Merci pour votre hospitalité et de nous avoir permis de séjourner dans cette belle maison. Pendant notre séjour, nous avons beaucoup apprécié L'abbaye de Fontevraud - si belle et merveilleuse à explorer pour nous et nos enfants, Chinon - un tel caractère, même sous la pluie, l'atout doux du vin Coteaux du Layon (c'est magnifique, merci ), Azay le Rideau - un si beau village, de nombreuses boutiques intéressantes, des rues joliment présentées, Mona Pizza à Saumur, malgré le nom les pizzas (four à bois) étaient incroyables ! L'église de Cunault - magnifique 14ème siècle, les jardins du château de Villandry - les jardins étaient magnifiques, Montreuil ville basse - un charmant village, un magnifique château au centre et un grand atelier de poterie, la piscine et le jardin ! Apprécié par nous tous tous les jours. Le gîte était un vrai chez-soi, un vrai plaisir d'y séjourner. Nous espérons y revenir un jour !

Maison does Vignobles is a fabulous place to stay to rest, relax and explore the Lot region. The hosts, Debbie and Rupert, were wonderful - generous, professional and totally welcoming. They supply everything you need and even more, with small surprises provided during our time there. We would highly recommend it and will return when we can.
La villa était absolument magnifique et située dans un endroit calme comme mentionné dans la description (le seul bruit étant les grillons mais c'était apaisant). L'aménagement de la maison en 3 bâtiments séparés a vraiment fonctionné pour notre groupe familial élargi, en plus de différentes zones dans le jardin dans lesquelles vous pouvez vous asseoir qui permettent aux gens d'avoir un moment de calme si nécessaire. Je recommanderais les restaurants du village, mais sachez qu'ils n'ouvrent pas le lundi. Un séjour très agréable et reposant.
Breathtaking. What a hidden gem! All the fotos of Château Velouse do not do the place justice. From the minute you enter the gates and see this magnificent château, glowing in the sunshine at the end of a sweeping drive, you know you are in for a treat. Our wonderful hosts. Claire and Phil greeted us and gave us a tour of the main building and grounds. The interior is exquisitely appointed. All the rooms are large and meticulously clean. The bedrooms are huge and comfortable without being over-fussy. The bathroom - lion clawed bath and walk-in shower - what more could you ask for after a hard day sitting beside the spotlessly clean and well-maintained outdoor pool. There's plenty of places within an hour to explore close by, so if sun-worshipping isn't your thing, like me, go to Bourges and wander around this medieval city, All in all, Château Velouse is an experience I'll never forget and one I hope to revisit
La maison est géniale, chaque chambre possède son indépendance en terme de douche et WC. Elle est très spacieuse et bien fournie: un billard, Ping pong, barbecue, rétroprojecteur, énorme cuisine/bar très bien équipée et piscine (non chauffée). L’hôtesse d’accueil est très sympa.
Thank you for being such wonderful hosts and for making our stay so relaxing and enjoyable. Your Loft is superb - the best rental property we have stayed in complete with an excellent and safe swimming pool and large garden, which it was very nice to play hide and seek in. Everything was beautifully laid out with amazing attention to detail and very well equipped. We have had a great two weeks here.
Tres belle maison, parfaite pour un grand groupe de personnes comme le notre (10+, plusieurs familles). Tout est là pour les enfants! Hôtes tres accueillants qui ont répondu immédiatement lorsqu'il y avait une demande. En bordure d'un beau petit village, la majorité des choses à faire sont à environ 30-45 minutes de la maison. We have enjoyed several wonderful visits to this most delightful property set in bucolic rolling countryside. The house is elegant and extremely comfortable, giving maximal privacy inside and out so that guests can enjoy the peace, whether swimming in the lovely pool, or just relaxing in shade or sun. There is also a lovely terrace for al fresco dining and a fabulous collection of books. The creation of the gardens is masterful . We loved the nearby market in Condom and the creamy stone architecture of the area.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en mars dans cette grande maison très bien aménagée et superbement équipée pour accueillir notre groupe de 11 personnes. De belles prestations dans la maison, de la literie de qualité et un paradis pour les enfants. Avec sa grande piscine, ses deux terrasses et ses nombreux jeux de plein air, le domaine doit être encore plus apprécié en saison estivale. Nous recommandons chaudement cette location, idéale pour les grandes familles ou les groupes d'amis. Nous avons pu découvrir un cadre enchanteur dans la région . Nous avons apprécié le calme et la beauté de la campagne environnante. Evidemment, nous n'avons pas pu résister à l'envie de déguster les extraordinaires produits locaux (vins, gastronomie, ...). Un endroit exceptionnel dans lequel nous reviendrons passer des vacances.
Terrific house with fabulous views, close to town. Our family of five had a perfect holiday. The house is spacious, filled with light and very well appointed. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces a lot, including the pool, the large terrace with stunning views and summer kitchen. It was easy to get to grocery stores and activities in the region. Our teenagers loved being able to walk to the village and explore the area. We all enjoyed walking or jogging on the path by the canal, accessible from the garden. We highly recommend this property!
Les propriétaires sont des hôtes exceptionnels, très accueillants, flexibles et disponibles. Leur maison est très bien équipée, et la vue sur la côte est absolument époustouflante. Je recommande vivement cette maison et leurs hôtes, tout s'est déroulé bien au-delà de nos attentes. Nous reviendrons!
Beautiful house, best we have ever stayed in. All the comforts of home and so tastefully decorated. Will definitely be back with the family. We had a wonderful holiday.
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house, beside the river. Everything really comfortable and close to lots of things to do. We had a lovely day in Bordeaux visiting the fantastic cathedral and the great shops. Sadly, we are going home tomorrow but will remember our visit fondly.
J'ai séjourné dans cette superbe villa avec mes 3 enfants (13, 12 et 10 ans). C'est une très belle maison sur une belle propriété avec beaucoup de choses à faire à moins de 30 minutes en voiture. En fin de journée après les visites diverses, la piscine et la terrasse étaient parfaites pour se reposer, apprécier la belle vue et goûter aux vins locaux. Il y a tout le necessaire pour passer un superbe séjour en famille. Je recommande vivement cette maison!

We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful home. The kitchen and living area was so spacious and comfortable and the outside space was equally ideal. The pool was delightful and spacious allowing the six of us to enjoy it at the same time. The kitchen had everything we could ask for - literally home from home. The only regret about this holiday was having only one week there as it wasn’t long enough! We most definitely would return.

Wonderful holiday in this beautiful and stylish home! The house has been refurbished to a very high specification and the bedrooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are luxuriously contemporary. The kitchen is impressively well equipped. There is so much to do in the area which is steeped in history and blessed with natural beauty. The Roman ruins at Vaison are a must- see. We were amazed to find the largest archaeological site in France just down the road and the medieval town, on the other side of the river, with its winding streets, is charming. We found it hard to tear ourselves away from the stunning views and the peace and tranquility of the gardens and pool but outings to the hilltop villages of Seguret and Venasque and a wine tasting in Gigondas or Châteauneuf du Pape are experiences not to be missed!
Merci pour ces belles vacances. Votre maison est magnifique, bien équipée et très propre. La piscine est incroyable, si merveilleuse pour se rafraîchir et les enfants se sont bien amusés à y jouer tous les jours. Nous avons adoré Lagrasse, la ville de Carcassonne et le lac près de Carcassonne a été très apprécié par les enfants. Nous avons mangé aux Vins de Dagne quelques soirs et la nourriture et le vin étaient excellents. Dommage que le magasin soit fermé, cela aurait juste rendu les choses un peu plus faciles mais les croissants/baguettes que nous avons commandés aux Vins de Dagne étaient super. Les moustiques étaient un peu pénibles et la chaleur extrême vers la fin de notre séjour - mais c'est la nature ! Merci également beaucoup pour toute votre aide et vos conseils !

Mon mari et moi avons passé une semaine merveilleuse à la Maison Estephe. Quelle magnifique maison, c'était très agréable de séjourner dans une maison insolite! Nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin et la maison était très bien rangée et propre. Merci encore de nous avoir permis de rester chez vous.

A hidden gem in France, a great place to slow down! The rolling hills, amazing pool and views to die for. Perfect.
Unusually for a rental, both the house and cottage are exceptionally stylishly decorated. Elegant yet tranquil, each space has a different but harmonious feel. It has all the comforts you could possibly want, including a well stocked kitchen, recently re-done and so thoughtfully laid out, it is a joy to cook in. The garden has been planted so prettily, as you look out beyond the sweeping beds of fragrant lavender, to the gently rolling fields beyond. The Persian garden is just ravishing, certainly unique and the water features most pleasing. The infinity pool is generously sized for those who enjoy their lengths, the water temperature just right. The property itself is tucked away at the end of a tiny, yet enchanting and very peaceful hamlet. It is in a corner of France which is heaven for foodies, spoilt for choice with plenty of markets, lovely produce and an excellent offering of local restaurants.
