C'est une très belle villa dans un endroit merveilleux. Les touches personnelles et l'approche des propriétaires en font un endroit très spécial et nous reviendrons à l'avenir. Une villa très spéciale que nous adorons. Toute l'expérience est également grandement facilitée par Frédéric et la façon dont il gère la propriété et interagit avec les vacanciers. Cela fait une grande différence.

A very beautiful setting for our first family trip to Europe! The villa and surrounds were so beautiful that nobody wanted to go anywhere… just sit and relax. A fantastic kitchen helped us feed our big group. Brent and Debbie were very welcoming and made our week very special. Thank you.
Mon mari et moi avons loué cette charmante maison pendant 2 semaines en août avec nos 2 jeunes filles et nous prévoyons déjà d'y retourner l'année prochaine ! Tout d'abord, la piscine est magnifique. C'est immense et impeccable et on pouvait à peine en sortir les filles ! La maison est grande et spacieuse et les salles de bain récemment décorées m'ont donné l'impression d'être à Soho House ! La maison est située dans une charmante petite ville au bord du Canal du Midi. Il y a un immense caviste à côté et plusieurs bars et restaurants accessibles à pied sur le quai. Nous avons fait des excursions d'une journée à la plage de Gruissan et de Leucate, qui étaient de superbes stations balnéaires méditerranéennes et à peine 40 minutes.
Nous avons passé un moment des plus merveilleux dans votre charmante maison. Bien que nous n'étions que 4, nous avons profité au maximum de l'espace extérieur disponible, mangeant chaque repas dans une partie différente, en suivant l'ombre. Vous avez été les hôtes les plus parfaits et nous espérons vous revoir un jour.

Nous serions ravis de revenir x Nous avons passé une semaine incroyable ici à la Maison La Pérouse. Oscar et Olive ont tous deux adoré explorer le jardin. Oscar a particulièrement aimé jouer à cache-cache dans les bois, faire des tours sur le trampoline et repérer les poissons dans l'étang. La piscine a été fantastique et nous avons adoré les nuits ensoleillées le soir dans le jardin. Merci Sue, Pat et Amber pour votre merveilleuse hospitalité et vos recommandations. This was our second visit to Villa Kali. It remains the best of all our summer visits to France. The villa is so well appointed and well placed for easy access to the superb area. It is extremely well looked after by both the owner and her local staff. The provision of everything one needs makes for a very relaxed holiday. We had no hesitation in booking this accommodation again and would not look elsewhere on subsequent visits. Most definitely a 5 from both of us.
Lovely house in nice authentic village. We really enjoyed staying in this house in Nissan. We especially loved the pool area and the terrace where we spent most of our time when we weren't out exploring the area. It's in a perfect location within a few minutes' walk from the town square with bars and a couple of pizza restaurants. There is a market 3 times a week, which we also really enjoyed. Paul who met us on arrival and was available throughout our stay for any questions is a really nice guy who speaks good English. It's within easy driving distance of Narbonne, Montpellier and Béziers and about 20 minutes from the beach. You can tell that this is a well-loved house by friendly owners Terry and Carol and we would recommend this house to anyone seeking an authentic French experience in comfortable surroundings.
Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. La vieille ville de Carcassonne, la jolie Minerve, de bons restaurants de gastronomie locale. Grand café en bas de la rue à Félines-Minervois pour un long déjeuner. La piscine est un régal pour se rafraîchir. J'espère revenir.
We have had a fabulous week. Weather brilliant. Amazing house, pool, views, olive grove. Perfect. Thank you very much for our wonderful stay in your beautiful villa. We particularly the swimming pool to cool down. We really enjoyed the surrounding scenery in which we star gazed in every evening. We really liked the films and games upstairs in the evening. We liked the trampoline and table tennis were awesome. Thank you.

