Spent a wonderful and relaxing 2 weeks in this villa last year and have just booked to return again this summer. The villa is modern, spacious and very well equipped and with internet and satellite it fully met the needs of our teenagers. The outdoor area with pool is beautiful, well maintained and private. The location is within walking distance of the lovely village of Fitou and a short drive to the beaches and many other attractions. Communication with the owner Julie has been prompt, easy and helpful. We would highly recommend this villa and are looking forward to our next visit!
Nous avons passé des vacances fantastiques au Manoir Coteaux. Le jardin était idéal pour que nos enfants et notre chien puissent jouer et explorer et la piscine était bel et bien utilisée tous les jours, même les jours les plus frais grâce au chauffage ! Les gonflables en cadeau de bienvenue ont été très apprécié et fait énormément plaisir. L'espace barbecue offre une superbe vue en soirée. Nous avons séjourné dans le manoir principal et avons apprécié le caractère et le charme de la propriété, tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Un merci spécial à Tracey qui a préparé plusieurs repas au manoir pour que nous puissions en profiter sans avoir à conduire jusqu'au restaurant. Nous nous sommes aventurés à l'extérieur à quelques reprises et recommandons vivement le restaurant Le Lac à Argenton, d'autant plus qu'il accueille les chiens en terrasse. Elanor, Roger et Tracey ont vraiment répondu à tous nos besoins et nous ont bien recommandé sur les choses à faire ainsi que réglé tout problème rencontré. C'était nos premières vacances en famille depuis que le Covid a réduit nos vacances régulières habituelles à l'étranger. L'emplacement et la facilité d'accès pour nous depuis Jersey font désormais des vacances dans une maison en location dans la Loire une alternative très attrayante aux voyages internationaux, et nous nous sentions assez en sécurité partout où nous allions avec les mesures en place, mais aussi grâce à la possibilité de restez loin de la foule et passez du temps en famille dans une belle propriété. Nous le referons très certainement.
Nous avons pleinement profité de notre semaine dans ce magnifique cottage de conte de fées. Le cadre est superbe, des charmants jardins qui entourent la maison aux arbres gracieux qui entourent la piscine. La grande piscine était l'endroit idéal pour se détendre, malgré les températures qui ont dépassé les 40 °C cette semaine. Le cottage est frais et spacieux, et offre tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. Son emplacement est également idéal pour explorer la région, riche en sites historiques intéressants et en villages charmants à visiter. Nos hôtes, Caterina et Stephen, étaient sympathiques et accueillants. Ils ont veillé à notre intimité, tout en restant toujours disponibles en cas de besoin. Nous recommandons sans hésiter ce magnifique cottage et espérons pouvoir y retourner prochainement.
Magique. Lieu magique, parc paysagé incroyable et maison très agréable à vivre. Bravo aux propriétaires qui ont sublimé le lieu avec une très belle âme! Avec la piscine et le très beau temps que nous avons eu, le séjour est parfait. Merci.
Fabulous house accommodating everyone in comfort, superb location and fantastic views. The family particularly enjoyed the warm pool and al fresco dining. Lorraine who greeted us was super friendly and helpful, responding quickly when we had questions. Highly recommend this property
We had a lovely weeks break at this beautiful house in this lovely old historic town. The food was lovely, the beach 20 minutes away was nice and quiet and our children absolutely loved it there as well as enjoying the lovely and very warm pool! The house itself caters for all your needs. A perfect week away at a beautiful house in the perfect location for you to enjoy all the area has to offer.
C'est une jolie villa. Probablement l'une des mieux aménagées dans lesquelles nous ayons jamais séjourné. La piscine et les espaces extérieurs sont tout simplement délicieux. Notre petite-fille de 2 ans et demi a aimé ramasser de merveilleuses prunes et jouer avec les jeux et jouets de la petite bibliothèque. Les adultes ont apprécié la magnifique vue sur les couchers de soleil. Comme notre environnement est paisible, surtout quand nous sommes habitués au bruit de la circulation en ville ! Un merci tout spécial à Frédéric qui nous a aidé lorsque nous avons eu une petite urgence médicale.
