We had a brilliant family holiday at Mas de Lozanne in June 2022, The house and pool were perfect for 6 adults and a baby; a very quiet location but still a short walk into the beautiful town of Pézenas. We plan to return in 2025.
La région la plus agréable de France. Le séjour le plus agréable en villa de « luxe ». Points forts: -légumes frais du marché de Duras lundi. Pour manger à Eymet, presque tous les restaurants feront l'affaire, mais les favoris sont la Cour d'Eymet et le Château les Vigiers. -regarder les milans royaux chasser dans les champs le soir. Les lézards et le geko sur le patio. Dans l’ensemble, c’est une expérience mémorable.
We are finally home and now reflecting on happy memories of our wonderful holiday in France and particularly our 10 nights spent here. Where do we begin to ever thank you for all that you did and for making our holiday so special. We felt like we had our own personal butler looking after us throughout our stay. Even prior to our arrival we welcomed the emails, the ease of booking and then promptly replying to any query that we had , as well as the phone call to offer help and support the week before we were scheduled to arrive. We really appreciated the welcome basket of goodies and all the other little things that you had thoughtfully put in the fridge, making our arrival into the gîte a very warm and welcome one. Your 'blood, sweat and tears' have truly paid off as we could see the attention to detail that has gone in to making this a luxury gîte for your guests. We noticed the quality of furnishings and fittings, bed linen, sumptuous soft towels and then separate towels laid out for us by the pool, all of which made for an exciting stay ahead! The beds were extremely comfortable and accompanied by the peace and tranquility at night meant we both woke each morning feeling fully refreshed! We particularly enjoyed our time spent around the swimming pool and also using the outdoor kitchen/BBQ. Everything was spotlessly clean and we know that you ensured the pool area was cleaned down for us every morning. We were blessed with good weather too. The views from the terrace were stunning and we never tired from sitting there overlooking the local Cuzorn area and the valley beyond. It was a pleasure getting to know you and hearing about your journey from Essex to Lot-et-Garonne. For us, as first guests it was a privilege staying at Lasserre and we will be talking about you and our holiday for years to come. I equally hope that for you and Kate your first guests did not let you down and we have left a wonderful impression on you too! We sincerely hope that you are rewarded for the fruits of your labour and whilst we would like you to have a busy season, just secretly we would like to keep this little bit of heaven purely for us!

