It was a wonderful property to stay in – everyone who stayed with us were very impressed by the house. It’s a lovely town too. The management people in Pézenas for this property were very helpful too. We are in the UK now and are missing the south of France weather.

Location de haute qualité pour 1 semaine avec nos amis et famille. Idéal pour une semaine de repos avec les enfants. Grande propriété avec de quoi s'occuper et se balader. Idéal pour découvrir le calme de la région. Je recommande vivement !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au calme dans votre maison ! Nous sommes allés un jour à Carcassonne en voiture et avons visité cette belle région. La piscine est super, elle va nous manquer !

We have used Pure France and other similar companies over many years, but I do not believe I have heard how highly rated they thought this particular property was - ever! As a result of the standard of accommodation, gardens and the local surrounding area, we are already trying to see if there is anything which can beat it for next year, especially for standards of finish and value for money (if you can recommend anything similar, please let us know)? I work in the construction industry as a design manager and can see someone has spent a lot of time and effort in getting the best out of this large old building, bringing it up to a high standard with well considered interior design - obviously the owner has considered in a lot of detail. Please pass on our thanks for being able to use the property.
My family and I had a fabulous time during our week in France. It really was exactly what we were looking for and expecting.
Nous y avons passé une belle semaine. Grande maison, beau jardin et piscine. Le temps était parfait et les sites touristiques super. Faire du vélo aussi! Nous espérons vous revoir un jour.
Eva a été extrêmement serviable et nous a donné d'excellentes recommandations pour le dîner. La maison est parfaite pour des vacances relaxantes, une belle piscine et un intérieur incroyable. Lieu de résidence idéal, nous vous recommandons vivement.
Lovely quiet gîtes with beautiful views over the wine fields. Close to Uzès, a very pretty historical market town (20 min. by car). The gîtes provide everything you need, i.e. comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, cosy sitting room and fully equipped kitchen. There is a swimming pool with lounge beds and our gîte (L'Oliveraie) even had a small private pool. The area is great for walk through the woods and over the wine field. There are restaurants in the area that are a short drive away. We had a great and relaxing time and will definitely be back!
Je veux vraiment garder ce bijou caché pour moi ! C’est super. L’appartement est ce que nous souhaitons tous avoir. Deux chambres avec lits doubles. Belle vue sur la mer depuis le balcon. Parking privé. Endroit privé avec chaises côté mer. Beach club très proche. Relaxant et facile de communiquer avec le propriétaire Paul. À l’arrivée, Ben était là avec les clés et beaucoup de conseils sur la région. Réservation arrangée, etc. Très facile d’accès et super serviable. Donc n’y allez pas car nous voulons y aller plus souvent !

The house and the grounds are fantastic. The rooms were all spacious and we particularly appreciated the bedroom set up with interlinking rooms from the nursery. We really enjoyed exploring the grounds and went for walks/runs. The children loved exploring the forest area. The swimming pool was fantastic. Loungers etc comfortable. The kids loved the swings etc and the playroom was well stocked. Everything we needed was here. The food was delicious and we really appreciate you taking into account the intolerances. Thank you so much for the very warm welcome, all the ‘goodies’ you provided and of course the use of your very well equipped Loft. It felt like we had always known you (perhaps because we’re all Northerners!). The Italian restaurant in the village is great to be able to walk to. A few degrees below 38 would have been preferable, but out of your control! Good luck with the house.
Ma famille a séjourné à La Barde une quinzaine de jours en 2018 et nous y retournons entre amis en 2019. La maison est bien aménagée pour accueillir deux familles et un grand nombre d'enfants. Le jardin et le jardin sont particulièrement bien entretenus. Le salon donne directement sur une pelouse, idéale pour surveiller les jeunes enfants, et le vaste terrain offre beaucoup d'espace à explorer pour les enfants. Le cadre est calme mais facilement accessible depuis Ribérac.
Lovely private pool and terrace with comfortable accommodation in a picturesque village. Hosts were discrete but friendly and very helpful. The restaurant a short stroll away is definitely worth a visit. Nice walks on the doorstep.

Exquisitely renovated French manor house. This house was exquisitely restored with close attention to period detail. It is perfectly curated and integrated with antique fixtures and objects d'art as well all the modern comforts you could want. The kitchen is one of the most well equipped I have ever stayed in so the owners must be cooks. There are lovely spots to sit throughout the gardens with comfortable furnishings. The house itself is perfect for large families or a selection of couples. The location is ideal for touring Chagny, Beaune and the rest of Burgundy. Sigrid was incredibly responsive, helpful, flexible and kind. I can not recommend the home and Sigrid highly enough. We had a completely charming and comfortable stay. Thank you again for sharing your lovely home.
Une semaine familiale agréable dans cette maison parfaite, idéalement située à la lisière du charmant village de Cucugnan. La maison est bien équipée et la piscine est fabuleuse ! Le barbecue et la table de ping-pong ont également été très appréciés. La maison est à quelques pas du village, où nous avons visité deux bars et un excellent restaurant familial (l'Auberge du Vigneron). Nous avons également apprécié le « Burger Friday » au bar. L'épicerie du village propose tous les produits de base. Nous avons également fait une dégustation de vins dans le village et visité deux des fascinants châteaux cathares voisins. Il y a beaucoup à faire dans la région, mais la maison est également idéale pour se détendre. Nous reviendrons !
We’ve just returned from our third visit to Mas de Lozanne and if anything, the property is better than ever! There have been various improvements made - the addition of a wine fridge, sofas at the side of the pool, a better pool alarm - to name a few. We also noticed how much the trees and shrubs have grown, making very attractive shady areas in the garden - much needed as the temperature did not drop below 34 degrees! All in all, a wonderful stay in this lovely property. Lisa looked after us well and answered any questions we had. Highly recommended!
Une belle propriété, qui est très bien équipée et qui est très bien agencée même pour notre groupe de 6 personnes.
We have enjoyed a 2-week stay at Laserne gite. We were Pete’s first guests last year and our second visit has been as special as our first stay. Pete has been a delightful host, checking on us daily to make sure everything was OK. The pool has been such a delight in this hot and sunny weather. The highlights of our stay are the wonderful views from the gite and the tranquillity of furniture and fittings.
We've had another wonderful stay at Laserre gite. It has been our 3rd stay here and we love the gite, the surrounding views, the pretty villages and lots of good restaurants. Pete and Kate have been superb hosts and we could not have asked for anything more. We will be back next July.
Un endroit tellement incroyable ! L'emplacement était parfait, l'appartement avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Je recommanderais certainement cet endroit et espère y retourner un jour !
