The gîte located in a beautiful part of unspoilt France, great for exploring near by villages / towns holding day and evening markets, driving through vineyards, so peaceful and yet great roads to explore Sarlat, Domme and others alongside Dordogne river. The gîte is extremely well equipped, downstairs is like home from home. Outside is delightful, pool idyllic with a selection of seating areas in and out of shade, the outside cooking area was the 'icing on the cake'. The owners are wonderful hosts.
Une maison exceptionnelle dans un cadre exceptionnel. Nous avons pu vivre tout le long d'une semaine dans cette demeure de plusieurs façon différentes, en famille, en couple entre amis et cette maison est faite pour vivre ! Prenez le temps de profiter de la superbe cuisine, un équipement au niveau professionnel, avec et sans traiteur vous apprécierez ce coeur de maison. Un grand terrain qui se partage au tour de la maison pour différentes activités, un superbe salon de jardin vue sur la Rhune, un coin chaleureux autour d'une table ronde et son court de tennis pas bien loin. Le terrain s'étend à offrir une petite balade, de quoi digérer après le grand banquet dans la maison de réception où grand canapé, rétro projecteur et bar vous y attendent ! Un calme parfait et une literie très agréable, de quoi passer un séjour d'exception où repos et plaisir sont les maitres mots de notre expérience.
What a fantastic stay in a fantastic house, all the amenities you could wish for and more. We’ve enjoyed the pool, table tennis tournaments, playing pool and lounging under the fig trees. The market in Nyons on a Thursday was amazing, we visited St Paul trois châteaux, Seguret and many other places. The house exceeded our expectations and the Drome, Provence is beautiful , we will be back and thank you for creating such a haven for everyone to experience and enjoy.
We have returned! Even more enjoyable this year, weather and pool fantastic. The villa is close to perfect.
We came as guests and leave as friends. Absolutely love your place. Future guests are lucky to get the experience we have had.
What can I say, we’ve had the loveliest fortnight at Maison Charvin. Just the loveliest house, perfectly equipped, a cook’s heaven. Downside? Almost none. Biting insects were a bit of an issue, but we found Picosa insect repellent from the Intermarché in Capendu worked really well. (Get the one with “tiger mosquito” on the label). Vins de Dagne was great for dinner. Service a bit slow on our first visit but a fabulous last-night meal on our final night. Local supermarket in the village was closed during our stay, but the Intermarché in Capendu is only 10-15 minutes and there’s a nice baker in Lagrasse. (Could also order from Vins de Dagne, but we never really got our act together). We’d love to return, à bientôt!
Nous avons passé 2 semaines merveilleuses à la Maison Baleyssagues dans le Lot-et-Garonne. Excellentes journées à Bordeaux et à la campagne. Le temps était idéal la plupart du séjour. Superbe piscine vraiment appréciée - la meilleure de toutes jusqu'à présent. Merci beaucoup à Frédéric d'avoir été un hôte aussi accueillant. À bientôt.
From the garden the mountain and surrounding vine yards are blindingly beautiful, the day beds under the fig tree was my favourite place over looking the pool and could spend all day there. The whole house is fantastic and the interior also, I absolutely loved it, thank you for these two great weeks,
Superbe villa dans un parfait endroit isolé ! Parfait pour les grandes familles ou les groupes d'amis. La maison est équipée de tout le nécessaire pour une escapade parfaite. De grands espaces ouverts pour se retrouver et jouer avec les enfants. La vue depuis la terrasse et la piscine est tout simplement magnifique ! Service et aide sur place super attentionnés.
Excellent stay for 2 nights / 10 adults and 3 children. Beautiful, well decorated and spacious home - intervention feels like home and Laura was very friendly during our correspondence and when we arrived. Feel free to stay with family or friends! Beautiful services!

We arrived at this delightful house to a warm welcome the property owners…Our French is woefully inadequate but the owner speaks English so our introduction to La Maison Monségur was easily understood. The house is as advertised, lots of spacious rooms, clean and the beds were comfortable. We were 3 couples and though the village centre was literally down the road with several restaurants we actually ended up cooking most evenings and making use of the terrace and its dining table, we are all enthusiastic cooks and found the kitchen very adequate... the market on Friday is definitely not to be missed, there is a great artisan boulangerie in the centre and a small supermarket within walking distance from the house. We visit the area again we would 100 % consider booking La Maison Monségur again.
A week at the Mas de Pitou was blissful. The house was comfortable and included everything you would need for a relaxing stay. The view of the Alpilles, bright sunshine throughout the house and the fragrance of lavender and rosemary from the garden completed the picture. I will most definitely return to enjoy more exploring of the regions bounty in farmer's markets, Médiéval villages and stunning views.

