Piglet. From the warm welcome on the first day to our chats, drinks and little contacts throughout the week, you have been as much a highlight of our holiday as the wonderful home. And that is no mean feat... The Piglet Barn is immaculate throughout and has felt like our own home in this beautiful village. You and your friends around town have made us feel so welcome. We have honestly felt so privileged to have met you and we will absolutely be raving about you to friends and family when we get home.

We have had a most amazing week. The weather has been perfect and this beautiful house has been a haven of peace and tranquility for adults and children alike. Needless to say we don't want to go home!

Thank you for the most wonderful month in Château du Marquey. This is the best house we've stayed in. The rooms are all beautiful and extremely comfortable. The grounds, pool and summer kitchen are magnificent. The two dinners by the private chef, Mylène and Édouard, were delicious and a wonderful experience in the gorgeous dining room. It gave us the perfect opportunity to dress up. The cycling for pensioners has helped work off some of the delicious cheese and wine. You and Philippe have been marvellous hosts, accommodating all our guests' various comings and goings. We will be very sad to leave. Thank you so much!
Carole et Jean-Luc ont créé une merveilleuse maison tranquille. C'est de loin la mieux équipée que nous ayons jamais louée - par exemple, la cuisine ne manque absolument de rien du tout ! Elle est très bien située et juste à une courte distance en voiture des attractions locales (par exemple Grasse, Mons, Callian, etc.) ainsi qu'à une courte distance de la Riviera. Nos hôtes ont été d'une grande aide lorsque nous leur avons demandé conseil, et nous espérons qu'un jour nous pourrons revenir.
Can't believe the stay is almost at an end. We have had a lovely time and the weather promised poorly but delivered very well, which enabled daily swimming in the brilliant pool. We all enjoyed the games of TT (table tennis) and boules competitions. So many interesting things to do in the surrounding area; we only managed Bergerac twice. Once for a wine tasting in the wonderful Maison du Vin and once for a very enjoyable boat trip. Golfing Black Kheri and the walk around the lake Les Graoussettes. The cave at Les Eyzies was very informative and curious to note the difference in scenery; handles not to be missed! Apart from the BBQ provided, we happened on Thursday Market at Monpazier; simply great and such a pretty place. We also enjoyed the marché gourmand at Villeréal (every Monday from 6.30pm. Bring tablecloth, cutlery and drinking vessels). Their counterparts in Issigeac on Thursdays during summer. Restaurant L’Atelier in Issigeac was a wonderful treat on our penultimate day and we would suggest booking a place at their mini, shared table and great food and plenty of wine.

Thank you so much for the most amazing weeks stay in Piglet Barn. We honestly had the best time, a perfect family holiday. Thank you for being the most welcoming, warm and charming hosts, you looked after us so well. Thank you for drinks in your home, it was so much fun. We are going to miss our walks around Vouvant and morning coffee in the village. Thank you again so much for being the most amazing hosts, it was a holiday we will never forget. We just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful holiday in your beautiful house. You have made everything so comfortable and easy and it was such a joy to stay there. The location was perfect, such a peaceful spot with stunning views, in a pretty village. It exceeded all of our expectations. The region is so interesting too. We loved it all but especially the salt water swimming pool and the way you have landscaped the whole outside areas. We spent as much time as we could relaxing there. I hope we can return for another holiday soon! Thank you from us all. We couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. It really was perfect.

Wonderful holiday in this beautiful and stylish home! The house has been refurbished to a very high specification and the bedrooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are luxuriously contemporary. The kitchen is impressively well equipped. There is so much to do in the area which is steeped in history and blessed with natural beauty. The Roman ruins at Vaison are a must- see. We were amazed to find the largest archaeological site in France just down the road and the medieval town, on the other side of the river, with its winding streets, is charming. We found it hard to tear ourselves away from the stunning views and the peace and tranquility of the gardens and pool but outings to the hilltop villages of Seguret and Venasque and a wine tasting in Gigondas or Châteauneuf du Pape are experiences not to be missed!
TOP address where it is wonderful to relax, you imagine yourself as a lord and lady! Pure indulgence and warm hospitable owners who do everything they can to pamper you.
We have had a wonderful week. The children have spent almost the entire week in the pool and the adults some wonderful meals at Le Petite Coutures, Verteillac evening market and lunch at La Cour de Miracles. We've loved the views and the full moon rising over the forest was spectacular. Thanks for a lovely stay.
The house had everything we needed, we will hopefully be able to visit again. We had a fantastic weeks stay and while we did some visiting (Mount Ventoux was a highlight), we just appreciated being able to use the swimming pool, table tennis and pool table rooms, some of our skills definitely improved during our holiday. We also loved being able to eat outside and admire the fantastic views.

Quelle magnifique maison. De superbes vues, un véritable second chez-soi, nous ne voulons pas le quitter (c'est pourquoi nous sommes encore là!). Nous avons pu explorer, nager toute la journée dans la piscine, boire de nombreuses bouteilles de rosé et fait du canoë. Merci beaucoup.

Heatwaves, lizards, buzzards, owls, thunderstorms, bakery, wine, wine, wine and cheese. Fabulous house beautifully converted, so French, so homely. We do not want to leave. We're staying. Many thanks. PS Walnuts were marvellous.
Nous revenons tout juste de deux semaines à La Roquette et nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire. Nous sommes un groupe de 10 personnes : deux parents, leurs quatre filles adultes et leurs conjoints. Nous y passons nos vacances chaque année depuis 34 ans et je dois dire que cet endroit est vraiment exceptionnel. Le cadre est magnifique. On y entend les cerfs et les lièvres dans les champs, et le chant des oiseaux est le seul bruit du quotidien. La maison est très bien équipée, avec de grands espaces intérieurs et extérieurs permettant de se retrouver tous ensemble ou de s'isoler, et une superbe piscine, très appréciable pendant la canicule (40 degrés !). Nous avons fait une magnifique visite de vignoble avec dégustation au Domaine Bois de Devès en compagnie de Nick Smith, un charmant vigneron anglais, et nous avons testé plusieurs restaurants recommandés. Le Burger Bar du coin, à seulement 6 minutes, a été un véritable coup de cœur. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute à l'avenir, quand il fera plus frais, pour explorer davantage la région. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe de Pure France, à Patricia, la propriétaire, et à Andrew (le responsable de la piscine), toujours disponibles pour répondre à nos questions et nous aider. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit !
