Lovely private pool and terrace with comfortable accommodation in a picturesque village. Hosts were discrete but friendly and very helpful. The restaurant a short stroll away is definitely worth a visit. Nice walks on the doorstep.
I just want to say what a wonderful week we spent at Maison Tilleul. From the moment we arrived (and a mere 20 minutes from Carcassonne airport, how fabulous!) we just fell into the house which had everything we needed for a super relaxed holiday with the children and my father. Having good internet for the children (when we allowed them!) was great and a wonderful pool close to the house so everyone was together made a huge difference. Loved that we could pop to Limoux for a ‘pression’ in the evening and Carcassonne is amazing to visit, for shopping and sightseeing. And we were lucky enough to be there during the festival and saw Rag’n’Bone Man! Will definitely come back, it was so easy to get to and the house has everything we need and more.
Quelle belle maison bien aménagée dans un endroit magnifique. Malgré un peu de pluie, nos invités et nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour de deux semaines. Merci aux propriétaires qui ont été des hôtes parfaits - serviables, sympathiques et disponibles en cas de besoin, sans empiéter d'un pouce sur notre intimité. Nous n'aurions pas pu demander mieux, ni à Pure France ni au Domaine de Nérige. Vous avez conçu la maison de vacances parfaite et nous et nos invités aurions été heureux de pouvoir rester plus longtemps, beaucoup plus longtemps. Jusqu'à ce que nous nous réunissons à nouveau, meilleurs vœux. xx
We had a lovely lazy two weeks by the pool! With the hot weather the air conditioning was very welcoming at night time. We have used Pure France several times over the last 6 years and this villa has definitely been the best equipped and most accurately described. 5 / 5.
À la fin de longues vacances bien remplies un peu partout en France, la propriété a été un bel endroit où se détendre. Les jardins et la piscine sont parfaits, les propriétaires étaient sympathiques et serviables. Maison très propre, bien agencée, confortable. Assez proche pour aller où l'on voulait le long de la Côte d'Azur, mais paisible quand on voulait se ressourcer. Une semaine n'a pas suffit. Je reviendrai certainement ici si nous voyageons à nouveau en France.
What an amazing week in a stunning home. The house is exquisitely designed and the attention to detail is fantastic. The views are beautiful and the area so quiet and peaceful. I slept in one of the bedrooms on the ground floor and had the best night's sleep I've had for years… the mattress is heavenly. Not many people can lie in bed watching red squirrels leaping through the surrounding trees can they! The small kitchen area on the ground floor along with the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms means the whole floor can be very separate and quiet if two families were to share the house. The middle floor is a great entertaining space with a spotless and very modern kitchen with dining / living area leading out to the garden and pool. It was a real treat to have the local bar / restaurant within a short walking distance. It's very easy to sit and enjoy the local wine! The one thing I hadn't bargained for was the abundance of wildlife, although with the roads being so quiet I suppose I shouldn't have been surprised. The red squirrels and deer can be seen from the balconies and fantastic infinity pool overlooking the valley. The cushions for the outdoor furniture are very comfy. Once again, there are various areas to sit / eat and enjoy the garden if different age groups or families stay here. So to sum it all up…a fab holiday home in beautiful surroundings – 10 / 10. PS If you attempt the puzzle in the games cupboard… start it as soon as you arrive because it's tricky but irresistible!
De retour d'Australie avec ma famille d'Angleterre. Nous avons eu une chaleur étouffante ici, alors nous avons adoré nager dans votre belle piscine et nous avons été ravis d'être à nouveau ici. Merci Jackie.
Un endroit réellement aussi charmant que ses hôtes. Le sentiment d'excitation que vous ressentez lorsque vous tombez sur un trésor ne nous a pas quittés de toute la semaine. Les photos ne lui rendent pas justice. Nous nous sommes sentis complètement chez nous. Le chant des oiseaux, des enfants rieurs et la vue d'un cerf dans les vastes jardins étaient des moments magiques. Dans une superbe région de la France avec d'innombrables endroits où séjourner. À découvrir.
Lots of space for 3 generations of family. Kids loved pool house brilliant and they loved playing in grounds. Playroom kept kids entertained. Lots of toys and videos. Excellent. Gas BBQ was fab. Lovely cooker and dishwasher, tumble dryer made for easy holiday. Takayla and Nick excellent hosts, great welcome and nice to know they are on hand for any problems. Would come back again.
The house is great. Lovely warm pool, table tennis table, huge grounds, lovely area, lots of culture nearby, nice local town with excellent market.
Nous avons passé des vacances fantastiques ici! La piscine était super, tout comme le temps. La maison était également très bien et très confortable. Le jardin était incroyable, nous vivions pratiquement à l'extérieur. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour ici et je la recommanderai certainement à nos amis et à notre famille.
Nous avons eu une superbe expérience: tout était préparé pour nous à l'arrivée, une magnifique propriété pour toute la famille. Une semaine n'a pas été suffisante, mais merci à la femme de ménage Vicki et à notre jardinier responsable de l'entretien de la piscine John, ils ont été extrêmement gentils et rien n'était jamais trop leur demander. Le golf à cinq minutes était un fantastique cadeau d'anniversaire, un beau parcours avec tennis au sein du club de golf. Des vacances incroyables, un sans faute, que je recommanderais certainement. 10 sur 10.
Absolutely blissful stay. Beautiful home. The pool was perfect. Views outstanding. Communication was spot on. Wonderful place to have a holiday. Would go back in an instant.
Un petit mot pour vous remercier d'avoir organisé notre semaine de vacances au Domaine de Brugairolles. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et avons apprécié notre séjour au Domaine. Malheureusement, le temps n'était pas au beau fixe, ce qui a légèrement perturbé le déroulement des vacances ! Nous avons toutefois apprécié visiter Carcassonne, Mirepoix et Limoux – c'est une très jolie région de France. Les quatre maisons sont bien aménagées et confortables. L'espace piscine avec son fabuleux coin cuisine/salle à manger/salon est superbe. La cuisine est équipée de tout le nécessaire, avec de nombreux réfrigérateurs. C'est le véritable atout du lieu ! Nous avons également apprécié la proximité du vignoble, de son restaurant et de son bar indépendant. Les promenades autour du vignoble et dans le paisible village de Brugairolles sont également excellentes. Un autre atout : toutes les installations sportives. Zoé, la gérante, a été extrêmement serviable, a cuisiné et nous a laissé un délicieux dîner le soir de notre arrivée. Elle était tout aussi sympathique que sa fille Melissa. Un grand merci encore pour votre aide.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! The house and views are gorgeous. We loved visiting Saint-Clar, Condom and off course Lectoure, which has everything you could wish for including the fantastic spa. What a relaxing treat!
Well, we all made it and have had the best time. This year we have certainly made use of the pool - even Chris! We have had some splendid lunches out and have found yet more restaurants and generally had a very enjoyable and relaxing time. As ever, we thank you for your wonderful hospitality. We can’t wait to be back - Chris and I are coming back in October when we hope it won’t be quite so hot!

Un séjour incroyable dans une propriété absolument magnifique. Une attention particulière portée aux détails, tant esthétiques que pratiques, ainsi qu'une hospitalité et une générosité de premier ordre de la part de nos hôtes, Gary et Mark. Nous avons passé une semaine tellement reposante et reposante, et nous y retournons, totalement convertis au Cognac !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette demeure historique, ancienne orangerie du château bâtie sur les remparts du XIVeme siècle. En plus du charme de la maison, celle ci est très bien organisée autour de différents espaces qui multiplient la diversité des expériences. Que ce soit en famille ou entre amis, chacun a son espace tout en offrant beaucoup de convivialité. La maison est très bien équipée, du Ping Pong à la raclette en passant par une cuisine avec beaucoup d électroménager. La literie est remarquable. Enfin l endroit est à la fois un havre de paix et sa proximité directe avec le village et ses nombreuses activités estivales en font un endroit unique.
Nous avons passé un très bon moment à la villa, elle est magnifique et la piscine et les jardins sont incroyables. Nous venons en France depuis de nombreuses années et séjournons toujours dans un endroit différent et c'est la première fois que nous disons que nous envisagerons de revenir dans une propriété. Rien ne manque. L'intérieur est également spacieux, avec des chambres séparées. La maison est très adaptée à une grande famille et/ou pour 3 couples de par son agencement. La chambre principale est immense et la salle de bain séparée est très luxueuse et également spacieuse. L'endroit est très adapté pour un agréable dîner formel dans la salle à manger séparée. Nous avons mangé à l'extérieur tout le temps mais l'intérieur est très agréable aussi. Mon petit devait choisir entre le piano à queue et la piscine, un dilemme majeur. La piscine est suffisamment grande pour y nager et pas seulement pour y jouer. Elle est entourée de buissons de lavande pour une véritable expérience française. Duras est proche, vous y trouverez quelques magasins, bars et restaurants ainsi que des boulangeries, une boucherie, une pizzeria et un supermarché. Vous devriez visiter le Château de Duras, c'est une recommandation si vous avez des enfants. En résumé, je ne devrais pas trop la recommander... pour la garder pour nous !
We recently spent a week at Le Manoir des Sines and I have been trying to settle on the precise word to describe this property and our experience of it. That word is 'sublime'. Utterly sublime! We knew we were in for something special from the photo gallery and description of the property but nothing could prepare us for the magic of being there. Everything from the outdoor kitchen to the magnificent pool terrace to the cinema room to the resident nutri bullet– we had everything we wanted. We loved the white washed stone, the enormous sense of space that never made our group of nine feel lost, the gorgeous, rustic décor, the myriad paintings everywhere. Honestly, I can't imagine anything more sublime than a stay at Le Manoir des Sines.
Un magnifique cottage avec une grande piscine privée et deux excellents restaurants à seulement 5 minutes à pied. Charmant.
This lovely home, just on the outskirts of the old historic town of Pezenas, is everything we hoped it would be. A short stroll into the town centre with bars, restaurants and bakeries a plenty! All offering great value ! Aside from the location, the house is well equipped, clean and very comfortable. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms. A lovely sitting area outside for outdoor dining. The sun is over the pool and on the sun lounges well into the evening. The Games room was well used and a great area for teenagers to have space for themselves. The area has much to offer, something for everyone to enjoy! Walking, cycling or lazy days on the beach in Sete or Agde (both offer water sports).Kayaking in Saint Guilherme de Desert or wine tasting in La Croix Belle or Picpoul (neither to far from the house.) The market day on Saturday is fabulous! Thank you to owners and managers!
Just back from a week's stay at Villa La Baronne. I understand this is a newly renovated property and it is very clear that no expense has been spared on the project. It is a large property that could suit more than one family or a group of friends and can sleep up to 14 people. Every detail has been lovingly considered and stylishly executed. Bedrooms are beautifully appointed with elegant furnishings and comfortable beds. The house has been designed to offer endless activities both inside and out. We were lucky with the weather for October and so were able to use the huge and stunning Swimming Pool, the Jacuzzi, Pétanque pitch and the specially installed Croquet Lawn. In the evening, we took advantage of the cinema and games room, playing pool, table football, ping pong, chess and darts. A brilliant house for families with teens! There is even a huge TV, especially for use with games consoles. The house has a beautiful kitchen, fully equipped with every gadget you could require. Although we didn't use it, there is also a BBQ for evenings on the huge terrace. The property is situated on the banks of the River Tarn and is surrounded by beautiful mature trees and a large garden. It was a very quick and easy drive from the airport and local amenities for food shopping. The local village, a ten-minute walk away, was very quiet but does have a pleasant local restaurant and within a few minutes by car you can access larger towns. In less than 40 minutes we reached Toulouse centre and the beautiful town of Albi and I gather there are many other attractions within an hour from the property. Although we were briefly aware of a party at the neighbouring property, we found the location very peaceful, with lovely dark skies at night for star gazing. The Wi-Fi was extremely good and there is plenty of parking. All in all we would highly recommend this property, which is of the highest quality. Our thanks to the charming hosts.
Belle maison, très bien aménagée avec des lits confortables et une vue imprenable. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour, la région est magnifique et le village charmant et calme.
Je voulais juste vous envoyer un e-mail pour vous dire à quel point nous apprécions notre séjour. La maison est ravissante, la piscine magnifique et les jolis jardins sont totalement sécurisés pour notre chien qui sommeille actuellement sous le vieil olivier ! Philippe est charmant et totalement respectueux de notre besoin d'intimité. La maison a dépassé nos attentes et vous avez parfaitement rempli notre mission. En fait, nous envisageons encore 2 semaines ici l'année prochaine.
This is an ideal holiday home if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing time surrounded by beautiful countryside. There are no other houses nearby, yet you are only a 10 minute drive from the nearby Bastide of Monpazier and larger town of Villareal, where there are shops, restaurants, markets etc. The pool is a good size and well maintained and the house is very well equipped. We have been coming to France for over 10 years and this is the only property which has enticed us back for 2 years running.
This is a wonderfully quiet place to spend time in provence. Located within walking distance from the many attractions of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence its restaurants and its old town, it is a beautifully appointed home with an inviting swimming pool and check out the new pool shower - delightful. Within easy driving distance are a variety of wineries for your tasting pleasure.
And so ends another fabulous two weeks at the Loft du Vigneron. Everything we said in September 2017 remains absolutely appropriate. Karen and Russell, you do such a magnificent job in presenting The Loft - you really are in a league of your own. Please know how much everything you do is so appreciated - it all makes to provide such a fantastic holiday base. How we would love to stay on for another two weeks now - but this will have to wait until next year! We've loved spending time with you again - the boules tournament is firmly in the memory bank! Really sorry about the tea, Russell! Case for the defence: salt does look like sugar when you've had a drink or two! Good luck with the Chambres d'Hotes - it's looking fabulous.