We have been staying here with our grown up children who have not been to this area before, and have loved the house and the area. The weather has been so hot! So we really appreciated the wonderful pool. A great kitchen which we have used extensively and adore having every meal outside. Thank you for your help and your lovely house.

Amazing château! Stunning weather! Five families came together from different places: Canada, Wales, England. We enjoyed ourselves and each other's company. We hope to come again to this lovely place with friendly spirits.

The house and the grounds are fantastic. The rooms were all spacious and we particularly appreciated the bedroom set up with interlinking rooms from the nursery. We really enjoyed exploring the grounds and went for walks/runs. The children loved exploring the forest area. The swimming pool was fantastic. Loungers etc comfortable. The kids loved the swings etc and the playroom was well stocked. Everything we needed was here. The food was delicious and we really appreciate you taking into account the intolerances. Merveilleuse semaine dans ce bel endroit. Le temps a été fantastique et on a donc profité au maximum de la piscine. Un endroit si tranquille! Le restaurant Le Lavelette à Villebois-Lavalette vaut bien une visite. Nous recommandons fortement! Tristes de partir après de si belles vacances.

THE LOFT! - Undoubtedly the best accommodation we have ever stayed at in France. A great concept realised in every detail. Wonderful hospitality on our arrival and throughout our stay. Your new B&B concept is beyond our imagination and will be utterly unique on completion. I can't begin to tell you how wonderful this house is, with its warm inviting rooms, its wonderful outside spaces and fabulous heated pool. It is decorated in a comfortable style that makes you feel as if you are at home and not in holiday accommodation. It is extremely clean; the kitchen and bathrooms, spotless, The bedrooms are comfortable with plenty of clean sheets and towels. The house is fairly large and my husband I and stayed on our own, but we felt safe and secure. Obviously, with all the space, it is ideal for families, but equally as inviting for groups of friends. Situated in a small village, it is quiet - you can hear the church bells ringing in the local church. We loved to walk around the village and through the fields behind the house. We did think about going on a bike ride but decided just to sit by the pool most afternoons. It is an easy drive to Saint-Émilion (and other local vineyards) - my husband managed to find it without getting us lost! The drive from the airport probably took us about 40 minutes. Isabelle gave us wonderful direction - she speaks perfect English. In a word - wonderful!
I just wanted to feed back what a lovely time we had in the villa a couple of weeks ago. The holiday was well worth waiting for and the villa delivered on all levels. We were certainly very grateful for the pool to cool off from the sweltering 40c heat and the lovely shaded areas surrounding the pool helped too. Most importantly, our mums had a lovely time. They were each able to have an ensuite bathroom which gave them their own space and privacy and thoroughly enjoyed the pool - even enjoying a splash about with an inflatable dolphin at one stage! (not bad for an 80 year old!) Please pass on our grateful thanks to the owners for allowing us the extra day for free and also allowing our early arrival which made things much easier on the Saturday. The Mums were already in the pool by the time we got back from the supermarket on the Saturday morning. A great success all round, excellent service from Pure France during all the covid changes and a wonderful villa too. Thank you
We stayed at your villa in Pézenas for a week in September and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday there.
My family and I had a wonderful stay In Sabatel Farmhouse. The hamlet is very peaceful and set back into the landscape. The house has the most beautiful garden, with a great sized pool and lounging area. We enjoyed cooking in the very well equipped kitchen and ate on the lovely sunny terrace overlooking the garden. There is a big blind to help when it gets really warm and sunny. The local markets and villages are a great way to spend the day exploring. We had the most amazing time. Can't wait to visit again!
Quelle semaine incroyable nous avons passée dans votre villa ! Nous sommes venus pour fêter le 60ᵉ anniversaire de Shona et c’était l’endroit absolument parfait. Nous avons passé une semaine formidable ici : bronzer au bord de la piscine, lire dans les fauteuils en osier, cuisiner comme des chefs dans la cuisine, faire des barbecues dans la cuisine extérieure et boire du vin un peu partout !! La villa est très bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire en cuisine, beaucoup d’espace dans le réfrigérateur, un excellent Wi-Fi partout, une piscine fabuleuse et des chambres spacieuses. Philippe a été un hôte merveilleux – serviable et rapide à répondre à toutes nos questions. Nous avons adoré nos deux livraisons de petit-déjeuner, en particulier les pains personnalisés et le gâteau au gingembre ! Merci d’avoir organisé un délicieux dîner à La Tour à Montady et une belle dégustation de vin à Saint-Chinian. Les mises à jour météo étaient également très utiles. Notre chienne Ivy a elle aussi passé une belle semaine ici, avec beaucoup d’espace pour courir. Nous pensons que les chats mentionnés dans les précédents commentaires ont sagement préféré garder leurs distances pendant son séjour !! Merci encore pour tout et nous pensons déjà à revenir !