Lovely spacious house. We loved staying here! The rooms were lovely and spacious and the bed was big and comfortable :-) The location was really good to. We enjoyed going down to the riverside cafe, kayaking on the river, cycling, sightseeing, eating! We would definitely come back.
Thank you again for opening your home to us this summer. We all really needed a vacation and the house was a superb way to relax and enjoy perfect weather. We all had a great time and fully enjoyed the house and the property. The overall layout of the house and inside the rooms is very thoughtful and was perfect for all of us. We had three families, 4 kids of different ages and a grandma. The different spaces allowed us to handle the different kid routines and moods in a way that gave everyone privacy. The kitchen is large and extremely well furnished. Makes it comfortable to cook for large groups. The pool is actually enormous. The way Patrick takes care of it seems to produce much better results than I have seen in other places: the water stayed clear all the way through. The pool house is an incredibly valuable area, especially because it is so well furnished, this is a serious luxury. The small supermarket in St-Antonin-du-Var is surprisingly good, if you are not a big cook you could totally live off this (they opened on Sunday am!). We also organised a Casino home delivery for the day before we arrived. We used P and Geraldine for 16 hours a week, to get the kitchen cleaned, make the beds, light housekeeping, remove rubbish, clean the BBQ and pool house areas and this made a huge positive difference.
En tant que visiteurs réguliers, nous choisissons cette région depuis plus de 30 ans. C'est sans aucun doute la plus belle propriété où nous ayons jamais résidé. L'emplacement et les caractéristiques sont magnifiques. Nous aimions nous asseoir à divers endroits du jardin et à différents moments de la journée. J'ai adoré la magnifique et relaxante piscine, j'ai apprécié les chambres décorées avec bon goût mais aussi fonctionnelles et j'ai cuisiné tous les soirs dans cette cuisine bien équipée. Toutes les petites attentions et détails montrent un grand niveau de considération de la part des propriétaires. Merci beaucoup Frederic a été accueillant et serviable, c'était agréable de revenir et nous espérons revenir au moins une fois l'année prochaine.
We arrived late afternoon and were met by Yvonne who gave us a lovely tour of this beautiful stunning house, such a lovely welcome. I love all of the lovely antique finds in all of the rooms from the hats in the master bedroom to the old magazines to the pram in the barn. Everything has been thought of here we really didn't need a thing. Would really recommend a trip to La Rochelle but you would need to leave early it really does get very busy. We have been truly spoilt staying here. Impeccably clean and tidy, we have loved every minute. We'd love to come back.
You have created a fantastic holiday home which we have enjoyed staying in very much. Thank you for your warm welcome, generous hospitality and advice about what to visit / where to eat in the Minervois region; it has been greatly appreciated. Thank you both for the most wonderful stay at your beautiful villa. We’ve had the most incredible week exploring the South of France – an area we love – and discovering new places. This spot is extremely special and we’ve relished the relaxing days and evenings spent here (made even more special by the sighting of a wild boar with babies and your marvellous set up for the gorgeous cats) – thank you for showing us this! The secluded spot, surrounded by woodland, an aromatic and fragrant garden attracting many butterflies, a beautiful pool and terrace area is somewhere we won’t forget and would love to come back to. Everything has been thought of at this place which makes it so homely. Everything from kitchen utensils and supplies to the BBQ, bowls and the TV set-up – the place has it all. You have both been such friendly and discrete hosts, allowing us such privacy and the personality you have stamped on the place (from plants, to artwork and sculptures as well as the lovely cats) makes this space so full of character too. Thanks again and we wish you both the best – hopefully we’ll return in the future!
We had a very relaxing and peaceful time staying in your beautiful home. It was wonderful to wake up and watch the sunrise over Mont Ventoux.
A wonderful relaxing part of our trips spent in Montsoreau, living the dream! While really enjoying the local cafe/restaurants we made great and regular contact with the local boulangerie, boucher and wine producer who are all starts of their trade. Living local in Montsoreau for 2 weeks was great fun and delicious and... the accommodation provided us with the quiet and rest we needed. Spacious and with a place to read and watch the river on the terrace. Thank you.
A fitting venue to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary with our four children, their husbands and wives and our grandchildren! Memories that will remain for years. Well provided for, comfortable and panoramic views -with a week of excellent weather! Thank you and your staff!
What a beautiful place to spend a week. The villa is fabulous, spacious and homely with everything we needed. The location was perfect to explore Collioure on foot. We have never visited this part of France before, so we have loved investigating and had some fantastic meals!
An amazing week of relaxation. Spent a fantastic week at Château Velouse. Located in a tiny village the château is just a short drive from lots of interesting locations in the Loire valley. Château Velouse has everything you need for a relaxing week - beautiful bedrooms, lovely outdoor pool, barbeque and al fresco dining area and lovely dining room and lounge. We chose to self-catering but there are options to hire in a chef to prepare meals for your group. There was also lots of information in the château guide about other tailored services that were available such as wine tours. Claire and Phil made sure that everything was perfect for our stay and recommended places to visit.
Nous avons eu l'opportunité de séjourner dans cette belle villa pendant plusieurs semaines chaque été pendant 8 ans. Nous revenons toujours dans cette maison spéciale située à distance de marche des restaurants et boutiques de la charmante Valbonne. Mes deux filles ont grandi été après été et, à chaque fois, le propriétaire a fait des ajustements appropriés pour rendre notre séjour encore meilleur. La vue et les coins salons extérieurs sont spectaculaires. Les chambres sont bien aménagées. Nous attendons toujours avec impatience ce voyage et espérons pouvoir continuer.

Nous avons passé un week end entre amis juste incroyable chez Villa Campredon. Villa Campredon est neuve, magnifiquement construite et très bien pensée. La cuisine est ultra équipée, vous êtes comme chez vous. Chaque chambre possède sa salle de bains ce qui est très appréciable. Merci à vous Christophe pour l’accueil, et bravo pour votre rénovation. Nous vous recommandons pleinement de séjourner dans ce havre de paix.
Magnifique maison. Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour. Nous étions un grand groupe d'amis à la recherche d'un endroit pittoresque pour passer une semaine ensemble. Nous étions excités quand nous avons réservé mais comblés quand nous sommes arrivés dans la belle maison. Elle fonctionne très bien pour un grand groupe de personnes avec plusieurs zones pour s'asseoir confortablement et se détendre. Nous avons pris de délicieux dîners et petits déjeuners (cuisinés dans la cuisine bien équipée et le barbecue) sur la terrasse et la vue les a rendus encore plus magiques. Même si la maison est merveilleuse pour se détendre et jouer dans la piscine, nous avons trouvé de belles choses à faire dans les environs. Il y a un merveilleux restaurant juste à côté de la maison et du kayak et du wakeboard à environ une heure de route et de jolis villages non loin. Bref, si vous voulez un endroit qui se soit privé et pittoresque et qui soit toujours fonctionnel et confortable, c'est l'endroit idéal. Nous espérons revenir bientôt!
Très bel séjour à la Palaisienne. La maison est bien équipée, jolie, propre et surtout très adaptée aux enfants, donc que du bonheur pour les parents. La propriétaire est très gentille et disponible pour toute nos questions. Nous n’avons qu’à remercier pour ces belles vacances.

Fantastic 10 days at Maison Joutard. The highlights:- Fantastic welcome pack. House and garden perfect for our toddlers. Equipped with everything we needed. We visited Cognac, Bordeaux, Villefagnan. Cycling to the bakery in Verdille. Whole experience highly recommended.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette super maison. La maison est très bien équipée, et nous sommes très bien accueillis. La maison possède pleins de jeux ( billard, ping-pong, train électrique, cabane...) pour adultes et petits, on ne s'ennuie pas même si le beau temps n'est pas au rdv. Enfin la piscine est grande et chauffée ! Bref, super adresse ! Merci!