We have spent a wonderful week at the Loft du Vigneron. It has been an ideal base to tour from to see some most interesting places steeped in history. We enjoyed returning to the comfort of the Loft each evening - a true home away from home, equipped with everything we could want - and more! The Loft is beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable. As a bonus, it has great lighting, a rarity in so many holiday rental properties. Good luck with the renovations. Maybe we can return some day and experience staying in the new rooms.
What a beautiful house, we loved the decor and the private setting. It was the perfect place to relax during our French road trip.
Ma femme et moi avons passé nos deux semaines de vacances au Petit Pigeonnier du Lot avec nos quatre adolescents. C'est vrai ce que les autres critiques ont mentionné - les photos ne lui rendent pas justice - le logement est immense et le salon est tout simplement magnifique. L'emplacement est parfait, complètement silencieux et paisible, mais pas trop loin de la boulangerie, des activités et des villes locales. Debbie et Rupert étaient si accueillants, nous nous sommes immédiatement sentis chez nous. Il n'y avait pas de problème trop pu important pour eux, et Debbie nous a aidés à réserver des activités locales et des dîners. C'était la pause dont nous avions besoin depuis si longtemps, merci beaucoup.
Un accueil chaleureux de Frédéric qui nous a fait nous sentir comme à la maison. Nous nous sommes rapidement installés dans votre belle villa et dans ce cadre magnifique. La piscine était magnifique et a été appréciée de tous. Nous n'hésiterons pas à recommander la propriété à d'autres. Bella : C'était les meilleures vacances de ma vie ! (8 ans).

Breathtaking. What a hidden gem! All the fotos of Château Velouse do not do the place justice. From the minute you enter the gates and see this magnificent château, glowing in the sunshine at the end of a sweeping drive, you know you are in for a treat. Our wonderful hosts. Claire and Phil greeted us and gave us a tour of the main building and grounds. The interior is exquisitely appointed. All the rooms are large and meticulously clean. The bedrooms are huge and comfortable without being over-fussy. The bathroom - lion clawed bath and walk-in shower - what more could you ask for after a hard day sitting beside the spotlessly clean and well-maintained outdoor pool. There's plenty of places within an hour to explore close by, so if sun-worshipping isn't your thing, like me, go to Bourges and wander around this medieval city, All in all, Château Velouse is an experience I'll never forget and one I hope to revisit

Tout était parfait : un hébergement impeccable et d'une propreté irréprochable, un cadre paisible et une atmosphère chaleureuse qui reflète votre gentillesse et votre générosité. Vos attentions, votre disponibilité et toutes vos petites délicatesses ont contribué à rendre ces vacances vraiment inoubliables. Et comment ne pas avoir une pensée particulière pour Stanley, votre adorable compagnon, qui a lui aussi apporté tant de charme à notre séjour ! Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et le cœur rempli de gratitude. Merci du fond du cœur pour tout. Three night weekend stay with friends. Very comfortable accommodation decorated to a high standard. Upstairs kitchen, lounge and patio looked over the pool. Brilliant. It was Bastille weekend and World Cup final. Lots going on in village square, bars and restaurants. Beach about 20 minutes drive - really nice with excellent restaurant. Shops and supermarket close by were very helpful. Visited Béziers and Narbonne about 30 minutes drive. Well worth the trip We had a great time and will definitely go back again!
We have spent two delightful weeks ago Maison Labarde belonging to Jean and Martin. Over 30 years we have stayed in more than a dozen properties in France and if we rated them all this would be at the top. It is in a part of France that we are familiar with and we enjoyed the local markets and the history of the bastide towns. A visit to a recently renovated château was well worth it. It was set in beautiful grounds with impressive pool and gazebo. As well as dining terrace and outdoor kitchen. The gite itself was roomy and very well equipped. We wanted for nothing. And it was certainly value for money. Jean and Martin were perfect hosts - just the right balance between being available when we needed them and leaving us to our privacy. I cannot end without mentioning Tanner the superb, well behaved, friendly, German Shepherd. We lost our hearts to him as well as this beautiful holiday home. We would happily return another year.
From the moment I arrived at Les Cazettes, I was completely mesmerised by it. Every corner of the villa has the most beautiful architecture, thoughtful design and authentic charm in every detail, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. Each room is a masterpiece. All that beautiful furniture and chandeliers speak of timeless elegance and gives it much more personality than any modern soulless contemporary interior designs that is more common to find among luxury villas. As someone who deeply values nature, the villa's surroundings became my nirvana place. With colourful fields that seem to stretch infinitely and forests that attract to explore it, there’s a certain magic that Les Cazettes holds. The air here is different - it’s charged with an energy so vibrant, yet very calming. It's rare to find a place that can give you the feeling of being home, especially when you're miles away from what you’ve always known. It’s an oasis where happiness isn’t just felt, it's lived. I've spent such beautiful moments here, makes me feel so warmly nostalgic as I write this review. Bring your favourite people with you and step into that bubble that feels from another world. A place where joy isn’t just a sporadic emotion but a permanent atmosphere that surrounds you. It's not just a holiday spot - it’s an experience, a journey, a lifestyle that I never wanted to end.