Heaven on Earth. Our two week stay at Villa Chiavari was an absolute dream; I could not be more enthusiastic in recommending this home to anyone looking to spend their vacation in a veritable paradise. We were 2 couples, 3 children and 1 grandparent and booked an 'off-season' holiday at the end of September. Not long after our arrival we realised a major perk of booking 'off season': uncrowded beaches with absolutely perfect summer weather! Villa Chiavari's spectacular ocean-view infinity pool is surrounded by lounge-chairs and palm trees and bordered by a lush garden... good luck ever tearing yourself away. I should also mention that this lavish pool area is accessible by both the main living quarters of the house and by the bedrooms, which we found extremely convenient for our kids and elderly grandparent. Pool amenities also include a shaded lounge and dining area (also with an ocean view), a barbecue, outdoor refrigerator, pool toys and floats and easy access to a downstairs kitchenette. The grounds at the front of the house include a lush garden, an elevated hammock-hideaway in a quiet shady corner and an outdoor eating area punctuated by a lovely little fountain. The bedrooms are attractively furnished, comfortable and very clean. Five out of six have full attached bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning, as is the main area of the house. The upstairs living/dining/den areas are elegant yet cozy at the same time and the entire back 'wall' of this floor is composed of large sliding glass doors that open onto a beautiful terrace running the length of the entire villa. There is a dining area and lounge on this upper terrace as well! The kitchen has every piece of equipment you can think of and if you're looking for the ultimate in extravagance, the owners will set you up with your own chef. They arranged for us a very personable French cook who prepared truly delicious, fresh meals that even our children were not afraid to eat. Sublime. Speaking of kids, families will find this home very child-safe. There are gates on stairways, the entire property is fenced-in (artfully disguised by beautiful flowers and foliage) and there is a smattering of children's furniture (highchair etc) available for use. We were also really comforted by the fact that the owners of this home are easily reached and are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be booking again and I encourage anyone interested in perfection to do the same!

Très belle maison, propre, récemment rénovée et joliment design tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. La vue est incroyable, Mougins est un joli village à quelques pas de la villa où nous avons trouvé d'excellents restaurants recommandés par Jane. Fortement recommandée pour une famille ou un groupe d'amis. Merci!
La maison de Sam correspondait à ce que nous recherchions pour une famille avec des enfants de 12 et 10 ans. La proximité de la vallée du Lot et de la Dordogne signifiait qu'il y avait de nombreuses options de sorties et d'installations à explorer et à apprécier pour les adultes et les enfants. Les marchés nocturnes locaux ont également été un point fort de notre séjour. La propriété était très bien équipée avec des jeux d'intérieur et du matériel pour profiter des espaces extérieurs. C'est extrêmement calme et paisible avec peu de voitures qui passent, ce qui en fait un environnement très relaxant et reposant pour le temps passé dans la propriété. Nous sommes partis en nous sentant très bien reposés.
Nous venons de passer un séjour des plus relaxants dans un gîte 5 étoiles de premier ordre. À notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par les propriétaires Mark et Gary, charmants et attentionnés, qui nous ont offert un panier de bienvenue et un réfrigérateur à boissons, une attention toute particulière. Le gîte est joliment décoré et mérite amplement ses 5 étoiles. La piscine et la terrasse sont équipées de tout le nécessaire, avec un coin salon et repas, ainsi qu'une cuisine d'été avec barbecue et plancha. C'est un endroit paisible et tranquille où séjourner et nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
This is my second visit to the beautiful ‘Rusty Shears gite’ hosted by Kirstie and Russell. From the outset our stay was just perfect. We were made very welcome and even had welcome drinks upon arrival. This was a special visit for my mums birthday and Kirstie even baked a cake, which was absolutely delicious. The gite is immaculately presented and the interior is simply gorgeous, with sumptuous cushions, uniquely bespoke painted furniture and house plants that compliment the gite’s luxurious eclectic style. The outside space is perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine and listening to the nature that surrounds the outside space. They have thought of everything; an outside eating area, complete with overhead sails to stay in the shade, corner sofa area complete with parasol to stay in or out of the shade, a bbq area with small outside prep area, hot tub and even 4 sun loungers. The location is set in the countryside so expect to drive or cycle to the local vineyards and restaurants but rest assured Kirstie and Russell can recommend plenty of places of interest and even arrange cycle hire or restaurant bookings if preferred. All in all a really tranquil long weekend away that offered us plenty of tasty local food, vineyard visits, rest and relaxation in the sunshine. If you’re an animal lover then you’ll also appreciate Kirstie’s love of animals too and if you’re lucky you’ll get to taste a freshly laid egg from ’Cluckingham palace!’ A truly wonderful space and warm welcome that will encourage you to return. A gem of a holiday find - we will definitely be going back soon! Thank you Kirstie and Russell for your hospitality during our stay at Rusty Shears gite and for making great memories!
We had a lovely stay at Pinaux. The house conversion is beautiful and comfortable for days we didn’t go out. Everything went smoothly with the keys and check in. Henk and Renee were friendly and welcoming. Thank you for providing some basics, including coffee, milk and sugar.

Tout ce que vous pourriez demander - une belle maison, une intimité totale, idyllique ! Lorsque nous nous sommes enfin aventurés hors de notre cocon, nous nous sommes promenés dans la magnifique campagne des Corbières. Tant d'endroits à découvrir et tant de vin à déguster. Nous avons tout aimé.
We had a great stay in Maison Rohmer. The house was beautiful and had all you could ask for a family of four. It was incredibly hot while we were there so we found ourselves spending most of our time in the pool, which was lovely. The owner was also very helpful and the location in the heart of the Luberon is hard to beat. Highly recommended.

Le village et les villes environnantes étaient tout aussi magnifiques et nous n'aurions pas pu demander mieux ! Great place to stay, home away from home. Our children loved the playroom.
We stayed here during early August. The property is out in the countryside and provided a very welcome quite location for a relaxing vacation. The property has character, built in traditional stone and has extensive grounds to explore. There is a wonderful view of the Château de Biron from the front of the property. The château is well worth a visit and if you climb to the top you can pick out the property in the distance. The pool is fantastic and we spent many hours by and in the pool. We had great fun playing water volleyball. The house has all amenities that you want, although the Wi-Fi can be slow, but this has to be expected out in the country as I explained to my children! If staying here in the summer, take a walk just before sunset, out the drive and turn left. Just down the road you will catch some great sunsets and you are likely to see lots of deer at the same time. Visit Monpazier a few miles away. It's a great place to find a restaurant and wonder around this beautiful bastide town.
Nous passons nos vacances dans cette région depuis plus de 30 ans et c'est sans aucun doute l'un des endroits les plus spéciaux où nous ayons séjourné. Nous prévoyons d'y retourner l'été prochain !
Fabulous Villa and location We've been coming to the south of France for year and specifically to this area and to Seillans for the last 5 years... and this villa is as good as we have ever stayed. The villa is impeccably kept, extremely comfortable and has the most magnificent views. Everything in the villa is as advertised and works well. The restaurants of Seillans are a short walk away. Although the town itself unfortunately has no boulangerie or patisserie, Fayence is only a 5 minute drive away and has a great one of those, plus a boucherie / charcuterie around the corner, both of which are close to the big Super U supermarket. The terrace and pool are East-facing. We were worried that in the photos it looked like there was little shade provided but with the big awnings for the terrace and a few parasols for the pool, finding shade from the morning sun was not a problem. We love this area for the beautiful mountain villages (seillans, Callian, Tourrettes etc) but the ease of getting around in the largely flat area south of those villages so you can get to Cannes, Grasse and the beaches. Notre semaine à la villa a été tout simplement magique ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été frappés par la tranquillité des environs. La villa elle-même est magnifiquement entretenue. Il a fait très venteux pendant notre séjour et Philippe est venu chaque matin nettoyer la piscine ! Nous avons passé des heures dans la piscine – elle est tout simplement magnifique ! Chaque jour a apporté une nouvelle aventure – la visite de dégustation de vin à La Cave était vraiment intéressante (même si nous avons fini par dépenser une petite fortune !). Philippe a été l’hôte parfait – tellement aimable. Les viennoiseries livrées deux fois par semaine étaient délicieuses et un immense merci à Philippe pour les gâteaux d’anniversaire des 60 ans de mon mari le vendredi ! Le repas offert par Philippe à La Tour était tout simplement incroyable – à tel point que nous avons décidé d’y retourner pour les célébrations d’anniversaire. Ce séjour a été du genre à vous ressourcer à tous les niveaux. Nous repartons détendus, inspirés et déjà en train de planifier notre retour ! Nous recommandons vivement à quiconque recherche une escapade française sereine associée à une hospitalité sincère et attentionnée ! Merci infiniment Philippe – nous sommes tellement tristes de partir mais nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs !
La villa correspondait à la description et était parfaite à tous les points de vue. Nous avons choisi la villa car tout était de plain-pied et la piscine et la terrasse étaient situées très près de la maison principale. Nous avons passé un moment des plus merveilleux et la disposition des chambres signifiait que nous avions beaucoup d'espace pour nous détendre. L'espace barbecue a bien été utilisé. La climatisation était la bienvenue lors des chaudes nuits méditerranéennes. C'était aussi la première villa dans laquelle nous avons séjourné où nous avons pu marcher jusqu'à la ville locale pour acheter nos croissants quotidiens. Le service que nous avons eu de Pure France et Philippe était exceptionnel. Merci.
Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique à Villa Galinette en juillet. La maison était très bien équipée et accueillante.
Nous avons adoré séjourner dans votre belle maison. Les installations, le jardin, la décoration et les vues étaient à couper le souffle. Frédéric s'est si bien occupé de nous. Nous avons fait de longues promenades à la campagne, visité des villages et des marchés locaux. Nous sommes allés aux Eyzies pour découvrir des grottes incroyables dont Rouffignac. Merci beaucoup pour ces vacances merveilleuses et mémorables. PS : de nombreux tournois de tennis de table fabuleux à consommer des bulles comme carburant…
Nous avons passé des vacances très reposantes en famille (et avec notre chien) dans la villa. Philippe est un hôte fabuleux, rien n'est trop pour lui. Les petites attentions telles que les livraisons de petit-déjeuner et le repas au restaurant étaient merveilleuses. Le temps n'a pas déçu. (38°C), donc la piscine était bien nécessaire. Béziers et Sète valent bien une visite pour les vues et les repas. Dans l'ensemble, c'est exactement ce dont nous avions besoin.
We've had a wonderful week, lounging by the pool, playing table tennis and pool. All great for teenagers. Vinsobres so lovely and only minutes away. Good trips out to Vaison-la-Romaine and Nyons. Thanks for a great week!
